Used him for the first time today and all I can say is that he is GREAT! He is very honest and very friendly, and explained everything he was doing before he did it. He answered any questions that I had and answered and explained them. Definitely use him if you are in the area.

I had excellent service from Quality Plumbing. I called them as a first time customer and got an immediate call back.  A respectful knowledgeable plumber arrived within 2 hours of my call. He fixed our blocked lines and explained exacted what had caused the problem. The bill was incredibly reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

If anyone needs plumbing services this company is fantastic!! Our tankless water heater broke (yes only 2 years old) and they worked with the company to get a warranty replacement and are installing it. I had the job quoted through various companies and they are significantly cheaper and very upfront about the charges. It is a family owned and run company. Exceptional customer service and were so compassionate!!!

My testimony:
I was in desperate need of a plumber on a Monday night. At 4:30pm my kitchen sink clogged and then water backed up. I tried plunging, but more water backed up though the drain. I was really worried it would continue to do so and actually overflow. Well, I spent about half an hour calling local business and leaving messages. No one was open. Dave got back to me and told me he could come by within the hour. In the meantime, a second company actually got back to me. When I asked about they after hour rate, they quoted over double what Dave quoted (and charged me) for the first hour. Naturally, I told them I wasn't interested and looked forward to hiring Dave. He showed up as promised around 6pm (I didn't call him until after 5pm), checked my clog, retrieved the appropriate tool from his truck (a power snake), and cleared my drain in about 10 minutes with virtually no mess.

It turned out that living in a condo means I share a drain with other units and my upstairs neighbor's water was backing up my sink when I wasn't running water. There was a clog somewhere further down our shared line, which Dave easily removed. I've had to hire a plumber once per year since moving to my condo and now I know why! It wasn't necessarily me causing the clogs. so nice to finally learn that. Dave also answered the 100 why questions my toddler had. :-)

I only wish I had learned of DPS the first time I had a clog. He's reasonably priced and deserves the business.

Excellent service! Both sinks in my master bath were stopped up.  I called this morning and they were able to fit me in this afternoon. They arrived after a heads up call that they were on their way, diagnosed the problem promptly and had my drains running within the hour!  The fees were reasonable and the two gentlemen who came were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them!

They came out and fixed my pipes after this winter storm in a little more then 24 hours after calling when most plumbing places have a 3-4 week wait! Very friendly staff and service, will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will most definitely use them again.

We needed our whole 2 story house re-piped and I called several plumbing companies.  This has been an ongoing problem for about four years now and we had the pipes patched but it did not solve the total problem created by galvanized piping.
Noble was one of the four plumbing companies we contacted and although they were not the cheapest, they were by far the most open and explained the whole process to us, offered to get us someone to do the sheet rock repair and told us how much time we would need.  Others quoted more time and no mention of clean up, warranty or guarantee, etc.  
We were very glad we went with with Noble because they did a beautiful job, were done in 2 days and unlike two other companies we have had replacement of pipes done with, they were fabulous on clean up, everything worked like it should and our water pressure was much better.  They go the extra mile, and are coming back to add some additional plumbing we want done.  Very impressed with Jeremy and his team.  We cannot thank them enough and we will be more than happy to recommend them to everyone we know.  Thank you Jeremy and Noble plumbing for doing such a wonderful job, I can rest much easier knowing we won't have anymore problems with pin whole leaks that create problems in the ceilings, walls and floors.

JimBoys are the best. They came out for a nasty emergency deep clog root on our house this evening and had our drain unclogged in record time for an extremely reasonable price. They were very friendly as well, and walked us through the process as it was happening. Best plumber experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough

The plumbing work was excellent for  extensive repairs after the Texas freeze.  But the charges were for two  master plumbers and actually there  was only a master plumber and a  plumbers helper working.  This was way too much.  I needed an invioce  wih a listing of parts used and labor to submit for my home owners  insurance.  The company would not provide anything other than a single  line each for parts and labor and not on a company letterhead. Because  of this - I was not able to recover from my insurance.

Show Plumbing literally just left my home and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Jason came out, listened to what I had to say, ran a full check of the home, let me see what was on the camera he put through my pipes and explained everything in a way I could understand. On top of all of that he was professional, friendly, and made me feel like he truly cared about the issues i was having. Any future plumbing issues I have I know I will be calling Show Plumbing. I will also be recommending him to everyone I know in this area.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
