Mason is my go to plumber for my home and apartment that I own.  At my apartment I had a clogged AC drain, and Mason was the only plumber that came out that was correctly able to diagnose the issue.  Whenever I have a plumbing issue I always call Mason to get his opinion.  He is very honest and always willing to help.  I highly recommend his services.

I called them at about 9 am and they had technicians at my house by 11:30! Reasonable rates and very polite young men. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Used Plumbing Systems of Conroe for the first time and they couldn't be any better. They came out to unblock a drain on a Saturday and it did unblock and the service charges were very reasonable.
On Sunday afternoon noon we noticed the water wasn't moving very quickly so I called to let them know and they said they would send someone out ASAP. I told them it wasn't necessary that it could wait until Monday. The Office Manager said she rather take care of now and someone would be at our home within the hour and they were.
The problem was taken care of at no charge.
We recommend Plumbing Systems very highly!

We were in a jam and on a very tight shedule to address a plumbing issue on a Saturday; prompt and proffessional service. Outstanding work; will be reffering Mercy Pluming to friends and colleagues. Quailty of work is synonymous with the weekend rates and cost; will be a return client.

Why 5 stars? Because I'm not sure this experience could have been easier.

The faucet for our kitchen sink had been giving coming a part from the base and not easily threading back in. We temporarily fixed it once, and then after that failed, we literally had it held up with duct tape for two weeks while we were too busy to even call someone out to deal with it.

Eventually, enough was enough and we needed to not have our kitchen sink held together by duct tape anymore. My wife did a little neighborhood Facebook page research and mentioned that a lot of people had success with Paul The Plumber. I gave them a call and got an appointment scheduled.

My wife purchased a new faucet, in case our current one was beyond repair, but that ended up being moot. The plumber was at our house for maybe 12 total minutes, which includes him taking my credit card for the service charge. He very quickly knew how to fix the problem and it's been great ever since.

Something else that was nice was that we were told the plumber would arrive between 3-4pm, and I got a text that he was on the way, scheduled for a 3pm arrival. I went sent real-time tracking of his location so I knew exactly when he'd be arriving, which was really convenient.

So our experience was 5-stars across the board and we will definitely call these guys again next time we have an issue.

Dave is the man!  I was lucky enough to catch him before his move to Texas. I called one afternoon and spoke with someone who took my info and said Dave would give me a call within 15 minutes. He did indeed and must have sensed my frustration with what had become known as the plumbing twilight zone at my house.  I was stoked he agreed to come to the next day and take a look.  He showed up AND was on time (I live up off of Alba road so it's not easy to find) He was great about explaining things to me and tried for a few hours to figure out why the washer was backing up into the tub... along with a few other things that didn't make any sense to me whatsoever. It was late, so Dave had to resign despite not figuring out the issue. My tub is a weird design, and everything is tough to access, etc. There was no question he tried everything he could. He apologized and said there was no charge (!!) He gave me a few other plumbers to call and wished me luck.  

The next day he texted me to ask if I'd be home Saturday morning. He had been thinking about my set up and had a few more ideas. I could tell it was bugging him and he wanted to get to the bottom of the issue. LOVE that in a person!!  Saturday morning, Dave shows up (on time again) and conquers it.  

Dave is very kind, respectful of your house/property and a true master at what he does. He's also a crazy wealth of information. I was literally following him around with a pad of paper and pen writing stuff down (and he didn't mind lol). My only regret is finding him 13 years too late! Texas you lucked out!

Let me start with the nightmare story when I tried to use another plumbing company.  

I called John Moore because water would stop coming out when I would turn the faucet to 'hot' in a shower/tub of a secondary bedroom in my home. First thing that came to mind was to call John Moore. Why? Because of the darn TV commercial. A 'gentleman' showed up, and wouldn't even touch anything.  He was so arrogant and wouldn't even want to turn the water on giving me the look like he knew what was wrong without doing anything. I had to explain and physically show him what the problem was. Without making a move he told me I would have to spend at least $2800 to repair it and that he would have to go through the bedroom's sheet rock to the tub which would mean I would have to call someone else to repair the sheet rock. I immediately dismissed him and told him I would have to live without hot water in that bedroom. Think twice before calling John Moore, as appealing as the commercial may be. Total rip off.

Months later, another plumbing company was recommended. I called them and Zach came and gave me a free estimate.  At a later date,  Zach sent Luis and Rene to my rescue in a matter of 30 minutes tops they completed the work and charged me $236.93. I even told them about another issue with the connector to my dryer and they repaired for me at no extra charge.  There was no destroying of any walls involved and they simply had to replace the shower cartridge.

I have many other needs and I will be calling them very soon.  They are the best.

They came out and fixed my pipes after this winter storm in a little more then 24 hours after calling when most plumbing places have a 3-4 week wait! Very friendly staff and service, will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will most definitely use them again.

This family owned business has a friendly attitude, fast service and fair prices. They were easy to get in contact with, and were very upfront from the first call. They helped me come up with a solution to my problem, and saved me from spending thousands of dollars that I didn't need to. A scope of work was discussed, and to my pleasure there were no nasty surprises which would have cost more time and money. I would not hesitate to call them again for any work I may need in the future.

Someone called that night and when told to please call next day as I was already in bed, hung up.

Noble Plumbing is definitely a five Star rating. When they make an appointment with you they keep it as close as they possibly can. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

The person I spoke with, not sure if he is the owner or not, was rude and unprofessional.

The plumbing work was excellent for  extensive repairs after the Texas freeze.  But the charges were for two  master plumbers and actually there  was only a master plumber and a  plumbers helper working.  This was way too much.  I needed an invioce  wih a listing of parts used and labor to submit for my home owners  insurance.  The company would not provide anything other than a single  line each for parts and labor and not on a company letterhead. Because  of this - I was not able to recover from my insurance.

I have used Show Plumbing twice now in my home, and they would be hard to top.

They show up exactly when they say they will be there, their staff is super clean and courteous, they provide written estimates, and the repairs performed are quick and first rate.

Honestly, I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
