They are in high demand so I had to wait a few days for them to come out. But that is ok because I know they will do a great job when they show up.

There is no charge for an estimate and the estimates are very detailed. I knew exactly what I needed this last service call and the plumber was very informed when he arrived and took care of everything very quickly. It was a simple refurbish of our water lines for the new washer I purchased. I was extremely pleased with how everything flowed and very happy with the price!

I will always utilize Choice because there is no other choice lol!

WOW, WOW, WOW, I don't know what else to say.  After the freeze of 2021 I tried to contact my local plumber only to find out that he had moved to Austin.  I was in a panic with a broken pipe and no water.  After contacting several well known companies, some who wouldn't respond, some who quoted two weeks for any service and a couple who just blew me off with false promises Bluefrog came through.  Despite the overwhelming work load Bluefrog kept in contact with me, provided a service date with in days of contacting them and sent out a fantastic Plumber, Alfredo.   They actually got to me a day earlier that promised and Alfredo was absolutely great.  He found the leak doing minimal damage to our walls, repaired it and cleaned up before we checked the house for any other issues.  Alfredo was professional and great to deal with.  On top of all that the price for the repair was totally reasonable.  We had one plumber who said it would be $300 just to come by.  At a time when plumbing companies could have charged anything Alfredo gave us a very reasonable quote and price.  Bluefrog now had a new customer for life.  Thank You!

I called Space City Plumbing to diagnose an issue with the drainage in my Mother's shower in Pasadena. They were able to come out quickly and found the problem for immediate repair.  Augustine and Jesse were very professional and informative. The price was reasonable too.  Would definitely use them again with any plumbing issues!

These guys are great. They were able to make it out to our place the day after we called. They fixed our clogged main line really quick and they did it for a really great price. We was happy all around. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and why. All of our future plumbing needs will definitely be going through them.

Ell-Dee is extremely knowledgable, fair priced, and  highly personable. I have never given a 5 star review, but after the level of service I received in an emergency situation it was a no-brainer. This father-son duo will not disappoint. The two gentlemen arrived at my house 2 hours after I called, troubleshot the blockage restricting my AC, and fixed within an hour. They have gained a life long customer.

Javier has serviced several of our properties. He is trust worthy and quick. I recommend him to all my colleagues.

Used several times a few years ago and they were excellent. Sorry to say this time made an appt, waited for 4 days till appt but they never showed up or contacted me. When I contacted them the next day, they replied that they don't service that area....

My day began (Wednesday 2/22/23) with my yard man ringing my doorbell, which was quite unusual, because I had already unlocked my back fence gate for him to gain access into my back yard, and had left his check clipped to the inside of my mailbox as I usually do, so I was at a loss as to what he was wanting or needing. It didn't take long for him to tell me I had a major water leak at my meter. I immediately called my community's Water Dept. and was told that they were estimating a 400 gallon per hour leak and they sent a service technician to shut my water off at the meter. I promptly called Mr. Plumber (owned by Mr. Rick Strickland) and spoke with Miss Lori, whom I have had the distinct pleasure of dealing with in the past, and she informed me that she wouldn't be able to get a crew out to me until the next day. I pleaded with her to ask her boss, Rick Strickland, if there was any possible way for them to get someone out to me today, and after placing me on a brief hold, came back on the phone with the good news that they would be able to get a crew out to me today! I soon received a call back from Lori advising me that a crew was on their way and would be here in approximately 20 minutes, which they were! They began digging up around the meter and found a cracked 90° PVC fitting and soon had it repaired and while waiting for the PVC glue to dry/set up, they began to address another issue in my back yard and soon had that issue identified and repaired, as well. I couldn't have asked for a better rapid response and repair than what I received from these professional young men!
Kudos to you, Mr. Rick Strickland and your crackerjack team of consummate professionals! I felt that the price for all repairs was very fair and they gave me a Senior's Discount, as well, which I greatly appreciated! Miss Cynthia was very kind and courteous whenever I called back in to pay my bill for their services. I highly recommend this plumbing service as they put their customers first!!! I have long had a leaky outdoor hose bibb which made watering our flowers an increasingly annoying task. Not having any idea of what was involved in remedying, I texted Jerry, asking him to please come evaluate and fix. He could have easily shown up and created a job for himself (and I'd never have been the wiser), but instead he talked me through the repair at zero cost. Such an honest guy!

I had them perform a sewer line inspection before I purchased my new home. After I moved in I began to have multiple issues with the system backing up. They came out several times to clear the line and came back out to diagnose the repeated problems. They stood by their work and were very responsive and courteous.

I didn't choose them, but my home warranty company assigned them to me. I spoke to Roxanne on Monday to schedule an appointment. We agreed on Wednesday morning. She said it would be morning, but she couldn't give me an exact time until the day of. She would call me first thing Wednesday morning to let me know where I fell in the queue.

I received a call first thing yesterday morning (Tuesday). Roxanne told me I was second in line for the day. I reminded her that my appointment was for Wednesday morning. *I Knew this because I was sitting at my laptop and put the appointment in my calendar while we were on the phone.* She said she remembered and would call me the next day. No problem.

No call today. I called her and she sounded flustered and confused. She told me they didn't know when they were coming, likely the evening. I reminded her that my appointment was for the a.m. and she told me that she would never tell me that I had a morning appointment and that it was the plumber who decided where he would go at what time. I told her that I was certain she said morning as I would have scheduled a day when I was home the entire day versus half-day. She rudely said that she always tells customers that it could be any time of day. Not accurate.

I then looked at their Yelp reviews and decided to back out. I took their initial rudeness and confusion as a sign of things to come.
