Outstanding professional.  Both gas water heaters were down and Tom got them back running in minutes !!!!!

He was at my house in minutes on late Friday afternoon the weekend of Christmas.  Now our life can return to normal and celebrate the Holidays.  I would highly recommend this man/business.

I had 6 responses to my query about an inside wooden  door not latching..
Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

I just want to expose this group for what they are, an over priced rip off.  Do NOT use these guys!  They are easily 50% higher than anyone else.  The exact same water heater they installed at my house can be purchased at multiple plumbing supplies for an average of $903 (Rheem, 50 gal tall 40MMBTU). Then the guy tacks on an attic installation (additional $221) which I guess is correct in the sense it's an attic space, but it's a closet upstairs so no ladders etc. and full access all around the dang thing.  They didn't vacuum up the little bit of mess and gave me all of this for the bargain price of $2,200.  Unfortunately for me, I was trapped into a now or never situation and didn't have time to get a second or third price.  The quote also included a new catch pan, but he just reused the old one. HOWEVER IT WILL BE A COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE I ALLOW THIS OVERPRICED ROBBERS TO EVER DARKEN MY DOOR AGAIN!  (Here's a pic of that highly accessible attic install!)

I ended up not needing the service...,but let me tell you why. Because the gentleman on the phone offered some suggestions on clearing pipes. He could have just charged and come to do it himself. But he wasn't able to get to me until late tonight.  I really appreciate the service and care

Victor came out and did a good job on the work he did. Took his time and made a good effort to clean up after his work. The issue was that he left the job undone. He did the major part of the job that was worth the most money and agreed to finish up the small stuff the next day. He led me on for 3 days saying he would be there the next day and never returned. I understand trying to make money. Shame on me for paying and trusting him before the job was complete.

I remember my first-time calling Han/Conn Plumbing Services was back in 2013. I found them on Angie's List. There were no plumbing companies that would repair galvanized pipes. Everyone wants to replace the entire house with plastic or copper pipes. That was a $10k job which exceeded my budget.

Javier was the guy who fixed that little leak for $200. It was not easily accessible in the attic above the bathroom sink. He is skilled and friendly. He speaks English and understands plumbing well.

When I called the number 8 years ago, a gentleman named Eddie Lopez, the owner, responded quickly. I was so happy that they fixed the leak, Javier also gave me his knowledgeable assessment.

I have not been in contact with him all these years. Just so happened I was desperately seeking a plumbing repair last year when the hot water pipe burst above my bedroom ceiling. I couldn't find galvanized pipe repair in business categories anymore. So, I texted Eddie. Javier came to my rescue the next day. The repair was a simple patch for $120. Because I planned to get pipes replaced in the entire house.

He also fixed a leaky shower faucet vault for $30 with a $45 supply I bought from Home Depot. (Other guys wanted to charge $130-$680.)

The following year, after my house was repaired. I called Eddie to get my entire house replaced with PEX pipe for $2800. Javier brought his assistant to finish in 2 days. I was grateful for their service. I just didn't like there was no written contract for the work. I had to find my own contractor to fix the drywall after they replaced the pipes.

I thought I skipped the burst frozen pipe damage after last year's Winter Storm Uri. I am actually one of many water pipe victims because of old galvanized pipes. It would be one of the requirements for the next house I buy.

George is top notch!!!!  Totally supports veterans.  We called needing a gas line moved in our kitchen and 2 toilets installed.  Great pricing, came out when he said he would and did a top notch job.  he had to break into the sheetrock and repaired it like a pro.  We plan on using him for the rest of Harvey disaster.  We did not have insurance so he was right on target with pricing.

