I called John based on the Yelp reviews.  I needed assistance with a closet flange in concrete.  Basically, we have an old house that has cast iron pipe and fittings.  I had to remove the toilet to replace the wax ring.  The old flange was rusted and would need to be replaced.  Well, they don't make offset retrofit flanges and another cast iron one would have to be leaded in by an expert.  

I called John and he told me that I could just use a regular replacement retrofit flange and buy a 10 inch rough in toilet and all should be well.  

He said if I had an issue with that install, I could call him back and he would come out and look.  

We will be remodeling our kitchen soon and will need a gas line run, so guess who is getting the job?  This place.

Like the previous reviewer, we have nothing but GOOD things to say about Brian and Triple H Plumbing.  Very reasonable, polite and HONEST.   He is good at what he does and you can trust him, which is rare these days.  Brian replaced all the galvenized pipes in my attic that  were leaking like crazy.  I now don't have to worry about that anymore.
I wouldn't use anyone else!

On September 27th we requested a service call from Able plumbing, a company we have used for the past 10 years.  The call was to determine why we did not have hot water in the downstairs portion of our home.  The service man, whom we have been told is named Nate arrived and rapidly concluded that we needed a new hot water heater at a cost of $1400.00 + which gave us pause.  The next day we had our handy man give us his opinion, he quickly discovered a burned-out wire, he tested this and determined there was no power to the hot water heater.  We had a licensed electrician replace the wire and have had no further problems with the hot water heater.  

We telephoned Able plumbing to advise them of the problem and to request a refund of the $120.00 we had paid for nothing.  Nate claimed that he unplugged the hot water heater which was a lie as there is no plug to the unit.  Fortunately we are out only $120.00, but this attempted scam is alarming and after 10 years we are no longer clients of Able plumbing.

I have used Rick with Texas Strong Plumbing on several occasions to repair plumbing items in my home and I have to say that I would not use anyone else.  He replaced a kitchen faucet for me, no problem and also installed a gas line to my gas dryer so I wouldn't have to go out and buy electric.  Rick is very particular and conscientious about all of his work and cares about the customer. Horrible customer service. I canceled my appt before they even came out. The receptionist is so rude, and isn't helpful at all. Flat out plumbing won't give you an exact time they will meet. I don't have time sit around and wait two hours for them to get there, especially since this is an investment property an hour away from me. It's a shame, this property needed a complete re-piping.
Update: Keith called to apologize and address the issue.  I will consider using again.

I called and spoke to a very nice lady. She told me they could come out and look at my tap. She couldn't guarantee they could fix it that day because of their schedule but they could at least look at it and then schedule a repair time. They went on the day they said. Mike called me and we spoke. He then sent me a picture of the issue and fixed it. I needed it fixed so I didn't ask the price. Once he was done I asked what my bill was. I was totally shocked to find it be so reasonable. I know plumbers are expensive and particularly up here but I was so happy that it was totally in line with Houston prices. I was able to pay over the phone and the best part...it was fixed and not just the shoddy work we have come to expect living up here. I definitely don't want anymore plumbing problems but these guys will be my go to and I will even wait for them if they are busy because this company is honest, dependable and truly have integrity.

I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues!  I called TPP last Monday, and they scheduled an appointment for me the following day (had it been an emergency they would have scheduled me for the same day, even though they were extremely busy).  Leonar arrived on time, with his shoe coverings, and was professional and courteous.  The issue was due to my trying to place a handheld bidet on the toilet, which had a Accor valve.  Unfortunately, I hadn't realized that the twisting I did to the hose broke the seal, and that I would need a gasket in the coupling to prevent leaks.  He installed the gasket within a couple of minutes, and even called his office to see if he could discount my ticket due to the ease of the job.  Although I was disappointed that I missed that easy fix, I was more than happy to pay the (very) reasonable fee.  He got extra points because he never once made me feel like a moron for my oversight.

Tommy came out and fixed my master bathroom toilet that we didn't know had a leak until we saw our water damage on the ceiling from downstairs.  He was upfront with repair costs and arrived when he said he would.  Work looks great and I've found my go to plumber guy.  Thanks again tommy

Sharpstown Plumbing has become my go-to plumber since last year.  Dennis and his assistant, D. Ray, are prompt, efficient, polite, and friendly, and they leave my place as neat, or neater, than they found it.  Prices are reasonable and I have no concern about any hidden fees or charges.  My dealings with Dennis have been like working with a friend of the family.  It's comforting to do business with someone trustworthy.

Jeremy Miller(My dad) is the best plumber! He works very hard to keep customers satisfied. He makes updates all the time to keep his business as running as efficiently and smoothly as possible. He is very friendly with his costumers and is fair with the price he charges. I assure you that you will be satisfied!

Chavez Plumbing installed two cleanouts for me.  Mr. Chavez came out to give me a quote and it was very competitive.  His staff showed up on time, did the job well, and cleaned up after themselves.  I will be calling them with my future plumbing needs.

We have used Weeks for 15 years and only ever had one issue with one of their technicians failing to close the condensation line in our attic, resulting in damage from the attic, through the second floor and down into the first-floor garage. They fixed the damage without a problem.

Now we are planning to have the ducting replaced and will be using them again. We are looking forward to having our A/C function and cool our home evenly.

Incompetent company. They're not a licensed plumbing company or plumbers. Horrible work and they do not stand behind their work. Total rip-off. Had to hire another company to fix the work they weren't qualified to do. Stay away from this company.

We had Young Plumbing out to replace some valves today. It was an unpleasant experience from start to finish, but the topper was when they just took my money and left....left their tools, wet towels, shop light (still turned on) in my powder room. We called the office and the response was, thanks for letting us know.  Nobody ever came to pick up their tools or clean up their mess.  I called again and the office was closed, so I cleaned up their crap myself.
