Nice employee listened to my request for installing a new single-handle shower faucet, spoke with a plumber, then delivered the estimate of $450 to $800, and claimed the estimate was reasonable.
--- WRONG.
This project was completed by a licensed Master Plumber for $235.
The Dr. Rescue estimate....was Not Reasonable.

I had a leak on the outside of my house and after I submitted a request for service thru Yelp, many Plumbing Companies contacted me right away.
I chose Precise Plumbing Service because they were the only company that was able to send a Technician over to my house on the same day.  They did a great job at repairing the leak, and so far it has held up.  

The gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I believe I was overcharged.  The repair that I needed shouldn't have been that expensive.  I just decided to pay it because I was wanted the leak repaired right away.  So my advice to anyone out there who is looking around  is to be patient and let different companies do an estimate first before you hire someone.  That way you can go with the best offer.  Even if you have to wait a few days, I think it will be worth it.  

But overall, I probably would hire them again....but only after I shopped around first.

Old school contractor - meaning there is an attention to detail and level of expertise not found often today. Forget the big plumbing conglomerates who may or may not do the work properly - try All Phase.

Mike is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a complex plumbing issue, and returned just a couple days later to solve our problem under time, and under budget.

We had a issue with our garbage disposal, my husband had just replaced it a week ago and I noticed water not draining in the dishwasher.  Was worried we were going to have to replace the dishwasher.  Contacted Harris Plumbing and Mike came out immediately.  It was the garbage disposal and he fixed it and saved us from going out and buying a new dishwasher.   I highly recommend them and if we ever need a plumber, will not hesitate to contact them.

I had a kitchen sink drain filled with grease,and had  tried every over the counter product I could find, as well as conventional snake draining. I was skeptical,  but someone suggested having the line hydrojeted,  and after reaching out to several companies I decided to go with Dynamic Drains. They showed up promptly, were very personable and explained all of my options. It took some doing, but they were  successful in clearing the drain and my family and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Highest recommendation!  Lifetime Plumbing replaced our aging bathtub faucet fixtures and installed PEX piping for the supply lines.  We found the company after a neighbor used them and were very pleased.

The company was super professional and excellent to interact with.  The van the plumber arrived in was clean and nice.  Shawn was dressed professionally and explained things very clearly.

Lifetime Plumbing is very customer service focused.  After dealing with one of the big companies for my Mom's house recently, it was refreshing to work with a smaller business without the logistical complexities.  I will certainly use them for all my future plumbing needs.

This review is for We do Repipes .   I always look for reviews before I do business with a company.  Still sometimes reviews are not authentic.  Well I can tell you this one is. All of the good reviews for them areTRUE. I have dealt with very few companies or people I can say that about.
The people i dealt with were honest courteous and professional. David Henry who came to our home to discuss our repipe was excellent. Professional and thorough and the price for the service was competitive. And it was turn key
which included everything. They said the would do it in one day and they arrived on time and they did it in one day. They were organized and knew what they were doing. The Sheetrock people were to be. here 2 days later and they were on time and did a superb job of doing the Sheetrock that was needed
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

The Plumbing Guy is a family-run company that is hard to beat.  The plumber is Paul and is reliable and professional.  His wife, Shelly, runs the office and books the appointments.  Both give great service.  I am using them remotely to do repairs for my tenants in a condo in Houston; and as I no longer live in Houston, I rely on them completely to help me out with all plumbing repairs.  I have now used them twice, once to do repairs to toilets and now for hot water heater repair.  Am exceptionally pleased with their work, prompt service, professional manner,  and highly recommend them.

David and his team is professional, responsive and reasonable. They sure know what they are doing when it comes to plumbing I highly recommend SP plumbing solutions.

On thanksgiving day 2022 that morning, my house had a leak over the sink in one of the full bath upstairs. What a bummer!!! Instead of having it repaired (very pricey one), I've decided to repipe the entire house (built in 1976). Previous owner did some lousy plumbing work last year and the inspector told me that I should be expected to have some plumbing issues down the road (that was December 2021). Since I am on an extremely tight budget, I had no choice but to shop around for a company who could work with me while they are very competent and legit. On a very tentative schedule (as I didn't want to keep on shutting down the main water switch to stop the leak), I spent close to 5 days (right after Thanksgiving) interviewing at least 8-10 places. I was very grateful that Matthew came to see me on 11/28. He was very punctual, friendly, polite, energetic and thorough on his estimate which covers repiping, inspection permit plus sheetrock repair. He even offered me military discount! Note that he wasn't pushy and his estimate was very reasonable! Long story short, he got me all set up for repiping my home starting on 12/9! At first I thought it was a rush, but anyway, it turned out to be the best move I've ever made)! Matthew's team (4 young men) was super duper amazing because they had the entire house repipe in 2 days! Matthew agreed to fix the leak right away and he did! He even showed me the leak was from the broken galvanized pipe! Anyway, I adored these young men's energy and vibes! I could truly tell they love their job very much! Some fun facts: I kept telling everyone that I preferred to hire Matthew as my boy has the same name (Matthias) and he looks so alike my buddy's son! Inspection was passed on 12/6 by the City of Houston. Sheetrock repair was done on 12/7. The folks who did the sheetrock repair were extremely polite, professional and hard working. They came in at 8am and left at 8pm. Now the house has no more holes on the wall! No one could tell it has a repiping job done! Everything was done right on schedule. No lies. No tricks. No scams. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. As a real estate broker/homeowner, I highly recommend Repipe Solutions to all my clients, family, and friends! Great service and awesome work. Quick response and same day service. He fix my shower and toilet. Told me exactly what he thought was needed after explaining what was wrong and then he came to do a diagnostic and it was exactly what he said. Always will be my go to plumber.

The kitchen sink clogged up completely. Drano didn't work (guaranteed on toughest clogs. Really?!) Couldn't use dishwasher UGH. We rent in NW Houston. Our landlord uses this Milton Frank company. They came out within an hour, very polite, assessed the clog problem, called the landlord to approve payment and get their credit card :-), opened the clean-out drain and nasty junk came out. The guy was dressed nice, not a t-shirt. He got under shrubs and opened the clean out access. Anyway he ran this snake thing a long way into the house (instead of just to the sink 3 feet away) to make sure he got rid of clogs and cleaned pipe on this side of the house. He gave me a couple of tips because the house is 40 years old. Yes it was $257 (trip charge plus clear clog and pipes). Could we have searched and found a cheaper deal? Sure and we probably would have wasted time (our money) and then had to look at some guy's grimy t-shirt, and backside, worry about their old equipment, be sold a new disposal, had the kitchen pipes taken apart under the sink and on my kitchen floor, and not be able to get them to come back when something went wrong after they left. Everyone is happy. I have again retired from hand-washing dishes! Sink drains as it should and we don't have plumber-crack memories haunting us.

you know how dedicated a company is when in crisis. Village plumbing is definitely owned by City of Bellaire; we were in the middle of closing while selling our home. Apparently a new ordinace was passed related to the clearance between the roof and top of the hot water heater (our house wasnt a tear down) Village Plumbing quotes thousands, got the job down for a couple of hundred by a company that care if they continued to get our business, which they did
