I cannot tell you how wonderful this company has been.  Chris and Gabby are the reason I'm singing JP Plumbing praises right now.  My water heater went out last week, and the warranty company was a PITA about getting someone out here to fix it.  Finally,  J P Plumbing came to the rescue.

Chris is knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely professional.  He made sure I knew what he was going to do, and what to look for in the future.  Ms. Gabby phoned and kept me updated as to the progress of my repair request.  

This company is definitely my GO TO source for all plumbing needs.  I'm singing your praises, and will be passing on your contact information to all an sundry who are in need of expert repairs, amazing customer service and spectacular follow-through.

All I can say is thank goodness for Bob.  We are in the process of moving into a new home and are unpacking.  We show up at the house on Saturday morning to find water dripping from the ceiling.  Just can't believe it.  We don't know any service providers and here we are with an emergency.  I zip out to Yelp and find a few options.  Start to make calls and Bob, yes Bob, answers his phone.  First I breathe a sign of relief that there is a person on the line.  And then the big news -- he says he will be over in about an HOUR.  Yes, about an hour.  He arrived early.  

Bob was a truly nice person and a professional in his trade.  In short order he identified the problem and made quick work of correcting our leak.

Thanks to Bob our stress level went down immediately.  Not only did he address our plumbing issue he was able to provide a referral for someone to handle the sheet rock repair we now need because of the water damage.

Truly an excellent experience and we are so grateful for the outstanding service we received.  Wish I could give him 10 stars!

He installed a 2.5 Gal water heater under the kitchen sink, and fixed a leak in the pipe going to the water heater in the garage.  No problems, reasonable price, very friendly kind man.  Will call him next time I need anything done to my plumbing.

They were great! Alexander installed a new disposal for me quickly and effectively. They were very responsive, and agreed to a fair price. Will use them in the future for more projects.

These guys did a really great job with my drywall project and the price was extremely fair! They were courteous and very easy to work with. They were also really knowledgeable when I asked about other home repairs I was thinking about doing in the future. I'll definitely use them again for any home repair needs that come up. Great guys!

Initially I called and was told that they would call me back to schedule.  I never got a call back.

A week later I reached out to Brandon Falcon (their Master Plumber) directly by email in order to schedule him to come out and give me a quote on a softener/whole house filter installation.  

Brandon emailed me back and said that due to current high volume, they aren't taking new customers at this time.  

I responded back that I am not in a hurry and that I would be more than happy to wait a few weeks in order to get a Master Plumber to come out and advise me on this project.  

No response.  

That is disappointing.  Guess they don't want new customers though, so just passing that along so you don't waste your time.

The technicians were at my house within 4 hours of requesting service! The techs were very polite and respectful of my home. The work was done efficiently and effectively. They were honest about the problem and the steps needed to correct it. The price was reasonable and the work was done same day, even though they had to leave and return with other equipment! Nathan was very professional and polite. He was able to help us fix some gas leaks and reroute some non compliant plumping, while also running new gas lines for our cooktop and fireplace at a fair price. Would absolutely recommend.

It was the middle of the night and something in the attic made the sheet rock fall. My husband went up to check it and turns out it was a busTed pipe. We called Ark Repipes after my neighbor referred them a few wks prior when she had some work done. They came out early the next morning and in 3 days our problem was fixed completely! They were very knowledgeable and understanding at a very affordable price! I highly recommend Ark Repipes.

I contacted this company to inquire as to their availability to provide an estimate of some repaired that I needed. They came out quickly to look at my problem and gave me an estimate for the repairs that needed to be made. The estimate was VERY reasonable and I think that it was probably the best out of most plumbers that I have used in the past. They scheduled a time to come to my home and replace my sewage line from my house across my yard and to the street. They showed up on time just as they said and finished the job a little early which was great and the whole time that I was out side with them, they were so polite and well mannered and made me feel important which was great!!! They also thanked me for my business which was a good feeling because most plumbers that I have had in the past usually made me feel like just another job and money was more important. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mock Plumbing for any job and have already made plans to use them in the near future. This is a awesome company and I feel comfortable saying that I will never seek out another plumbing company because I found the one that I will always use with out any questions.

Brandon was great! I had a broken garbage disposal that I needed replaced and requested a quote through Yelp. Brandon messaged me within a few minutes and showed up the very next morning. He communicated clearly with me throughout the process, was friendly, and price was fair for the job. I hope I wouldn't need to use his services again, but if I did have the need to, I wouldn't hesitate reaching out to him again.

Outstanding service.  If you live in the Baytown area and experience plumbing problems give Fulkerson Plumbing a call.  Knowledgeable, fair price, and quality work.  They fixed an outside broken water line off the main water line that runs into my home within a couple hours of calling them.  Prompt, efficient, and a life saver.  Thank you Fulkerson Plumbing!

Leonard and his team are reliable and responsive to all my requests. We upgraded to an expanded custom island, new lighting, countertops, sink, stove, painting etc.  I love it all. This is the second time we hired Houston Plumbing Services to do a major remodel in our home.

I was hesitant to call a plumbing company, but couldn't put it off any longer. Our water pressure was terrible and with guests coming and going, it was getting embarrassing and cumbersome. I looked around and landed on a local company to come to the rescue. The plumber came out and removed an unused filter that was on the entry pipe to the main water supply. He also replaced a fitting that was ancient. He did a multi-point inspection throughout the house and in the hot attic (for the hot water heater) and made some recommendations. A few minutes after he left, we tested the water by turning on the kitchen sink faucet and flushing a toilet at the same time. Yay! Water was still flowing at good pressure in the faucet!  I highly recommend this wonderful, local plumbing company to help with your plumbing needs. Thanks, Pioneer Plumbing!

We had an extremely weird plumbing problem. Paul from Obsta Plumbing came out and had it resolved in three hours. Excellent work, fair price. I couldn't have asked for more. I will definitely use Obsta again when the need arises!!

Called him to repair/replace hose bib.  He came out and said he had to cut into wall from inside house.  He said he would call with a quote and I never heard from him again. Terrible service.
