Tony did an outstanding job. He was punctual, friendly, thorough and efficient. He was able to sort out the issues with my home and come up with excellent solutions. His documentation was great and pricing was very fair.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

I hired Olson to add electrical outlets to my backyard and string out door lights. Gary was very responsive, and I did not have any issues with communication. He would respond quickly to my emails or texts. Michael came out to do the work and he did a great job. The lights look great!

Victor did an outstanding job replacing wiring and upgrading and moving my electrical panel to ensure it was up to code. He did a great job, kept me updated on progress and finished ahead of schedule. If I ever need electrical work done again, Victor and Custom Electric will be my first call. Great company.

Josh and team did an amazing job fixing all of the light switches in my house and running an independent line for my hot tub outside. This was a two part project and his crew was professional-extremely knowledgeable and always available for follow up. I am looking at scheduling my next major project and they will be the first team I call!

I have used RB Electric several times and Chris is wonderful.  He is very knowledgeable, trust worthy and he is my go to guy and I will not use anyone else. Ladies, if you are worried about contractors taking advantage look no further.  They are very competitive in their pricing, professional and excellent at what they do.  Very good company and people!

They installed new AC ducts to code this September 2020. I am very happy with the work completed and Tyler was more than fair with the pricing..  As a real estate property manager I am comfortable recommending IME Services for all residential HVAC work.

Giovanni uninstalled some ceiling fans in my house. He was super responsive to my messages, offered me a great price, and was done in less than 20 minutes! 10/10 recommend.

Look elsewhere for security . . . .anywhere but here.  Technicians are great, customer service is the worst!  They outsource their security monitoring to another company; the the third-party does a great job monitoring but God forbid if something goes wrong with your system then you must rely on C&B to fix it and that is where the problems come in.

Imagine my surprise when I discovered that for 2 months my home had not been monitored but I was being charged for the monitoring service.  They claim letters were sent out, letters that neither myself or my next door neighbor received, explaining that an upgrade would be necessary to maintain system functionality.  They claim that as their client, it is my responsibility to test my system once a month, and that according to some section in the contract, I am not owed any refund compensation for the service that I paid for but did not receive.  Total SCAM ARTISTS!

I was told they have thousands of customers and it would have been impossible for them to make a greater effort to contact each of them to inform them that they would require an upgrade to their system or else it may become inoperable.  If that's they case, sounds like perhaps they shouldn't have thousands of customers seeing as how they do very, very little to actually service them.

Buy hey, you get what you pay for, right?  Save yourself the headache and DO NOT sign with them or else you will live to regret the day you signed that contract.

Amazing. Ran into them by chance and so glad I did. Terry was able to fix our partial power issue within 1.5 hours, including tracking down the replacement part and installing it. I couldn't be more happier with the service. I'd highly recommend and will be using them again.

Called and asked about service. He e mailed he would call me that evening to discuss details... that was 10 days ago. NO call back. I emailed 2 more times and NO reply.

UDATE INCLUDED Below! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! DO NOT PAY HIM IN ADVANCE!! I have to take him to court to get my money back for services he failed to provide.
!!UPDATE! HIS RESPONSE IS AGAIN MORE LIES. I have all the texts and phone call records To prove it.  He has 1 5 star review. I did not say anything to him as he left. He makes up anything he wants and pretends it's truth. RUN from this unscrupulous person. Yeah I dropped a couple f bombs in some of my responses because he frustrates you beyond reason with lies. He owes me $160 before court costs. I offered a $100 settlement and he refused. He wants to give me just $25!  I would give negative stars, if I could.
I have never had to write a review like this. You can see my posts and usually, if someone misleads a little, I let it go.

Once he has your money, he will figure out a way to get close to $100/hour.  He will fabricate fees that he never mentions when you enter a contract with him and chargEd you for parts he recycles from other jobs and claim he bought them for you.

He has yet to provide me any reciept for a light switch that was not In a package. He also asked if he could have my brand new ceiling fans, he took down.

He was so great when I called him because I had someone else not show up and I had painters coming the next day. He said his work is phenomenal and he normally charged $85/hour BUT if I pay him $500 for 8 hours IN ADVANCE, I get deal. IT IS NO DEAL!
He came 1st day and was absolutely great for 1.5hours and I gave him his check, for services in advance.
I was flustered and rushed to get him out and get more things done before I needed to get more done before painters came the next morning. HE LOVES to kill time with chattiThat's not good when you're paying by the hour!

