Best plumbing company ever!  They are always timely and professional.  We have an older home and have had a few plumbing issues the last few years.  This company is called EPIC because they are EPIC! The theee service calls we  utilized this company, we were treated well and the price was competitive With other companies in the industry.  You won't be disappointed!  
During the freeze everyone needed a plumber and they were honest, worked us into their huge workload and the owner Todd even came out on a Sunday to assure us what we needed and how soon they could install/change all our attic copper pipes that blew up!

Contacted Gap to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. The plumbers were here for about 10 mins, I was charged $169.10 ($165.00 for LABOR!) Unfortunately as time went on, we're back to the same problem. I contacted them again, to which they replied because it was past the 30 day warranty (which I think is ridiculous), I would be charged yet again for parts/labor! Incredibly disappointing, especially since we've used them for two separate issues. I will never recommend their services and I will gladly look elsewhere to fix the issue I have with my toilet.

UPDATE: I'm happy to say Ms. Terry contacted me stating Gap Plumbing wanted to resolve my issue. She further stated the matter with the warranty should've been addressed differently. I DO NOT like to write bad reviews! I just wish the matter would've been handled differently to avoid all of this. I truly appreciate her taking the time to reach out, but more importantly stating they would do their best to fix the problem.

Thursday September 29th Was told by a third party that the hot water heater was leaking and needs to be replaced. Ok it is 22years old never had any trouble with it. And it is in the attic. CMP Plumbing called me after I told what  was going on. He gave me several quotes. I asked him for the best. He installed me a nice Rheem water heater on a Friday evening. Took 4 hours. Cleaned up after themselves. Very good job!  

I would recommend CMP Plumbing to anyone. Very good people!

Quick service he came out the next day to repair my toilet and gave me a two year warranty as well. I would definitely use again

Got my new oven and needed hardwire done(builder used plug). Called M&R, very professional and courteous. Was able to get quote me an excellent price and got me in the next day working around my schedule. Excellent work and took time to explain what he was doing and also took the time to set up the oven and made sure it functioned correctly.
I will be using Robert and his company M&R for all my work in the future. Very hard to find this kind of quality service now a days!

Brent is a good guy and has done great work. He went out of his way to track down the correct filters for a counter-top water dispenser that we could never get to work. He's now my go- to plumbing guy!

HONEST. The best word to describe Brandon at Top Guy plumbing. I have had so many plumbing companies come out and overcharge for things that we're not necessary and not communicate what they were doing. I have used Top Guy many times for plumbing needs and have been given reasonable and great service with additional support and help as needed with my million questions!! I have had a kitchen leak, drain clogs, and even had a whole home water system installed by Brandon. He responds very promptly and gets the work done very quickly.
In addition, We LOVE the quality of the water softening system it has changed the game for our house. The water is clean and has helped to improve all the eczema my children.
Don't hesitate, you won't regret using this company!!

A separate plumbing company came out and identified (correctly) that one of my water heaters was filled with cold water.  They provided an estimate for replacement.

I asked Plumbing and Drain Innovations to come out for a second opinion.  Within a minute, Cole diagnosed the issue as the pilot light had gone out.  He relit and problem solved; no need to replace (yet).  I've now found my preferred plumbing company for replacement or installation of tankless water heaters.

The owner just told me to lose his number and called me a Piece of Sh!t. I am a retired police chief, I am far from a POS.  So this guy had his two lazy brothers put in a water heater for me in March of 2020. By August they had to repair it. But only after they had me call the manufacturer.  He wasn't in a hurry to do anything feeling it was a warranty job.  He finally did the job.  Well now 1 year to the date the part went out again, DON'T buy a RHEEM gas water heater from this guy and don't use him.  Had an issue with the water manifold in the house as well. They came out and fixed that, after I bought the part.  Next time, he said he would check on where his guys were and get back to me, he didn't.  So I called again today for the water heater, (Shouldn't have).  He is on vacation, so he is so small time that he only answers his phone and doesn't call back.  When he did, he told me to lose the number and called me a POS...guess he doesn't want business.

Highly Recommend Chris for your plumbing issues!  For us it was a slow draining shower.
Called @ 9:45 am, set appt for 11:00 am {SAME DAY} and Chris was here exactly on time.
Had that shower unplugged within minutes!  We then discussed other issues....he investigated all, giving me answers and solutions to all.
Call him...he knows his stuff and honest about it.  I felt the cost of the repair and other things discussed was priced fairly.

George and his team are simply incredible. We started using them for our rental business a few months ago and they have been a dream to work with ever since. George is a very hands on owner who masterfully keeps an eye on every project his team works on. Honestly, I'm not sure how he manages to keep track of it all. I can only assume his support team is working equally as hard to keep all the pieces together.

We had to fully repipe one of our properties and George showed up every morning to make sure his team had a clear understanding of the work that needed to be accomplished each day. During the day, as questions came up, George was always a phone call away to troubleshoot issues with the team. For our smaller service calls on other properties, George and his team always arrive on time and get the job quickly.

Each of the plumbers on his team have been clear and kind communicators. The pricing structure is straight forward, transparent, and consistent (no hidden surprise costs like you get with many other contractors). The whole team is not only skilled in their craft, but respectful as well. Before the winter storm, George even reached out to me with helpful tips to prepare. That's some serious customer service! I am not one to typically write yelp reviews, but the Hexagon Plumbing team deserves a glowing review and it's the least I can do to repay them for the value they've added to my business.

5M plumbing is the company my HOA trusts to fix issues that occur in our condominium complex.  We had a disaster of a day last week (the day before Thanksgiving), stemming from a problem created by the first plumbers I called out to fix a problem.  (See my review of how terrible they were - especially their owner - by looking up reviews of Space City Plumbing.)  5M Plumbing came to the rescue and the father and son team definitely knew what they were doing and they saved the day.  They fixed the broken pipe, helped to clean up all of the mess created by the first crew.  I will always call them FIRST in the future. (God willing, we don't have any more plumbing issues like that one again any time soon!)   I have even greater respect for good plumbers and what they must endure in plumbing emergencies.  Carry extra changes of clothes!!!!!

They came out to the house to fix a toiler roughly 5-6 weeks after fixing one before.  Same two guys and we get a quote significantly higher than the time before.  When I call them on it the price starts falling, but is still $30 higher than a few weeks before.  Sorry guys, but I am self-employed and not guaranteed a thing so when you do this to me and I have to pay you a $75 trip fee for being in our house for less than 5 minutes that doesn't sit too well.

I've used Daniel now for a couple of years for all my plumbing issues.  Always does a good job at a fair price.  Most recent job was installing a water softener.
