I had another issue while installing a new faucet and called Mason's for help. Not only did Mason solve the problem, but he taught me how to troubleshoot and repair the issue in the future. Mason was friendly and polite and gave me a great deal since I was a return customer. I highly recommend Mason's for any plumbing issue you might have.

I had to get a water heater replaced, I called Quality since Island Man gave me a quote that was ridiculous. Terry and team did the job at more than half the Island Man quote and did a great job.  They are honest and stand behind their work.

I broke the water supply line to my house while digging. Called Conroe Plumbing. They said a plumber would call me when in route. The plumber (Darrell) called within 30 minutes and was at my house 15 minutes later. He repaired the broken PVC, installed a new shutoff valve and connected to house PEX piping. Very satisfied with service and will call next time a plumber is needed.

I was out at a doctor appointment when I got a call from the babysitter that there was water leaking from the master bedroom ceiling downstairs and a bathroom ceiling upstairs. I came home and immediately called the first person who came up on Yelp under plumbing services. I'm so lucky that it happened to be Mercy Plumbing! John said that he could get to our house within an hour and he did. He shut off our water heater in the attic where the water was leaking from, and refused to let me pay him! We have a home warranty company so they are sending someone out to repair the water heater...but knowing how AHS is they are going to try and screw us for every dime we have, and if they do I'll definitely be giving John a call and just pay him to do the work rather than going through the warranty company that really isn't there to help home owners at all! John was so helpful and extremely nice! I'm so appreciative that he was able to come out and help us, and we will most definitely be using him in the future and referring all of our friends and neighbors to him!

I found Paul the Plumber on our neighborhood FB page.  Several people had recommended him & I do too!  He responded the same day we called, even came in late afternoon when it's HOT in the attic.  He diagnosed the problem, got the part & fixed it the same day.  He also cleaned the unit & provided pictures of the problem before & after the fix.  He was very personable & professional.  I highly recommend him!

Dave is awesome! We got married a few weeks ago and took a few days off to road trip up the coast, only to return back home to the most disgusting backed-up bathtub situation... trust me, if you can see your new husband trying to plunge a handheld drain snake through standing butthole water a mere 5 days after getting hitched, you can make it through anything!

After 1.5 days of failed DIY plumbing attempts, we read the rave reviews for DPS, saw that they were located down the road from us in the mountains, and gave them a call. A very nice lady answered and said Dave would call us back within 15min. It was late afternoon, but he said he could swing by the following day around the same time, and he was true to his word! He and Tristan (Trystan?) showed up, got straight to business in the 95-degree heat, and unplugged our main line through the septic tank + removed the roots causing the blockage (a common problem, I found out) and had us right as (beautifully clear, fecal-free) rain within the hour for a very reasonable price.

Will DEFINITELY save ourselves the DIY hassle and leave plumbing to the professionals in the future, and Dave & Co. are wonderfully professional. Highly recommend them for any of your mountain house plumbing needs!

Great service. A friend recommended them when we needed our dishwasher drain/air intake fixed. It was leaking rather than draining. I called, they came on a timely basis, explained the problem, gave me two options, fixed it and charged me fairly. The gentlemen were very nice and thorough.

We needed our whole 2 story house re-piped and I called several plumbing companies.  This has been an ongoing problem for about four years now and we had the pipes patched but it did not solve the total problem created by galvanized piping.
Noble was one of the four plumbing companies we contacted and although they were not the cheapest, they were by far the most open and explained the whole process to us, offered to get us someone to do the sheet rock repair and told us how much time we would need.  Others quoted more time and no mention of clean up, warranty or guarantee, etc.  
We were very glad we went with with Noble because they did a beautiful job, were done in 2 days and unlike two other companies we have had replacement of pipes done with, they were fabulous on clean up, everything worked like it should and our water pressure was much better.  They go the extra mile, and are coming back to add some additional plumbing we want done.  Very impressed with Jeremy and his team.  We cannot thank them enough and we will be more than happy to recommend them to everyone we know.  Thank you Jeremy and Noble plumbing for doing such a wonderful job, I can rest much easier knowing we won't have anymore problems with pin whole leaks that create problems in the ceilings, walls and floors.

JimBoys are the best. They came out for a nasty emergency deep clog root on our house this evening and had our drain unclogged in record time for an extremely reasonable price. They were very friendly as well, and walked us through the process as it was happening. Best plumber experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough

Great plumbing company. Found our problems and fixed them. Easy to work with and less expensive than the rooter kinda guys.

We called Show Plumbing to repair two Bradford White water heaters (4 years old).  Janet was very nice and professional.  The technician Rod was also very nice and professional.  Janet explained to me the $35 trip charge to come to my house for an estimate.  But when Rod said he was going to pick up the parts and come back and install the parts, there was an additional $150 for picking up the parts.  I understand he would have to spend time and gas money to pick up the parts, but I wish I had been told about the fees for picking up the parts.  The additional fees would make Show Plumbing quite a bit more expensive than other companies.  I had to just pay Show Plumbing $35 trip charge and asked another company who would do the repairs for the same price without the extra fees for picking up parts (they said they would pick up the parts on the way to my house after hearing a description of the heater problem).  Lessons learned for me: ask what would happen if the technician does not have the parts and any fees for picking up the parts.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
