I have used Burke for several years now and although I have never had a good experience, the owner has always made good on the work. Typically the work is not completed correctly by his employees and I have to call again to have the plumbing work repaired. This last bad experience will be my last as I will no longer do business with this company. I now have a large hole in the wall because the repair man felt it was too dangerous to climb on the roof. The issue I called about was an ongoing issue that Burke has repaired in the past so when I called, I spoke with them directly about what the issue was and how it was corrected in the past. I even let the repair man know when he first arrived that the issue was a clog that was corrected via the roof. I basically paid Burke $200 to leave a massive hole in my wall.

This is the warehouse for Westheimer Plumbing and Hardware.  Accordingly, it is much more sparse and not as fancy as the actual showroom at the corner of Kirby and Richmond.  If one is picking up an order, you can pick it up here or the showroom as opposed to having the order delivered.  It isn't very glamorous inside, but it isn't supposed to be--it is a warehouse.

The staff here is easy to work with.  On the plumbing side, Larry is very knowledgeable of all the various components and is quite friendly.  Mike is also easy to work with and is helpful.  

On the hardware side, Shelly is an absolute guru.  She seems to know every detail of every piece of hardware down to miscellaneous screws.  She is also extremely meticulous in compiling the trim hardware orders.  Over decades of business here, I have yet to have even a single screw missing from my orders.

They consistently provide quality service and if any issues occur, they work hard and quickly to remedy the situation.  They have earned my repeat business time and again over the years through the high level of personal service that larger suppliers in town are simply unable to provide.

Finally a plumber that does what they promise and at a reasonable price.Kevin from Brother's Plumbing showed up on time, gave me a reasonable and fair quote, worked diligently to get the job done on a very hot and humid day, and even cleaned up after himself when finished. I would highly recommend Brother's Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Great experience! I called Lister to schedule an appointment and David arrived in about 30 minutes. He worked to clear my drain problem. He was patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated his hard work!

These guys are the ones I always call if something needs repaired.  We needed a new toilet installed and they got here quickly, got the job done in half an hour, clean and efficient.  The men were knowledgeable, professional, and we felt very comfortable leaving them to it.  Fair pricing, too.  Can't go wrong.

They called me back within an hour, were able to come that afternoon and fixed my problem in an hour at a reasonable price.  I'm sold.

Layne of Layne Plumbing  (Layne Bryant) has been a master plumber for over 30 years.  He knows more about pipes and water than most younger plumbers, and he is an honest, good-hearted family man as well.  The kind of guy you feel comfortable with, in your home, working on things inside your home.  He doesn't work for some company that is always trying to sell you something or scare you into buying something.  His rates are very reasonable too.  We had a new water filtration system installed.  We got one bid (labor only) for $325 and one for $275.  Layne's price --  $197.  You can't beat that!  Highly recommended.

Johnny came out to provide an estimate on several items, including a water heater that the energy company identified as having a gas leak. He made recommendations for corrective actions; he was professional and ON TIME. I would most certainly contact Best Choice again in the future.

We've used Northside for all of our plumbing needs for quite a number of years now.  They always have quality material and their sales and customer service are top notch.  Kelly upstairs is also such a gem to work with. We've never had less than a stellar experience with all of their staff.  We hope to continue our relationship with them for many more years to come.

We had a horrible clog in our guest bathroom and called Day-Tex when we were unable to remove it ourselves. I called them after noon, and Jason was at the house to do the job within 3 hours. It was a horrible clog, but he got it loose and our pipes are running great now!  He was very conscientious, cleaned up his mess and was VERY reasonable on the price. I would definitely recommend his services! We will continue to use him in the future for all our plumbing needs.

I have used Cinco Ranch Plumbing for years. They are courteous, timely and professional. As a Realtor, I make a lot of recommendations for trades and Cinco Ranch Plumbing never disappoints. All my clients love them too.

Duston just replaced a kitchen faucet for me.  He did an excellent job!  On time, on budget, and my new go to plumber.

Beware of these guys! My home was gutted in a fire. They broke through my foundation to enlarge my bathroom. My jacuzzi soaking tub was chipped when they shot a nail through it! It is held up by perlin braces. It hovers over the mud pit. I can dig a hole in my front yard and it fills with water. Toilet leaks! Kitchen sink leaks and a faicet that doesn't work controls how my water bill will be, shut it iff completely and get a $390 water bill. Open--no water pressure. Halfway is best. I was showing this and must have gotten a little too close to off and now have a $70 water bill. All my plumbing is jacked up. They had to tun a gas line our ti the meter. They ran has lines to water heater and heater. They did not pull a damn permit for any if it and no inspections were done. They have cost me a fortune!

I goggled plumbers and talked to Clof Master. They came out on time and
gave me a quote. I accepted and they fixed everything. The only thing is the
on/off knob  on shower fell off in a few days so I called them. Appointment was set up for the following Tuesday at 6:30PM. No show, no call. They do not answer phone now for me nor return calls. Then a week later, the pipe they replaced on shower in the wall busted. Still no response from them. I had to have someone else fix their problem. Everything was under warranty with Clog Master. All to no avail. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I sent a certified, return receipt letter to them too and evidently they won't accept it so I am writing letters out on them to everyone connected to this company, county, State and untities connect with the plumbing industry and their license. Pretty sad to have spent a litte over $4,000 with this company and them not to honor their word and warranty. What is so bad they supposely live right around the corner from me and could have easily dropped by to put the shower on/off knob on and they are supposely opened 24 /7 so they could have fix the coupling that sprung the leak. This was during night too and I had to deal with it, turning off water, mopping the water up. Of course the coupling and pipe all had to be replaced. I guess their supplies are also inadequate.  Really disappointed!! They really seemed like nice young men and professionals.  The guys that came out was Calvin and Cody, just an employee, I think. on the phone. Evidently these people have no conscience and can do people
wrong without even batting an eye. So beware if you are thinking of using this company. Norma

Company was extremely professional when they came out to determine what was wrong with our tank less water heater. He was very friendly and actually explained to me what was wrong and how they would repair it. It took him a few days to get me the quote but they emailed it to me.  I emailed and called him back to let him know we wanted to use his services and didn't hear anything from him for over a week!  I finally called him again and asked why he hadn't returned my call or email and he gave me excuses. So I looked passed it and asked him to check their schedule and find the best time would be for them to come and repair my businesses' water heater.  Its been another 3 days WITH NO COMMUNICATION! I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of plumbing work done. Apparently, he does not want our company's business.
