I highly recommend JP Plumbing. These are the rarest of the people on earth who are very honest. I wanted them to replace my old water heater. But Lewis, the expert came and inspected the system and said I don't need to replace but fix certain things. He inspected this for free. No one does free service these days. He could have easily earned a few hundred dollars, if I has just asked him to install a new heater.
I hired them for installing new gas dryer. They did at a very reasonable price. I compared with other service providers. They gave crazy numbers. These people are affordable and above all very reliable. They come with shoe covers and make sure your house stays clean. I absolutely love them.

Mark and Ali are friendly, responsive, responsible and great at getting nearly any kind of job done. We originally reached out to them because we had a big leak in our apartment building's roof that needed to be patched. Unlike most folks in the roofing industry, they not only checked out the roof itself, but climbed into the crawl space to examine the wood.

After patching the roof, we also had them repair the drywall in the ceiling that had caved in due to the leak. They were timely, and flexible with our schedule, their estimates were reasonable and they fixed up a ceiling, along with repainting it in the same style as the original paint job.

Both of them were a pleasure to work with, very respectful of our space and our time, and got the job done. I'll absolutely be hiring them for any home repair work that is beyond our skill level, and absolutely recommend them. I appreciate that they document their hours clearly, save receipts, and are so easy to work with.

Brandon is awesome!  He comes in, gives you a great price, and does an amazing job.  My job became extensive since Brandon didn't know what he was getting into and he still honored the guaranteed price he gave me even though it took way longer than it should have.  How many repairmen in general say one thing and here comes the bill, way more than you ever expected?  He's been doing plumbing forever and his expertise is second to none!  He is the only plumber I'll call now in the Houston area!

It was the middle of the night and something in the attic made the sheet rock fall. My husband went up to check it and turns out it was a busTed pipe. We called Ark Repipes after my neighbor referred them a few wks prior when she had some work done. They came out early the next morning and in 3 days our problem was fixed completely! Had my pipes partially hydro jetted about a month and a half ago to remove a foul rotten egg odor from the pipes. He came out quickly and it's held up, the smell is gone!  we saw the gunk run out of the house. Happy with his service!

They  got here within the hour, made their repairs, cleaned everything up and were on their way. No fuss, no mess, very pleasant.

The initial work this company did was good.  However, after receiving and accepting a written estimate for further work, they never showed up and that was two months ago.   I would rate this company as highly unreliable.

I was hesitant to call a plumbing company, but couldn't put it off any longer. Our water pressure was terrible and with guests coming and going, it was getting embarrassing and cumbersome. I looked around and landed on a local company to come to the rescue. The plumber came out and removed an unused filter that was on the entry pipe to the main water supply. He also replaced a fitting that was ancient. He did a multi-point inspection throughout the house and in the hot attic (for the hot water heater) and made some recommendations. A few minutes after he left, we tested the water by turning on the kitchen sink faucet and flushing a toilet at the same time. Yay! Water was still flowing at good pressure in the faucet!  I highly recommend this wonderful, local plumbing company to help with your plumbing needs. Thanks, Pioneer Plumbing!

My Aunt and Uncle were extremely overcharged for the installation of a new facet for their kitchen sink. They had the faucet and the man was here 1/2 hour and gave them a senior rate of 240.00. Ridiculous and outrageous price for seniors.  We won't call them again.
