I contacted Ric The Owner because of clogged sewer. They came out within 2 hours, unstopped the sewer, ran a camera through sewer line to determine reason for clog which was collapsed sewer pipe due to large oak tree root. Permanent repair was quoted , started net day and completed within 4 days.

I can't say enough about John Simmons from Champion Plumbing.  He came today to address an issue that another company said had been taken care of 3 months ago that cost us $12k.  The problem reoccurred last week and the original company came out again.  However, I wasn't confident in their work due to issues that we had during the first repair.  I decided that I needed a second opinion.  So, I called Champions.  When he arrived, John listened to me describe the history of the problem and then told me what he could do today.  He told me that by the end of his time here today, he would know our plumbing!  I should mention that this is an almost 60 year old home.  He went to work and by the time that he left the problem was resolved.  Since he was here, I also asked him to look at a toilet that didn't seem to be seated properly.  He did and while he was testing the original issue, he pulled the toilet and reseated it.  I also have to say that in every part of my home that he touched, he cleaned the area after he completed his work.  I appreciate the fact that he was very honest with me and paid attention to what I was saying.  As he was leaving, he told me if the issue reoccurred, to call him and what our next step would be before tunneling under the house and replacing the original cast iron pipes.  I appreciate his honesty and how hard he worked today to resolve our issues.  I always appreciate someone that listens, presents options, and is honest in their assessment of the current situation.

Brent was expedient, trustworthy, and went above and beyond on my tankless water heater install - Tomball Plumbing does Great work. I Called Brent/Tomball plumbing on a whim Wednesday seeking advice on my old Noritz heater that was leaking from the exchange = no hot water/broken unit. After discussing a troubleshoot option with the manufactuter, I decided to buy a new and went with a Navien NPE-240S. After my final decision to install anew, I called Brent again that Friday and he came out to assess and bid the installation within the hour. Fast. The following Monday he was here early and prepared. The install seemed to me to be a breeze, while discussing updates throughout. Thanks to Tomball plumbing my family has hot water again. Will definitely call Brent when we have any sort of plumbing issues. Also, If you haven't moved from a tank - do it, and get Tomball Plumbing to install it. Within minutes of posting an online inquiry, I received a call, an appointment was set, and Jose was in my home taking care of the issues within two hours!  There were unexpected leaks that needed repair that was addressed, and the completed work was AMAZING!  I was incredibly impressed with Jose's professionalism and the pride he took in his work.  I will be recommending this company to friends and family far and wide.

Highly Recommend Chris for your plumbing issues!  For us it was a slow draining shower.
Called @ 9:45 am, set appt for 11:00 am {SAME DAY} and Chris was here exactly on time.
Had that shower unplugged within minutes!  We then discussed other issues....he investigated all, giving me answers and solutions to all.
Call him...he knows his stuff and honest about it.  I felt the cost of the repair and other things discussed was priced fairly.

UPDATE: We were trying to get our new washer installed, but the techs couldn't install it because we had an issue with our hot water valve. I called the office & by the next morning George assured me someone would be by to get it all squared away. Daniel was extremely helpful and made sure to explain everything to me. He has amazing customer service skills and we are so grateful for him!

5M plumbing is the company my HOA trusts to fix issues that occur in our condominium complex.  We had a disaster of a day last week (the day before Thanksgiving), stemming from a problem created by the first plumbers I called out to fix a problem.  (See my review of how terrible they were - especially their owner - by looking up reviews of Space City Plumbing.)  5M Plumbing came to the rescue and the father and son team definitely knew what they were doing and they saved the day.  They fixed the broken pipe, helped to clean up all of the mess created by the first crew.  I will always call them FIRST in the future. (God willing, we don't have any more plumbing issues like that one again any time soon!)   I have even greater respect for good plumbers and what they must endure in plumbing emergencies.  Carry extra changes of clothes!!!!!

Tried to fix a running toilet myself and failed.  I contacted Bear's Plumbing to help me and they worked me into the schedule the same day.  The guys who come out are so sweet and polite and they remember me if they have worked on my house before.  They fully explain everything they are doing and why.  I trust them 100% so they really don't have to explain anything to me.  I wouldn't want any other plumbing company.  Yes, we may pay a little more than other companies, but you get what you pay for!  They stand behind EVERYTHING they do, they are local and family-owned, and their customer service can't be beat.  When you are a repeat customer, they know your home, your preferences, and they treat your home as well as their own and leave their work area as clean if not CLEANER than it was when they came in.  Highly recommend and refuse to use anyone else!

Excellent service and fast service stayed late until the job was done.  Did t make a mess removing the old water heater.  Definitely recommend!
