Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

This was our second time using Mr. Rasmussen for electrical problem troubleshooting and replacement of lighting fixtures.  We have been very satisfied with the quality of his work, his pricing and his professional attitude.

I have 2 ceiling fans that I need installed (really high ceiling and short ladder).  i'd thought of hiring an electrician but couldn't get any references so was at an impass for the installation.  I called Cool Breezes to ask for a reference and they said they could install them.  They came today and installed by 2 68 ceiling fans.  They recommended a longer pole for the one fan, called the store, and I drove and got it while they installed the 2nd fan. It was all very quick.

I am thrilled, and even more importantly my husband is thrilled. Chad did a great job, making sure the fans are installed and working properly before leaving. Thanks for a great job.

Very prompt, professional, and thorough.  Showed up right on schedule, fixed everything, and even took the time to explain everything to prevent further problems.  They are the first repair contractor I've ever hired that seemed to actually care about doing the best job possible.  I wish they could teach the other repair companies how it should be done!

I made an appointment for this morning at 8am for an estimate. At 8:30am I called Barney to see if he was still coming. Apparently he was at my house at 740am and rang the doorbell and no one answered so he left. I don't think he had the right house bc I have been awake all morning and my two dogs certainly would have heard someone at the door. Im not sure why he didn't call me or show up at 8am like we agreed upon.

I had a last minute request and these guys came through in the clutch. They have very reasonable prices and couldn't have been nicer about everything. These guys called for approval before any work was done were professional to top it off.

Would recommend to anyone, you can't go wrong with this team.

Like Richard, we were referred to Brad from another 5 star plumber that we found on yelp who was too busy to fit us into his schedule.  Good for him for having plenty of business and GREAT for us for getting Brad.  He was able to come out the following day.  Prompt, professional, courteous, efficient, and reasonable.  We will definitely call him again in the future and recommend him to all of our friends and neighbors!

Replaced our water heater and set up the City inspection as well. Great company turnkey project for us.

I saw all the great reviews on yelp, so I gave Blue Dragon a call.  

I got a hold of Gilbert while he was on vacation in another state.  He still took the time to listen and diagnose the problem we have and gave some referrals since he cannot do it himself.  He is super friendly and outgoing on the phone.

Had a leaking water heater that required replacement.  Communication was excellent from the initial phone call and through the entire process.  When the tech Eddie arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a quote and began the work.  Great (same day) service at a great price!  I highly recommend.

Hey, y'all! Let me quickly set the scene:

We're currently waist-deep into a complete bathroom renovation (so not fun), and the hubby and I got a gorgeous and big, new, two-person tub for the reno! It's been ongoing dust for weeks, and yesterday was FINALLY the day that our contracting team was officially going to finish installing and decking in said tub. Hallelujah!

Alas, at about 7:30pm, they discovered that their plumbing work had a leak that they couldn't fix.
*insert some choice words here*

I quickly took to Yelp in despair and searched for 24/7 Plumbers. Enter Capital City Plumbing.

I got an immediate response from Gabe, the owner, that he could be over in 30 minutes! At freakin' 8pm on a Wednesday, y'all! Talk about awesome sauce!

He and Nick came hurrying over like a pair of plumbing superheroes, immediately assessed the situation, and got straight to work! By 10pm, they had it fixed (thank Baby Jesus that they carry just about every possible plumbing part conceivable in their van), and they even left the bathtub full and waited for 30 more minutes outside in their van, just to be 100% sure that their work was perfect and that the leak was solved!

Well, their work WAS perfect, and the leak WAS, indeed, solved!

I cannot recommend Capital City Plumbing enough! It may seem strange for me to get so worked up about a plumbing company, but, when you need one, you REALLY need one, and they really did knock it out of the park! It's too awesome to now have an official, excellent go-to plumber!

Oh, and please don't let the small number of Yelp reviews chase you away, either! I almost did that, Yelp snob that I am, but I'm so glad that I didn't! It turns out that they're new on Yelp, but they've been in business for 15 plus years! Their experience and professionalism is obvious!

Book them, y'all, and I bloody guarantee that you'll join the rest of us who have unequivocally given them 5 glowy stars!

Wow!!

We had water oozing across the floor in the garage, and seeping through the wall into the bathroom used by our daughter who has significant medical and physical needs.  After reading reviews on Yelp, we called EZ Flow Plumbing.  Bill himself called me within minutes of my initial call and offered to come out the same night--even though it was almost 9:00 PM when I first called.  He could not have been any more friendly and thorough.  He identified the problem right away and made the plan to come back tomorrow at 10 to complete the repair.  He even gave us some suggestions for ways we can mitigate the impact overnight while we wait for the repair to be complete.
This was so refreshing...someone honest, friendly, and professional.  EZ Flow is our new favorite plumber!
Call them, you won't be disappointed.

Walter and his crew were over at our property working on electrical for us and they did an amazing job. They were efficient, quick, accurate. I'm glad I got to meet them and will use them again in the future.

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
