Can't complain too much with my experience. They were prompt to respond, informative. Professional. And had my issue fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Was a little more than I wanted to spend because I had to buy a part and it required two separate service appointments. Wish the price was a tad cheaper-- having moved from out of state I notice a lot of services like this tend to overcharge. But overall wasn't too bad of an experience and would probably use them again in the future if needed.

We desperately needed a quick service call to fix our water valve line to the refrigerator. I called, and within 45 min there was a knock on my door. Arash was very polite and went right to work. He was able to fix the damage and even installed our new refrigerator. Highly highly recommend!!

Called 15 mins before they opened, got an answer and the problem was taken care of same day. Original job was poorly done and you could tell by just looking at it. All Phase came through, confidently addressed the issue, and handled business. Clean job and no non sense.

We hired Carey Plumbing to hydro-jet our kitchen drain. Extremely professional service and good value. Pricing is reasonable and service is stellar. Highly recommend

Mike is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a complex plumbing issue, and returned just a couple days later to solve our problem under time, and under budget.

I reached out to a number of services and Harris Plumbing was one of the first to respond. I'm a single woman and I was worried about someone taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. This was not the case. Mike was prompt, honest, professional and respectful of my property. I liked that he explained and showed me what the problem was and offered several solutions to fix it. He not only took the time to explain but he educated me on a what to look out for in the future. Harris Plumbing is my go to company for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend.

These guys do great work, Austin and his team know their stuff! First had them out to do an emergency repair on a frozen pipe, which was done quickly and efficiently the same day. A few weeks later I had them fix a hot water supply problem and just yesterday they finished a complete bathroom remodel for us. (The guys even insisted on sweeping the floor and picking up every single piece of trash! ) They have a great warranty on materials and labor, and it's nice to see that they stand behind their work in writing. Any type of plumbing remodel and repair you need, they can do it.

We have had Luis Your Plumber out several times.  From unplugging a kitchen sink to replacing the old piping in the house.  We love these guys.  They are respectful, they explain what they are doing and I believe their pricing is very fair.  I have never felt ripped off.

Shawn Hampton was referred to me by a local real estate agent to help me get my water turned back on and check for leaks after the 2021 Big Freeze. Shawn texted me and arrived shortly thereafter in a proper plumber's panel van (not a pickup truck.) He was professional in appearance and demeanor, knowledgeable and able to show me what was going on and explain what should be done. He suggested repairs and repair parts, and I elected to fix everything that needed fixing. He did extensive work replacing burst or leaking pipes and was able to, somewhat miraculously, dislodge some built up of rust from inside my galvanized steel pipes that was causing lower than usual water pressure on the hot side of my kitchen sink. (I thought we might have to re-pipe that whole area, which would have been an extensive repair.)  

Shawn charged notably less than I would have paid one of the bigger Houston plumbing companies. I've used many of the more recognizable names here over 35 years, so I'm confident in my assessment on this point.

My understanding is Shawn is a LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER with 14 years of experience, some in California but most in Texas working for one of Houston's major plumbing companies before striking out on his own. It is also my understanding that Shawn has a limited service area at this time, generally in and around Houston's West Loop -- but check with him on that.

Note: My husband was the main person who dealt directly with We Do Repipes (WDR) so this review is largely based off of his reports to me.

We found ourselves needing new pipes for the entire house so we got a few quotes. Water was coming out rusty and water pressure was low. After inquiring based on reviews on Yelp, an appointment for the estimate was set up the next day. They were on time and the estimate was quick and a quote given once done. There was an early bird price if we made up our minds within 2 days - it was $300 less than the normal quoted price which was still slightly lower than the one we already had.

Everything was the same except WDR does not paint (but they will patch up with Sheetrock) and they would only need one day to do the repiping. You get the honors (or find someone to do it) of making sure the colors match again. We were waiting on a few factors and ultimately decided upon WDR, but the day after the early bird pricing expired. Sad.

