Super fast service (they were at my home within half an hour of my original call)! Luis did a great job of quickly identifying the problems, providing thorough explanations for what he needed to do. I was very happy with the service and I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs!

I do not know why this company has not been reviewed yet! Bob came out to install some faucets and sinks after we installed new countertops in our bathrooms. He gave me an estimate on the phone and was able to come the next day. His prices are very reasonable and he did a thorough and complete job. He came into some problems with our old equipment, but gave me options on how I would like to fix them. In addition, he is a genuinely nice guy and pleasant to be around. We will definitely be using him again for any plumbing issues that arise! I would highly recommend.

I've had Daniel do several jobs for me, he does very professional work, and reasonable prices. Need plumbing, he is your guy.

Came out at the end of the day when I got off from work and within ten minutes clogged was removed and they were on their way!

Got a pretty quick reply from this business. They even came out to look at the project, and then sent an estimate. When I tried to contact them a few days later they wouldn't respond.

Wow what a great experience! We needed to have a drum trap replaced for the tub in our old 1950's house.  Brandon was quick to schedule us an appointment and sent one of his best crews out the very next day.

When they arrived they quickly assessed the situation, told us our options and then priced everything out. They quickly got to work the very same day. Probably one of the most professional and nicest crews I have ever had work here. The pricing was a lot cheaper than I had foreseen.

Would definitely recommend to anyone in Houston and would not hesitate to have them work for us again!

Another great experience! Our kitchen sink was clogged and after many trouble shooting attempts I was unsuccessful in fixing the issue. So I called Brandon and he's says If I can't get my guys out there I'll come do it myself. Wow, you can't get better customer service Jan that. In about 30 min Brandon had the clogged fixed and gave me a VERY reasonable price, he even showed me how to fix the problem on my own in the future.

In this day and time it is nice to find a plumbing company that give you a honest quote. Chris came out yesterday, April 25, 2016, within an hour of me calling. He was very nice and patiently answered every question that I asked him. He did a excellent job of removing my old kitchen faucet and installing a new one.  I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them.

Nathan was very professional and polite. He was able to help us fix some gas leaks and reroute some non compliant plumping, while also running new gas lines for our cooktop and fireplace at a fair price. Would absolutely recommend.

It was the middle of the night and something in the attic made the sheet rock fall. My husband went up to check it and turns out it was a busTed pipe. We called Ark Repipes after my neighbor referred them a few wks prior when she had some work done. They came out early the next morning and in 3 days our problem was fixed completely! Express Hydro Jetting did great work for us.  My pool deck drain lines were clogging up badly during rainstorms. I called Brandon from Express Hydro Jetting, and he quoted me a good price, then came out the same day to fix the lines.  He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He actually found out that I didn't need the full clean out but it was a fairly simple fix instead, and he was honest and didn't charge me for the bigger service even though he could have.  I will definitely call Express Hydro Jetting for any future plumbing needs.

They  got here within the hour, made their repairs, cleaned everything up and were on their way. No fuss, no mess, very pleasant.

The initial work this company did was good.  However, after receiving and accepting a written estimate for further work, they never showed up and that was two months ago.   I would rate this company as highly unreliable.

I STILL have a gas line leak after spending $2288 with Bill & pioneer plumbing.
I never got an itemized statement till I hounded them for it. Bill will talk 15 mins about how much he knows - gains your  trust & even helps you get financing. They were supposed to fix a gas line leak & had the inspector come out to pass the work. My bill is only for bringing the 7 yr old water heater up to code REALLY?? If he said it would be cheaper to get another one - I don't remember it. But if he really cared about people he would have been honest with me I never would have paid all this money FOR NOTHING!  DRAIN PAN $217, ROOFER $450, $485 CUSTOMER SUPPLIED WATER HEATER, GAS TEST $373,  REPAIR MEDIUM ACCESS $373 All about the water heater. People like this need to BE IN JAIL!!!

Locally owned, family business. So far, they've replaced my old water heater with a tankless. Communication is excellent, reasonably priced is an understatement. Top-notch customer service. Really happy I found them and will definitely use them for a couple of other smaller plumbing projects to my home. Keep up the great work!

My Aunt and Uncle were extremely overcharged for the installation of a new facet for their kitchen sink. They had the faucet and the man was here 1/2 hour and gave them a senior rate of 240.00. Ridiculous and outrageous price for seniors.  We won't call them again.
