Great and honest service. Came and quoted and finished the job the next day. I was quoted 3-4x higher from other companies.

Let me just state that this company did no work for me, however, while driving behind one of their company trucks, something flew out of the truck bed striking my windshield. Not only did it damage my windshield but at the time we were driving through a toll plaza and I nearly hit the barriers on either side of me. It looked like some some of paper package but left a yellow, sticky chemical on my windshield. It will not come off. When I called to ask them if they could possibly clean it off or if they will cover the cost to clean it, I was laughed at. Please note that I know that the occupants of the truck saw this happen as I could see them through the windows of the truck.

Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

Its not often that I have been HAD but this was one of those times.  I called Katy Plumbing for a leak in my 3/4 Hp garbage disposal that is only three years old.  It was an emergency on Mothers Day  and because my house is up for sale and we were having an open house this same day,  I needed help.  Their repairman came out and looked under my sink and said Wow, I sorry, but we don't carry that brand of repair parts in our inventory.  But I can sell you a new disposal unit its a 7/8 hp and is great. So, I needed it fixed so I agreed.  I was shocked when I saw that the new disposal unit was the exact same brand he took out! The drain gasket connector that was broken was an exact match as the one on the new unit.   To add insult to injury, I was charged $646.00 for a unit that I could have bought myself for $346.00! How can you sell and repair a brand of garbage disposals without carry the parts.  I sincerely believe that the repairman gets a commission on what he sells...  he gets the commission and I got the shaft!

I had a problem with an LG dishwasher which resulted in an error message and the machine would not start. LG said I should call a plumber. Mr. Ritter was able to clear the plugged-up line.  It took him about  2 hours to fix it and the bill was $475.00.  which I believed to be excessive,

I had 2 big items that required a plumber: 1). installing a dishwasher, and 2). installing a water heater.  I needed the work done ASAP.

I called Victor on Friday morning, and he was able to respond and install a dishwasher by Friday afternoon.  I also had him quote a price for a water heater installation. He was able to finish that job the following Tuesday.

Both jobs were done in a high quality manner and for a fair price.  

I would HIGHLY recommend Victor as a competent & fair priced plumber who provided EXCELLENT customer service.

I remember my first-time calling Han/Conn Plumbing Services was back in 2013. I found them on Angie's List. There were no plumbing companies that would repair galvanized pipes. Everyone wants to replace the entire house with plastic or copper pipes. That was a $10k job which exceeded my budget.

Javier was the guy who fixed that little leak for $200. It was not easily accessible in the attic above the bathroom sink. He is skilled and friendly. He speaks English and understands plumbing well.

When I called the number 8 years ago, a gentleman named Eddie Lopez, the owner, responded quickly. I was so happy that they fixed the leak, Javier also gave me his knowledgeable assessment.

I have not been in contact with him all these years. Just so happened I was desperately seeking a plumbing repair last year when the hot water pipe burst above my bedroom ceiling. I couldn't find galvanized pipe repair in business categories anymore. So, I texted Eddie. Javier came to my rescue the next day. The repair was a simple patch for $120. Because I planned to get pipes replaced in the entire house.

He also fixed a leaky shower faucet vault for $30 with a $45 supply I bought from Home Depot. (Other guys wanted to charge $130-$680.)

The following year, after my house was repaired. I called Eddie to get my entire house replaced with PEX pipe for $2800. Javier brought his assistant to finish in 2 days. I was grateful for their service. I just didn't like there was no written contract for the work. I had to find my own contractor to fix the drywall after they replaced the pipes.

I thought I skipped the burst frozen pipe damage after last year's Winter Storm Uri. I am actually one of many water pipe victims because of old galvanized pipes. It would be one of the requirements for the next house I buy.

I am so thankful J&G plumbing were able to come out immediately! They help me find the source of the leak for my island, so now I can move forward with insurance and dealing with Lowe's to get my island completely replaced. They were thorough and they were view, make sure to take plenty of pictures and video that they sent me, truly appreciate it.

I have never written a Yelp review before but I can't say enough wonderful things about the service I just got! I tried all morning to find a plumber to come out for my kitchen sink that was backing up. I called & spoke to Chris and he was out the same day. The price he quoted me over the phone was what I paid, and he fixed my problem quickly and gave me tips on how to not stop up my sink again! It's so easy to get taken advantage of these days and this type of customer service is so rare. I will never use another plumber again. Thank you!

This is an  honest and fair plumbing company. We had a water leak and in no time it was fixed. The price was very fair. I will definitely use them again.

Cailon showed up in less than 30 minutes.  Took care of our problem. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Being on a weekend, we thought it would be forever getting someone out and be very expensive.  We would for sure recommend this company. Great job.

So, here's the skinny: our family was in the middle of an estate sale situation and the last thing I needed to deal with was, I smell gas when we walked into the garage on the Friday before out childhood home went on the market. After the gas company gave us the great news that there was a leak at the master control box, we were left to fix it. Within 10 minutes of submitting a quote request from BHS, they'd reached out and confirmed they'd be out same-day. Not only did every other company say they were booked until the following TUESDAY (this was on a Friday), but BHS showed up around 4pm and had the problem fixed for under $100 within a half hour of arriving. SOLUTIONS. I love solutions. Friendly techs, great customer service, and we were able to begin our estate sale the next day without having to worry whether our childhood home of 38 years was going to go up in flames.

I'd give 10 stars if it were possible and use words Yelp doesn't allow to say how grateful I was to have ONE LESS THING to worry about when it came to getting a house up for sale and managing an already stressful situation. THANK YOU.

This plumber is a real find! He was appointed to our job by our home warranty company for a leaking water heater. I left a message at 8am and he was with me by 10am. He adjusted his schedule to deal with my emergency. It was a complete contrast to the replacement of my other water heater last year. Because the shut-off valve wouldn't shut off, he drained the tank and by-passed it, whilst he sourced a replacement. Ron was very knowledgeable and customer-orientated. The job was completed in a very timely manner and he managed to find the cause of the leak from the pan to outside of the house...nails in a pipe. He also informed me that I had a water pump that wasn't plugged in. Now for the first time in nine years, I have instant hot water in my kitchen faucet!
I will be calling Ron, whenever I need a plumber for sure!

Luke was my plumber to move a gas line from area to the next to accommodate my washer and dryer. It was a very tricky move and I did require several connections but he did advise me  more connections meant the more chances of the leak. We ultimately planned out the best way to do this and he didn't give me any problems with how I needed to be done. The office staff always called to confirm and let me know whenever they were coming out and they were always on time and took their time. I'll give me more stars if I could! They were also very reasonable because the price was by the job not by the hours and they gave me a military discount.
