They were professional, dependable and fast. I will definitely call them again if I need to. They let you know ahead of time when the technician will be at your home and send you a picture of who will be showing up in a beautiful advertised van so no surprises.

I had a leak on the outside of my house and after I submitted a request for service thru Yelp, many Plumbing Companies contacted me right away.
I chose Precise Plumbing Service because they were the only company that was able to send a Technician over to my house on the same day.  They did a great job at repairing the leak, and so far it has held up.  

The gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I believe I was overcharged.  The repair that I needed shouldn't have been that expensive.  I just decided to pay it because I was wanted the leak repaired right away.  So my advice to anyone out there who is looking around  is to be patient and let different companies do an estimate first before you hire someone.  That way you can go with the best offer.  Even if you have to wait a few days, I think it will be worth it.  

But overall, I probably would hire them again....but only after I shopped around first.

I contacted Wayne about replacing a toilet just because I was home and wanted it done.  Wayne responded to my email promptly and gave me an estimate for 2 brands and didn't push for the more expensive one.  His estimate was completely reasonable and cheaper than others I had gotten.  We scheduled for the next day and he was on time, so nice, professional and let me know exactly what needed to be done.   He and his crew were quick, efficient and so clean!   Not a drop of water was spilled and they left the area cleaner than when they arrived.   I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

From the very first phone call with Kate to Frank and Mark finishing up my project, I couldn't be happier with the service I received.  I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get to my place to fix my issue within hours. Kate was extremely friendly and communicated clearly that they were booked as most companies are due to the winter storm but if their team had an opening they would come out to help me.

The team of Frank and Mark were professional and knowledgeable with what needed to get done, they didn't pressure me into additional unnecessary work, and they explained everything to the fullest. Both guys showed up with mask and kept up with social distancing which shows both them and the company take COVID extremely serious.

Outside faucet/ water main was struck. Called ARS to come check it out, they quoted me nearly twice as much, and were trying to do unnecessary work. These guys got the job done at a reasonable cost and the work was 5 stars. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Shawn Hampton was referred to me by a local real estate agent to help me get my water turned back on and check for leaks after the 2021 Big Freeze. Shawn texted me and arrived shortly thereafter in a proper plumber's panel van (not a pickup truck.) He was professional in appearance and demeanor, knowledgeable and able to show me what was going on and explain what should be done. He suggested repairs and repair parts, and I elected to fix everything that needed fixing. He did extensive work replacing burst or leaking pipes and was able to, somewhat miraculously, dislodge some built up of rust from inside my galvanized steel pipes that was causing lower than usual water pressure on the hot side of my kitchen sink. (I thought we might have to re-pipe that whole area, which would have been an extensive repair.)  

Shawn charged notably less than I would have paid one of the bigger Houston plumbing companies. I've used many of the more recognizable names here over 35 years, so I'm confident in my assessment on this point.

My understanding is Shawn is a LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER with 14 years of experience, some in California but most in Texas working for one of Houston's major plumbing companies before striking out on his own. It is also my understanding that Shawn has a limited service area at this time, generally in and around Houston's West Loop -- but check with him on that.

We Do Repipes did everything right - just exactly as promised. They sent out a crew that got the job done in one day. They made a few holes in the sheet rock as expected so their sheet rock repairman came right out and did a remarkable job repairing the sheet rock. Outstanding.
Lastly, the painters came and, using paint we had that matched our walls, they did a perfect job painting over the sheet rock repairs.
Communication was great and they did what they said they would do.
I highly recommend them.

I have been using S & B for years. My girlfriend (single mom with 4 kids) had to have them jackhammer through her foundation to fix some pipes, and they gave her a price far below other estimates because they knew she was a single mom. I had an inspector say I needed to redo all my 50 year old pipes and I called them out to do the job (major major money) and they said it did not need to be done. So I would have spent many thousands but they saved me all that money. They always do a good job at a competitive price and have always squeezed me and my girlfriend in for an emergancy.

I have to offer up a retraction.  We slipped through the cracks in the tail end chaos of the February winter storm.  The owner Doug reached out to me to make it right. I found Doug to be empathetic, kind, and so very sincere to make things right. If I ever have the opportunity to need a plumber in the future I would call him first. He represents what business owners should- integrity and professionalism. I think I can honestly say he's one of the nicest people that I've ever spoken with in the business world. Thank you Doug!

Paul and his wife Shelley are simply great. I had what I thought was a big issue.  They squeezed me in to prevent it from getting worse. Fortunately it was not as bad as I initially thought.  Paul diagnosed it quickly, made the repair, and did not do an unnecessary major fix.  He was fair and reasonable in his pricing.  I highly recommend them.

On thanksgiving day 2022 that morning, my house had a leak over the sink in one of the full bath upstairs. What a bummer!!! Instead of having it repaired (very pricey one), I've decided to repipe the entire house (built in 1976). Previous owner did some lousy plumbing work last year and the inspector told me that I should be expected to have some plumbing issues down the road (that was December 2021). Since I am on an extremely tight budget, I had no choice but to shop around for a company who could work with me while they are very competent and legit. On a very tentative schedule (as I didn't want to keep on shutting down the main water switch to stop the leak), I spent close to 5 days (right after Thanksgiving) interviewing at least 8-10 places. I was very grateful that Matthew came to see me on 11/28. He was very punctual, friendly, polite, energetic and thorough on his estimate which covers repiping, inspection permit plus sheetrock repair. He even offered me military discount! Note that he wasn't pushy and his estimate was very reasonable! Long story short, he got me all set up for repiping my home starting on 12/9! At first I thought it was a rush, but anyway, it turned out to be the best move I've ever made)! Matthew's team (4 young men) was super duper amazing because they had the entire house repipe in 2 days! Matthew agreed to fix the leak right away and he did! He even showed me the leak was from the broken galvanized pipe! Anyway, I adored these young men's energy and vibes! I could truly tell they love their job very much! Some fun facts: I kept telling everyone that I preferred to hire Matthew as my boy has the same name (Matthias) and he looks so alike my buddy's son! Inspection was passed on 12/6 by the City of Houston. Sheetrock repair was done on 12/7. The folks who did the sheetrock repair were extremely polite, professional and hard working. They came in at 8am and left at 8pm. Now the house has no more holes on the wall! No one could tell it has a repiping job done! Everything was done right on schedule. No lies. No tricks. No scams. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. As a real estate broker/homeowner, I highly recommend Repipe Solutions to all my clients, family, and friends! I called this company because four of my kitchen appliances went on the fritz at about the same time.  They sent out Ricardo who was totally awesome.  He was so very courteous, so knowledgeable, so patient, answering a myriad of my endless questions.  He gave me a simple solution for how to get my fridge going again without replacing it.  I ended up replacing my oven, cooktop, and vent hood (they were almost 20 years old!), and Ricardo took all the time I needed to help me figure out which new appliances I wanted.  He came back later to do the install, and when he was done, my kitchen was left looking spic and span.  This was a level of professionalism that is rare today.
