Used him for the first time today and all I can say is that he is GREAT! He is very honest and very friendly, and explained everything he was doing before he did it. He answered any questions that I had and answered and explained them. Definitely use him if you are in the area.

Very good communication. On time and finished in less than an hour. Washer drain plugged, backing up into bathtub. Guys were very courteous and friendly. Cost $275. which I expected it to be about that. Will definitely call on them in the further.

I called Conroe plumbing Monday for a hot water leak and scheduled an appt for the next day. They showed up in a timely manner & fixed our problem with ease. They told us what was wrong and after they finished they showed us that our leak was fixed. Corbin & Kenneth were our plumbers. They talked to us respectfully and even showed some love to our bulldog. We will continue our business with Conroe plumbing for any future issues that might occur. They were very reasonably priced for what they did for our issue. 10/10 recommend.

I'm a relatively new homeowner, so I didn't know how to shut the water off to the house easily (it was a lever or a crank right outside the house that doesn't require too much force). So, when the water valve under my sink broke (it was cheap and wore out, apparently), hot water was spewing under my sink for a good 10 minutes. My wife threw all our mats in the cupboard under the sink to suck up the water, while I tried to find how to turn it off. It was crazy. Finally, I turned off the water at the main meter, which was ridiculously difficult. I had to use a hammer. Anyway, called Mercy Plumbing after. John from Mercy Plumbing who's a friendly guy came over pretty quick and identified the leak as a worn out valve that needed replacement and replaced it immediately. The best thing with John from Mercy Plumbing and I bet probably from other plumbers working with him, is that he's upfront with what it would cost (fair pricing) and keeps his word. If you're anxious and you start to think, maybe I should just change every valve in the house, he's honest in saying that's not necessary. John also educated me how to turn the water off quickly next time round and advised me to check for possible mold that might form. I would definitely call Mercy Plumbing again for my plumbing needs.

Every time we've called, we get a fair price, quick service, great work. Paul the Plumber is our go-to for our plumbing needs / projects.

Dave did a great job. He called and asked if he could show up early, which is rare and worked out well for me. Come to find out Dave is my neighbor, which was a welcomed bonus. I highly recommend DPS plumbing.

Abacus Plumbing quoted over 1000 bucks. Abacus was super professional but really? Is a clean uniform worth the extra expense?

Half that as Joe Ed Nettles Plumbing, Luis and Juan were friendly, very through and explained what they were doing....These guys deserve a raise.

They came out and fixed my pipes after this winter storm in a little more then 24 hours after calling when most plumbing places have a 3-4 week wait! Very friendly staff and service, will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will most definitely use them again.

They were great to deal with. Scheduled the job, was there when promised, gave a quote before starting, fixed the problem at the quoted price. They were a pleasure and I recommend highly.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Called this morning about a septic grease trap that was clogged on the drain field. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and they came out right away.

The two gentlemen that came to do the work knew exactly how to fix the problem and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes, including digging up the tank.

Couldn't ask for better service. If you need a plumber call these guys. They do honest work at a great price. That's a hard thing to find these days.

JimBoys are the best. They came out for a nasty emergency deep clog root on our house this evening and had our drain unclogged in record time for an extremely reasonable price. They were very friendly as well, and walked us through the process as it was happening. Best plumber experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough

Great plumbing company. Found our problems and fixed them. Easy to work with and less expensive than the rooter kinda guys.

Had some major issues on a rental property . Called on several plumbers in the HTX area. ARS tried to up-sell. Others claim 'Free' quote and provided none, only $500+ in diagnostic charges and more possibilities of problems. When Jason came out, he indicated that he would need to attempt to clean the drain and run a camera for a full diagnosis. He was upfront about this cost. Because of his methodical approach, no doubt in my mind that this company was the one to fix my problems. A fair price was given for the repair. I authorized the job and the repair was completed in 3/4 days ( City had to be involved). My tenant did most of the communication with Show Plumbing- he called me to rave about their service skills, so it was only appropriate that i leave a review..... Did i mention a 10 yr warranty on the piece that they worked on?!?!... Good Honest people they are.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
