Thank you very much for the exceptional service, Eric Lawler. As a new homeowner, I called Mister Sparky to do an overall check up of my home's electrical system. I had a great experience from the beginning with customer service and was able to schedule an appointment a day or two out. Eric went through the whole home and looked at my recent inspection report. He was very informative and thorough on explaining what needed to be repaired now and helped me come up with a list that fits my lifestyle and overall will greatly modernize and improve the value of my home. He was not pushy at all and suggested we accomplish what matters most first with some nice-have's down the road. Excellent job and could not be happier! Highly recommend Mister Sparky and in particular Eric Lawler.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Olsen SAVED ME MONEY!!!   I had a fuse blow and they walked me through the process on the telephone to return my power!!  How nice is that, instead of charging me for the service call.  I will use Olsen for every electrical need i have.  Thank you!!!

I have used Viktor's company a few times. He has installed our Tesla home wall connector, added multiple outlets inside and out of my home, and installed Samsung Frame tv. He was always on time, friendly, responded to calls and text within a timely manner, cleaned up after each project, honest, and always updated me as he went along. We were very happy with Custom Electric and would defiantly use them again.

I was looking for a few updates to my house and adding electrical outlets outdoors for Christmas lights. Denny came out to take a look. He was very professional and assured me everything I was looking for was doable. We scheduled immediately and Pierce came out to do the jobs.
Pierce was great and really listened to what I was looking for. He helped troubleshoot the best solution for one of my request and I am very appreciative for the final solution. He was willing to answer other questions I had and very informative. Highly recommend and would use again.

Had an entire system replaced, including ductwork and had new ducts cut in. Very reasonable on price and professional. While process only took 2 days and we couldn't be happier with our unit. We did have a slight hiccup as the blower speed was too low and unit kept freezing. But 1 simple phone call and Jake called me back within 10 minutes to schedule the appt. my technician was Yashua, and he called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and showed up as expected. He was very courteous and took the time to listen and inspect each part to come do a diagnosis. He explained in detail what he did and was respectful of my time and property. I highly recommend this company!!

Giovanni uninstalled some ceiling fans in my house. He was super responsive to my messages, offered me a great price, and was done in less than 20 minutes! 10/10 recommend.

We have used C&B Electric twice now for both ceiling fan and light installations and our experience has been wonderful. From scheduling the visit with the office through the quoting and installation process. We were fortunate to have Kerrie perform both jobs and his professionalism and expertise is second to none. We will continue using C&B for all our electrical needs.

Now that I found Chris, he's my go-to guy for all of my electrical needs! As the owner of a commercial bakery I have lots of big equipment which is fed by some major power. It takes an electrician that knows what he's doing to keep those babies from melting a plug off of the wall or starting a fire. I cannot risk shoddy and overpriced work so looking for a good electrician was daunting and stressful until a friend recommended CitySquad. On two separate occasions I needed to add more equipment to my kitchen which required special heavy duty wiring. Chris made this a breeze! He was punctual, very professional, did an excellent job and to top it off was reasonably priced. It's not too often that you hear of contractors these days quoting a price and then billing you for less than what was agreed upon. In my case, he quoted me a price but was able to find the parts I needed for less than expected. I never would have known if he hadn't told me but Chris chose to pass the savings on to me rather than keep it for himself. Now that is one honest guy!!! Electrical work is no longer stressful and I can rest easy knowing that City Squad has my back!

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Do not use this guy. He came in and created more problems than he fixed and then when he came back to fix them... which he could not do, had the audacity to try and charge me for looking for the problem he created and could not figure out how he did it.

ALSO - I presented him with the problem of a doorbell that was not working... he said it wouldn't be worth trying to fix because he'd have to trace the wires and that could take forever because the doorbell was mortared into the wall. He said we should use a wireless which would have cost a lot and looked ugly. On a whim I bought a 4.98 replacement doorbell. I popped out the old one and put it in. It worked fine.

He is a nice guy, but not much of an electrician. When he screwed things up he had let some kid that works with him, whom I do not believe is even a licensed electrician do most of the work while he stood around talking. Needless to say... NEVER use him.

Rude and unconcerned after multiple contacts to schedule and reschedule and reschedule. Never call never use list! Wow, they need serious customer service training or get out of the business!

I hired Jim Hicks to Install 2 lights for my camera back of an envelope to be hot at all times and repair 1 dusk to dawn light and quoted me on paper $201.50.   However, he wired them to the dusk to dawn lights which was not what I wanted.  He did the back yard and fixed the light under the carport and charged me $220.00.  Then said he would be back and give me a bill.  He showed up on the 13th which was Sunday and did not call and put an illegal connector on my front light which would have gotten me a ticket from the City of Dallas. and charged me an additional $40.00.  I then had to hired another electrician to fix the problem.  He also did not wire the back correctly and they had to fix it because the wires were hanging out.  The second electrician cost me $639.99.  I beleive he owes me that money.  He did not do what he agreed to do and ripped me off and did not give me a bill.  DO NOT USE THIS GUY.  He also made me lose $55.00 on my home warranty due to his lack of respect and no bill.
