For starters, I always conduct a large amount of research prior to selecting a product and/or a company to work with. Selecting a company to install my water softener was no different. I contacted GAP Plumbing based upon a large amount of positive reviews with the hopes that my experience would be similar. The price to install my water softener was fair and I am someone who does not prefer to work with the cheapest guy in town as you get what you pay for in life. I will gladly pay more for quality parts and quality installation. The day after the initial installation a coupler on the back of the water softener burst and a small section of my garage filled with water. Thankfully I happened to wake at 4am that day and could hear the sound of water gushing from the garage. After calling into the office they did come out later that day to fix the line. However, I was more than slightly annoyed by the individual I spoke with who informed me that normally they would charge for them to come out again to fix something like this. Are you kidding me right now? You just installed this product the day before and you have the nerve to inform me that you are doing me a favor by not charging me to come fix your shoddy work?

This install happened roughly 20 months ago.

I always had a leak from my water softener whenever it would run and it would leave water all over the floor in the garage the next morning. It was not until I consulted with another plumber who at first glance of the installation and setup bluntly asked me Did you pay for this? That was embarrassing. After about 10 minutes of work and him removing the drain line that was installed by GAP Plumbing I no longer have a leak whenever the drain line runs.

But wait...there's more! There is a small crack in the coupler that they installed that they obviously tried to cover over with some white mastic type of material that held up for the last 20 months, but is now leaking slowly all over the floor. I am now waiting on a plumber from a different company to come out and redo everything.

Perhaps water softener installations are not their forte at GAP Plumbing but I would strongly recommend pursuing a different company to work with your plumbing needs.

Ric and his team are very easy to work with. From schedule to completion took less than 24 hours. Contacted him for a main water valve replacement and they were very responsive and came in a timely manner and explained everything that is to be done. They cleaned up and insulated my pipes right after. Highly recommended calling Ric for your plumbing needs!

I can't say enough about John Simmons from Champion Plumbing.  He came today to address an issue that another company said had been taken care of 3 months ago that cost us $12k.  The problem reoccurred last week and the original company came out again.  However, I wasn't confident in their work due to issues that we had during the first repair.  I decided that I needed a second opinion.  So, I called Champions.  When he arrived, John listened to me describe the history of the problem and then told me what he could do today.  He told me that by the end of his time here today, he would know our plumbing!  I should mention that this is an almost 60 year old home.  He went to work and by the time that he left the problem was resolved.  Since he was here, I also asked him to look at a toilet that didn't seem to be seated properly.  He did and while he was testing the original issue, he pulled the toilet and reseated it.  I also have to say that in every part of my home that he touched, he cleaned the area after he completed his work.  I appreciate the fact that he was very honest with me and paid attention to what I was saying.  As he was leaving, he told me if the issue reoccurred, to call him and what our next step would be before tunneling under the house and replacing the original cast iron pipes.  I appreciate his honesty and how hard he worked today to resolve our issues.  I always appreciate someone that listens, presents options, and is honest in their assessment of the current situation.

Amin fixed our kitchen sink. Very quick and reliable service! Called at 5 pm on Friday and he arrived at 8:50 am on Saturday.

I was able to get a rapid response on CHRISTMAS EVE of all times and scheduled a tech to come out as soon as they had an opening.
Tim was very helpful getting it scheduled.

Loren was very helpful, very professional and very efficient! He was able to get to the house very quickly to take care of an emergency issue, the communication was great, and his pricing was very fair as well! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!! Should I need a plumbing services again in the future, he will be the first one I'd call!

I had a small water leak by my water meter and Chris responded very quickly to get this fixed. He was responsive, gave me a fair price and quickly fixed the issue all in the same day. Thanks to him no more ridiculous high water bills. Cannot recommend this guy enough.

Contacted Hexagon through Yelp and he responded very quickly.  He said he would have someone to my house at 8:30 AM and they were knocking on the door at 8:29.

They augered out all the drain lines and restored the plumbing to good as new!  Nothing is cheap about plumbing but his price was very fair, and less than other quotes.

I'll use Hexagon again.

5M plumbing is the company my HOA trusts to fix issues that occur in our condominium complex.  We had a disaster of a day last week (the day before Thanksgiving), stemming from a problem created by the first plumbers I called out to fix a problem.  (See my review of how terrible they were - especially their owner - by looking up reviews of Space City Plumbing.)  5M Plumbing came to the rescue and the father and son team definitely knew what they were doing and they saved the day.  They fixed the broken pipe, helped to clean up all of the mess created by the first crew.  I will always call them FIRST in the future. (God willing, we don't have any more plumbing issues like that one again any time soon!)   I have even greater respect for good plumbers and what they must endure in plumbing emergencies.  Carry extra changes of clothes!!!!!

I've used Bear's Plumbing twice.  Both times I had a good experience.  Good customer service, quality work, and a fair price.  Used them for a busted pipe in the shower last year and to replace a hot water heater today.  Will use again if needed.  Thanks Bear's Plumbing!

Daniel came up with a repair option for a broken toilet flange at a very very reasonable price.

Other plumbing companies quoted by the job at 3 to 5x the cost.

He arrived in time provided extra parts reseated the toilet caulked the whole thing,and cleaned up taking all the trash parts with him.

Will be recommending him to my neighbors!
