Great and honest service. Came and quoted and finished the job the next day. I was quoted 3-4x higher from other companies.

Very good people and extremely easy to do business with.  They do it right.  I have used them twice and now have confidence that I can expect a fair deal for excellent work.  I won't hesitate to call them again and recommend to others.

I had 6 responses to my query about an inside wooden  door not latching..
Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

We had some issues with the plumbing in our newly purchased home and contacted Katy Plumbing.  The company was helpful and able to make an appointment quickly.  Plumbers Mark Divin and Esteban arrived timely, we're so professional, knowledgeable and immediately assessed and corrected the issues.  We are so happy they were the team that was sent to work on our home and highly recommend them.

I ended up not needing the service...,but let me tell you why. Because the gentleman on the phone offered some suggestions on clearing pipes. He could have just charged and come to do it himself. But he wasn't able to get to me until late tonight.  I really appreciate the service and care

I remember my first-time calling Han/Conn Plumbing Services was back in 2013. I found them on Angie's List. There were no plumbing companies that would repair galvanized pipes. Everyone wants to replace the entire house with plastic or copper pipes. That was a $10k job which exceeded my budget.

Javier was the guy who fixed that little leak for $200. It was not easily accessible in the attic above the bathroom sink. He is skilled and friendly. He speaks English and understands plumbing well.

When I called the number 8 years ago, a gentleman named Eddie Lopez, the owner, responded quickly. I was so happy that they fixed the leak, Javier also gave me his knowledgeable assessment.

I have not been in contact with him all these years. Just so happened I was desperately seeking a plumbing repair last year when the hot water pipe burst above my bedroom ceiling. I couldn't find galvanized pipe repair in business categories anymore. So, I texted Eddie. Javier came to my rescue the next day. The repair was a simple patch for $120. Because I planned to get pipes replaced in the entire house.

He also fixed a leaky shower faucet vault for $30 with a $45 supply I bought from Home Depot. (Other guys wanted to charge $130-$680.)

The following year, after my house was repaired. I called Eddie to get my entire house replaced with PEX pipe for $2800. Javier brought his assistant to finish in 2 days. I was grateful for their service. I just didn't like there was no written contract for the work. I had to find my own contractor to fix the drywall after they replaced the pipes.

I thought I skipped the burst frozen pipe damage after last year's Winter Storm Uri. I am actually one of many water pipe victims because of old galvanized pipes. It would be one of the requirements for the next house I buy.

Excellent plumbing installation of our new faucets. They arrived right on time and did a very thorough installation. Having two instead of one plumber show up was really nice and took very little time. They always answer the phone unlike most plumbers and gave me a reasonable estimate right over the phone. I have never written a Yelp review before but I can't say enough wonderful things about the service I just got! I tried all morning to find a plumber to come out for my kitchen sink that was backing up. I called & spoke to Chris and he was out the same day. The price he quoted me over the phone was what I paid, and he fixed my problem quickly and gave me tips on how to not stop up my sink again! It's so easy to get taken advantage of these days and this type of customer service is so rare. I will never use another plumber again. Thank you!

Did not have good luck with these guys. We had a urinal flushing too long wasting water. They were prompt in coming, fixed it, but then about half an hour after they left we noticed a bad leak into the wall. Called them back over... while trouble shooting the issue he tells me you know I'm going to charge you for this ... I said well, it wasn't leaking before you worked on it. Then a few minutes later the urinal stops working completely, and he tells me we need to replace the whole valve assembly, and that he would have to order it. (For a lot more money) I reluctantly agreed. Waited weeks, checked in at least twice asking if the part was in. Said they'd check on it, and never called back. It became pretty obvious they weren't coming back.  I finally called Milton Frank... they came and replaced the valve components and had it fixed in less than an hour.

I love this company! I've used them multiple times on some investment properties. They never tell you they are booked and can't service you. They have serviced me every single time within 24 hours of me calling! Very responsive, very organized, very polite and priced extremely fair! I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone who's in need of fast QUALITY service!

Our Delta shower valve decided to fail one night and not turn off. Water continued to dribble from the faucet and wouldn't stop no matter how hard we tried to turn the knob.

I had them come out to quote a small job.  I thought it was maybe a half day project.  They quoted about $2000 for the job. It was 99% labor as I had already bought the fixtures that I wanted.  I said no thanks and did the project myself and it ended up taking only about 2 hours.  That comes out to nearly $1000/hr.  I can understand if a company has a minimum job price but that was never communicated.  When I scheduled the consultation I notified them of what I wanted so they knew it was not a huge job and did not notify me of any minimums.  They charge a $120(ish) service call fee which will be rolled into any work you have done.  I understand that companies have to do this but it seems a little dishonest to charge that fee and then show up with a quote for $1000/hr in labor.  I gave the company my feedback and they tried to justify the high price by pointing to labor cost increases and the fact that they had to buy a new truck last year.  I also completely understand current inflation but I don't think it's at $1000/hr.  I've recently had other plumbing jobs done at work that were no where close to this price.  I certainly don't know the details of quoting plumbing work but I think I can safely say that this company is way above what is reasonable.
