Bob came promptly to repair a broken outdoor water faucet...on a weekend, no less....and his price was reasonable.  To turn the water off at that faucet, which my Sweetie accidentally broke trying to change the faucet himself, the water had to be turned off in the entire house.  Thank you, Bob!  Highly recommend.

He installed a 2.5 Gal water heater under the kitchen sink, and fixed a leak in the pipe going to the water heater in the garage.  No problems, reasonable price, very friendly kind man.  Will call him next time I need anything done to my plumbing.

A1 Plumbing has done a few jobs for us, including replacing all the sewer lines at our house - a huge job. In each case we sought multiple bids and in most cases, though not all, A1 Plumbing came in as the most competitive bid.

But competitive prices are not the only reason why A1 is the best. Brandon, unlike all of the other plumbers I've ever dealt with, is not a salesman. He's an expert who tells you what's wrong and the different ways you can fix it - exactly what you need. He doesn't use pressure, fear, or any other kind of manipulation to steer you one way or another. And his work is conscientious and clean. When we paid with cash instead of credit, he cut 5% off the price. At the end of the job he cut another several percentage points off the price, even though the job had turned out to be more expensive than expected. He explained everything as many times as I asked (which was a lot), redid hydrostatic tests when I told him that I wasn't satisfied with the result, and even fixed a couple significant plumbing odds and ends at our house not related to the main job without charging anything!

After spending a number of days with him (the job was huge, complicated, and delayed several days by the weather), it's clear to me that being a straight shooter is not only Brandon's personality, but also his business philosophy. Highly recommended.

It was the middle of the night and something in the attic made the sheet rock fall. My husband went up to check it and turns out it was a busTed pipe. We called Ark Repipes after my neighbor referred them a few wks prior when she had some work done. They came out early the next morning and in 3 days our problem was fixed completely! My washer, located on the 2nd floor, was not draining properly.  Brandon showed up quickly and established that the hydro jet would not be suitable to apply from the 2nd floor.  Nonetheless, he used my 15' snake to see if he could clear the line that way.  Some progress was made, but we were not confident the drain was free-flowing after the snaking.  Brandon refused my offer of a payment for his visit.  I appreciated his commitment to helping me in some way, even if his technology wasn't appropriate for the situation.  I would definitely call Express Hydro Jetting again in another situation.

I STILL have a gas line leak after spending $2288 with Bill & pioneer plumbing.
I never got an itemized statement till I hounded them for it. Bill will talk 15 mins about how much he knows - gains your  trust & even helps you get financing. They were supposed to fix a gas line leak & had the inspector come out to pass the work. My bill is only for bringing the 7 yr old water heater up to code REALLY?? If he said it would be cheaper to get another one - I don't remember it. But if he really cared about people he would have been honest with me I never would have paid all this money FOR NOTHING!  DRAIN PAN $217, ROOFER $450, $485 CUSTOMER SUPPLIED WATER HEATER, GAS TEST $373,  REPAIR MEDIUM ACCESS $373 All about the water heater. People like this need to BE IN JAIL!!!
