John came to our rescue quickly and did the repair on a leaky pipe that was raining in our closet. He gave an accurate estimate before he started, explained things as work progressed, and was just plain pleasant to work with. Although I hope we won't need to use him again for awhile, I do have his number on my contact list (just in case) and would highly recommend him to friends and family. Thank you, John!

Best Plumber in Houston, Waller, Magnolia and Tomball; Brian Huston is punctual, professional, and multitalented. He installed all faucets, showers, and jacuzzi in my bathroom. He goes beyond the call of duty. When the contractor left and did not finished the loose ends, he came back and on his own time repaired areas that were neglected by the contractor. I have never seen someone go so much out of his way to accommodate a customer. He also replaced our old water heater. He is reasonable, but most of all, he and his brother are truly kind, compassionate, and great human beings. If our world had more like them, what an amazing planet we would have.Definitely call Triple H before you get exploited by ARS the overpriced plumbing in Houston.

They do not guarantee their work. They say they do but when it comes down to it they don't. I had them fix a leak exactly 5 weeks ago and the fitting that they put in busted two days ago. They claimed That that would not happen. I was told that they guarantee their work when I called in the morning but when it was time to come out and fix it they changed their mind so we were left with no water with six people and 10 animals. They said they could come out but I'd have to pay full price I didn't want to use someone that doesn't do quality work so thank goodness another company was able to come out that evening.  We were told the fitting they used was to small for that job. The other company could not believe that they did not honor their work and fix that for us.

In the past 12 years I've call Rick Cotton for 3 plumbing issues-replace a gas hookup for a new dyer, I had both my bathrooms totally remodeled he did the re piping & plumbing, replace a garbage disposal had a leak in my kitchen. Rick is always very understanding & reassuring-always arrives when promised- He has always been open, honest and professional. My hot water heater quit working and I needed someone to help me.  I originally thought that the pilot light was out, and Keith told me he would come out and check it out for me that evening.  He came out and discovered it was needed to be replaced. So he checked on the warranty for me.  We had purchases the house a little over 6 years ago and so I didn't think it was still valid....unfortunately, the warranty had expired 4 months ago.  He quoted a fair price for parts, labor, and removal and then gave my husband time to discuss the situation while he wrote up the quote.  After about 10 minutes, Keith came back inside and discussed three options for a new water heater.  We were able to choose an option that fit our budget and he scheduled an appointment the next day...after our work hours on a Friday night!  Thank you for working around our schedules!

We have had a challenging time finding a plumber with online reviews, willing to come to Onalaska, that has any measure of professional integrity.  C&S is our new plumber for that area!  They showed up when they said they would, quoted an estimate, and were clear on what was being done.
They then completed the work the same day, to our satisfaction, and billed the exact amount of the estimate.  We don't live on the property but were having it done for a family member, so they took our payment conveniently by phone.  Thanks Ignacio and the C&S team!

They say that the third time is a charm, well in this case it is completely true.  They were the third plumber i had out to my home.  The previous two had said that there was no getting out the clog and that i would need to rerout my plumbing line and that it would be 5000.00 to do it!! Texas Premier showed up at the stated time they gave me (another thing that the first two had not done) and had my pipes cleaned within an hour with the hydrojet procedure! I can't thank them enough.  They were very courteous and professional and i recommend them to everyone.

We had a major issue with busted pipes after the big winter storm. They never even called us back and we live in the neighborhood.  We had 3 busted pipes in our attic.

After the recent freeze, my mom suffered some pipe damage resulting in NO WATER. I contacted my mom's plumber - wouldn't take her appointment nor place her on the waitlist  A local East Bernard friend referred me on Monday to Jeremy Miller of Precision Plumbing who had helped his mom. I texted him Monday with our needs. He responded on Wednesday about 9:00PM they would come out on Friday! Wow! We were super excited - Gabe & Mike arrived - investigated & found the leak! Promptly repaired it and the additional items damaged from the freeze! My mom is super relieved her water is back on & she is back in the comfort of her home. Thanks so much to Jeremy, Gabe & Mike! Amazing service! I had to reroute the gas line in the kitchen due to a mini remodel. The new stove bumped the gas line as it was originally ran outside of the wall. (Weird I know - it's an old home) regardless they came out and quoted $285 to reroute the line inside of the wall and place a box did the connection so it would be flush with the wall. I thought it might be a bit pricey but it was worth every dollar. They swapped it out in about 30 mins. Swept up after themselves and picked up all the trash. They even reconnected my connection I had on the old bit so my stove would be an easy connection.

As if the experience couldn't get any better - before they left they asked where is your water heater?. It had completely slipped my mind that it would need to be relit and they relit it for me just to make sure that everything was left just as they found it.

Love these folks! Always so responsive. We've used them for years but had our first 'emergency' this weekend. A/c went out. We called first thing when they opened, 7:30. They said someone would be here between 8:30 and 9. Tony arrived at 8:30 and had us squared away before 10 a.m.!

Incompetent company. They're not a licensed plumbing company or plumbers. Horrible work and they do not stand behind their work. Total rip-off. Had to hire another company to fix the work they weren't qualified to do. Stay away from this company.

not very satisfied, first of all they came out 3 different times , 3 different sets of people each time and they all had something different to say, the first time the guys said everything major was OK and we only had to fix a minor thing, so we fixed it and then they came out 2 days later, different people and then they this time everything failed and before they said that they had already called the town to have them come out and inspect the work for.the next day and after they seen it wasn't going to pass they never called the town back to cancel the inspection. young plumbing said it failed because lines leaking and said the other guys who  work with them , should have caught it the first time they came out... sooooo we had to fix all that and then the next day 2 more different people come out , same company and say it looks good and that it would cost us $35 for the town to come out and inspect it. its always free for.the town to inspec, the reason WE had to pay is because they never called to cancel the town inspection the day they told us it failed due to leaking lines so we had to pay for.there mistake after forking out lots of.money every time they came out . and they refused to acknowledge that the $35 we had to pay for the town to come out was because of them!! never again will we go threw these people!