I have never written a Yelp review before but I can't say enough wonderful things about the service I just got! I tried all morning to find a plumber to come out for my kitchen sink that was backing up. I called & spoke to Chris and he was out the same day. The price he quoted me over the phone was what I paid, and he fixed my problem quickly and gave me tips on how to not stop up my sink again! It's so easy to get taken advantage of these days and this type of customer service is so rare. I will never use another plumber again. Thank you!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Wallin Plumbing. My first call with them was to replace the valves under the kitchen and bathroom sinks in preparation for a renovation. The 2nd call was for sink and faucet installation in the kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately I was missing a piece for installation and had to reschedule. On the final call my serviceman Shaun came and finished the installation of the sinks and faucets and line and flap replacement for the lavatory. Shaun was my requested serviceman for the 2nd and 3rd appointment based on his timely and professional 1st appointment. I found Wallin Plumbing when I went on the Nextdoor app and requested recommendations for a plumber. Almost everyone suggested Wallin Plumbing. It's easy to see why they came so highly recommended. It's refreshing to know if I have any future plumbing needs I have a wonderful, trustworthy, professional company I can call.

SO VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Not only did they no show up this morning but when we tried to call we were yelled at and hung up on! He said they called and there was no answer. This was not true and when he verified the number it was our Landlord's cell number and not ours. He wouldn't listen and said we should take our business elsewhere. Terrible Customer Service

Budget Home Services was prompt to respond to my yelp message, they answered all my questions, our conversation lasted far past 5pm, as I was running errands and answering as I could in between tasks. Casey was patient and helpful and looked at the images and comments I sent them and even gave me a ballpark quote. They followed up in the morning and sent a tech out after I confirmed my request. Their technician JR was very friendly, professional, and did a great job removing our unused ancient garbage disposal. He also put caulking around our sink and helped me figure out what size and type of faucet I should go buy, he replaced the faucet and even cleaned up under the sink after he was done. He noticed some water damage from the leaking and let me know to be aware of this issue. I really appreciated this, and if I need any help reconnecting everything once we get the counter replaced I will definitely contact their company. He didn't waste any time, worked efficiently, and was courteous about clean up (something other companies I've noticed aren't always very good about).

I have never been so unhappy with a service as I have been today. What was supposed to have started a reliable relationship with your company 5 years ago has turned into a nightmare for my house and family. Five years ago we paid for a preferred membership and horizontal copper piping to be replaced at recommendation of our technician, as he had been out more than once to repair pin hole leaks in our piping.  Three weeks ago, while my husband and I were on vacation, our son discovered a ceiling leak in his bathroom. Much to our surprise, it was a horizontal copper pipe run we thought had been replaced. Not only were we told our membership had expired (We received no prior notification it was due), but that the previous work had not been completed. The manager on duty cut me a deal: For no charge, he would allow the technician to cut out and replace the section of pipe leaking for no charge. Repairing the sheet rock and drywall needed to be cut would be on my own expense (No referral was given). Last night around around 11 PM my husband and I found another leak above our son's bedroom, which is connected next to his bathroom. Same pipe run. This morning I am promised that someone will call between now and 1 PM to come assess the damage. Meantime I have no running water to shower, wash, or even flush a toilet. Had that pipe been replaced initially three weeks ago as I originally  requested (but was refused), I would not be writing this complaint. Better yet, had the original work we had contracted been completed (only 60 feet of horizontal piping was replaced...we paid for 100), I might not be having any of this conversation. You pride yourselves and brag about your excellent service to your clients....where is it? What should have been done was an owning up to work unfinished....not a stop gap repair job to get a client off your back. When the leak was first inspected, why were we not told there were other weak spots (as we were by a different technician 5 years ago that prompted the original contract)? You cannot tell me an experienced plumber would not know to look for such things, especially after looking up our history. I sincerely hope we can come to a resolution.

Addendum: 4 pm
Will now give 3 1/2 stars. Our technician, Daisy, showed up within the agreed time frame. Though there was still some disagreement with what we had originally paid for and had done 5 years ago, she was able to obtain credit for the previous work, as well as a large discounted price toward finishing the remainder of the house. She fixed the current leak so we could have running water until she comes next week for the full job. Even gave us a referral to company they work with for the water damage resulting from it. I will finish this review once the full work is finished. If this recovery service continues as it has, the star rating will increase
