We had a whole house water filtration system installed  that we had purchased. They did a wonderful job installing it, but within hours of turning the system on we had a leak. Unlike other plumbing services we have used before who said they guaranteed their work (but didn't follow through with that guarantee), EPIC sent Joseph out to fix the leak and honored their warranty/guarantee. I don't mind if it takes more than one trip to get something right when a company stands behind t by eir workmanship. It's for that reason I have no trouble recommending Joseph and EPIC Services!!

I had a water leak raining down into my dinning room from the ceiling. Upon inspection in the attic, i could see the water spraying out from a galvanized pipe but saw no way to get to it.

They came out within an hour of calling and left about an hour later. The pipe was pulled out and replaced with some kind of tubing and the technician managed to get to it without cutting out the ceiling. I ended up paying much less than i was expecting as well.

Great service. Quality repair, no patch, complete replacement of the failing galvanized pipe that was leaking. professional. I will use them again.

Home Warranty America, my insurance company, is still planning on sending someone out within the next 24 to 48 hours. Maybe. GAP Plumbing did the work in less time than the insurance company will take to fill out the proper forms.

Got my deposit back quickly but it's not right to deposit a check before a job is actually started. I got an initial bad impression on the phone because I could hardly understand the person I was talking to and I could hear his kids screaming in the background.

Yet, the guy who was sent to give us an estimate gave us the best impression, the total opposite of the impression on the phone, so we went along and provided the deposit. There was no agreement for them to buy parts nor do anything in particular, other than hold our spot for them to come back and start the job.

At the end , we decided against the company and were very surprised to find out our check had already been cashed, when the repair had not even started. All they did was shut the water on that particular faucet to stop the leak until they could come back (and I would have been ok with paying for that, but my deposit was more than that was worth!). Nothing was said about a minimum for the visit. Yes, I did get my deposit back quickly, but the point is that I got a general bad impression from the get-go : One of lack of professionalism and clarity, on the phone. But the actual plumber who came, was great. Very knowledgeable, knew his craft.

I was able to get a plumber to come check out our fireplace valve on short notice. John Simmons helped me understand what was going on, what my options were and resolved the issue. Couldn't ask for better.

I can't say enough good things about this business. Robert came out to fix my dryer.  He was awesome! He called to update his status and when he was going to arrive.  He was efficient, courteous, and went above and beyond my expectations.  His charges were reasonable.  I will make sure, if I need any future home services, I will give M & R a call.  Thank you, Robert!

I contacted Tomball Plumbing to help me resolve a kitchen sink drain line issue. Brent from Tomball Plumbing arrived on time on the day we scheduled the visit. He quickly diagnosed the issue, performed a drain line snake procedure at the clean-out connection outside the house to avoid making a mess under the sink at that clean-out connection. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain how the drain and vent system worked. I asked for a quote for additional plumbing upgrade work I want to have done now as well! I highly recommend Brent and Tomball Plumbing and I will pass the word to those who need a reliable and trustworthy plumber!

I was in need of a plumber to take care of a pipe leak that was connected to the water heater.  Amin was quick to respond, punctual and completed the job with a fair quote.

TEN  stars. After using multiple over priced plumbers in the area, Plumbing and Drain Innovations is by far the BEST. Jesse was extremely cordial and informative about the bathtub fixtures I wanted to replace. They provided the proper parts quickly and did an excellent job on the install. Highly recommended.

Abacus came by for a clogged kitchen sink. They said they couldn't get it Unclogged and we needed a $1000 jetting. I called Abbie's and Chris came that day and unclogged it in 30 minutes. He was so friendly and kind! Will never use anyone else. Also, beware of those large companies...they up sell services you don't need, but not this place!

UPDATE: We were trying to get our new washer installed, but the techs couldn't install it because we had an issue with our hot water valve. I called the office & by the next morning George assured me someone would be by to get it all squared away. Daniel was extremely helpful and made sure to explain everything to me. He has amazing customer service skills and we are so grateful for him!

5M plumbing is the company my HOA trusts to fix issues that occur in our condominium complex.  We had a disaster of a day last week (the day before Thanksgiving), stemming from a problem created by the first plumbers I called out to fix a problem.  (See my review of how terrible they were - especially their owner - by looking up reviews of Space City Plumbing.)  5M Plumbing came to the rescue and the father and son team definitely knew what they were doing and they saved the day.  They fixed the broken pipe, helped to clean up all of the mess created by the first crew.  I will always call them FIRST in the future. (God willing, we don't have any more plumbing issues like that one again any time soon!)   I have even greater respect for good plumbers and what they must endure in plumbing emergencies.  Carry extra changes of clothes!!!!!

They came out to the house to fix a toiler roughly 5-6 weeks after fixing one before.  Same two guys and we get a quote significantly higher than the time before.  When I call them on it the price starts falling, but is still $30 higher than a few weeks before.  Sorry guys, but I am self-employed and not guaranteed a thing so when you do this to me and I have to pay you a $75 trip fee for being in our house for less than 5 minutes that doesn't sit too well.

Daniel with DC Plumbing was great! I had an outside faucet that wouldn't turn off. DC Plumbing was able to come out quickly and fixed the issue at a great price. Will definitely use them for my next plumbing task!
