I had another issue while installing a new faucet and called Mason's for help. Not only did Mason solve the problem, but he taught me how to troubleshoot and repair the issue in the future. Mason was friendly and polite and gave me a great deal since I was a return customer. I highly recommend Mason's for any plumbing issue you might have.

Quality isn't just a name for this company it is the way they do everything! From my initial contact to my jobs completion everything was done with high quality workmanship by a hardworking duo. Once they assessed the problem it was apparent that I had a major leak due to another companies prior poor workmanship. Quality Plumbing was meticulous in inspecting the damage and kept me informed of what needed to be done. They could not have done a finer job. The repair was lengthy and involved and messy. Not only did they fix it the right way they completely cleaned up EVERYTHING! I could not have been more pleased. For any future plumbing issues this is the ONLY company I will use. Truly the best of the best!!!!!

I broke the water supply line to my house while digging. Called Conroe Plumbing. They said a plumber would call me when in route. The plumber (Darrell) called within 30 minutes and was at my house 15 minutes later. He repaired the broken PVC, installed a new shutoff valve and connected to house PEX piping. Very satisfied with service and will call next time a plumber is needed.

Called this morning due to my sink backing up, regardless of Liquid Plumber and snaking it.  Service was within 5 hours, the plumber was over for about 90 minutes, tested twice after resolving issue to ensure it was fixed, cleaned up, was very polite.  We are very pleased with the service we received.

If anyone needs plumbing services this company is fantastic!! Our tankless water heater broke (yes only 2 years old) and they worked with the company to get a warranty replacement and are installing it. I had the job quoted through various companies and they are significantly cheaper and very upfront about the charges. It is a family owned and run company. Exceptional customer service and were so compassionate!!!

Had a back upped main drain...,,,thought it must be roots....Dave and company showed up on time....spent 30 mins trying to unclog it...brought up a handful of roots.....told me some options....left without charging me for the visit....if an when i get the whole thing fixed..i will call Dave...

This is a sad case of poor business practices.  Repipe specialists of Harris County is a sub company of Joe Nettles Plumbing.  Steven Nettles has told me many times that Nettles Plumbing would take care of my problem but they have not. I thought these guys did a good job at first but over 2 years later they haven't finished the job.  I paid Steven Nettles $600 to repair the holes they made in the walls as a result of repiping.  He sent a guy from Nettles Plumbing to the house who ripped me off for about $300.  So that's $900 I'm in the hole.  I've tried to be understanding for over 2 years (nearly 3 years).  I thought he was dealing with some personal issues and I wanted to give him time.  I've called Steven repeatedly.  He promises to do the job but never follows through.  Essentially, he stole about $900 from me.  Very sad Steve Nettles is allowed to continue doing business.

Called This plumbing company they immediately sent a plumber, Doug out. That lady that answered the phone was very honest and took care of the problem immediately. Great service and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend. Thanks

JimBoys are the best. They came out for a nasty emergency deep clog root on our house this evening and had our drain unclogged in record time for an extremely reasonable price. They were very friendly as well, and walked us through the process as it was happening. Best plumber experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough

Great plumbing company. Found our problems and fixed them. Easy to work with and less expensive than the rooter kinda guys.

I believe that they are price gouging.  Had a small project and received an estimate that was way too high and clearly not representative of the work needed to be performed.  Nearly a $100/LF for 23 LF of plastic 1 gas line.  Absolutely now way I would use or recommend this company.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
