Had GAP Plumbing install a water heater 11 months ago for $1250. It stop working two days ago. They came out charged me another $150 to replace the water nipple that was leaking from install and relight the pilot. It took 5 minutes and they did not stand behind their original work. We will not use GAP Plumbing in the future. It's amazing companies will lose customers over such little money.

They replaced a leaky pipe outside my house on a Saturday morning. They were friendly, efficient, and had reasonable pricing. I would hire them again.

Had an issue with our kitchen sink last night. Called Champion this morning and John was out here within a couple of hours. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed the issue quickly and we're back up and running!  Thank you!! Highly recommended.

They installed an electric stove top for me, to replace an old one that had broken.  They really went above and beyond given that the previous installation was done incorrectly which made it difficult to remove.  They cleaned as they went and everything was spotless when they finished.  All at a very attractive price.  Would use them again and definitely recommend them.

What an emergency I had one day last week! The bar sink had a connected white plastic piece underneath that had broke. Water bursted into my bar area, formal dining, foyer and parts of my kitchen. I quickly called a trusty reviewed plumbing company from Yelp, which was Tomball Plumbing and got an answer right away. He was on his way to his next service until he got my plea to help with the constant water flow. He guided me over the phone on where to turn off the water to that sink, but the knob was too tight to turn. He then directed me to turn off the water supply to the house outside until he reached my destination. Within 15 minutes, he showed up and detected the sink pipe problem. His experience and guidance helped me to temporarily end my emergency, until he got to my home and assist.
He mentioned that a lot of his services are in the north Houston area. His quick concern and thinking went 'above and beyond' my expectations, compared to most companies.

I needed emergency work done on my Airbnb and they responded the same day and had the work done the same day! They understood my emergency since I had guests staying in the house. Thank you again!!

Amin was quick to respond and scheduled an appointment first thing in the morning. He was able to assist my tenant with several repairs. I appreciate how he communicated all viable options to get the repairs completed with me. He is an honest hardworking guy. He definitely has earned my repeat business.

A separate plumbing company came out and identified (correctly) that one of my water heaters was filled with cold water.  They provided an estimate for replacement.

I asked Plumbing and Drain Innovations to come out for a second opinion.  Within a minute, Cole diagnosed the issue as the pilot light had gone out.  He relit and problem solved; no need to replace (yet).  I've now found my preferred plumbing company for replacement or installation of tankless water heaters.

They started and finished installing new sewer line complete in 6 days. That included 2 - 16' tunnels under the existing home plus approx 30' home run sew line to reach COH sewer line.

Abacus came by for a clogged kitchen sink. They said they couldn't get it Unclogged and we needed a $1000 jetting. I called Abbie's and Chris came that day and unclogged it in 30 minutes. He was so friendly and kind! Will never use anyone else. Also, beware of those large companies...they up sell services you don't need, but not this place!

I used yelp to get quotes to replace a section of gas pipe that had corroded. The quotes were all over the place as high as $600. We live in a nice area and joke that we get the neighborhood mark up.

Hexagon responded quickly on line to the quote request.  George (the owner) came out that same day to look at the issue.  He gave me a very reasonable price, was able to put in a temporary fix and sent his team (Danny and Tyler) over first thing the next morning to permanently fix the issue.  All three went the extra mile of cleaning up the area after they did the work, shoe covers or shoes off when inside the house and also re-lite the hot water heater pilot lights and gas lamp after they turned the gas back on.  

I would highly highly recommend this company!!

5M plumbing is the company my HOA trusts to fix issues that occur in our condominium complex.  We had a disaster of a day last week (the day before Thanksgiving), stemming from a problem created by the first plumbers I called out to fix a problem.  (See my review of how terrible they were - especially their owner - by looking up reviews of Space City Plumbing.)  5M Plumbing came to the rescue and the father and son team definitely knew what they were doing and they saved the day.  They fixed the broken pipe, helped to clean up all of the mess created by the first crew.  I will always call them FIRST in the future. (God willing, we don't have any more plumbing issues like that one again any time soon!)   I have even greater respect for good plumbers and what they must endure in plumbing emergencies.  Carry extra changes of clothes!!!!!

3/16/2018: Horrible first experience with this company. After waiting two days for my service apt to arrive - they canceled my Friday afternoon apt leaving me hanging without a kitchen sink through the weekend until they could reschedule me for the following Tuesday. I will never use them. Worst customer service ever. My husband called RotoRooter who rescued us and arrived within 2 hours. Should have called  RotoRooter first and saved myself the inconvenience.

These guys were awesome! Had trouble with a previous plumber that lied to us about the installation (Life line plumbing). Anyways used the Yelp app to find a good plumber and I did. Daniel and his associate were on time, courteous and very professional. These guys were extremely proficient with there time. They installed the tankless water heater within an hour or so. They clean up after themselves and did excellent work.
It's hard to find honest hard working guys like Daniel and i hope others will utilize his services. I will definitely use DC Plumbing again if have plumbing issues.
