Used him for the first time today and all I can say is that he is GREAT! He is very honest and very friendly, and explained everything he was doing before he did it. He answered any questions that I had and answered and explained them. Definitely use him if you are in the area.

Very good communication. On time and finished in less than an hour. Washer drain plugged, backing up into bathtub. Guys were very courteous and friendly. Cost $275. which I expected it to be about that. Will definitely call on them in the further.

We had an emergency and they came right out on a Saturday.  The gentlemen were hard workers, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Just as soon as my call was answered, I knew I had the right business  Good work at a fair price with nice people.

I called  2 plumbing services and they said it would be a couple of days for them  to come out. I dont think that it helped that I told them i am a single woman & didnt know much about these things...
So when I described what was going on with my plumbing backing up...they sad it sounds major & may be EXTENSIVE  ( Code for EXPENSIVE).  I really needed someone fast and not acting shady before they even came out. I called my ExHusband William & he said call John @ Mercy Plumbing. I left a message for John & he called me back fast. I told him what was going on and he said I can come out tomorrow & I said ok...I'll have to live with waste in my tub a little longer. He said Im finishing a job in Katy. I'll see if I can come out tonight I've heard that one before...but, he surprised me by calling back and said I'm on way I was in shock. He figured out right away that the problem was roots. He pulled them out of the line & voila...everything was working great. I will use them again & again!! Ty for being merciful...Mercy Plumbing!!!

If anyone needs plumbing services this company is fantastic!! Our tankless water heater broke (yes only 2 years old) and they worked with the company to get a warranty replacement and are installing it. I had the job quoted through various companies and they are significantly cheaper and very upfront about the charges. It is a family owned and run company. Exceptional customer service and were so compassionate!!!

Great plumbers, friendly guys. Dave and Jeff showed up right on time, did fast efficient work under difficult conditions, and charged a very fair price. I couldn't be happier. DPS is my new plumber of choice.

Let me start with the nightmare story when I tried to use another plumbing company.  

I called John Moore because water would stop coming out when I would turn the faucet to 'hot' in a shower/tub of a secondary bedroom in my home. First thing that came to mind was to call John Moore. Why? Because of the darn TV commercial. A 'gentleman' showed up, and wouldn't even touch anything.  He was so arrogant and wouldn't even want to turn the water on giving me the look like he knew what was wrong without doing anything. I had to explain and physically show him what the problem was. Without making a move he told me I would have to spend at least $2800 to repair it and that he would have to go through the bedroom's sheet rock to the tub which would mean I would have to call someone else to repair the sheet rock. I immediately dismissed him and told him I would have to live without hot water in that bedroom. Think twice before calling John Moore, as appealing as the commercial may be. Total rip off.

Months later, another plumbing company was recommended. I called them and Zach came and gave me a free estimate.  At a later date,  Zach sent Luis and Rene to my rescue in a matter of 30 minutes tops they completed the work and charged me $236.93. I even told them about another issue with the connector to my dryer and they repaired for me at no extra charge.  There was no destroying of any walls involved and they simply had to replace the shower cartridge.

I have many other needs and I will be calling them very soon.  They are the best.

They came out and fixed my pipes after this winter storm in a little more then 24 hours after calling when most plumbing places have a 3-4 week wait! Very friendly staff and service, will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will most definitely use them again.

We had a water leak coming from underground.  Taylor and Marco came out and repaired a cracked PVC T from the well.  They were professional and timely.  Repair was completed within a two hours.  I also had Taylor give me a price to repipe our old farmhouse with Pex pipe, which I am having them do.

Plumb Level staff is very nice and professional.  The guys who come do the work are the same.  I recommend Plumb Level for your plumbing needs.

This family owned business has a friendly attitude, fast service and fair prices. They were easy to get in contact with, and were very upfront from the first call. They helped me come up with a solution to my problem, and saved me from spending thousands of dollars that I didn't need to. A scope of work was discussed, and to my pleasure there were no nasty surprises which would have cost more time and money. I would not hesitate to call them again for any work I may need in the future.

JJ came quickly and solved my problem. Very nice and efficient. I will use them again.

Honesty is everything!  We purchased a home and have been working on it over the past few months.  We suddenly lost hot water and called Noble.  Justin came out within an hour.  He was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly and simply.  He very easily could have taken advantage of us and had us replace our water heater.  Instead, he fixed the problem and made recommendations for our system.  We highly recommend and will absolutely use Noble should we have any issues in the future.

The person I spoke with, not sure if he is the owner or not, was rude and unprofessional.

The plumbing work was excellent for  extensive repairs after the Texas freeze.  But the charges were for two  master plumbers and actually there  was only a master plumber and a  plumbers helper working.  This was way too much.  I needed an invioce  wih a listing of parts used and labor to submit for my home owners  insurance.  The company would not provide anything other than a single  line each for parts and labor and not on a company letterhead. Because  of this - I was not able to recover from my insurance.

I have used Show Plumbing twice now in my home, and they would be hard to top.

They show up exactly when they say they will be there, their staff is super clean and courteous, they provide written estimates, and the repairs performed are quick and first rate.

Honestly, I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
