George was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He helped split a service meter from one meter into two so separate meters, so each unit could be billed individually for electrical service.
He showed up on time, and was thorough and knowledgeable in his assessment of the required work. Other contractors tried to add on additional unnecessary work and materials. George provided a reasonable quote very quickly. He completed the work very quickly and handled the permit process without any hitches. I would highly recommend George for your electrical service needs. I will definitely call him the next time we need an electrician.

Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Rodney provides excellent, prompt service and fast communication. When searching for someone to help us with some electrical issues before moving into our new home, he was great to work with! I have 2 ceiling fans that I need installed (really high ceiling and short ladder).  i'd thought of hiring an electrician but couldn't get any references so was at an impass for the installation.  I called Cool Breezes to ask for a reference and they said they could install them.  They came today and installed by 2 68 ceiling fans.  They recommended a longer pole for the one fan, called the store, and I drove and got it while they installed the 2nd fan. It was all very quick.

I am thrilled, and even more importantly my husband is thrilled. Chad did a great job, making sure the fans are installed and working properly before leaving. Thanks for a great job.

Barney is a nice guy.  He is good at what he does for sure. I think what impressed me most was his focus on the customer.  He called me back if I left a message very quickly. He showed up when he said he would. He did what he said he would do, and he charged me what he said he would charge me.  My electrical issues were not simple, but he wasn't hesitant to take the job and work through the issues very quickly.  To Mr. 1star below, that's funny!  I think I might've kept it to myself personally.  Travel, labor, and liability have a price tag.

I was having air conditioner problems and by my checking it seemed that I was only getting 110 to the outside unit. Larry from Ameritech came by and checked every possible connection to see why I wasn't getting the full 220 to my air con.

Everything right out to the unit was putting out 220. But when Larry went to check the air con wiring, he noticed that there was a wire that had been pulled out. Probably from my ham-fisted do-it-yourself install of the switch. He reconnected the wire to the unit, closed everything back up and wished me good day. I asked him what I owed for the call, and he told me nothing. We didn't do anything. he said. I was amazed.

Yes, that's right, he didn't even charge me for the service call.

I'll be calling Ameritech for all my other electrical needs from now on.

Patrick arrived when scheduled, provided honest feedback about if a repair was wven needed, said he wouldn't charge if he couldn't fix the problem (read further), and provided the best price out of 3 places i called for phone estimates. I had a quick connect fitting on and wanted it replaced for threads. PATRICK was very honest in saying trying to remove it could cause more problems than with if he had to cut it off. He said he's try to pop it off and replace the line, but wouldn't charge me at all if he couldn't pop it off. I thought that was very generous considering his time trying! When he did get it off, he had the repair done very quickly at a great price.

I originally asked for a quote for tankless water heaters. rooterman instead talked me into tanked water heaters because they have less maintenance issues. 1 year in the control valve failed.

I had to pay rooterman almost $300 to install a warranty covered part.

A year later the same part failed, and I was informed by another plumber that these were known defective parts. Rooterman wants another $300 to install this part. This part btw is an easy install, 30 minutes of labor tops.

This isn't the only scam rooterman runs- they wanted $500 for a shower cartridge install. this takes all of 10 minutes of labor and a $60 part.

Rooterman love To upcharge, scam, and install defective equipment that will require regular warranty labor expenses. Find someone else!
