I had another issue while installing a new faucet and called Mason's for help. Not only did Mason solve the problem, but he taught me how to troubleshoot and repair the issue in the future. Mason was friendly and polite and gave me a great deal since I was a return customer. I highly recommend Mason's for any plumbing issue you might have.

They came over to give me an estimate of $500-$1500 to change the shower water spout . I had a small droplet leak. They promised they were going to order the part. It's been over two weeks now and never heard from them again. When a client loses confidence on you, that's it. Game over. Don't even try to call me back and apologize. Time to find me a nobody clandestine drive by plumber. They may never guarantee their job but they will get it done as they have in the past.

This place charged an outrageous amount of money to install a garbage disposal, that leaked because of not being installed properly!

I have finally found a trustworthy plumber, one that doesn't try to up-sell you on needless aspects of the repair. John is honest and fair, and give you the straight skinny on the job at hand. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Every time we've called, we get a fair price, quick service, great work. Paul the Plumber is our go-to for our plumbing needs / projects.

Dave did a great job fixing a shower valve. Other plumbers wanted to create access to the valve by demolishing the bathroom tiles which would have costed over $1000 plus the cost of the plumbing work. Dave came in all ready to create his own access through plywood in a crawl space (wasn't easy but he did it right).  Once done he took the time to check for all possible leaks and resealed where needed.  Would highly recommend him. Let me start with the nightmare story when I tried to use another plumbing company.  

I called John Moore because water would stop coming out when I would turn the faucet to 'hot' in a shower/tub of a secondary bedroom in my home. First thing that came to mind was to call John Moore. Why? Because of the darn TV commercial. A 'gentleman' showed up, and wouldn't even touch anything.  He was so arrogant and wouldn't even want to turn the water on giving me the look like he knew what was wrong without doing anything. I had to explain and physically show him what the problem was. Without making a move he told me I would have to spend at least $2800 to repair it and that he would have to go through the bedroom's sheet rock to the tub which would mean I would have to call someone else to repair the sheet rock. I immediately dismissed him and told him I would have to live without hot water in that bedroom. Think twice before calling John Moore, as appealing as the commercial may be. Total rip off.

Months later, another plumbing company was recommended. I called them and Zach came and gave me a free estimate.  At a later date,  Zach sent Luis and Rene to my rescue in a matter of 30 minutes tops they completed the work and charged me $236.93. I even told them about another issue with the connector to my dryer and they repaired for me at no extra charge.  There was no destroying of any walls involved and they simply had to replace the shower cartridge.

I have many other needs and I will be calling them very soon.  They are the best.

They came out and fixed my pipes after this winter storm in a little more then 24 hours after calling when most plumbing places have a 3-4 week wait! Very friendly staff and service, will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will most definitely use them again.

We had a water leak coming from underground.  Taylor and Marco came out and repaired a cracked PVC T from the well.  They were professional and timely.  Repair was completed within a two hours.  I also had Taylor give me a price to repipe our old farmhouse with Pex pipe, which I am having them do.

Plumb Level staff is very nice and professional.  The guys who come do the work are the same.  I recommend Plumb Level for your plumbing needs.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Called this morning about a septic grease trap that was clogged on the drain field. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and they came out right away.

The two gentlemen that came to do the work knew exactly how to fix the problem and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes, including digging up the tank.

Couldn't ask for better service. If you need a plumber call these guys. They do honest work at a great price. That's a hard thing to find these days.

I am very busy and hardly ever take the time to do reviews but I felt compelled to do this one based on my first time experience with this company. I had a plumbing issue happen at 5 am that I thought was going to require a new water heater and was dreading having to find a plumbing company without much time to research several of them. I went on my neighborhood Nextdoor app. and saw some positive reviews so I went further and looked them up on Google and found some really good reviews there also. I called them at 8 am when they opened and was given an appointment between 2-4 pm, got a call just after 2 stating that Chad was on his way. I also received a text withing a minute after the call with a picture of Chad and a link to track his time and distance to my house. Chad and his assistant were very professional in every aspect and looked over my situation and answered all of my questions. I was fully expecting to be sold a water heater and probably would have approved it since I am not a plumbing expert but instead got an estimate for $291.00 before any repairs were made. I was told that the issue was a valve that was causing my all of problems and not the water heater. I was very surprised and happy with this news and so was my wallet. They did inspect my heater and told me that it is 15 years old and should be replaced soon based on they age and gave me some options but never any hard sell or pressure. I know many of these professions have a reputation of trying to really stick it to people but I can honestly say that this company did not and I will most definitely recommend them and use them for any plumbing needs in the future, including my new water heater. Honesty is everything!  We purchased a home and have been working on it over the past few months.  We suddenly lost hot water and called Noble.  Justin came out within an hour.  He was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly and simply.  He very easily could have taken advantage of us and had us replace our water heater.  Instead, he fixed the problem and made recommendations for our system.  We highly recommend and will absolutely use Noble should we have any issues in the future.

JimBoys are the best. They came out for a nasty emergency deep clog root on our house this evening and had our drain unclogged in record time for an extremely reasonable price. They were very friendly as well, and walked us through the process as it was happening. Best plumber experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough

The plumbing work was excellent for  extensive repairs after the Texas freeze.  But the charges were for two  master plumbers and actually there  was only a master plumber and a  plumbers helper working.  This was way too much.  I needed an invioce  wih a listing of parts used and labor to submit for my home owners  insurance.  The company would not provide anything other than a single  line each for parts and labor and not on a company letterhead. Because  of this - I was not able to recover from my insurance.

I'd give these con artists -stars if it was possible. So let's start. I call them for a quote to connect a gas dryer to an existing line for my girlfriend while I out of town. They say they need to come out to quote. $35 but if we have them do the job then the price of the quote is deducted from the work. She takes the time off of work but they never show or call for the appointment. So I call, the tech is stuck on a job and can't make it. No problem, it happens. Then the guy comes out Monday, barely make the appointment window and not only has the nerve to provide almost a $600 quote to connect two hoses that cost less than $30 combined and when she obviously says no still charges her the $35 consult even though they missed the original appointment. Long story not so short these guys are either going to refund that fee and get reported to the BBB or there going to get hit with a chargeback from the bank and reported to the BBB. Either way they are not getting my money. Please make sure to use anyone but these scam artists. Seems to me they just come out, quite something ridiculous and take your consult money if you're smart enough to say no.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
