I had another issue while installing a new faucet and called Mason's for help. Not only did Mason solve the problem, but he taught me how to troubleshoot and repair the issue in the future. Mason was friendly and polite and gave me a great deal since I was a return customer. I highly recommend Mason's for any plumbing issue you might have.

Did a really good job - the guys were really nice and very willing to explain their work. Only 4 stars because they forgot about the 9:30am appointment and I had to call - he had misplaced the paperwork - very busy down here with all the leaks and probably because I had called the week before (I should have called the day before to confirm - I will next time).

I broke the water supply line to my house while digging. Called Conroe Plumbing. They said a plumber would call me when in route. The plumber (Darrell) called within 30 minutes and was at my house 15 minutes later. He repaired the broken PVC, installed a new shutoff valve and connected to house PEX piping. Very satisfied with service and will call next time a plumber is needed.

We called John @ Mercy Plumbing a few months ago for a clogged sewer line and he immediately (and correctly) diagnosed the problem and told us we would eventually need to replace the line. I should mention that I called him at 6pm on a Friday after our sewer system had backed up and pumped poop (yes, poop) particles into our bathtubs! With an 8 month old at home, I was mortified and needed help ASAP! Everyone else I called all afternoon (starting at 3) told me they couldn't help me until well into the next week. John said he would stop on his way home! He cleared the system and got everything back to normal that night! Naturally, when it backed up again (tree roots in the line) a few months later, he was our first call. He came out and diagnosed it, charged us a very reasonable rate, and had 25 feet of sewer piping in our front yard completely fixed in less than 24 hours! A friend had the same thing done out of state the same day... her Facebook photos of a torn up yard left by her plumber had me frightened, but upon arriving home, I found that they had carefully cut up our grass, pealed it back, replaced pipe, and carefully put it all back! You couldn't even tell it had been done from the street view! Excellent workmanship has us up and running again! John is polite, expedient, and wonderful! I cannot say enough how highly I recommend Mercy Plumbing - they are awesome and truly go the extra mile for their customers!

Glad he's moved to Texas. Fast and reliable service with out a hassle. After waiting days on my home warranty to send a plumber out we reached out to our neighborhood page and found him. Canceled the home warranty service request and our sink and dishwasher were back to normal with in the hour.

Very highly recommended!!! These folks truly know what they are doing. Extremely competent and professional. I had called a dozen of plumbers and these guys aren't out there to scam. Their prices are quite reasonable. It is always very easy to make appointments and they will be at my place promptly! I am a repeat customer. As a real estate broker, Joe Nettles will always be my go-to plumber. In fact, I just referred them out to my seller client in Bellaire to have their sewage removed for demolition purpose. They did the job without any delays. They love to show me the entire repair process. Nothing to hide. Straight to the point. They always answer all my questions/concerns. I chose 1-800-Plumber because of the Yelp reviews - and they managed to exceed all my expectations.  My lawn guy told me a pipe was leaking badly on the outside of my house and showed it to me.  I didn't even know what the pipe was for.  I called their office on Sunday afternoon, a pleasant and helpful person answered the phone, took my information, told me she would have to confirm with her boss that I was in their area and she would call me back.  She called me back in less than hour, told me they could be there Monday between 2 and 4 pm and they would call before they came.  Monday came and I got stuck in a meeting until a little after noon; I called them to see if I missed their call; she checked with the plumber, he said no, but would be at my house at 1 pm.  He was at my house promptly at 1 pm.  He was friendly, helpful and courteous; patient with all my questions (it turns out it was the main water supply to my house!); told me exactly what needed to be done, how long it would take and how much it was (which was extremely reasonable).  He did the job neatly, explained and showed me everything he did and made me feel like I made a good decision in picking them.  I can't recommend them highly enough (and wish to high heaven I knew about them when I was remodeling my bathroom).  They are now in my contacts under Plumbing and will happily recommend them to my neighbors!

I have used this company for years. They are fair with their cost and do not try and rob you blind. I highly recommend this company.

JimBoys are the best. They came out for a nasty emergency deep clog root on our house this evening and had our drain unclogged in record time for an extremely reasonable price. They were very friendly as well, and walked us through the process as it was happening. Best plumber experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough

Great plumbing company. Found our problems and fixed them. Easy to work with and less expensive than the rooter kinda guys.

I'd give these con artists -stars if it was possible. So let's start. I call them for a quote to connect a gas dryer to an existing line for my girlfriend while I out of town. They say they need to come out to quote. $35 but if we have them do the job then the price of the quote is deducted from the work. She takes the time off of work but they never show or call for the appointment. So I call, the tech is stuck on a job and can't make it. No problem, it happens. Then the guy comes out Monday, barely make the appointment window and not only has the nerve to provide almost a $600 quote to connect two hoses that cost less than $30 combined and when she obviously says no still charges her the $35 consult even though they missed the original appointment. Long story not so short these guys are either going to refund that fee and get reported to the BBB or there going to get hit with a chargeback from the bank and reported to the BBB. Either way they are not getting my money. Please make sure to use anyone but these scam artists. Seems to me they just come out, quite something ridiculous and take your consult money if you're smart enough to say no.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
