We had a toilet that was leaking from the base so I went on Yelp to find plumbers and found Precise Plumbing Service. They were able to get a plumber out to me on the day and time I suggested and did amazing. Arash came to my house and did a great job fixing the issue and explaining to me why it was leaking and went above and beyond with another issue. Thank you so much, definitely going to calling them for my plumbing needs!

I contacted Wayne about replacing a toilet just because I was home and wanted it done.  Wayne responded to my email promptly and gave me an estimate for 2 brands and didn't push for the more expensive one.  His estimate was completely reasonable and cheaper than others I had gotten.  We scheduled for the next day and he was on time, so nice, professional and let me know exactly what needed to be done.   He and his crew were quick, efficient and so clean!   Not a drop of water was spilled and they left the area cleaner than when they arrived.   I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

AMAZING comes to mind, from scheduling to the actual service, they do not even service my area but they came on time all the way from Katy, assessed the issue with the drain, advised what may arise in the future due to the age of the home (56 years), as the pipes get brittle with age, which is true as we have had the sewer replaced last year.  Explained what would have to be done in that case. Inquired when the last time this was unstopped and based on my response advised us if this keeps happening, we would need to run the camera to assess the situation further. Unstopped the drain, ran water  about 20 minutes to make sure everything was fine. Told us to call  if we have any more issues. Very polite and knowledgeable and not trying to sell you a bill of goods like some of the Big guys, you know who they are...Support your family owned business' instead of the big corporations, you will always receive better service as they rely on referrals and word of mouth reviews. I found this company on Yelp and they reviews prompted me to call them...I got all my service people from great Yelp reviews and have always received great service.

Mike is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a complex plumbing issue, and returned just a couple days later to solve our problem under time, and under budget.

Mike installed my new shower/bath faucet with all the latest plumbing tools and methods, and ensured proper operation after. He also taught me how to maintain/drain out my water heaters.  After he left, he called back a couple days later to check that everything was working just fine - what customer service!

These guys do great work, Austin and his team know their stuff! First had them out to do an emergency repair on a frozen pipe, which was done quickly and efficiently the same day. A few weeks later I had them fix a hot water supply problem and just yesterday they finished a complete bathroom remodel for us. (The guys even insisted on sweeping the floor and picking up every single piece of trash! ) They have a great warranty on materials and labor, and it's nice to see that they stand behind their work in writing. Any type of plumbing remodel and repair you need, they can do it.

Louis is always punctual. His prices are great and he does great work too. He has done lots of work on my house lately and working with him has been super easy.
I have zero complaints about Louis and highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Highest recommendation!  Lifetime Plumbing replaced our aging bathtub faucet fixtures and installed PEX piping for the supply lines.  We found the company after a neighbor used them and were very pleased.

The company was super professional and excellent to interact with.  The van the plumber arrived in was clean and nice.  Shawn was dressed professionally and explained things very clearly.

Lifetime Plumbing is very customer service focused.  After dealing with one of the big companies for my Mom's house recently, it was refreshing to work with a smaller business without the logistical complexities.  I will certainly use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Excellent company - from the initial estimate to the repipe job, to the Sheetrock job.  One of the most professional and definitely the cleanest set of teams I have had working on this house.  Angel oversaw the job and when there were necessary delays he got thing back on track - even on the weekend.

Pricing was way cheapest out of the 3 estimates I got (not sure how they pulled that off while doing a solid job).  No other place was willing to include Sheetrock repair in the job.  This place did and the repair and texture was a great match to existing walls.  I highly Recommend We Do Repipes.

Bo and his team came to replace our broken sewer line. They were professional and did a great job. They also did a great job refilling the trench after the work was complete.

I have to offer up a retraction.  We slipped through the cracks in the tail end chaos of the February winter storm.  The owner Doug reached out to me to make it right. I found Doug to be empathetic, kind, and so very sincere to make things right. If I ever have the opportunity to need a plumber in the future I would call him first. He represents what business owners should- integrity and professionalism. I think I can honestly say he's one of the nicest people that I've ever spoken with in the business world. Thank you Doug!

