On CHRISTMAS EVE, I was able to get a very quick response and have a tech come out on the day after Christmas.
Kelly was quick and cordial. He made the repair painless and quick.
Plus 1 year of warranty on the repair.
We will be using them again soon for another plumbing problem, but hopefully not for for awhile with another emergency.

My husband and I recognized we had a leak under our laminate flooring near the laundry room. The flooring began to bubble and so we needed someone to take a look at it seeing as though there was a freeze last year and pipes were bursting in homes left and right when plumbers were too busy and prices were definitely inflating. Precise plumbing sent Ash to give and estimate concerning the cost of a possible leak. The cost to fix a leak in our manifold was reasonable or affordable to my husband and I. Everything we needed was fixed and under $500. The cost included some repair with our dish washer (mind you most of the work was done before Ash came and so he made alterations based on that), a leak in our manifold that was affecting our flooring inside, and our garbage disposal switch needed repair. I would definitely recommend this company for our plumbing needs as well as your own or at least give them a call for an estimate put them in the running to see if they are a good fit for you. I will do an update as time goes by to make let you know about the quality of his work with time. Thank you Ash and Precise Plumbing.

We recently had the owner Michael replace our guest toilet. The toilet breaking was an unexpected issue, and we needed it fixed quickly. Michael was able to help us out immediately- and with the highest level of professionalism at a fair rate.

Mike is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a complex plumbing issue, and returned just a couple days later to solve our problem under time, and under budget.
We will definitely call Mike again.

Mike installed my new shower/bath faucet with all the latest plumbing tools and methods, and ensured proper operation after. He also taught me how to maintain/drain out my water heaters. After he left, he called back a couple days later to check that everything was working just fine - what customer service!

Dynamic Drains of Texas is a keeper. There were quite a few recommended plumbers but this company was highly recommended by many. We had a slow draining tub and some serious clogs at different points in our drain pipes. From the first contact to them by phone, during and after the work was completed the experience was superior! The lead plumber was Bobby Garza and he thoroughly explained the process to be used and showed us (using a camera) what the issue was inside the pipes. It was quite a show watching them jet the pipes. Bobby and his partner were very polite and knowledgeable of their work. Will we use them again....you betcha...but praying no time soon..lol. Thank you for sending skilled plumbers.

10 stars!!# Beyond excellent, we had a nasty sewage back up about a month ago. We called several places and Your Plumber came out when they said they would be here, we had another plumber who showed up late for an estimate, this individual was unprofesdional about the Your Plumber staff being here. The Your Plumber staff was gracious and highly professional in an akward situation. They fixed the sewage back up, stayed very late on a Friday night, replaced the fencing they had to remove to do the repair, sent extra staff to get the job done, and came in $3,000 under any other estimate we received. I would recommend this group all over the place! Highly impressed.

Shawn Hampton was referred to me by a local real estate agent to help me get my water turned back on and check for leaks after the 2021 Big Freeze. Shawn texted me and arrived shortly thereafter in a proper plumber's panel van (not a pickup truck.) He was professional in appearance and demeanor, knowledgeable and able to show me what was going on and explain what should be done. He suggested repairs and repair parts, and I elected to fix everything that needed fixing. He did extensive work replacing burst or leaking pipes and was able to, somewhat miraculously, dislodge some built up of rust from inside my galvanized steel pipes that was causing lower than usual water pressure on the hot side of my kitchen sink. (I thought we might have to re-pipe that whole area, which would have been an extensive repair.)
Shawn charged notably less than I would have paid one of the bigger Houston plumbing companies. I've used many of the more recognizable names here over 35 years, so I'm confident in my assessment on this point.
My understanding is Shawn is a LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER with 14 years of experience, some in California but most in Texas working for one of Houston's major plumbing companies before striking out on his own. It is also my understanding that Shawn has a limited service area at this time, generally in and around Houston's West Loop -- but check with him on that.
Shawn Hampton/Lifetime Plumbing get my highest recommendation. It is my pleasure to support qualified small business owners, and I have a feeling this young business will thrive in Houston for years to come. CALL/TEXT: 932-776-6604 or EMAIL: [email protected].