He also wants you to give him buildings codes and access to your place without you there. This is so he can then pad his bill.. He complained about not being able to be there by himself on two counts.

He is the poster boy for bait and switch!

I wrote an incorrect hour time on my check. I called and texted him the next morning and he confirmed I have 8 hours for $500. I also have that in writing.

He also confirmed he would come at scheduled time we agreed upon for Friday, OCt. 7th at 4:30pm and I didn't contact him Again until he contacted me that Friday. He called before our scheduled time and asked if I'm back in town? I said, umm I told you I had an appointment here in Dallas that would take me to about 4pm so 4:30pm is still the time. He launched into a whole thing about the fact he is at another job and he will be late and wanted to push out the time scheduled a week in advance. I said no, not acceptable To move to another day. I have other contractors coming that need your things done and I need them done personally as well. He finally shows up 2.5 hours late. He was clearly irritated about this.

He also left for 20 minutes, to get something from his truck as I was on the phone with my fiancé the whole time and was opening the door to find him and he comes up the stairs with yet another fabricated story about being locked out. He had his phone and could text or call for the code to glass doors he so easily forgot

Had he showed up at our agreed scheduled time, he could have completed everything and our contract could have been satisfied that night. He brings out this unpackaged almond dimmer light switch and I say, what is this? He says, it matches your other outlets... umm NO it does not?! All bathroom covers outlets are white???

We exchanged words, I left him to just get the job done and had to have his mismatched switch installed to make sure the light works.

He was done at 11:03 pm and started 7:05pm,confirmed in text,)& completed 4 hours of work. I texted next day and thanked him for installing my light. He completed 5.5 hours of total work At this point.

He texts me I only have 1.5 out of 2.5 hours left!?!? I say, 7-11 is 4 hours. He responds correct but, I went shopping and you owe me $65 for supplies and 1 hour to shop.
I said no way. You already stated you do not charge for ANY trips to Home Depot.As a handyman he is there frequently and can pick up things for multiple clients on his trips. It's not my problem you procrastinated, nor do I owe a penny for a almond fixture. He is welcome to get it! He proceeded to argue with me, make up false excuses, and then tell me to just take a $25 refund for 2.5 hours of work. Of course I said NO!

He continues to change his story-change times-alter things said and I have two witnesses that directly contradict what he says. His texts, I also have photographed, and printed his texts that contradict each other. He is a liar and a scammer. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR GIVE HIM A PENNY IN ADVANCE.

If you want him for a quick job you pay AFTER he is done, 1st time great.pay in advance, he is HORRIBLE and ARGUMENTATIVE And will 100% lie

I received a quote of $95.00 to install a ceiling fan.  With this information I scheduled an appointment.  Before the electrician installed the fan he asked me if I had been informed about the price.  I told him that I was quoted $95.00.  The electrician said it would be a $69.00 service charge plus $95.00 installation fee.  The $69.00 service charge was not mentioned when the owner quoted me the price nor was it mentioned during my phone call to schedule the appointment.  The service fee should have been mentioned at the time that the appointment was scheduled not after I had spent an entire day sitting around the house and the fan was about to be installed.  

In addition when I explained to the lady in the office she said I could pay the service and installation fee or send them down the road.  The electricians were respectful and nice but since the lady was so rude down the road they went.

A waste of my time and a wasted trip for the company could have been avoided if the service charge was explained at the time the appointment was scheduled.  Please make sure you understand how much the service charge will cost before you schedule an appointment with this company.

And to add to this review, I see on their Facebook page that they have charges other customers 99.00 for similar work.

Rude and unconcerned after multiple contacts to schedule and reschedule and reschedule. Never call never use list! Wow, they need serious customer service training or get out of the business!

I hired Jim Hicks to Install 2 lights for my camera back of an envelope to be hot at all times and repair 1 dusk to dawn light and quoted me on paper $201.50.   However, he wired them to the dusk to dawn lights which was not what I wanted.  He did the back yard and fixed the light under the carport and charged me $220.00.  Then said he would be back and give me a bill.  He showed up on the 13th which was Sunday and did not call and put an illegal connector on my front light which would have gotten me a ticket from the City of Dallas. and charged me an additional $40.00.  I then had to hired another electrician to fix the problem.  He also did not wire the back correctly and they had to fix it because the wires were hanging out.  The second electrician cost me $639.99.  I beleive he owes me that money.  He did not do what he agreed to do and ripped me off and did not give me a bill.  DO NOT USE THIS GUY.  He also made me lose $55.00 on my home warranty due to his lack of respect and no bill.