Once we contacted them, they came the next day. It was a new (to us) and empty house so we needed to stop by to unlock the doors for them. Cleanliness and concerns of theft weren't huge issues. They were great - professional and nice. A breeze to work with! As promised, all the repiping was done that first day. They work in teams and they'll switch off. Once done, they generally insist on a walk through and take personal care to make sure things work. They also discovered that the shower heads were shoddy, informed us about it, then quoted us additional and changed those for us as well - same day.

The next day, husband was present for the inspector to make sure everything was done correctly and to get his seal of approval. Almost directly after, WDR arrives to finish some things that weren't up to par. They followed up to make sure everything was good.

Day number three consisted on last minute items and patching up the walls. I went by the house to check on things on the way back from work after everyone was done on the second and third days. Day 2 featured gaping holes in the walls. Day 3 had those holes closed with discolored walls at those spots. Everything looked good.

Only bad notes: someone didn't turn off one set of light on day 2 and day 3, most of the lights were still on. Also, the place was a lot dirtier than I left it. In addition to the countertops being dustier, there were parts here and there, some sort of white substance (plaster?) was all over the toilet cleaning brush (it's ironic that you need to clean something you use to clean), the toilets as a whole were filthy and I couldn't get some of it off, a mirror wasn't replaced on the wall, and I'm fairly sure one of the workers took a dump that involved splattering. Defecating is a wonderful event, but maybe try to keep it cleaner afterwards. Maybe because the place was empty and it wasn't sparkling clean to begin with, they didn't bother with cleaning up after.

Luckily, I stopped by those days to turn off the lights and cleaned the toilets as best as I could. If I had found out the lights were on 24/7... not cool.

Even so, for fast and efficient service, going above and beyond and the care that they gave to their work (if not being energy efficient or leaving the place all that clean), and best pricing (other than how I need to google how to paint), I still grant them 5 stars.

Called first thing in the morning and they came out the same day. Great customer service on the phone and from the time Brent and Mike walked thru the door until they left.  Price was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use S & B again for any plumbing needs.

We had the hot water heater replaced and are very happy. Repipe  beat the competitors by $800 and didn't complain that our unit was in the attic. The installation was completed with skill, the men were polite and the owner communicated well. We recommend giving them a call.

Quick response (within minutes of my request) via message on Yelp.  Came out next day to fix my issue.  RMP are professional, knowledgeable and honest people.  I will hire them again.

I own a business in Tomball and after the freeze I noticed that one of our pipes had burst. I called Milton Frank and they had a technician at my location within 30 minutes! It only took him 15 minutes to repair my pipe and I was able to continue operating! I cannot thank Milton Frank enough! They were the hero and saved the day. They have serviced my location for several years and have always been professional and courteous. And most importantly they will be there for you in your time of need! Called on Friday, May 6 at 5:00 pm regarding an issue with our A/C. We bought the membership that Village sells in October 2021 the last time they were out for our A/C. The person that answered the phone automatically wanted to charge me for overtime which I understand, however, this was potentially a warranty issue. We opted to just wait until the next morning. We received a call at 11:00 am from dispatch confirming our Saturday morning appointment. Hours go by and no call. At 4:40 pm I finally call since I know that they close at 5:00 pm. I am informed that dispatch will call me back. I eventually call back again at 4:50 pm and get an apology and that someone would call me back. Luckily, dispatch calls me back just to inform me that our appointment was bumped. The dispatcher starts with as the calls started coming in Saturday morning that there were customers that did not have any cold air and only 1 A/C unit. I immediately interrupt her and tell her that was the case in our house too. No one asked me if we had cold air and considering that this was their 4th trip to our house in the less than 1 year that it would be documented. She began to apologize and tell me that she was upset on how this first day of summer ended up playing out but that we would have to wait until Monday. Absolutely upsetting at the customer service and how our situation was handled.
