Great and honest service. Came and quoted and finished the job the next day. I was quoted 3-4x higher from other companies.

I called Tom the Plumber on Monday, 7/26/2021 for a plumbing problem. I was told they couldn't get to me today but they could come the next day on Tuesday. I was told they would give me a call before coming.

i stayed home all day and evening waiting for that call but nobody called or came to my home. I guess I wasn't worth a 30 second phone call to reschedule. When a business does this they are telling you you really don't matter to them. I highly recommend you use a different plumber. There are plenty out there that do care! I see others have had the same problem which proves my point that they don't care!

I had 6 responses to my query about an inside wooden  door not latching..
Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

The team that was sent was professional and completed the work very quickly.  Price was very reasonable and Nick and Forrest explained things well with what they were going to do.  Response to my call was excellent.  I will definitely use them when I have my next plumbing problem.

I had a problem with an LG dishwasher which resulted in an error message and the machine would not start. LG said I should call a plumber. Mr. Ritter was able to clear the plugged-up line.  It took him about  2 hours to fix it and the bill was $475.00.  which I believed to be excessive,

HUGE SHOUT-OUT to Mike and his team for the work they did on my home. We recently had an emergency leak in the kitchen and it was after hours. We called from large to small companies and got horrendous quotes. One of the company charges $100 once they step out the door. We got referred to Victor from one of our neighbors and he has done several jobs for us so far without the horrendous prices.

I remember my first-time calling Han/Conn Plumbing Services was back in 2013. I found them on Angie's List. There were no plumbing companies that would repair galvanized pipes. Everyone wants to replace the entire house with plastic or copper pipes. That was a $10k job which exceeded my budget.

Javier was the guy who fixed that little leak for $200. It was not easily accessible in the attic above the bathroom sink. He is skilled and friendly. He speaks English and understands plumbing well.

When I called the number 8 years ago, a gentleman named Eddie Lopez, the owner, responded quickly. I was so happy that they fixed the leak, Javier also gave me his knowledgeable assessment.

I have not been in contact with him all these years. Just so happened I was desperately seeking a plumbing repair last year when the hot water pipe burst above my bedroom ceiling. I couldn't find galvanized pipe repair in business categories anymore. So, I texted Eddie. Javier came to my rescue the next day. The repair was a simple patch for $120. Because I planned to get pipes replaced in the entire house.

He also fixed a leaky shower faucet vault for $30 with a $45 supply I bought from Home Depot. (Other guys wanted to charge $130-$680.)

The following year, after my house was repaired. I called Eddie to get my entire house replaced with PEX pipe for $2800. Javier brought his assistant to finish in 2 days. I was grateful for their service. I just didn't like there was no written contract for the work. I had to find my own contractor to fix the drywall after they replaced the pipes.

I thought I skipped the burst frozen pipe damage after last year's Winter Storm Uri. I am actually one of many water pipe victims because of old galvanized pipes. It would be one of the requirements for the next house I buy.

They came out promptly to give us a quote for whole house repiping.  Their pricing was very competitive and we decided to go with them based on quote and prior reviews.  We are very happy we did! The group of men that came worked very hard to get the job done and kept us in the loop with process all along the way. The few little issues that came up were addressed and taken care of above and beyond our expectations. Thank you guys!! We would definitely recommend George and his crew!

I called on a Friday morning with one leak in a bathroom pipe. They gave us a time slot for that afternoon and came out exactly as scheduled. It turned out we had a second leak in the other bathroom .... they fixed them both! They had to get under the house for one of the leaks (uncomfortable, muddy), but they handled that quickly and professionally. In 2017, we had a plumbing problem which they handled in the same excellent manner and with a fair price. We are so thankful that we can call upon Wallin Plumbing when we have a problem. I had a plumbing issue at my house. They came over fixed the problem and wouldn't take a payment because Cailen said he didn't feel right charging me for a job that took 5 minutes. I will never ever use any other plumber ever again. Honest and very honorable business.

I think the wrong Mr Rooter is going to get credit for this but Yelp doesnt have one for the one in SPring 77393, but I had invoice number 183891 so you guys know who to thank because you just got a new loyal customer.
a) house fillingup with water on a weekend - no one else answers the phone or there was an answering service where you wait forever for a call back. house still filling up with water. this company - call back right away - that was a big deal
b) showed me the price listed in a book - no ripping you off with a guesstimation, this was a set price, and he did a great job.
c) very professional, i really appreciated the care about not cutting more of the wall than he had to, cleaning after, not tracking mud on the carpets, etc. just a great employee.
my day still sucked, but this was a much better response than i have come to expect when calling someone out of the blue out of the yellow pages.
