Tom'' crew removed and installed a 50 gal. hot water heater in my attic. No fuss, no mess very professional, like clockwork, they knew what to do and was in and out in a flash. I would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs. Great job

I had 6 responses to my query about an inside wooden  door not latching..
Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

Bought a new house, there are shower jet
(capped off) and shower head. Asked Katy plumbing crew if he can help me figure out why it's leaking , he jumped right into the job. He broke both knob set screws for my showers. Hammered in the first set screw because he didn't use the right screwdriver drill. He broke the second screw head and have the screw sharp thread sticking out and I had to buy screw protector to prevent it from cutting my hand everytime I use the shower.

Turns out there is no leak, just needed to push the other knob in further.  He replaced the valve unnecessarily to justify charging for the job. He just reuse the screws that it came with. Broke them both. And charge me 250 for figuring out how the shower works.

[Update] supervisor called and said he offered to make it up to me. I asked for a refund option. He replied politely if he gives refund he can no longer service the home. He said he already invested in valve (probably a few bucks from Amazon), if refunded, he has to wash his hand and no this service address for future work.

After calling 3 other plumbing companies, Joey with Ritter Plumbing was the one that gives me a good quote and he came out personally and he has a Master Plumbing License.

Had them do a number or repairs at my house. The work was well done, but the bill far exceeded the original estimate.  When I asked for an itemized bill,   I first received what I will call a semi-itemized bill, and a price reduction that corrected some errors.  I persisted in requesting an itemized bill, and only after I spoke with Mike Tidwell did I receive it, along with a further price adjustment.
I believe that a consumer should be provided an itemized bill without having to request it, and my experience with the price adjustments make it difficult to recommend Mike Tidwell plumbing.

I had 2 big items that required a plumber: 1). installing a dishwasher, and 2). installing a water heater.  I needed the work done ASAP.

I called Victor on Friday morning, and he was able to respond and install a dishwasher by Friday afternoon.  I also had him quote a price for a water heater installation. He was able to finish that job the following Tuesday.

Both jobs were done in a high quality manner and for a fair price.  

I would HIGHLY recommend Victor as a competent & fair priced plumber who provided EXCELLENT customer service.

I remember my first-time calling Han/Conn Plumbing Services was back in 2013. I found them on Angie's List. There were no plumbing companies that would repair galvanized pipes. Everyone wants to replace the entire house with plastic or copper pipes. That was a $10k job which exceeded my budget.

Javier was the guy who fixed that little leak for $200. It was not easily accessible in the attic above the bathroom sink. He is skilled and friendly. He speaks English and understands plumbing well.

When I called the number 8 years ago, a gentleman named Eddie Lopez, the owner, responded quickly. I was so happy that they fixed the leak, Javier also gave me his knowledgeable assessment.

I have not been in contact with him all these years. Just so happened I was desperately seeking a plumbing repair last year when the hot water pipe burst above my bedroom ceiling. I couldn't find galvanized pipe repair in business categories anymore. So, I texted Eddie. Javier came to my rescue the next day. The repair was a simple patch for $120. Because I planned to get pipes replaced in the entire house.

He also fixed a leaky shower faucet vault for $30 with a $45 supply I bought from Home Depot. (Other guys wanted to charge $130-$680.)

The following year, after my house was repaired. I called Eddie to get my entire house replaced with PEX pipe for $2800. Javier brought his assistant to finish in 2 days. I was grateful for their service. I just didn't like there was no written contract for the work. I had to find my own contractor to fix the drywall after they replaced the pipes.

I thought I skipped the burst frozen pipe damage after last year's Winter Storm Uri. I am actually one of many water pipe victims because of old galvanized pipes. It would be one of the requirements for the next house I buy.

We called on Sunday evening and they were willing and ready to come out that day! We ultimately scheduled for between 8am-9am Monday morning(our choice). They got to our home in the indicated timeframe which is always appreciated and finished quickly. They provided a reasonable quote and were very professional even over the phone. We would definitely work with them again!

I'm happy to have found this guy.  Chris Perot turned out to be a good, caring plumber - like in the old days.  He's an independent plumber with his own stocked van.  He answered his own phone, came out quick, and fixed all my small problems right away (a kitchen drainline stoppage,  and a leaking pipe).  He is coming back later to fix a broken shower knob.  He knows his craft well, and does neat work.  Reasonable prices also.

Wonderful honestly great people who are professionals, and friendly. They give great advice and will make sure you are squared away!

Be very careful!  Their estimate was for $4,800 and the job actually is costing $800.  We were told there was no gas line to our stove and that they would have to take it through the back yard to get it to the stove and add a bbq line.  When I questioned the amount , they did not respond.  The next company came in and found there was already a gas line to the stove, just the connector/spriget had been removed.  $800 total.
Wallin was overcharging us by $4,000 because they couldn't see a gas line in th attic????

This is a family-owned business and they were very prompt and courteous.  I gave them 2 stars, however, because their service charge is $125!  That's close to twice what I've been charged by other plumbers, and my house is only 2 miles from their business. I asked for a reduction since I own multiply properties and told them I would be happy to use them as my preferred plumbing company but they were inflexible.  So this is the last time I will call them.

This company deserves a 6 rating. Price, People and Service is hard to come by these days but Budget Home Services checks all those boxes.

I needed a plumber because of the winter freeze to fix a burst pipe. I saw their crew in the neighborhood and they were nice enough to come by to assess and price the work. They worked me into their schedule and 8 days later they came out and did a very professional job in a short time for a good price. They weren't price gouging people like many other companies were. Because of their fairness and quality work its no wonder why they have such high review ratings.

Thanks to Brett for working me in their schedule without bumping any others needing plumbing services. Also thanks to Angel and Rick who did the repair which was tricky to get at. I definitely will use this company again without hesitation or bothering to shop around.

This plumber is a real find! He was appointed to our job by our home warranty company for a leaking water heater. I left a message at 8am and he was with me by 10am. He adjusted his schedule to deal with my emergency. It was a complete contrast to the replacement of my other water heater last year. Because the shut-off valve wouldn't shut off, he drained the tank and by-passed it, whilst he sourced a replacement. Ron was very knowledgeable and customer-orientated. The job was completed in a very timely manner and he managed to find the cause of the leak from the pan to outside of the house...nails in a pipe. He also informed me that I had a water pump that wasn't plugged in. Now for the first time in nine years, I have instant hot water in my kitchen faucet!
I will be calling Ron, whenever I need a plumber for sure!

My experience with Mr. Rooter excellent.  A very nice and professional technician was dispatched to our home.  They did an excellent job of coordinating a time convenient for me.  Additionally, the technician did a spot on job of diagnosing the issue as it was not apparent from simple observation.  

We will definitely call them again should the need arise.
