Mason is my go to plumber for my home and apartment that I own.  At my apartment I had a clogged AC drain, and Mason was the only plumber that came out that was correctly able to diagnose the issue.  Whenever I have a plumbing issue I always call Mason to get his opinion.  He is very honest and always willing to help.  I highly recommend his services.

These guys seemed to know what they were doing, charged me fairly (literally ONE-THIRD THE PRICE QUOTED BY ISLAND MANN PLUMBING), and told it to me straight when they were done. I had a complicated problem that couldn't be fixed completely, but they did what they said they would, tried different things more than once, and were friendly and reasonable. For my next job, I will definitely consider Quality Plumbing again and will include them in the bids I seek out.

James and Mike are two of the hardest working gentleman that work here! These two wonderful men came out to our home twice in one day basically because our washer was causing an issue with plumbing in our house. They found solutions both times the first time they found a clog and a blocked vent the washer ran and was seeming to work fine when they left  both times they ran it and we ran it once after that, but then it started having issues again later in the day they came back out within 30 minutes of calling them the second time snaked the lines both times they came out, rehung loose lines under our home that were sagging and tried every solution they could think of to solve our issues. I'm convinced not only was there plumbing installed incorrectly in our home originally from watching enough you tube videos and by what they also told us and that the washer might have a pump issue itself.  However they worked very hard and they are nice and professional working plumbers not appliance repair men I appreciate all there hard work and knowledge and experience they are valuable and I am so glad they fixed it !!!

TLDR; Predatory pricing, inexperienced plumbing staff (owner's 20-year-old son and his similarly aged helper), extremely unprofessional and rude owner, and poor practices around their labor guarantees.

My first interaction with Mercy Plumbing was an emergency situation where my house was left temporarily without water due to a shower valve that needed an immediate replacement. In a desperate state, I did my best to find the highest rated plumber to come by the next morning to assess the situation. Thankfully John, the owner, answered my call at 9pm, explained the situation thoroughly along with an estimate range ($600-$900 depending on the location of the pipes he said), and promised to have a plumber out to my Sugar Land home by the morning. Great!

Next morning I'm greeted by two teenage-looking kids with a matching company shirt on, which caught me off-guard. I don't know about you, but the kind of plumbers I'd like to hire are the balding, overweight, and buttcrack-revealing archetypes who put in the time to earn their title.

Long story short, the kids wanted $900 (the high end of the estimate) and the job was done. However a month later there was a hiccup related to this particular job, and assuming it was still under warranty (which it definitely still was at the time), I spoke to John the owner to discuss having someone come out to inspect an issue that may have surfaced as a result of their work. I totally regret making that call because unlike a sane, small-business owner who stands by their guarantees John instead proceeds to be extremely rude and deflect any responsibility for the situation. Not to mention at certain points of the conversation, he went as far as insinuating that I was lying to him, which really took me aback that a business owner would stoop that low. This was ultimately over a $50 cartridge that I felt could have been resolved amicably and professionally. But in the end, I did not want to deal with the owner's behavior and ultimately ate the cost to fix it myself. So much for the guarantee.

All in all, I plan on avoiding doing business with this company and any of its  plumbers-in-training in the future.
I have no idea how they have 4.5 stars on Yelp, as I now see that the same negative themes I expressed here have also been pointed out by many others.

If you're considering Mercy, I encourage you to read the critical reviews and do your due diligence before working with such an anti-consumer company.

Dave was absolutely great! Got back to me with a quote within a few hours of my request. He's a busy guy but he made time to come by the next day and fix my problem - a clogged bathtub drain - quickly and efficiently. Was true to the quoted and fair price. My first experience with a plumber I will actually use again if necessary. Very nice, friendly guy....I couldn't be happier. Five stars for sure! Thanks again, Dave!

I have used Joe Ed Nettles Plumbing Co over the years and have recently needed to have some repairs to my bathtub connecting drain pipes and shower.  Joe Ed came out gave me a very reasonable estimate and personally handled the job --- Highly recommend

This family owned business has a friendly attitude, fast service and fair prices. They were easy to get in contact with, and were very upfront from the first call. They helped me come up with a solution to my problem, and saved me from spending thousands of dollars that I didn't need to. A scope of work was discussed, and to my pleasure there were no nasty surprises which would have cost more time and money. I would not hesitate to call them again for any work I may need in the future.

Called other plumber never returned call.  Called 1-800-Plumber+air told them water tank was leaking they came out the morning of the call. Brian explained to a almost 90 yr old so that I understood everything.  Brian was very informative professional.  Brian did a great job and cleaned up work was first class. Honesty is everything!  We purchased a home and have been working on it over the past few months.  We suddenly lost hot water and called Noble.  Justin came out within an hour.  He was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly and simply.  He very easily could have taken advantage of us and had us replace our water heater.  Instead, he fixed the problem and made recommendations for our system.  We highly recommend and will absolutely use Noble should we have any issues in the future.

JimBoys are the best. They came out for a nasty emergency deep clog root on our house this evening and had our drain unclogged in record time for an extremely reasonable price. They were very friendly as well, and walked us through the process as it was happening. Best plumber experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough

The plumbing work was excellent for  extensive repairs after the Texas freeze.  But the charges were for two  master plumbers and actually there  was only a master plumber and a  plumbers helper working.  This was way too much.  I needed an invioce  wih a listing of parts used and labor to submit for my home owners  insurance.  The company would not provide anything other than a single  line each for parts and labor and not on a company letterhead. Because  of this - I was not able to recover from my insurance.

My wife called another plumber to replace the back flow valve & and they were not able to do it without shutting off the main water break which they could not find.

I called Show plumbing & the owner Jason came out to take a look.  He said he could do it & Patrick came out the next day and took care of me.

Janice, the office lady always kept me informed with text and phone support for when they were coming out & I always knew what to expect.

If you need plumbing help... show plumbing is my only choice!

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
