Very professional, fast and honest.  They showed up on a Sunday with very little notice. He also showed me how to rewire a florescent fixture to accept LED bulbs.  This is company is great!

Don and the guys have done our electrical work for twenty years.  They are professional, neat, prompt, and very talented.

Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Just got home to find a handwritten and signed card from Collin County Electrical. Rodney is a true professional...had him out twice and fantastic results. Would highly recommend him!

We had a perfect experience, from beginning to end!  Lisa was so helpful and patient with us in picking out our fans and scheduling their installation (we came twice to look over their stock and she was so kind the whole time).  Then, Chad, who installed our fans, was so friendly and knowledgeable.  He had to make a second trip all the way out to our house in Rockwall just to install a finial on one of the fans and he did so happily.  This company is fabulous and we could not be more thrilled with our new fans!  Thank you all so very much!  Highly recommend!!

Shady company. I advised I wanted two separate quotes for work being done at different times. Backs out the last minute and wants to charge a $40 extra from what was quoted. Don't trust this company to do any work. Find someone else. See my attached picture. This company is a JOKE!

The response below is NOT correct. I still have the piece of paper that shows it was to be done at SEPARATE times. Either your employee is lying to cover his a... or the customer(me) is making it up. (Not true)  yes you did contact me and I responded to your calls and texts. Then you slapped on an extra 40. I found a real electrician who is reliable who did the work for the agreed price for less than you offered. I even told the person via text I was NOT happy about you pulling a fast one and upping your agreed price and that i would be writing a bad review. Radio silence from him. Perhaps you should fire him and get someone in who can deal with customers better. I strongly recommend STITT ELECTRIC. (Can find them on my profile with my other reviews. They have A LOT of 5 star reviews from happy customers including me)

Honest, on-time, reliable.  A company you can trust.  Barney arrived about 15 minutes early, gave us a very fair assessment of the situation.  We highly recommend Barney for any home electric project.

I had a last minute request and these guys came through in the clutch. They have very reasonable prices and couldn't have been nicer about everything. These guys called for approval before any work was done were professional to top it off.

Would recommend to anyone, you can't go wrong with this team.

Worked 40 years in sales, I always wondered why a highly reviewed plumber charges less than industrial standard. Now I get it.

We hired 3 different plumbers to install 3 brand new toilets. Our neighbor found all 3 off Yelp for us. Brad has the lowest rating (4.5 out of 5, the other 2 both have 5), but since his hourly rate is also the lowest (about 2/3 of the other 2), we chose him. Turned out his invoice is the most expensive. What an irony. The strategy is to long haul hours and charge high markups on materials. It's not a bad marketing tactic, just not what we like.

After all, 4.5 star is not 5 star. Go with one of the 5 star plumbers and enjoy honesty. Quality wise, all 3 toilets survived the 3 month warranty period.

We had an issue with a drain that wasn't draining. The guys came out and their equipment was too big to fit in the drain. They came out right away, were super friendly, helpful and did not charge us since they couldn't help. I would definitely call them again.

Gil Jimenez was professional and friendly.  I called him Saturday morning when I noticed a leak in wall and he was very prompt in responding to my needs.  He inspected the problem and was straightforward and honest; he even suggested that he do the permanent repair on a weekday to avoid any additional emergency service charges (which seemed reasonable anyway for weekend service).  He would have done the full repair on the spot, but I didn't need that bathroom over the weekend anyway.  

On Monday morning, he was on time and even rang my phone before ringing the bell in order to make sure I was up and decent.  Definitely a nice courtesy to someone like me who is slow to get moving Monday mornings!

Gil certainly seems to care about respecting people, treating you right, and getting the job done correctly.  He even took the time to inspect and answer some questions I had about a previous plumbing job (not his work) for no charge.  His rates were very competitive and I was greatly relieved with how little this unexpected problem cost me!

Rented a new home that had a toilet issue.  Realtor had to go through the owners home warranty people and I was assigned Rooterman.  THANK GOODNESS!  They were on time, called ahead, diagnosed the problem, notified the home warranty people and was back out the next morning to replace the entire toilet.  Service was quick and most of all, super friendly.  Emilio was our plumber and I would request him for all my future plumbing needs.

I just recently used them for two separate jobs (water heater install and toilet hardware repair). I would highly recommend. They were one of the quickest to respond, one of the few who would give a quote online, came out quickly, and was one of the lower end quotes that I received.

I've been unsatisfied with my plumber for a while. My friend had recommended EZ Flow, so when my disposal started making angry sounds the day before Thanksgiving, I gave them a call. Theo was there within an hour, diagnosed the very minor problem, and pointed out a few ways we could bring our disposal up to code ourselves. Great, friendly, and FAST service. I really appreciated that they stopped by at the end of their day, going into a holiday weekend, AND didn't charge me. Hopefully I'm set with plumbing for a while, but the next time I have an issue, I'll be going back to EZ Flow.

Great job and great pricing. We used them to do some side work while our pool was being built and they were great. Beth was a real delight to work with.

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
