Used him for the first time today and all I can say is that he is GREAT! He is very honest and very friendly, and explained everything he was doing before he did it. He answered any questions that I had and answered and explained them. Definitely use him if you are in the area.

Good plumbing work but don't let them install a bathroom vanity. Poor quality.

I called Conroe plumbing Monday for a hot water leak and scheduled an appt for the next day. They showed up in a timely manner & fixed our problem with ease. They told us what was wrong and after they finished they showed us that our leak was fixed. Corbin & Kenneth were our plumbers. They talked to us respectfully and even showed some love to our bulldog. We will continue our business with Conroe plumbing for any future issues that might occur. They were very reasonably priced for what they did for our issue. 10/10 recommend.

Finally a plumber you can trust.
After calling several plumbers I called John at mercy plumbing who was the only person who didn't try to swindle or take advantage of my situation.
I had a gas valve leak & every other plumber I called was dishonest, including some listed here that have good reviews.
John &his assistant went above and beyond, they took time to explain the problem & gave me choices on how to fix the problem.
I am a happy customer. I would recommend mercy plumbing 100% & certified too!!!

If anyone needs plumbing services this company is fantastic!! Our tankless water heater broke (yes only 2 years old) and they worked with the company to get a warranty replacement and are installing it. I had the job quoted through various companies and they are significantly cheaper and very upfront about the charges. It is a family owned and run company. Exceptional customer service and were so compassionate!!!

Dave is the man!  I was lucky enough to catch him before his move to Texas. I called one afternoon and spoke with someone who took my info and said Dave would give me a call within 15 minutes. He did indeed and must have sensed my frustration with what had become known as the plumbing twilight zone at my house.  I was stoked he agreed to come to the next day and take a look.  He showed up AND was on time (I live up off of Alba road so it's not easy to find) He was great about explaining things to me and tried for a few hours to figure out why the washer was backing up into the tub... along with a few other things that didn't make any sense to me whatsoever. It was late, so Dave had to resign despite not figuring out the issue. My tub is a weird design, and everything is tough to access, etc. There was no question he tried everything he could. He apologized and said there was no charge (!!) He gave me a few other plumbers to call and wished me luck.  

The next day he texted me to ask if I'd be home Saturday morning. He had been thinking about my set up and had a few more ideas. I could tell it was bugging him and he wanted to get to the bottom of the issue. LOVE that in a person!!  Saturday morning, Dave shows up (on time again) and conquers it.  

Dave is very kind, respectful of your house/property and a true master at what he does. He's also a crazy wealth of information. I was literally following him around with a pad of paper and pen writing stuff down (and he didn't mind lol). My only regret is finding him 13 years too late! Texas you lucked out!

This is a sad case of poor business practices.  Repipe specialists of Harris County is a sub company of Joe Nettles Plumbing.  Steven Nettles has told me many times that Nettles Plumbing would take care of my problem but they have not. I thought these guys did a good job at first but over 2 years later they haven't finished the job.  I paid Steven Nettles $600 to repair the holes they made in the walls as a result of repiping.  He sent a guy from Nettles Plumbing to the house who ripped me off for about $300.  So that's $900 I'm in the hole.  I've tried to be understanding for over 2 years (nearly 3 years).  I thought he was dealing with some personal issues and I wanted to give him time.  I've called Steven repeatedly.  He promises to do the job but never follows through.  Essentially, he stole about $900 from me.  Very sad Steve Nettles is allowed to continue doing business.

They came out and fixed my pipes after this winter storm in a little more then 24 hours after calling when most plumbing places have a 3-4 week wait! Very friendly staff and service, will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will most definitely use them again.

I had a great experience. They came the same day I called though they had to do some juggling. Taylor Gunn checked every pipe/drain. Excellent service. Very professional staff

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Called this morning about a septic grease trap that was clogged on the drain field. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and they came out right away.

The two gentlemen that came to do the work knew exactly how to fix the problem and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes, including digging up the tank.

Couldn't ask for better service. If you need a plumber call these guys. They do honest work at a great price. That's a hard thing to find these days.

We have used 1 800 Plumber of Pearland several times, for a couple of water heaters (tanked and non-tanked), as well as drain issues, and they have provided excellent service on all occasions.  Good work, they keep the site clean, and they are honest and fair.  Great people with which to do business!

I have used this company for years. They are fair with their cost and do not try and rob you blind. I highly recommend this company.

The person I spoke with, not sure if he is the owner or not, was rude and unprofessional.

Great plumbing company. Found our problems and fixed them. Easy to work with and less expensive than the rooter kinda guys.

I believe that they are price gouging.  Had a small project and received an estimate that was way too high and clearly not representative of the work needed to be performed.  Nearly a $100/LF for 23 LF of plastic 1 gas line.  Absolutely now way I would use or recommend this company.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
