My water temperature was going from hot to cold during showers and wouldn't warm back up. Messaged Dr Rescue (since they were the best rated) through Yelp and got a quick response about coming out the same day. The plumber that came out was very nice and professional. Explained what was wrong so I could understand and helped with my options to fix it. Highly recommend this plumbing company and will definitely use them moving forward.

My bathtub was clogged and was able to get a quote right away and they were available to come out the next day. The plumber came on time and took care of the issue right away! Definitely recommend!

Old school contractor - meaning there is an attention to detail and level of expertise not found often today. Forget the big plumbing conglomerates who may or may not do the work properly - try All Phase.

I've used Carey Plumbing several times this year already. Mike recently came out today on a holiday to help me with an unexpected water leak. Every time he comes he gives me recommendations and conservative options if possible. I highly recommend his service!

Mike is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a complex plumbing issue, and returned just a couple days later to solve our problem under time, and under budget.

Austin has done two different services for us. I found him on Yelp and now am happy to add my review. He is prompt and professional and very personable. One service we had a Flow-Tech system put on for our hard water. When we had questions he even had the Flow-Tech rep come out to verify the system was working properly. He is very honest and explains everything to you. I highly recommend him. He will be our plumber for many years to come!

I had a badly clogged drain. We kept trying to get it cleared ourselves, but it finally became clear that it wan't something we could fix.  I read reviews on another site and decided to give Your Plumber a try.  It was the end of the week and I figured it would take a couple of days.  They were able to come out same day (no extra charge) and offered a free evaluation.  They arrived on time and were able to get it fixed it promptly. I felt the charge was fair. I am very happy with the service and won't hesitate to use them again should I have a plumbing need.

Our PVC connecting to the water meter outside burst and was flooding on the driveway and the city said we needed a private plumber to fix it. Shawn picked up right away and was ready to send someone within two hours. A Week later both of our water heaters stopped working and were left without hot water right before a cold front was to hit! They came to the rescue again and Were so empathetic, so respectful, and diligent. Always respond, whether you call or text! Reasonable, fair, and so friendly! 100% would recommend to anyone!!!

When looking for a company to do our repipe I got at least 6 different estimates.
David Henry came in and did a walk through of our house, saw our master bath and the tile work that I REALLY did not want to have cut into and damaged, and another bathroom that another company told us they'd have to yank out the whole cabinet and counter, he absolutely assured us that wouldn't have to happen. I was so relieved! Then he sat us down and brought in actual pieces and fixtures showing us EXACTLY what they would use, he had videos, and answered all of my ridiculous questions perfectly. He left us with a full color folder explaining everything! He really put us at ease.
Most of these repipe companies contract out to other companies. Not We Do Repipes! They have their own crews for EVERYTHING. They are fully licensed and  insured.
Their estimate was not the cheapest, but they were far from the most expensive! I checked all of their reviews online and was very satisfied. So we decided to go with them.
They were right on time (to the minute) for their appointments. Communication was always very easy and very clear. Their crew showed up and we're very respectful of my home and my little dog. They worked almost 12 hours that day but when they left I had a full repipe and a new tankless water heater all up and running seamlessly!
Next was the Sheetrock repair appointment and their repairman Oscar. He arrived EXACTLY at his appointment time, did a walk through and got to work. He is very detail oriented and meticulous with his work. He's a super nice guy and seems to be able to fix ANYTHING! We were so pleased with Oscar I made him lunch the second day he was here.
All in all everything that we had done came out PERFECTLY! What an awesome experience to work with a company that does absolutely everything they say they are going to do at the high quality they promise! I will definitely recommend this company EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

We love S&B plumbing--especially Junior! He replaced our galvanized pipes with PEX a couple of years ago and did a great job. It made a huge improvement in our water pressure. Today we had him come out for an unrelated issue: a pipe connected to our water heater was rusty and we were afraid it could burst. He checked it but found that the rust was superficial and the pipe itself was solid. He could have easily just replaced it and charged us a few hundred dollars, so we really appreciated his honesty. Everyone at S&B, including the front office staff,  has been great to work with: competent, professional, and reliable.

Lara Services were quick to respond, very professional, and handled my plumbing issues. I was very pleased with their service and I will be sure to contact them for any future issues.

Dog C. And whole crew at Doug's are awesome!  Been using them for 8 years at 2 of my houses and work.  Honest and fair.  Tells me what needs to be done and no BS. No overcharge. I have used other big name and small companies many times before.  I only trust Doug's.  You won't be cheated.

I have had Paul do work for us multiple times; he is very honest, does a great job and is reasonably priced.  I also contacted them multiple times with questions about the historic freeze and they were so quick and happy to answer.  Couldn't recommend them enough!

We had the hot water heater replaced and are very happy. Repipe  beat the competitors by $800 and didn't complain that our unit was in the attic. The installation was completed with skill, the men were polite and the owner communicated well. We recommend giving them a call.

On Friday, our shower & bathtub drain had waste water backing up when turning on the water, RMP had a next day availability and added us onto their schedule. The plumbing technician came, assessed the problem, pulled out tools from his truck and de-clogged the drain pipe very efficiently. Highly recommend RMP Plumbing

Their service tech, Richard Enciso, insisted that my A/C system wasnt under warranty despite me verifying the info with my installer and with Carrier prior to placing the service call.  I showed him the info with the same Carrier app that he was using and still he persisted.  So basically, it cost me 90 bucks to find out that Milton Frank doesnt like to do warranty work.  After throwing Richard out of my house i spoke to a manager that was immediately able to verify that not only was the warranty still good but would be until Nov of 2022.    My installer verified his own info then called Carrier to confirm.  I verified with my own warranty card and then confirmed with Carrier.  A service manager at MF verified after the fact through Carrier that the warranty was still good for another 4.5 years.  I dont know why Richard was the only person in the equation that couldnt get the correct warranty info but it doesnt look good for him or his employer.  The problem wasn't a simple typo as he and i both confirmed the correct serial number on my equipment. While Milton Frank was good enough to refund the $90 service call fee we definitely wont be using them for any future work.  If you do, pay close attention because if i had fallen for Richard's scam it would've cost us an additional $1500.  I called another company who verified the warranty before ever coming out and also brought the necessary part with them instead of leaving me with no A/C in August like MF was going to do.  $470 versus nearly $2000 because of incompetence or dishonesty, either way shame on Milton Frank.

After reading the below response from the company we were infuriated. To clarify, there WAS a gas leak which ONLY occurred after Village Plumbing worked on the water heaters and despite it being considerably large per CenterPoint, they failed to properly detect before they left. A gas leak is much more than an inconvenience. If you can't tell by the language they use to respond to my initial post, they simply want to downplay this and pretend it never happened.