This review is for We do Repipes . I always look for reviews before I do business with a company. Still sometimes reviews are not authentic. Well I can tell you this one is. All of the good reviews for them areTRUE. I have dealt with very few companies or people I can say that about.
The people i dealt with were honest courteous and professional. David Henry who came to our home to discuss our repipe was excellent. Professional and thorough and the price for the service was competitive. And it was turn key
which included everything. They said the would do it in one day and they arrived on time and they did it in one day. They were organized and knew what they were doing. The Sheetrock people were to be. here 2 days later and they were on time and did a superb job of doing the Sheetrock that was needed
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Seriously, look no further for the best plumber in town - Paul knows all there is to know in his field and then some and he always charges a fair price. I previously used Abacus Plumbing for a leaky pipe and it cost me $2500. Paul has done a lot more work for me than the plumber did on that occasion for significantly less money.
We noticed that we could smell gas whenever we opened our back door and went on the back deck. I called Centerpoint and they came out that evening, determined that there was a gas leak somewhere under our pier and beam house, said that it was our problem as the homeowner, and removed our gas meter. I did not know where to start to get the leak fixed and was worried we were going to be taking cold showers for a week. All the Centerpoint guy could tell me was to find a master plumber. That was actually helpful advice since I had no idea what type of professional would do such a repair. In any case, based on positive yelp reviews I decided to call The Plumbing Guy in the morning. He was able to fit me in at the end of the day. He and Ben came out and ran a pressure test to find the location of the leak and located it there under our back deck. Paul warned me that it wasn't an easy fix and also that if any gas-fed appliances were not up to code we would have to replace them in order to get a permit and pass inspection. He also warned that he might be required to replace a lot more than just the leaky pipe to pass inspection since all of our piping is super-old (our house was built in 1940). The next morning he went to go talk to the West U inspector with whom he is on a first name basis and got the permit to begin work, he and Ben spent most of the day to complete all the necessary work and then he got the inspector back out later that day to pass the work, which he did. The inspector called Centerpoint there on the spot and told them to come out and give us our meter back and amazingly Centerpoint came by the end of the day and we were back in business. The whole thing was amazingly and surprisingly painless. I just sat back while Paul took care of everything.
Just a couple of weeks later, my in-laws decided to purchase an expensive reverse osmosis water filtration system for our kitchen sink. It took my father-in-law two days to install it. Thanks Dad. Our kitchen flooded. There was water gushing out from under the sink. This was on Good Friday. My husband turned the water off and Paul and Ben came out within a few hours of my call. He did a quick fix of the saddle valve that came with the filtration system but warned that saddle valves are not really in use anymore and he couldn't guarantee the repair as he normally would. Indeed we noticed the next day that there still water slowly dripping from somewhere under the sink. Paul and Ben came back out and determined that the saddle valve had actually held but that our faucet was leaking now and needed to be replaced. So we went to Home Depot and bought the faucet and Paul and Ben came back to install it. They also fixed our toilet upstairs and the faucet upstairs. Lol, our plumbing was a mess! For as long as we've lived in our house (3 years) you have to hold the handle down to flush the upstairs toilet for like 3-4 seconds in order for it to flush. They fixed that, no problem. And the faucet upstairs was actually a repair of my husband's attempt to install a new faucet from Home Depot himself last year. The handles to turn the water on and off were all loose and wobbly and he never installed the drain stopper that came with the fixture set. Again, they took care of that, no problem.
So you see, I have had a lot of experience at this point with Paul's work and as I stated in the beginning, Paul really knows his sh*t!

