Had a plumbing nightmare hit us just in time for the holidays. They accurately diagnosed my plumbing issue after (3) other different opinions. Very efficient and really went the extra mile to help us out when we were in a major bind with backed up sewage! Excellent service, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend. Will call them again with any plumbing issues.

$150 for the plumber to pull out the pop-up, wipe off a bit of gunk, replace the pop-up, and test the flow in the drain.  Took 3 minutes.

When I called (afterwards) to question the charges, was told that that is their standard fee for an hour's work.  

Did the plumber ask if there was anything else that he could do toward earning an hour's pay?  Negative...just got his check and hit the road.  

No honor!

They were quick to respond to my inquiries and were very helpful and informative about the issue at hand. They came prepared with all the tools they needed and very thorough in their explanation. I would highly recommend!

Jason and Taylor installed two new water heaters in our attic.  They are friendly, professional and completed the job in about 3 hours.  All of our pre installation questions were answered quickly.  They left the area neat and clean.  We plan to use them for annual inspections and when other plumbing services are required.

After 3 botched Home Depot deliveries I ended up with a fridge left in my entry way and not up the stairs and installed in the kitchen. The delivery men sent from Home Depot said moving the fridge up the stairs was impossible without 4 people. I was completely fed up with Home Depot's delivery practices at this point and told Home Depot I was not scheduling another delivery and I was just going to find someone to install it today instead of another 4-5 days like Home Depot would do. As an aside... Never buy an appliance from Home Depot. They do not value your satisfaction and send incompetent people and defective appliances. I told M&R about my problems and they came over same day and with 2 people and a little help from me we got this fridge up the stairs and installed. These total professionals also disassembled the doors of the fridge and reassembled them up the stairs for clearance moving up the stairs. I am absolutely ecstatic that I was able to get that fridge installed in the same day and the price was very fair! Absolutely 100% recommended these guys.

I submitted an online inquiry this morning, and received a phone call within minutes.  They have already been out, fixed both issues before noon and at a very reasonable price.  I am very impressed with the service I received and will use them again for any future needs.

When you are contacting someone to come out and deal with your pipes/plumbing it isn't going to be a fun experience. In this case even though it was bad news and we knew it was going to cost us money we didn't expect to pay, Loren was so incredibly professional in his handling of our situation. His entire team was extremely professional and quick to get the work done with complete transparency throughout the process. Double checked all the work and made sure that we had a clear understanding of what we were looking at throughout the various times he came out. Would highly recommend him and his team. Highly Recommend Chris for your plumbing issues!  For us it was a slow draining shower.
Called @ 9:45 am, set appt for 11:00 am {SAME DAY} and Chris was here exactly on time.
Had that shower unplugged within minutes!  We then discussed other issues....he investigated all, giving me answers and solutions to all.
Call him...he knows his stuff and honest about it.  I felt the cost of the repair and other things discussed was priced fairly.

The shower handle was stripped yesterday. I could not turn the water off. I had to turn off the main water valve to the house. I checked my Next Door app for recommendations for a plumber. I called Hexagon around 6pm and to my surprise, they were at my house  by 7:30pm. Shower handle was fixed by 7:45pm. Danny was professional and friendly.

5M plumbing is the company my HOA trusts to fix issues that occur in our condominium complex.  We had a disaster of a day last week (the day before Thanksgiving), stemming from a problem created by the first plumbers I called out to fix a problem.  (See my review of how terrible they were - especially their owner - by looking up reviews of Space City Plumbing.)  5M Plumbing came to the rescue and the father and son team definitely knew what they were doing and they saved the day.  They fixed the broken pipe, helped to clean up all of the mess created by the first crew.  I will always call them FIRST in the future. (God willing, we don't have any more plumbing issues like that one again any time soon!)   I have even greater respect for good plumbers and what they must endure in plumbing emergencies.  Carry extra changes of clothes!!!!!

Oh my gosh. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Came to my house literally within an hour of my call. Fixed my problem. Fair price. They are my new plumbing company!!

Excellent service and fast service stayed late until the job was done.  Did t make a mess removing the old water heater.  Definitely recommend!
