I had another issue while installing a new faucet and called Mason's for help. Not only did Mason solve the problem, but he taught me how to troubleshoot and repair the issue in the future. Mason was friendly and polite and gave me a great deal since I was a return customer. I highly recommend Mason's for any plumbing issue you might have.

Very good communication. On time and finished in less than an hour. Washer drain plugged, backing up into bathtub. Guys were very courteous and friendly. Cost $275. which I expected it to be about that. Will definitely call on them in the further.

I had a major plumbing problem at my house which required all new sewage pipe to be installed from my home to the street. I had one prior estimate before contacting Mercy plumbing. Mercy was able to complete the job for LESS THAN half of my 1st estimate. They even worked all the way through a Holiday weekend (Saturday & Sunday) in order to ensure my situation was fixed quickly. They did an outstanding job for a very fair price. My only complaint is that it took a couple of phone calls and SEVERAL days for me to get an invoice/work order for my record keeping.

If anyone needs plumbing services this company is fantastic!! Our tankless water heater broke (yes only 2 years old) and they worked with the company to get a warranty replacement and are installing it. I had the job quoted through various companies and they are significantly cheaper and very upfront about the charges. It is a family owned and run company. Exceptional customer service and were so compassionate!!!

Glad he's moved to Texas. Fast and reliable service with out a hassle. After waiting days on my home warranty to send a plumber out we reached out to our neighborhood page and found him. Canceled the home warranty service request and our sink and dishwasher were back to normal with in the hour.

Their prices are quite reasonable. It is always very easy to make appointments and they will be at my place promptly! I am a repeat customer. As a real estate broker, Joe Nettles will always be my go-to plumber. In fact, I just referred them out to my seller client in Bellaire to have their sewage removed for demolition purpose. They did the job without any delays. They love to show me the entire repair process. Nothing to hide. Straight to the point. They always answer all my questions/concerns. Please don't hesitate to give them a call if you have any plumbing issues.

They came out and fixed my pipes after this winter storm in a little more then 24 hours after calling when most plumbing places have a 3-4 week wait! Very friendly staff and service, will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will most definitely use them again.

These guys are great! I have been a member of yelp for years and have never felt compelled to review anyone until today. They have helped us on several occasions and I have always been so impressed with their professionalism. They are all such nice guys and I truly trust their work!

This family owned business has a friendly attitude, fast service and fair prices. They were easy to get in contact with, and were very upfront from the first call. They helped me come up with a solution to my problem, and saved me from spending thousands of dollars that I didn't need to. A scope of work was discussed, and to my pleasure there were no nasty surprises which would have cost more time and money. I would not hesitate to call them again for any work I may need in the future.

I have had two services performed by 1 800 Plumber of Pearland.  The first was an installation of a shower water filter and most recently, I called them to address a leak under my kitchen sink.  They were easy to contact and schedule with. In fact, they were willing to bump my appointment time up when they had an unexpected cancellation, which is always great when dealing with leaks and potential water damage. Their pricing was fair (according to my dad, whom I call to check in with on such matters) and their work was solid. Their technicians were polite and prompt and even took time out to explain to me how I can better maintain and extend the life on my new garbage disposal (the source of my kitchen leak). I plan to continue using them for my plumbing needs.

I have used this company for years. They are fair with their cost and do not try and rob you blind. I highly recommend this company.

JimBoys are the best. They came out for a nasty emergency deep clog root on our house this evening and had our drain unclogged in record time for an extremely reasonable price. They were very friendly as well, and walked us through the process as it was happening. Best plumber experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough

Great plumbing company. Found our problems and fixed them. Easy to work with and less expensive than the rooter kinda guys.

I was charged $225 to install a wax ring (valued @$4) and due to incorrect verbiage between technician and my husband, coupon was not allowed to be applied. I feel like I was taken advantage of, will not be purchasing my water filtration from this company.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
