I called John based on the Yelp reviews.  I needed assistance with a closet flange in concrete.  Basically, we have an old house that has cast iron pipe and fittings.  I had to remove the toilet to replace the wax ring.  The old flange was rusted and would need to be replaced.  Well, they don't make offset retrofit flanges and another cast iron one would have to be leaded in by an expert.  

I called John and he told me that I could just use a regular replacement retrofit flange and buy a 10 inch rough in toilet and all should be well.  

He said if I had an issue with that install, I could call him back and he would come out and look.  

We will be remodeling our kitchen soon and will need a gas line run, so guess who is getting the job?  This place.

He goes beyond the call of duty. When the contractor left and did not finished the loose ends, he came back and on his own time repaired areas that were neglected by the contractor. I have never seen someone go so much out of his way to accommodate a customer. He also replaced our old water heater. He is reasonable, but most of all, he and his brother are truly kind, compassionate, and great human beings. If our world had more like them, what an amazing planet we would have.Definitely call Triple H before you get exploited by ARS the overpriced plumbing in Houston.

I called Able Plumbing on December 20th because I had a water leak in my bathroom.  Water was leaking from behind the shower (I suspected), and was causing water to come soak the wood floors around the shower.  I called them and asked if someone could come out find the leak.  My wife was home alone when the plumber showed up.  She said he came in, noticed the water under the floor, looked in the drain, and said Yes, you have a water leak.  You need to tear up the sheet rock and find the leak, then I will come fix it.  He then told her she owed 60 dollars for that estimate.  
Once she told me this, I was angry.  I already knew I had a water leak.  I called him to come and figure out where, and if I wanted to spend what he wanted to charge, to fix the issue.  
I guess in retrospect, this is on me for not being more clear in my initial call.  However, I still feel like I just paid a man 60 dollars to tell me what I already knew.  Needless to say, I will not be calling Able Plumbing again.

I have used Rick with Texas Strong Plumbing on several occasions to repair plumbing items in my home and I have to say that I would not use anyone else.  He replaced a kitchen faucet for me, no problem and also installed a gas line to my gas dryer so I wouldn't have to go out and buy electric.  Rick is very particular and conscientious about all of his work and cares about the customer. excellent customer service and fast and quality repair. Phone service was great and both the service man and the phone receptionist called when there was confusion about the address. The repair was done quickly and efficiently at a very good price. I will use them again.

If you need plumbing call C and S plumbing in Onalaska...This is by far the most amazing service company I have ever encountered. We installed a new manufactured home and they came out to hook up the water and sewer. They not only came in a timely fashion but provided beyond stellar customer service. Unfortunately the manufacturer of the  home did not install things properly and we had 2 leaks in a single day. C and K guys came out and fixed everything within 1.5 hours of calling!  Their guys were not only professional and knowledgeable but just overall really great people. I would more than recommend them for any plumbing needs!

They say that the third time is a charm, well in this case it is completely true.  They were the third plumber i had out to my home.  The previous two had said that there was no getting out the clog and that i would need to rerout my plumbing line and that it would be 5000.00 to do it!! Texas Premier showed up at the stated time they gave me (another thing that the first two had not done) and had my pipes cleaned within an hour with the hydrojet procedure! I can't thank them enough.  They were very courteous and professional and i recommend them to everyone.

If I could put 100 stars I would! The gentleman that came over were extremely professional and very polite. They even took their work boots off before coming into the house. I had never experienced that before, so I was pleasantly surprised. They were able to fix the issue quickly, And they answered any questions I had. I will definitely call these guys again if I ever have another issue with my plumbing! :-)

Sharpstown Plumbing has become my go-to plumber since last year.  Dennis and his assistant, D. Ray, are prompt, efficient, polite, and friendly, and they leave my place as neat, or neater, than they found it.  Prices are reasonable and I have no concern about any hidden fees or charges.  My dealings with Dennis have been like working with a friend of the family.  It's comforting to do business with someone trustworthy.

These guys are great, performed well above my expectations. They were timely, professional, cleaned up well, and got my water heater back in tip-top shape. I will use them again.

I called Chavez Plumbing to have gas line tested in a rental property after waiting 3 days for another plumber to show. They showed up the very same day, about 45mins after calling. All city permits were handled and the city inspector approved their work the next morning. These guys are very serious about customer service.

Too big, treated me like a number...expensive...couldn't deal with the hounding for services not needed

I have to say my experience working with Bonifacio Garcia was quite different than what's been posted previously. He helped me after a freeze with PEX installation and I found him pleasant, cost effective and thorough. Though he's very busy supporting other home building/remodeling projects, he responds to calls and texts quickly and is able to find time to address your project. All I can say is that has been my experience here in 2023.

We had Young Plumbing out to replace some valves today. It was an unpleasant experience from start to finish, but the topper was when they just took my money and left....left their tools, wet towels, shop light (still turned on) in my powder room. We called the office and the response was, thanks for letting us know.  Nobody ever came to pick up their tools or clean up their mess.  I called again and the office was closed, so I cleaned up their crap myself.
