I seldom give reviews but I had to give Epic Service the kudos it deserves. I came home early to meet another service provider unrelated to this to find water pouring out the side of my house. Outstanding service! Epic answered the urgent call at 4:59 pm last Thursday for a leaking water heater. I was walked through what to do and within 30-45 minutes Shelby was at my home to diagnose the issue of needing a new water heater. Shelby took the time to explain the issue and our options. He redirected the water lines so that we could have water for the night.  The next morning Shelby was at my home by 8am to get started on the job. I left him there to do the work and he secured my home when he was finished.  The work was exceptional!  I was very pleased with their responsiveness, customer service, and expertise.  Epic is my plumber for life!  I cannot remember the name of young man that answered the initial call but many, many thanks to you for answering the initial call and all that you did to calm my nerves and dispatch Shelby to my home. You guys Rock!

Okay, I know this is long but one more shout-out. A week after my last REVIEW, my aunt purchased a new dishwasher and, true to her promise, Terri had the same men come and install the dishwasher. They were pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. They took out the old one, put in the new one, and carried the old one out to the curb. As she promised, they only charged her for half their normal charge. I highly recommend GAP Plumbing!

I went over to GAP Plumbing and showed Terri the invoice, which she agreed the handwriting was very poor, and she mistook what was written. She called the plumber and advised him she was giving my aunt's check back to her because he ought to 1) write more legibly, and 2) have written on the invoice (due to my aunt's age) DO NO USE! I told her the dishwasher is almost 20 years old, so Terri said that if we get her a new one they will come and install it for half their basic price ($150), because of the trouble it has caused my aunt.

Due to her generosity of spirit to correct this immediately, I am 100 PERCENT in support of this company! As she stated, companies do make mistakes but GAP is determined to correct any they make. They have gone the second and third mile to correct the issue so I completely see why this company has such rave reviews...I'm shouting their praises too!!!

As one who assists my 90 year old aunt, I'm angry at the way GAP Plumbing treated her. She had an appointment for one day but they came sooner (which normally would be great) so I was not able to be there when the plumber came. Their normal fee is $150 to come to your home, and apparently any charges for the work comes out of that.

The two men looked at the water line to the dishwasher, and said nothing was wrong and charged her $75. When I got to her home, she showed me the invoice, which stated they looked at the water line and there is no problem. That is all the invoice says.

My aunt ran the dishwasher and it flooded the kitchen. I called and although my aunt's name was in their computer system, her appointment for two days later was erased! The lady tried to tell me that no one from their company had ever been there. After I explained that I was holding the yellow invoice, gave her the invoice number, and the names of the two men who came, then she said she would have to check in to it, but she said she would set up a call back after 2:30pm today.

This morning they called and told my aunt they were not coming. When I called them back and left a message they returned the call quickly. She said they do not fix dishwashers, even though the invoice says they fix dishwasher connections. The lady said that the invoice says that it is the gasket that is broken, and that is very different from connections. I explained that the invoice  does NOT say anything about a gasket and that, in fact, the man told her it was fine, which is WHY she ran a cycle. The lady said, Well, you'll have to send me a copy of the invoice because we have to have proof that your invoice is different. Likely I'll have to drive over to show them the actual invoice so she can see for herself that the word gasket was added after the invoice.

They respond quickly to the service you need. The service they provide for me was excellent will recommend to anyone

Jason and Taylor installed two new water heaters in our attic.  They are friendly, professional and completed the job in about 3 hours.  All of our pre installation questions were answered quickly.  They left the area neat and clean.  We plan to use them for annual inspections and when other plumbing services are required.

Excellent service! We called Robert to install our appliances, and he gave us a quote over the phone and came the same day. He was cordial, professional, on time, and he is very thorough and knowledgeable in his trade. He did a fantastic job. We absolutely recommend M & R Home Services!

Tomball Plumbing did a great job with quick turn around. I reached out to Brent, the owner, on Yelp to get a quote lightning fast and with a quick appointment time too. He arrived on time and communicated with me for the entire process. All-star job and very professional.

Excellent services. The owner is very responsive. After scheduling the appointment, he was able to get me in a day earlier which was great. Service took less than an hour, and he was very thorough. I will definitely recommend Top Guy Plumbing.

Amin was very responsive, timely, respectful, and budget friendly. I will continue to call Amin and refer him to friends and family members that need things done at the house. He does it all and he's fantastic. Please give him business as he's so deserving

Awesome plumbers! Best in the area by far!  There are many bs, incompetent, lazy, and/or up-charging plumbing companies in the area.  Just because they have paid for a billboard in town means NOTHING.  All it means is they've likely paid for that billboard by over charging unethically. SS Chiropractors do the same thing around town.  Cole is thee best. He follows the Golden Rule and is very competent.  I used to manage over 9000 apartments all over USA so I know what I'm talking about.

We have used this company twice. On Memorial Day weekend right after COVID hit while waiting on a bigger chain that promised to be out and didn't come  we turned to halo. He was out within the hour and tending to our problem. A real God send!  Thank you Halo!  Won't use anyone else now!

I had a small water leak by my water meter and Chris responded very quickly to get this fixed. He was responsive, gave me a fair price and quickly fixed the issue all in the same day. Thanks to him no more ridiculous high water bills. Cannot recommend this guy enough.

George and his team are simply incredible. We started using them for our rental business a few months ago and they have been a dream to work with ever since. George is a very hands on owner who masterfully keeps an eye on every project his team works on. Honestly, I'm not sure how he manages to keep track of it all. I can only assume his support team is working equally as hard to keep all the pieces together.

We had to fully repipe one of our properties and George showed up every morning to make sure his team had a clear understanding of the work that needed to be accomplished each day. During the day, as questions came up, George was always a phone call away to troubleshoot issues with the team. For our smaller service calls on other properties, George and his team always arrive on time and get the job quickly.

Each of the plumbers on his team have been clear and kind communicators. The pricing structure is straight forward, transparent, and consistent (no hidden surprise costs like you get with many other contractors). The whole team is not only skilled in their craft, but respectful as well. Before the winter storm, George even reached out to me with helpful tips to prepare. That's some serious customer service! I am not one to typically write yelp reviews, but the Hexagon Plumbing team deserves a glowing review and it's the least I can do to repay them for the value they've added to my business.

5M plumbing is the company my HOA trusts to fix issues that occur in our condominium complex.  We had a disaster of a day last week (the day before Thanksgiving), stemming from a problem created by the first plumbers I called out to fix a problem.  (See my review of how terrible they were - especially their owner - by looking up reviews of Space City Plumbing.)  5M Plumbing came to the rescue and the father and son team definitely knew what they were doing and they saved the day.  They fixed the broken pipe, helped to clean up all of the mess created by the first crew.  I will always call them FIRST in the future. (God willing, we don't have any more plumbing issues like that one again any time soon!)   I have even greater respect for good plumbers and what they must endure in plumbing emergencies.  Carry extra changes of clothes!!!!!

They came out to the house to fix a toiler roughly 5-6 weeks after fixing one before.  Same two guys and we get a quote significantly higher than the time before.  When I call them on it the price starts falling, but is still $30 higher than a few weeks before.  Sorry guys, but I am self-employed and not guaranteed a thing so when you do this to me and I have to pay you a $75 trip fee for being in our house for less than 5 minutes that doesn't sit too well.

Excellent service and fast service stayed late until the job was done.  Did t make a mess removing the old water heater.  Definitely recommend!
