Okay, I know this is long but one more shout-out. A week after my last REVIEW, my aunt purchased a new dishwasher and, true to her promise, Terri had the same men come and install the dishwasher. They were pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. They took out the old one, put in the new one, and carried the old one out to the curb. As she promised, they only charged her for half their normal charge. I highly recommend GAP Plumbing!

I went over to GAP Plumbing and showed Terri the invoice, which she agreed the handwriting was very poor, and she mistook what was written. She called the plumber and advised him she was giving my aunt's check back to her because he ought to 1) write more legibly, and 2) have written on the invoice (due to my aunt's age) DO NO USE! I told her the dishwasher is almost 20 years old, so Terri said that if we get her a new one they will come and install it for half their basic price ($150), because of the trouble it has caused my aunt.

Due to her generosity of spirit to correct this immediately, I am 100 PERCENT in support of this company! As she stated, companies do make mistakes but GAP is determined to correct any they make. They have gone the second and third mile to correct the issue so I completely see why this company has such rave reviews...I'm shouting their praises too!!!

As one who assists my 90 year old aunt, I'm angry at the way GAP Plumbing treated her. She had an appointment for one day but they came sooner (which normally would be great) so I was not able to be there when the plumber came. Their normal fee is $150 to come to your home, and apparently any charges for the work comes out of that.

The two men looked at the water line to the dishwasher, and said nothing was wrong and charged her $75. When I got to her home, she showed me the invoice, which stated they looked at the water line and there is no problem. That is all the invoice says.

My aunt ran the dishwasher and it flooded the kitchen. I called and although my aunt's name was in their computer system, her appointment for two days later was erased! The lady tried to tell me that no one from their company had ever been there. After I explained that I was holding the yellow invoice, gave her the invoice number, and the names of the two men who came, then she said she would have to check in to it, but she said she would set up a call back after 2:30pm today.

This morning they called and told my aunt they were not coming. When I called them back and left a message they returned the call quickly. She said they do not fix dishwashers, even though the invoice says they fix dishwasher connections. The lady said that the invoice says that it is the gasket that is broken, and that is very different from connections. I explained that the invoice  does NOT say anything about a gasket and that, in fact, the man told her it was fine, which is WHY she ran a cycle. The lady said, Well, you'll have to send me a copy of the invoice because we have to have proof that your invoice is different. Likely I'll have to drive over to show them the actual invoice so she can see for herself that the word gasket was added after the invoice.

Thursday September 29th Was told by a third party that the hot water heater was leaking and needs to be replaced. Ok it is 22years old never had any trouble with it. And it is in the attic. CMP Plumbing called me after I told what  was going on. He gave me several quotes. I asked him for the best. He installed me a nice Rheem water heater on a Friday evening. Took 4 hours. Cleaned up after themselves. Very good job!  

I would recommend CMP Plumbing to anyone. Very good people!

I've had a reoccurring plumbing issue every few months. Every person I've called only did a band-aid fix on it. Having had enough, I reached out to Champion Plumbing Service as a first time customer. This was after I've failed on getting someone to come check on it out due to no availability for the next 2-3 weeks... You can imagine my fear of what the water bill would look like with a constant leak.  

The service rep was able to quickly schedule an appointment for the next day. Got an email to confirm the appointment and got a text when they were on their way. Shawn came to assess the situation in detail and proposed a permanent fix to me. This fix required people to come dig to access the pipes. I was concerned about scheduling availability and how long this would take.

However, Shawn was able to get his excavators the next morning, fixed the issue by noon. By late afternoon, the excavators put everything back and you can't even tell they were there.

Overall, excellent service! Showed up on time and quickly got it resolved! Shawn took the time to explain the process to me and was flexible to make sure that it didn't impede on my work day. Highly recommend!

Couldn't be happier with M&R Home Services. They recently installed an oven I purchased online and Michael was prompt, courteous & professional. They were also extremely responsive though Yelp, something I really appreciated. I don't have a lot of home service needs, but they're now on the top of my list to call when I do.

Many thanks to Brent for the natural gas line installation. I had about 1000ft of the gas line to install. It was quite some regulators to install for the house, pool heaters, generator, etc. Brent designed everything very professionally, carefully, and promptly. We had almost zero downtime. Brent explained every small detail I asked for. Outstanding experience. I have used this service for several years already and plan to continue.

There are a couple really important characteristics whenever I hire any service professional; honesty/trust, and knowledge. - We had Branden out a couple weeks ago and trust me when I tell you, this dude is who you want at your house when you have any plumbing issues. We had 2 other plumbers out before he came, both were trying to sell us these crazy repairs, which turns out, were not needed. Branden explained everything in detail, gave us a couple options, and then recommended what he would do if it was his home. We took his advice and honestly, we couldn't be happier. Beautiful work, a great person, and obviously a great plumber. We have our guy going forward. Give these guys a shot, I promise you won't regret it.

Amir came by the next morning to replace the tub spout in our shower, which had a broken diverter preventing water from running through the shower head. He fixed the issue promptly and charged an reasonable fee for his time. Thank you so much Amin!

I submitted an online inquiry this morning, and received a phone call within minutes.  They have already been out, fixed both issues before noon and at a very reasonable price.  I am very impressed with the service I received and will use them again for any future needs.

From the time I reached out to when my new hot water heater was installed was less than 72 hours. They were really responsive with great customer service.

Absolutely terrific!  Chris was extremely knowledgeable and went over the top to fix our plumbing issue.  We had a plumber from another company come by first and he was unable to fix our pipe leak, and we were without water.  Chris came by and solved our problems!

Found this plumber through a Yelp ad. The owner George responded quickly and scheduled me for less than 12 hours. George was the one that came to unclog some of my drains. Gave him a nice work out lugging his equipment to the third floor. He gave me some good tips to keep my drains clog free while he worked. Highly recommended!

5M plumbing is the company my HOA trusts to fix issues that occur in our condominium complex.  We had a disaster of a day last week (the day before Thanksgiving), stemming from a problem created by the first plumbers I called out to fix a problem.  (See my review of how terrible they were - especially their owner - by looking up reviews of Space City Plumbing.)  5M Plumbing came to the rescue and the father and son team definitely knew what they were doing and they saved the day.  They fixed the broken pipe, helped to clean up all of the mess created by the first crew.  I will always call them FIRST in the future. (God willing, we don't have any more plumbing issues like that one again any time soon!)   I have even greater respect for good plumbers and what they must endure in plumbing emergencies.  Carry extra changes of clothes!!!!!

Absolutely five stars. Pricing was fair for a few miscellaneous plumbing jobs we had in our house in Cypress we were renovating. Beyond that, we had a mystery spot in the ceiling where someone obviously had stepped through the sheetrock and no one was claiming. I called Bears and spoke with Eric about who talked to his team who didn't do it. I figured out it was another sub after some detective work, but Eric reached out to us several times offering referrals to his sheetrock guy... always with the spirit of responsibility and good faith that they would take it on as needed and not leave us high and dry. What service. This is rare folks, these guys are very special and I will exclusively refer them out.

Our water heater was leaking so I reached out to several companies in the area. Daniel gave us a quote that was reasonable and showed up on time on the day of service. He installed the new water heater up to code and didn't leave a mess. We will consider DC Plumbing for any new plumbing work in the future. Thanks Daniel!
