These guys were fantastic! We had an issue with water temperature in just one faucet in the house. They scheduled us quickly, showed up on time, and were super friendly. They got us taken care of promptly, couldn't recommend them enough!

Don't use them. I took off from work to be home for them since they don't work on weekends. When they hadn't shown up an hour after the appointment time, I had to call their office six times and finally call their emergency number to track someone down. I was then told, oops, a morning job ran late and they can't finish my job today even though they had plenty of time left in the day to finish if they had wanted to. Go with Milestone.

Had a terrible experience with this company. They set time for 9 to 11 a m. Time came and went and they never showed up. Kept checking my phone, since i had other things to do! At 10 59 i called only to nonchalantly be informed that they would be happy to reschedule since they did not have enough techs to come out and do my job! I was upset since i did not get a phone call at all! Person stated that an email was sent out. Why an email was form of advising i dont know since i dont keep my face in front of a pc  as i do a phone?? Checked email and email was sent at 11 18, 18 minutes after the schedule end time of 11. No mention of not enough techs just that they could not keep appt, and would be happy to reschedule. NO big deal to me. AS FOR ME wish i could repeat what i told them in in this review.....not a very happy camper as all this other formal sugary reviews....not at all happy and dont have a problem letting world know about it!DO NOT USE. From their employee reviews  seems it makes sense why they may have had shortage of techs...they dont value the ones they have to keep them there

Any business that needs service done from plumbing, electrical, or maintenance, this is the company to go to.  They are all qualified to do every job but the best part about them is that they pool all their knowledge for each job and will give you a 30 day guarantee on every service they do.  The reason why?  Because not everyone's perfect and they make mistakes too.  This is the best place to go to for every service.  The cost is comparable to any serviceman but the way they approach customer service is the reason why i'll always go to The Works
