I moved from Dallas to The Mid-Cities and wanted to take my light fixtures with me.  George came to my house and took 4 fixtures down and installed the ones I had purchased as replacements.  He then drove to my new house and installed them and 2 more.  He tested everything before he left.  He was on time and cleaned up after the job.  I've recommended him to several friends.

Don and the guys have done our electrical work for twenty years.  They are professional, neat, prompt, and very talented.

Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Rodney quickly fixed my outlet that had stopped working.  He also clearly explained the issue and how he fixed it.  I will definitely call him for my future electrical needs!

We turned to this fan company (an authorized service center for Casablanca fans) after Lights Fantastic on Greenville refused to honor the lifetime warranty on fans that we purchased there. After dealing with Lights Fantastic, the people at Cool Breezes were a godsend. They were responsive, responsible (returned phone calls, did what they said they would do), friendly, and helpful. In particular, we found Chad Blain to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave great advice and was easy to work with throughout the repair process. We now have a new store to which we will turn for our fan and cooling needs.

Jonathan at DLI tackled several issues we had in a half a days time that we had put off for a year and a half! He was prompt, honest, educated, well priced while having no issue communicating when needed! I highly recommend them, thank you DLI

Just hired Barney's to repair a doorbell and look at a motion light for me, small projects but awesome work- I did not feel at all like I was an afterthought or less of a customer because of the size of the projects.  Jason was on time, professional, took care of both items, did not try to up-sell me on anything but did offer his professional opinion on a few products on the market after I asked him about... very knowledgeable. Everyone needs a guy ...  this is my electric guy from now on.

I had a last minute request and these guys came through in the clutch. They have very reasonable prices and couldn't have been nicer about everything. These guys called for approval before any work was done were professional to top it off.

Would recommend to anyone, you can't go wrong with this team.

Brad is AWESOME! He is incredibly reliable, polite, and clean. He is cheaper than most plumbers I have found in Austin and much more professional in terms of his communication and demeanor. At $115/hour he is a bargain and seems to really know what he is doing. He has worked on our kitchen sink, our toilets, and installed a new hot water heater. I recommend him most highly.

Same day service located here in Cedar Park.  Quick.  Ran 75 foot snake to clear kitchin sink.  I had tried a whole bottle if draino and my own 25 ft snake and sink still stopped up. These guys cleared it for $195.  Did not shop just called this company.

Gilbert is the man. Plain and simple. He not only beat the competitors pricing, but he did an amazing job installing my new water heater. He knows his stuff and even took the time to inspect the rest of my plumbing for concerns/issues. I highly recommend him!

Rooter-Man is an exceptional company when it comes to communication, quality, and professionalism. We called Rooter-Man to come perform one task at our house, but due to unforeseen existing conditions, we had complications pop up left and right. Fortunately, we had Don helping us. Not only was he dedicated to working through those complications, but also he was very knowledgable, transparent, patient, and friendly throughout the entire visit. We feel we got top quality service and feel confident in the work which we ultimately had performed on our house. Thank you Don and thank you Rooter-Man.

Capital City Plumbing was able to get me scheduled quickly, showed up
on time, and was great with communication. They also did a great job fixing my issue. I would use them again in the future.

We live in SW Austin where the city water has very high pressure 100-120 psi. Our water Pressure Regulator Valve (PRV) had gone out. The city should pay for PRV due to excessive water pressure.  Normal city residential pressure 60-80 psi.
I used my exterior faucet water pressure gage on my exterior faucet and bled the excess pressure overnight to 45-50 psi until I could find a good plumber.

EZ Flow Plumbing workers Theo and Paul came to my home. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable in replacing our PRV. They adjusted the new PRV per city specifications and my satisfaction. (City inspector came by today and PRV installation passed.)

Theo and Paul cleaned up all of their surroundings and gave me instructions of how to adjust the PRV without damaging it by loosing the under lock first, then the top nut screw or he PRV will malfunction for a new one.

EZ Plumbing is the best and have good reasonable prices with quality and durable products. 5 Stars indeed.

Today Walter and Marcus came out to do our pool electric work.  These guys are fantastic. First they showed up and were careful to knock on our front door after reading the signs of please knock baby in the house (good thing lil man was asleep at the time). They waited patiently and were about to call as I spotted them.  These guys are super flexible, and were able to accommodate my last second request to add an extra outlet.  Really nice and personable too! I highly recommend Rosen electric especially Walter and Marcus.

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
