George was able to come to the house quickly.  He installed new wiring for a doorbell and installed some Nest doorbells.  He also replaced a bad external outlet.  We will gladly use him in the future for electrical needs.

Don and the guys have done our electrical work for twenty years.  They are professional, neat, prompt, and very talented.

Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

After having a hard time finding someone to wire our cameras, I'm so happy to came by CCE page.  Emailed CCE and asked for consultation and we got one that fits our schedule over the weekend.  Explained to Rodney what we're looking for,  Rodney gave us a reasonable price and timeframe to work with.  After pursuing with CCE quote, Rodney was able to fit us in his schedule and wired our security system wires. He completed his service without any break and very professional of him to work with us and make sure the cameras are working; although he was hired just to run the wires only.  So thank you Rodney :) definitely recommend CCE.

We had a perfect experience, from beginning to end!  Lisa was so helpful and patient with us in picking out our fans and scheduling their installation (we came twice to look over their stock and she was so kind the whole time).  Then, Chad, who installed our fans, was so friendly and knowledgeable.  He had to make a second trip all the way out to our house in Rockwall just to install a finial on one of the fans and he did so happily.  This company is fabulous and we could not be more thrilled with our new fans!  Thank you all so very much!  Highly recommend!!

I had a last minute request and these guys came through in the clutch. They have very reasonable prices and couldn't have been nicer about everything. These guys called for approval before any work was done were professional to top it off.

Just wanted a quote for a simple repair. Was even able to provide a similar part number. Brad was straight up rude, which even he acknowledged by apologizing. More power to him if he's able to stay busy with his demeanor. But if you have 25+ years of experience, you should be able to estimate something off the top of your head, especially if it's something small between $300-$600. That all being said, I read his reviews and would probably still work him in the future.

I noticed a steady and slow leak coming from under my kitchen sink, naturally, on a Saturday, and after watching a YouTube video showing me how Incredibly Easy It Is To Fix a Leak In 5 Minutes! I did nothing but turn the hot water shut off valve under the sink, and that somehow made it substantially worse. The leak turned out to be coming from the valve itself, so trying to shut it off made water spray everywhere. Time to call an expert.

I consulted about 8 plumbers on Yelp with really high reviews to see who had availability (basically all of the top ones in the area), and none could come out over the weekend for a non-emergency, which I was fine with. Some of them gave me quotes based on my description.

Proven had some of the best communication and $0 service fees to come out and give an estimate. They let me know right away on Saturday that they would need to check availability on Monday, and they called me Monday morning to let me know they could come out that afternoon. Peter the dispatcher was great!

Ruben was my plumber and he arrived ON TIME and was super nice and polite. The price I was charged was LESS than all of the other prices I was quoted by at least 25% if not more. The work was done quickly and cleanly, and he even noticed my janky garbage disposal was loose and jiggling around and fixed it for me in like 30 seconds! He also showed me (on my request) how to turn the water on and off to the house just in case of another freeze.

10/10 plumber, will absolutely contact them again if I need anything!

Although slightly over priced for the work, I have to give them 5 stars. Jason, our tech, came out and took care of our sink install job with ease. Also caught a leak and electrical issue with our current disposal. Probably saved us from a fire! Very satisfied with the work. This after our terrible experience with ARS/Home Depot's contractors. I submitted a quote request to unclog my main drain after my laundry backed up into my garage. Michael responded quickly with a quote and available times to come that day. Once I set the appointment they sent me a text confirming my time 12-3pm. Michael called me at 11:45am to tell me he was 15min out. He was friendly, explained everything to me and took his time to make sure the drain was unclogged. He then ran water through it with me watching to show it wasn't backed up. He is a true professional and even put covers on his shoes when coming into the house. The final price was extremely reasonable and less than the range he had estimated. I would absolutely call Capital City and Michael for any future needs. It's refreshing when a company lives up to their Yelp reviews.

They did a great job from start to finish. I got a call very soon after my quote request. They showed up on time. They dealt with the warranty replacement parts. Very efficient and top quality work. Friendly and provided explanations and advice for future maintenance.

Walter and his crew were over at our property working on electrical for us and they did an amazing job. They were efficient, quick, accurate. I'm glad I got to meet them and will use them again in the future.

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
