Best Plumbing Services in Texas

This was not my first experience with Choice Plumbing in Baytown, and it won't be my last. They are a very customer service-oriented company. I had a water supply leak, and they got out day one, had it repaired by day two, for a very reasonable price. I recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have. They know how to treat people.

Owner Kris Stewart has an issue differentiating customers from employees. Employees put in the wrong part? Customers fault! Employees didn't report the work they did? Customers fault! Employees leave screws loose on my natural gas heater leaking gas into my attic? Customers fault!

At what point are the licensed employees responsible for bad work? According to Kris Stewart, never! You are supposed to watch their employees, document their work as they go, check their parts, and check all of their screws. $400 / hour isn't enough for these guys to do a good job.

As owner Kris Stewart told me multiple times, plumbing is a dirty business.

Attached is a photo of the new in box controller that, as owner Kris Stewart tried to remind me several times, I can't prove it didn't come out of the box used. Their employees were simply tricked by the supplier!

This is my first time reaching out to this plumbing service. I didn't know what to expect, but I had hoped and prayed that I've made the right decision in making an appointment with them. I've tried a few other plumbing companies before but I have never had a good lasting impression from the work and trust of the past plumbers.
I'm very grateful to the two workers that came to help fix my clogging problem. They were genuine, honest and direct, which was what I liked. I thank them for the time and hard work they have done for my house. I really appreciate the amount of effort that made to get the job done.

I am a landlord. I have numerous rent houses. I have used B Dependable Plumbing several times at various rent houses as well as at my own home. I have always received prompt, courteous service. These guys are responsive, responsible, respectful and run an efficient operation. They came out the same day, repaired our plumbing and replaced some items. The technicians were neat, efficient and cleaned up after their work. We referred them to another friend the next day and they did a great job for her also.

Love Bruce Plumbing and how their response time is so quick and they get the job done without it being too pricey. I would recommend this plumbing company to anyone if you want to have someone who is always reliable and can help you right away. Call them and you won't regret it!

I just moved to Kemah and immediately had plumbing issues that I was not able to fix.  I immediately received a call back.  He was able to squeeze me in the same day.  He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed all of my issues and charge a very reasonable fee. He is by far the best plumber I have worked with.  I feel very lucky to have found a true professional.  I would recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them again.  What a great experience!

Unfortunately, I have to give this company a negative review which I truly hate. I love giving positive reviews, but I'm leaving this one in hopes that they read it and improve their customer service. I used them several years ago, never had a problem. However, I have tried twice now to get them out for a quote on a fairly big job and they no showed on us.. twice! I realize that everyone is busy because of the freeze and the first no show, after reaching out to them again, not them contacting me, they explained they were backed up and they were sorry they didn't come by. These things happen I know so I said no problem and got back on their schedule. They were supposed to come today so I texted their dispatch yesterday to make sure they were still coming by. They confirmed and told me to have a great evening. Great, I wait ALL day and no call or show. I texted at 5pm is anyone still coming by? NO RESPONSE. Very poor customer service. This tells me they are so busy they don't need any more business.. so my advice is to oblige them and seek service with another plumbing company.

I have long had a leaky outdoor hose bibb which made watering our flowers an increasingly annoying task. Not having any idea of what was involved in remedying, I texted Jerry, asking him to please come evaluate and fix. He could have easily shown up and created a job for himself (and I'd never have been the wiser), but instead he talked me through the repair at zero cost. Such an honest guy!

Mr Tucker has a 5 star rating for good reason. From the phone call to the time the job was finished was a total of 1.5 hours. The price of job done was reasonable and gave a coupon to save for next visit. I highly recommend Tucker Plumbing if you're looking for prompt and great customer service.

I did not heed the warning posted on here when I called my home warranty company American Shield for a leak in my ceiling. They are very unprofessional, rude, and did not resolve the issue or clearly identify the issue. I just wanted them out of my house as soon as possible. They then proceeded to leave the installation on my front lawn and never notified me that it was there. If you can, do not let this company seevice your home for any reason.
