Mason is my go to plumber for my home and apartment that I own.  At my apartment I had a clogged AC drain, and Mason was the only plumber that came out that was correctly able to diagnose the issue.  Whenever I have a plumbing issue I always call Mason to get his opinion.  He is very honest and always willing to help.  I highly recommend his services.

Good plumbing work but don't let them install a bathroom vanity. Poor quality.

The master plumber showed up an hour late for the diagnostic visit. I had to go out to the property twice. They got the job done the next day, Which was very good. But did not replace the water heater with the same size. I had no time to ask them to switch it so I got to pay for the bigger one.  They did not send an invoice, but called for payment by phone a few days after the service.  I gave them my credit card number and asked for an invoice.  The next day the owner called asking why I had not paid. Apparently he was not in communication with his staff.  I still had not received an invoice. The new water heater has a warranty. I had to call them back to ask about it because they told me nothing. The owner acted as if I should have known to get the serial number and call the manufacture for Warranty information. Then he asked for my recorded call times to his tech and secretary from my phone because he did not know what his staff was doing. Not organized at all! Thankfully the inspection went well except for the water spot on the drywall from where the tech drained the old water heater. I get to go out and paint it  now!           UPDATE on 8/7. I finally got the invoices on 8/5. The first one did not have a credit card processing fee. The next one did and it was a huge $88! The owner indicated he would not remove this fee even though he added it AFTER the original invoice was created.

John & his associate came out to inspect and repair my water heater. Although I had some standing water in the emergency pan he was able to quickly find out that the water came from the roof and not the water heater itself. He relit the pilot light, did some service work and was finished in about 15 minutes. He didn't try and take advantage of me when I thought the situation was much worse.

He also fixed a couple of my sink poppers that weren't working at no charge. He is an honest guy who also was kind enough to give some goodwill. His prices were much lower than others, but I would have been willing to pay the same as other large companies quotes to have him perform the service work.

I highly recommend his company and plan to use him for all plumbing issues.

Was able to schedule me same day within a couple of hours.  Great communication as technician rescheduled due to previous job running long.  Really expensive for 20 min job.

Amazing service!  Found DPS Plumbing on Yelp. I was nervous since it was a Saturday and needed a very quick turnaround.

Dave returned my call immediately and was able to come to my house within 30 minutes and had our problem repaired within another 30 minutes. His customer service was exceptional!  Dave was great with communication and follow up!   We highly recommend this company!

Let me start with the nightmare story when I tried to use another plumbing company.  

I called John Moore because water would stop coming out when I would turn the faucet to 'hot' in a shower/tub of a secondary bedroom in my home. First thing that came to mind was to call John Moore. Why? Because of the darn TV commercial. A 'gentleman' showed up, and wouldn't even touch anything.  He was so arrogant and wouldn't even want to turn the water on giving me the look like he knew what was wrong without doing anything. I had to explain and physically show him what the problem was. Without making a move he told me I would have to spend at least $2800 to repair it and that he would have to go through the bedroom's sheet rock to the tub which would mean I would have to call someone else to repair the sheet rock. I immediately dismissed him and told him I would have to live without hot water in that bedroom. Think twice before calling John Moore, as appealing as the commercial may be. Total rip off.

Months later, another plumbing company was recommended. I called them and Zach came and gave me a free estimate.  At a later date,  Zach sent Luis and Rene to my rescue in a matter of 30 minutes tops they completed the work and charged me $236.93. I even told them about another issue with the connector to my dryer and they repaired for me at no extra charge.  There was no destroying of any walls involved and they simply had to replace the shower cartridge.

I have many other needs and I will be calling them very soon.  They are the best.

This family owned business has a friendly attitude, fast service and fair prices. They were easy to get in contact with, and were very upfront from the first call. They helped me come up with a solution to my problem, and saved me from spending thousands of dollars that I didn't need to. A scope of work was discussed, and to my pleasure there were no nasty surprises which would have cost more time and money. I would not hesitate to call them again for any work I may need in the future.

We have used 1 800 Plumber of Pearland several times, for a couple of water heaters (tanked and non-tanked), as well as drain issues, and they have provided excellent service on all occasions.  Good work, they keep the site clean, and they are honest and fair.  Great people with which to do business!

Honesty is everything!  We purchased a home and have been working on it over the past few months.  We suddenly lost hot water and called Noble.  Justin came out within an hour.  He was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly and simply.  He very easily could have taken advantage of us and had us replace our water heater.  Instead, he fixed the problem and made recommendations for our system.  We highly recommend and will absolutely use Noble should we have any issues in the future.

JimBoys are the best. They came out for a nasty emergency deep clog root on our house this evening and had our drain unclogged in record time for an extremely reasonable price. They were very friendly as well, and walked us through the process as it was happening. Best plumber experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough

Show Plumbing has rescued us and our major remodeling situation repeatedly this summer. Show Plumbing has, without fail, effectively corrected inferior and catastrophic plumbing work left behind by two previous contractors in this major renovation. Without Show Plumbing's expert guidance and knowledge of the current problems we were experiencing in this renovation, we would continue to be mired in plumbing trouble (current and future).  Show Plumbing is professional, highly experienced and trustworthy. Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
