Used him for the first time today and all I can say is that he is GREAT! He is very honest and very friendly, and explained everything he was doing before he did it. He answered any questions that I had and answered and explained them. Definitely use him if you are in the area.

Did a really good job - the guys were really nice and very willing to explain their work. Only 4 stars because they forgot about the 9:30am appointment and I had to call - he had misplaced the paperwork - very busy down here with all the leaks and probably because I had called the week before (I should have called the day before to confirm - I will next time).

The master plumber showed up an hour late for the diagnostic visit. I had to go out to the property twice. They got the job done the next day, Which was very good. But did not replace the water heater with the same size. I had no time to ask them to switch it so I got to pay for the bigger one.  They did not send an invoice, but called for payment by phone a few days after the service.  I gave them my credit card number and asked for an invoice.  The next day the owner called asking why I had not paid. Apparently he was not in communication with his staff.  I still had not received an invoice. The new water heater has a warranty. I had to call them back to ask about it because they told me nothing. The owner acted as if I should have known to get the serial number and call the manufacture for Warranty information. Then he asked for my recorded call times to his tech and secretary from my phone because he did not know what his staff was doing. Not organized at all! Thankfully the inspection went well except for the water spot on the drywall from where the tech drained the old water heater. I get to go out and paint it  now!           UPDATE on 8/7. I finally got the invoices on 8/5. The first one did not have a credit card processing fee. The next one did and it was a huge $88! The owner indicated he would not remove this fee even though he added it AFTER the original invoice was created.

Nice people. The receptionist, Brianna was very professional and nice.
The plumber was very nice. But, the prices he quoted me were very high.
They didn't solve my problem, but they charged me $112.50 to look at my water heater, that's with a 10% off coupon. The receptionist told me it would be $29.00 to have a plumber come check it out. He wanted $250.00 to install a kitchen faucet and $1800 to install a water heater. I think this company charges the most allowable by law. A lot of service companies are like this. Shop around before you agree to anything. $250 per hour is pretty high, don't you think?

Paul is a pro. A++ service even under high demand.

We were among the 1000s of houses with water damage because of frozen/burst pipes during the feb 2021 winter storm. All plumbers booked out... Finally, it was our turn. Paul said they were exhausted with many tough jobs. Ours was 6 leaks, 2 hard to get to.

It was immediately obvious that Paul is an experienced professional. Got the job done. Wouldn't quit even after hours of exhausting attic work. He and assistant JB were courteous the entire time and cleaned up nicely.

Will hire again.

When I came home to a flooded bathroom and kitchen tonight, Dave was super quick to respond. He was at my house in less than an hour (at 7:30 on a Saturday night), and he was great! Super, super friendly, knowledgeable,  and thorough. I had been worried the toilet and shower would be out of commission tonight, but Dave had everything fixed and even cleaned up in 20 minutes. So glad I'll know exactly who to call next time!

I am a total fan.

Called Joe Ed Nettleton because he was close by and had decent reviews.

Abacus Plumbing quoted over 1000 bucks. Abacus was super professional but really? Is a clean uniform worth the extra expense?

Half that as Joe Ed Nettles Plumbing, Luis and Juan were friendly, very through and explained what they were doing....These guys deserve a raise.

As a Realtor I will recommend this company.

We had a water leak coming from underground.  Taylor and Marco came out and repaired a cracked PVC T from the well.  They were professional and timely.  Repair was completed within a two hours.  I also had Taylor give me a price to repipe our old farmhouse with Pex pipe, which I am having them do.

Plumb Level staff is very nice and professional.  The guys who come do the work are the same.  I recommend Plumb Level for your plumbing needs.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Called this morning about a septic grease trap that was clogged on the drain field. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and they came out right away.

The two gentlemen that came to do the work knew exactly how to fix the problem and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes, including digging up the tank.

Couldn't ask for better service. If you need a plumber call these guys. They do honest work at a great price. That's a hard thing to find these days.

I cant say enough good things 1-800=Plumber+air. Great exceptional service. Great experience with service. Called other plumber never returned call.  Called 1-800-Plumber+air told them water tank was leaking they came out the morning of the call. Brian explained to a almost 90 yr old so that I understood everything.  Brian was very informative professional.  Brian did a great job and cleaned up work was first class. Kudos to you for your employee Brian Asset to your company.I would only contact 1-800-Plumber-+air for EXCELLENT SERVICE  !!!DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE. YOU will be very HAPPY with their service.

We needed our whole 2 story house re-piped and I called several plumbing companies.  This has been an ongoing problem for about four years now and we had the pipes patched but it did not solve the total problem created by galvanized piping.
Noble was one of the four plumbing companies we contacted and although they were not the cheapest, they were by far the most open and explained the whole process to us, offered to get us someone to do the sheet rock repair and told us how much time we would need.  Others quoted more time and no mention of clean up, warranty or guarantee, etc.  
We were very glad we went with with Noble because they did a beautiful job, were done in 2 days and unlike two other companies we have had replacement of pipes done with, they were fabulous on clean up, everything worked like it should and our water pressure was much better.  They go the extra mile, and are coming back to add some additional plumbing we want done.  Very impressed with Jeremy and his team.  We cannot thank them enough and we will be more than happy to recommend them to everyone we know.  Thank you Jeremy and Noble plumbing for doing such a wonderful job, I can rest much easier knowing we won't have anymore problems with pin whole leaks that create problems in the ceilings, walls and floors.

The person I spoke with, not sure if he is the owner or not, was rude and unprofessional.

Show Plumbing literally just left my home and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Jason came out, listened to what I had to say, ran a full check of the home, let me see what was on the camera he put through my pipes and explained everything in a way I could understand. On top of all of that he was professional, friendly, and made me feel like he truly cared about the issues i was having. Any future plumbing issues I have I know I will be calling Show Plumbing. I will also be recommending him to everyone I know in this area.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