On thanksgiving day 2022 that morning, my house had a leak over the sink in one of the full bath upstairs. What a bummer!!! Instead of having it repaired (very pricey one), I've decided to repipe the entire house (built in 1976). Previous owner did some lousy plumbing work last year and the inspector told me that I should be expected to have some plumbing issues down the road (that was December 2021). Since I am on an extremely tight budget, I had no choice but to shop around for a company who could work with me while they are very competent and legit. On a very tentative schedule (as I didn't want to keep on shutting down the main water switch to stop the leak), I spent close to 5 days (right after Thanksgiving) interviewing at least 8-10 places. I was very grateful that Matthew came to see me on 11/28. He was very punctual, friendly, polite, energetic and thorough on his estimate which covers repiping, inspection permit plus sheetrock repair. He even offered me military discount! Note that he wasn't pushy and his estimate was very reasonable! Long story short, he got me all set up for repiping my home starting on 12/9! At first I thought it was a rush, but anyway, it turned out to be the best move I've ever made)! Matthew's team (4 young men) was super duper amazing because they had the entire house repipe in 2 days! Matthew agreed to fix the leak right away and he did! He even showed me the leak was from the broken galvanized pipe! Anyway, I adored these young men's energy and vibes! I could truly tell they love their job very much! Some fun facts: I kept telling everyone that I preferred to hire Matthew as my boy has the same name (Matthias) and he looks so alike my buddy's son! Inspection was passed on 12/6 by the City of Houston. Sheetrock repair was done on 12/7. The folks who did the sheetrock repair were extremely polite, professional and hard working. They came in at 8am and left at 8pm. Now the house has no more holes on the wall! No one could tell it has a repiping job done! Everything was done right on schedule. No lies. No tricks. No scams. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. As a real estate broker/homeowner, I highly recommend Repipe Solutions to all my clients, family, and friends! Absolutely terrible experience. This company was sent to us through our home warranty (Choice, if you're considering them stay far away). We needed a drain clean out for a flooded sink. The plumber showed up forcing us to pay for additional services that were not necessary to solve our immediate problem (he insisted we had to pay $400 for a p-trap replacement in addition to the drain clean out). We ultimately agreed to replace the part as well since our sink was actively flooding, and he refused to do the drain clean out before replacing the parts. Plumber then said that he actually didn't have the parts, and since it was Friday he wouldn't be able to come back until Monday to fix it. He refused to do the drain clean out or do anything to help us before leaving. He left our sink disassembled, and RMP had the audacity to call and charge us a service fee for the visit. We had to call another plumber and pay out of pocket for the drain clean out - the other plumber immediately realized the urgency of the situation and agreed it needed to be resolved ASAP.
I'm shocked at the positive reviews for this company. We are new to choice home warranty and are realizing that they may be the root cause of the problem, but it seems they find companies like RMP to be complicit in their schemes. The fact that a plumber could walk in, see the state of our actively flooding sink, and completely refuse to do anything to help us as paying customers is insane. Stay far away.

I had two water heaters broken and needed to be replaced. I called Milton Frank plumbing, and I was very happy with the service provided. Joel was extremely helpful, friendly, and got the job done well. Will definitely recommend him and Milton Frank Plumbing to my friends and neighbors.

Had village plumbing come out to quote seating a toilet (all hardware was onsite) and fixing a small crack in a piece of PVC pipe. Village quoted $750 to seat the toilet and $250 to fix the pipe.

I recently moved to Houston and these prices seemed outrageous to me, but perhaps it's just the going rate here. However the cost of living here is low so it really surprised me.

I ran to a local plumbing supply store and fixed the pipe for $15 in parts and 30 minutes of time. Seating the toilet took another 45 minutes. Honestly, with self-setting flanges installing a toilet is pretty much idiot proof.
