Great and honest service. Came and quoted and finished the job the next day. I was quoted 3-4x higher from other companies.

My neighbor recommended Tom several years ago and after our first time using him, I've never called another plumber.  They do great work for a fair price and don't try to find ways to upcharge you. He did both of my attic mounted water heaters a few years back and went to the trouble to remove the old ones.  Other plumbers I had called said they would just leave them up there.  No thanks.

It's time to replace both toilets and Tom will get the call this morning for recommended brands.  He will put in anything you want but he recommended some good toilets before that didn't cost an arm and leg I just forgot the brand.   Great work, great guy, great plumber.

Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

The temperature was down in the 20's last night, despite an outside line being insulated, it burst about 11am this morning. Called the larger companies who couldn't come out for at least 24 hours, so I found Victor on Yelp and gave him a call.

He mentioned he was working on another project but could be at our house in 2 hours. Sure enough, he was at our front door around 1:30. Figured out the problem, gave us a very reasonable estimate and got to work.

Finished the job promptly and was on his way. Great job.

I remember my first-time calling Han/Conn Plumbing Services was back in 2013. I found them on Angie's List. There were no plumbing companies that would repair galvanized pipes. Everyone wants to replace the entire house with plastic or copper pipes. That was a $10k job which exceeded my budget.

Javier was the guy who fixed that little leak for $200. It was not easily accessible in the attic above the bathroom sink. He is skilled and friendly. He speaks English and understands plumbing well.

When I called the number 8 years ago, a gentleman named Eddie Lopez, the owner, responded quickly. I was so happy that they fixed the leak, Javier also gave me his knowledgeable assessment.

I have not been in contact with him all these years. Just so happened I was desperately seeking a plumbing repair last year when the hot water pipe burst above my bedroom ceiling. I couldn't find galvanized pipe repair in business categories anymore. So, I texted Eddie. Javier came to my rescue the next day. The repair was a simple patch for $120. Because I planned to get pipes replaced in the entire house.

He also fixed a leaky shower faucet vault for $30 with a $45 supply I bought from Home Depot. (Other guys wanted to charge $130-$680.)

The following year, after my house was repaired. I called Eddie to get my entire house replaced with PEX pipe for $2800. Javier brought his assistant to finish in 2 days. I was grateful for their service. I just didn't like there was no written contract for the work. I had to find my own contractor to fix the drywall after they replaced the pipes.

I thought I skipped the burst frozen pipe damage after last year's Winter Storm Uri. I am actually one of many water pipe victims because of old galvanized pipes. It would be one of the requirements for the next house I buy.

I have two water heaters that were 10 years old. One sprung a leak the night before we left for a trip. Unfortunately, we had guests arriving the day after we returned. Hence, we needed a replacement at a reasonable price and a certain time.

I researched plumbing companies on Yelp and spoke with 3-4 while at the airport, in transit, etc.  Many would not give me a quote without coming out for a hard sell estimate even though I had pictures I could send.

J&G called me back very quickly. I explained the situation and what others had told me thus far. They were very professional, explained the pro's & con's of each water heater, and provided a great price and schedule. I did my own research and confirmed what they told me.

I called them back that afternoon, requested a certain day and time for the install. They were so great I told them to replace both water heaters (figure the other was not far behind).

Neal and Clifford arrived right on time. As always happens, they ran into a few complications but never complained. They were very polite and hard working.

I would highly recommend J & G Plumbing. If nothing else, give them a call and discuss your issue.

As for the other plumbers with the hard sell, you lost out on two water heater replacements instead of one (and a great review).

Conclusion - always provide the highest level of customer service. It pays back in multiples.

Extremely professional and responsive to a water leak emergency on a Sunday evening! Patiently explained the problem. The cost was lower than expected considering it was a Sunday evening when others would have charged more and taken advantage of the situation. Highly recommend!!

I just bought a house and have been dealing with a lot of contractors, etc. lately.  It is amazing how many don't show up when they say they're going to.  Wallin not only showed up exactly when they said they would, they were incredibly helpful explaining things to me and honest with what needed to be done vs. what could wait.  They will be my go-to plumbing company from now on.

Cailean came out and fixed my parents broken drain pipe under the sink we cracked a pipe trying to remove a water snake, the office answered on the first call around 6 pm told me a tech would call the next morning, at 8 am sharp I got a call from the tech and he was in route! Not only did they fix the pipe but he was able to upgrade the fittings at no extra cost so that way in the future it would be easier to water snake the pipes leading to the septic system! Everyone has been super friendly and would 10 out of 10 Would refer friends or family to this awesome company!!!

Highly recommend!  Requested a quote on yelp and got an immediate response.  Budget had JR here within the hour to take care of my diy tub drain screwup.  JR was ultra knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy.  Gave me a quote then found a cheaper route so saved me a bundle!  The rates are affordable and much, much less than I expected.  These guys will be my go-to from now on!

This company was honorable and professional.  I sent a photo of my issue and the plumber quoted me a reasonable price.  He even told me that I could fix the issue myself. The problem was the sprinkler system; however, I am still under warranty and the sprinkler company is going to repair.  The reason I am writing this review is because several other plumbing companies gave me exorbitant quotes, ranging as high as $695. One company even told be it would cost $395 to repair. I have since learned that the part is only $35 on Amazon and I can fix it myself.  Kae Edward Plumbing was honest. I want to warn everyone to beware of those who may not be honorable and or only interested in overcharging you. When I have a serious plumbing issue, I am going to call Kae Edward Plumbing because they were honest, honorable, and fair.

I hired Mr. Rooter before and the service and cost were fair.  I called them again when I had a leaky faucet.  The guy quoted me $200+ to replace the faucet (or $50 for the visit).  He was telling me how he was going to have to use a pocket knife and take off some of the caulk and replace it after, blah blah just rob me, okay?  The whole repair took less than 5 minutes.  Then, I guess the robber felt guilty and offered a free plumbing inspection (walked around flashing a flashlight at the pipes).