On thanksgiving day 2022 that morning, my house had a leak over the sink in one of the full bath upstairs. What a bummer!!! Instead of having it repaired (very pricey one), I've decided to repipe the entire house (built in 1976). Previous owner did some lousy plumbing work last year and the inspector told me that I should be expected to have some plumbing issues down the road (that was December 2021). Since I am on an extremely tight budget, I had no choice but to shop around for a company who could work with me while they are very competent and legit. On a very tentative schedule (as I didn't want to keep on shutting down the main water switch to stop the leak), I spent close to 5 days (right after Thanksgiving) interviewing at least 8-10 places. I was very grateful that Matthew came to see me on 11/28. He was very punctual, friendly, polite, energetic and thorough on his estimate which covers repiping, inspection permit plus sheetrock repair. He even offered me military discount! Note that he wasn't pushy and his estimate was very reasonable! Long story short, he got me all set up for repiping my home starting on 12/9! At first I thought it was a rush, but anyway, it turned out to be the best move I've ever made)! Matthew's team (4 young men) was super duper amazing because they had the entire house repipe in 2 days! Matthew agreed to fix the leak right away and he did! He even showed me the leak was from the broken galvanized pipe! Anyway, I adored these young men's energy and vibes! I could truly tell they love their job very much! Some fun facts: I kept telling everyone that I preferred to hire Matthew as my boy has the same name (Matthias) and he looks so alike my buddy's son! Inspection was passed on 12/6 by the City of Houston. Sheetrock repair was done on 12/7. The folks who did the sheetrock repair were extremely polite, professional and hard working. They came in at 8am and left at 8pm. Now the house has no more holes on the wall! No one could tell it has a repiping job done! Everything was done right on schedule. No lies. No tricks. No scams. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. As a real estate broker/homeowner, I highly recommend Repipe Solutions to all my clients, family, and friends! If you are in search of a repiping company, please give Matthew a call! He will do his very best to work with you!

Absolutely terrible experience. This company was sent to us through our home warranty (Choice, if you're considering them stay far away). We needed a drain clean out for a flooded sink. The plumber showed up forcing us to pay for additional services that were not necessary to solve our immediate problem (he insisted we had to pay $400 for a p-trap replacement in addition to the drain clean out). We ultimately agreed to replace the part as well since our sink was actively flooding, and he refused to do the drain clean out before replacing the parts. Plumber then said that he actually didn't have the parts, and since it was Friday he wouldn't be able to come back until Monday to fix it. He refused to do the drain clean out or do anything to help us before leaving. He left our sink disassembled, and RMP had the audacity to call and charge us a service fee for the visit. We had to call another plumber and pay out of pocket for the drain clean out - the other plumber immediately realized the urgency of the situation and agreed it needed to be resolved ASAP.
I'm shocked at the positive reviews for this company. We are new to choice home warranty and are realizing that they may be the root cause of the problem, but it seems they find companies like RMP to be complicit in their schemes. The fact that a plumber could walk in, see the state of our actively flooding sink, and completely refuse to do anything to help us as paying customers is insane. Stay far away.

I own a business in Tomball and after the freeze I noticed that one of our pipes had burst. I called Milton Frank and they had a technician at my location within 30 minutes! It only took him 15 minutes to repair my pipe and I was able to continue operating! I cannot thank Milton Frank enough! They were the hero and saved the day. They have serviced my location for several years and have always been professional and courteous. And most importantly they will be there for you in your time of need! Thank you for everything you do. We truly appreciate you!

This place .... horrible, I request a drain cleaning/clear out for one of my units. The talked to a woman on the phone that night before to advise what I needed. She understood and advised that is what I'd get and if I needed anything addition the technician would advise. Yesterday morning the rep called and said the technician would be on there way in 30-45 mins, as I waited an hour I called back and another rep apologized and said no tech had been assigned...(the should have been my red flag to cancel them) the technician came and went into unit, about 20 mins later I received a text about the service, I thought wow that was fast, then my tenant text me that the tech charged 60$ and I said what did he do because the drain cleaning was a special for 99$, she said he left a paper about buying an enzyme. Wtf! Ok so I call the office and they were able to get the tech and I discuss my confusion, he says oh I didn't do the drain cleaning then I said if the drain needs an enzyme why didn't you just do that since he's now telling me you have to buy the enzyme from a authorized dealer. So I got off the phone with him because it was just horrible. Called back and got a rep who said the tech had the enzyme on his truck and he's not sure why he didn't do the service, they told me someone would come back this am,but at this point I haven't received any notice yesterday evening or this am about what time the tech will come. Don't waste you time energy or money with this company.
