Used him for the first time today and all I can say is that he is GREAT! He is very honest and very friendly, and explained everything he was doing before he did it. He answered any questions that I had and answered and explained them. Definitely use him if you are in the area.

Good plumbing work but don't let them install a bathroom vanity. Poor quality.

Used Plumbing Systems of Conroe for the first time and they couldn't be any better. They came out to unblock a drain on a Saturday and it did unblock and the service charges were very reasonable.
On Sunday afternoon noon we noticed the water wasn't moving very quickly so I called to let them know and they said they would send someone out ASAP. I told them it wasn't necessary that it could wait until Monday. The Office Manager said she rather take care of now and someone would be at our home within the hour and they were.
The problem was taken care of at no charge.
We recommend Plumbing Systems very highly!

Oh how I wish Yelp had the option of 10 stars!  We recently tried out Mercy to put in new drain lines on a rental property after all of our nightmares with ARS.  They were prompt, efficient, and HALF the price ARS quoted us.  We had to get an estimate from Mercy recently for replumbing another house and again, well below ARS.  While in the process of scheduling this major job - yesterday the sinks in my house started filling up with water.  I called John at Mercy to ask if he could come out at some point and check it.  He told me it was coming from a backed up AC drain and he would be here within the hour!  He said if it was backed up to that point, it could get worse during the night and he didn't want us to have overflowing sinks in the middle of the night!  He was at my house in 30 minutes.  What he said would take 30 minutes to fix, ended up taking him about 3 hours due to previous garbage done by ARS - BUT, he fixed their work, had to run for parts and had our drains flowing clear again before he left and AGAIN, charged us so reasonably even when he had to do extra work that I actually felt guilty for not paying more!  He was prompt, courteous, understanding, neat and clean and didn't make a huge mess and even cleaned up what little mess he had to make.  I can not begin to express my relief and gratitude to have found a plumber that cares about the quality of his work and cares about his customers.  Mercy Plumbing has earned ALL of our plumbing business from here on out!   John and his company are absolute Mercy after having dealt with ARS!!!!!!!!!!!

If anyone needs plumbing services this company is fantastic!! Our tankless water heater broke (yes only 2 years old) and they worked with the company to get a warranty replacement and are installing it. I had the job quoted through various companies and they are significantly cheaper and very upfront about the charges. It is a family owned and run company. Exceptional customer service and were so compassionate!!!

Dave did a great job. He called and asked if he could show up early, which is rare and worked out well for me. Come to find out Dave is my neighbor, which was a welcomed bonus. I highly recommend DPS plumbing.

Very highly recommended!!! These folks truly know what they are doing. Extremely competent and professional. I had called a dozen of plumbers and these guys aren't out there to scam. Their prices are quite reasonable. It is always very easy to make appointments and they will be at my place promptly! I am a repeat customer. As a real estate broker, Joe Nettles will always be my go-to plumber. In fact, I just referred them out to my seller client in Bellaire to have their sewage removed for demolition purpose. They did the job without any delays. They love to show me the entire repair process. Nothing to hide. Straight to the point. They always answer all my questions/concerns. Please don't hesitate to give them a call if you have any plumbing issues.

They came out and fixed my pipes after this winter storm in a little more then 24 hours after calling when most plumbing places have a 3-4 week wait! Very friendly staff and service, will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will most definitely use them again.

These guys are great! I have been a member of yelp for years and have never felt compelled to review anyone until today. They have helped us on several occasions and I have always been so impressed with their professionalism. They are all such nice guys and I truly trust their work!

Very professional! Our plumber Mason is very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my honestly and clear about all the options available for my garbage disposal problem. I am very happy with the  service provided and will definitely used this company with any future plumbing problems.

We needed our whole 2 story house re-piped and I called several plumbing companies.  This has been an ongoing problem for about four years now and we had the pipes patched but it did not solve the total problem created by galvanized piping.
Noble was one of the four plumbing companies we contacted and although they were not the cheapest, they were by far the most open and explained the whole process to us, offered to get us someone to do the sheet rock repair and told us how much time we would need.  Others quoted more time and no mention of clean up, warranty or guarantee, etc.  
We were very glad we went with with Noble because they did a beautiful job, were done in 2 days and unlike two other companies we have had replacement of pipes done with, they were fabulous on clean up, everything worked like it should and our water pressure was much better.  They go the extra mile, and are coming back to add some additional plumbing we want done.  Very impressed with Jeremy and his team.  We cannot thank them enough and we will be more than happy to recommend them to everyone we know.  Thank you Jeremy and Noble plumbing for doing such a wonderful job, I can rest much easier knowing we won't have anymore problems with pin whole leaks that create problems in the ceilings, walls and floors.

JimBoys are the best. They came out for a nasty emergency deep clog root on our house this evening and had our drain unclogged in record time for an extremely reasonable price. They were very friendly as well, and walked us through the process as it was happening. Best plumber experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough

The plumbing work was excellent for  extensive repairs after the Texas freeze.  But the charges were for two  master plumbers and actually there  was only a master plumber and a  plumbers helper working.  This was way too much.  I needed an invioce  wih a listing of parts used and labor to submit for my home owners  insurance.  The company would not provide anything other than a single  line each for parts and labor and not on a company letterhead. Because  of this - I was not able to recover from my insurance.

It feels like Show Plumbing price gouged me in the aftermath of the big freeze. We live in a small townhome development where all the townhomes have the same type of water heating - tankless water heaters. The day after city water service was restored, my water heater started leaking badly. That day I contacted several plumbers and quickly realized it was almost impossible to find a tankless water heater and a plumber for at least a week if not longer. A couple of the plumbers who had previously worked in our neighborhood gave me a cost estimate of $2800-$3000 for the job. I was able to get a cost for the heater unit on-line - it was sold for $1500-$1700. That day I saw a Show Plumbing truck in our development and called the number. They said that they had a unit with them and could replace ours that afternoon. The tech looked at the job, then went outside to call his boss for a price. When the tech came back in, the first thing he did was to be VERY clear that the price was non negotiable. The price was $5295. So I had to decide whether it was worth paying that much verses not having hot water for 1-2 weeks. Not having hot water would of course mean no showers for our kids or us, no washing clothes and no dish washing. Under those circumstances I chose to pay the high cost, thinking that maybe the previous cost estimates were not good estimates. Since that day I've found out that several of my neighbors had the same unit installed in the same way as I did. The costs ranged from $2800 to $3200, with ARS charging the most at $3200. I've talked to the Show Plumbing rep twice since I found out the cost of the other units and he says that I'm welcome to get the invoices from the other jobs and provide them to him, but he was clear that nothing would change. Hard to believe a company would take advantage of a disaster situation to gouge people like that.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
