He was able to help me with replacing the water heater and getting everything up to code, especially the pipe line that goes outside the roof and the exhaust. Also make sure to help me with removing a pipe that was really rusted and was able to turn off the gas and get it checked out test it, so everything was good

Although I would've liked more detail about how it was good outside just telling me that we got the greenlight that it's safe would've also been nice if I got a slight discount for assisting half the time ha ha but it's OK!

overall his prices were good and he's honestly reliable and picks up the phone when he's not working or when his hands are messy definite going to be recommending and referring him out to all of my other places that may need it!!

Hopefully he calls in to check on it or if it's OK I called him and check on it within a month or so just to make sure everything is working accordingly !

I can't say enough about John Simmons from Champion Plumbing.  He came today to address an issue that another company said had been taken care of 3 months ago that cost us $12k.  The problem reoccurred last week and the original company came out again.  However, I wasn't confident in their work due to issues that we had during the first repair.  I decided that I needed a second opinion.  So, I called Champions.  When he arrived, John listened to me describe the history of the problem and then told me what he could do today.  He told me that by the end of his time here today, he would know our plumbing!  I should mention that this is an almost 60 year old home.  He went to work and by the time that he left the problem was resolved.  Since he was here, I also asked him to look at a toilet that didn't seem to be seated properly.  He did and while he was testing the original issue, he pulled the toilet and reseated it.  I also have to say that in every part of my home that he touched, he cleaned the area after he completed his work.  I appreciate the fact that he was very honest with me and paid attention to what I was saying.  As he was leaving, he told me if the issue reoccurred, to call him and what our next step would be before tunneling under the house and replacing the original cast iron pipes.  I appreciate his honesty and how hard he worked today to resolve our issues.  I always appreciate someone that listens, presents options, and is honest in their assessment of the current situation.

He assessed the situation, and gave me a low price and a high price (based on potential unknowns). Brent documents his pricing up front, and his services are competitive. Also, the quality of work is good, and Brent explains what he is going to do ahead of time. He explained the risks associated with the job options, which I am grateful for. I scheduled him to come out for another job, and I am happy with the quality and results.

Thank you yelp for helping me find Amin.  He installed my Shower Faucet (which needed a new pressure cartridge), Shower Head, and recaulked it.  He was extremely professional, nice, and did excellent work.  I would recommend him for all your handyman plumbing work.

BEWARE!!...if you don't respond in a timely manner..the owner becomes pushy and rude...And this is the owner!  Can't imagine what the rest of his team is like. Ive recommended interpersonal communication training for him. Or business communication 101. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had a leak in my vent that was leaking sewage gas into my house and I was referred to him by a home inspector I've worked with in the past.  It took Loren 3 weeks (and me having to pester him) to even get out here to look at my problem.  they came, diagnosed the problem and told me they could do the work the following week AND that Loren would be sending me an estimate for the work.  Winter Storm hit the following week so he was unable to do the work because there were more urgent priorities.  I called the office and was told they could not commit to doing the work for me for the foreseeable future.  I waited 3 more weeks to see if could get something on the schedule open and today when I reached back out, I find out he is on vacation.  I sent Loren a note letting him know I was disappointed in the poor service and asked him for a refund on the money I paid for the initial visit, and he responded by insulting me and telling me to get over.  FULL RESPONSE IS INCLUDED AT BOTTOM OF REVIEW.

My favorite part is when he told me I was that guy that was 'All ways' picked last cause no one liked me, and now I'm that guy who feels like I can speak my mind behind a text.   That was the plumber's actual response to me expressing disappointment with his poor service and asking for a refund.  Zero accountability - just insulting and blaming me.  Cool.

Clearly, multitasking and customer service is not his strong suit but to talk to me like this and then block me so I cannot respond says a whole lot about him.  He might be a good plumber (I wouldn't know) but he dropped the ball big time. Had he not blown me off for three weeks, the repairs would have been completed before the storm came.  Then when I follow up with him, he insults me and blames me.  Too many other plumbers out there to waste anymore time on this turd.

FULL RESPONSE I RECEIVED FROM PLUMBER:
Sir you are being very petty now. I really feel for who ever has to live with you!!!! Did we not come out and do the job you hired us to do??  You asked us to come out and do a service call to find the sewer smell in your home!!! My techs came out found the issue in 10 min, that you spent 20k on with another company to fix this issue.   We only charged you $65 bucks to diagnose what you spent 20k on.  I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, but if I were you, I'd be pissed as well.   Sounds like you should of hired us from the beginning instead of those other guys.  Now you want $65 service call back cause your made we won't do the work???? We gave you a price that day and told you we could start that day.  You said you wanted your original inspector back out, ok your choice.   Now we have been booked up solid due to the storm, and your being a child, grow up and move on.  Your that guy who was all ways picked last, cause no one liked you and now you feel like you can speak your mind behind a txt.  I'd be mad too if my dumb ass spent 20K on work just to find out it was all wrong. But before I spent 20k like you said you did, I'd go and get two or three opinions, but that's just me.....

5M plumbing is the company my HOA trusts to fix issues that occur in our condominium complex.  We had a disaster of a day last week (the day before Thanksgiving), stemming from a problem created by the first plumbers I called out to fix a problem.  (See my review of how terrible they were - especially their owner - by looking up reviews of Space City Plumbing.)  5M Plumbing came to the rescue and the father and son team definitely knew what they were doing and they saved the day.  They fixed the broken pipe, helped to clean up all of the mess created by the first crew.  I will always call them FIRST in the future. (God willing, we don't have any more plumbing issues like that one again any time soon!)   I have even greater respect for good plumbers and what they must endure in plumbing emergencies.  Carry extra changes of clothes!!!!!

Referred by my parents as Bear Plumbing assisted with a master bath remodel at their home.  I called as I found a leak in the water supply line from the meter to the house.  They came out, advised a base price and the what ifs as they explored the problem.  It turned out to be a small crack and $250 bill.  They even cleaned up.   They work all over Houston.  Would recommend Bear!

Daniel provided excellent service. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I highly suggest you give him a try. This was by far one of my best experiences with a plumbing company.
