Recently bought a house in Bedford. We needed outlets installed and a light replaced. George was able to schedule the appointment when it was convenient for us and completed the work in a timely manner even after we added a request for another outlet in the Master Bathroom. Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Rodney was on time, took care to not track in dirt, and explained everything after a thorough inspection.  Had everything completed within an hour.  Super pleased!  Already putting together a list of smaller things for him to do.

Great service and staff!   Chad was out several times working with me to determine the cause of my fan not working.  Ended up being a warranty issue and unit was replaced by the manufacturer.   Could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Chad at my home and with Lisa in the office.   I would highly recommend this company for anyone with need of ceiling fan repairs.

I came across DLI Electric in my search for an electrician to install an electrical outlet in the garage ceiling, an exhaust fan in each bathroom, and a vent hood. David gave me a fair price and scheduled me for the installs. Jonathan came out and did an awesome job completing the work. He took the time to answer any questions I had. I was very impressed that he took the time to clean up everything when he was done. I would not hesitate to hire again.

I made an appointment for this morning at 8am for an estimate. At 8:30am I called Barney to see if he was still coming. Apparently he was at my house at 740am and rang the doorbell and no one answered so he left. I don't think he had the right house bc I have been awake all morning and my two dogs certainly would have heard someone at the door. Im not sure why he didn't call me or show up at 8am like we agreed upon.

I had a last minute request and these guys came through in the clutch. They have very reasonable prices and couldn't have been nicer about everything. These guys called for approval before any work was done were professional to top it off.

Would recommend to anyone, you can't go wrong with this team.

Brad is not only a very experienced master plumber with +20 yrs experience, he's also super nice.  Very professional, came over under short notice squeezing me in.  Needed a PRV replaced, my sprinklers are now ready for the heat wave.  He even went out of soa way to pick up the part I preordered for install.  Amazing.

He is a one man operation, covering a very large area.  You would be very lucky to have him be your plumber.  You can immediately tell he is honest in his demeanor and his work.  Would definitely go to Brad for all future plumbing needs.

So far so good. Out of the blue, hot water in my house stopped working. I relit the pilot light but it went out after a few days. I thought the issue was a wire (I believe it's called a thermocouple), which would have been an easy fix. Before doing sell, I reached out to Proven Plumbing to see if they can consult on what they think I should do. I found this business from a neighborhood Facebook group. Apparently someone else in the neighborhood had the same issue a while back and they had recommended this company. If you have no hot water then you understand you'd like to move pretty quickly on a decision. Proven plumbing was extremely responsive and very professional. They came out after a few hours and scheduled an appointment with me the next day to replace the entire water tank. It turns out that the water heater was about 14 years old so this is about the end of the useful life. I wasn't expecting to pay a little bit north of $1,400 but that's what it took. I am very pleased with my investment. A week later the city came out to perform an inspection and, it passed with flying colors.

Proven plumbing told me that I have a year warranty and then a few years after that the manufacture gives a warranty. However, if anything were to happen then my contact would be proven plumbing and then they would reach out to the manufacturer on my behalf. This all happened last month. So far so good. Hopefully I never have to use the warranty.

These guys are the real deal.... I picked them due to the overwhelming number of reviews and it was a great decision.  Gilbert was fantastic to work with and set up our appointment very easily.  Andrew came out and  is a very knowledgable plumber that's been in the business since he was 5 years old, when he learned the trade from his dad.  Reasonable pricing, honest work ethic and showed up exactly when they said they would.  I've already referred them other business before they even did the work because I was impressed with the communication and follow up from the initial call.  That about says it all....  Hope I don't need them soon, but they will be my first call when I do!!

We were in the middle of having a dryer vent unblocked under the house when much to our horror and surprise, we found out that we also had a water leak under the house! We checked around, and determined that Rooter-Man could get to us the fastest...so we hollered HELP! Eddie came to our rescue on the double. Not only did he repair the original leak, but he showed us two other pinpoint leaks we had missed altogether! Scary...I wondered why my water bill had been so high! Eddie worked very quickly, with no wasted time; he was highly capable of explaining to us what the problem was, how it got that way, and what needed to be done to fix it. I would definitely call these guys back if/when future plumbing problems arise, and Eddie is my professional of choice on the job.
Also, in case it matters to you, the business owner is a vet; and I am honored to give my business to an American who has made the sacrifice to serve his country. Thank you, Rooter-Man!

It's no wonder why they have a 5 star review. I just purchased a property in Pflugerville and tried to change all the bathroom sink faucets. However the shutoff valve is pretty out dated and couldn't take universe connection to new faucets. I called several plumbers and after a few I finally reached a person on the phone with EZ Flow Plumbing the on call service was friendly and was able to get a plumber to me in an hour with a free estimate! Emilio my technician came and gave us a great price to replace shutoff valves and truly cared about my situation and offer tips and advice to do proper faucet and sink connection. He was great to talk to and learn from. I highly recommend this company!

They did the electrical work for my pool. They needed up wiring my pool breaker wrong and melted the breaker/wire. Luckily my house didn't burn down. Since they were a sub contractor they wouldn't come out until the pool contractor put in a warranty claim...bs. If you know your company did the work it shouldn't take a call from the main contractor to come and fix your mistake.

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
