These guys are great! They came on time, fixed my issue in a  short amount of time and were profession.

Quick response and came out same day to repair cracked pipe just off meter. Very professional and fair rate. Will definitely use again when have a plumbing issue.

Hot Water Guys are the best! I had a problem and called another company before I knew about the Hot Water Guys. When the technician arrived he could not answer my questions about the error codes on the unit I was having problems with, just wanted to sell me a new unit. I called Hot Water Guys and Sam came out and found I was having problems with the venting on and through the roof and he scheduled repairs for the following day. Problem fixed, and very reasonably charged. I also used them when my mothers tankless heater went out and Tom came out, looked at the unit and sold me a new unit well below market value. I won't ever use anyone else. It is nice that all their employees are very professional and only sell and service tankless water heaters. I will be only calling Hot Water Guys for my hot water needs.

Doc was thorough and checked everything out after a surge threw out power in the kitchen. He explained how this could be avoided in the future Would definitely use again!

I recently purchased a house in the Heights that had many minor electric issues according to the inspection report.  I finally got around to searching for an electrical company to take care of all of these issues.  I found Paul Richard Electric on Yelp and was able to schedule a technician to come out right away, even though my work was not an emergency.  When Ryan arrived, he went over the inspection report with me and was able to identify the issues that required immediate attention.  He patiently answered all my questions and was able to figure out which remote controls went to which fans, blinds, etc., which pieces of equipment were not working, which switches went to which lighting, etc.  He corrected some issues with the electrical panels.  The electric system in the house had some quirks that were not evident which resulted in all the electricity going out in the garage later that night.  Ryan came back early the next morning to quickly take care of the remaining issues.  I was very pleased with the work that Ryan performed and will definitely be using this business in the future for all of my electrical needs!

This will be a long one.  The initial meet with the company was fine, the quote was good, and the inspection had no issues.....other than that everything sucked.  First, they didn't call in the order to turn back on my electricity until after 4pm, which meant that I was without electricity until midnight.  The only reason I got it turned back on at all that night is because I have stage four cancer and they made an urgent exception.  Don't get me started on how bad the city is on getting things turned back on, total government type bull.  But back to the original.  I was NEVER told there was even a possibility I could be without electricity that long, or that it would take six phone calls to the city to beg to get my power back.  Also the job wasn't completed because after all this, the original problem of a fuse being out in my kitchen, wasn't fixed.  Turned out I could have saved myself 6K if they had just tested the outlets and punched the gfci thingy, so I paid for a total rewire and new breaker box I didn't even need.  Well I canceled the check that night when I realized they left me without the issue fixed, no communication, and in the dark for hours.  Well guy shows up next day, said he had texted the wrong number, fixes the little gfci thing and I give him another check.  Turns out they had deposited the check before my nonpayment went through, but my dumb@$$ wrote them another check since I had canceled the first.  They wait two months after the work had completed and cashed the other check.  So I woke up today overdrawn on my account because they took 4K out, for the second time.  The work may be alright, but nightmare dealing with them.  Also left holes around new breaker box that means I need to get new drywall done.   hire at your own risk.

Our garage door stopped working along with the outside lighting and Yovani was able to diagnose the issue and fix all of our electrical issues with such efficiency and explained everything in a way that was easy for even me, to understand. He was super considerate and sweet and nothing short of a professional.

My go to a/c guy referred me to call Geovanny for water leak/plumbing issues. I am very happy with the referral and satisfied with Geovanny's work. The price is reasonable. I will definitely call him for future need and I definitely would recommend him to others!

I had them out twice. The first time was to fix a circuit that kept tripping and a follow up to improve future issues. Great service and support plus professionals who know what they are doing.  Great experience and will definitely call them again if any electrical issues arise in the future.

They were super fast and helped us trouble shoot a few problems and seal an outdoor light box to prevent water coming in the future!

Beekman electric has been great. Used them to swap out a couple of ceiling fans and also some exhaust fans. Highly recommend them.

I needed help repairing my front porch light; it exploded unexpectedly.  My house was for sale and I needed the light repaired quickly.  I found reviews of several companies.  Harmony Electric had the highest of all.  I was nervous about picking a random company, but the lady I spoke to initially reassured me.  I was able to get an appointment on the day I called - a lucky fluke.  The gentleman took the light down, replaced the entire light with my replacement.  From the start to the finish the process was quick and the electrician did a great job.  I am so glad I went with Harmony and I recommend the company for your electrical needs.
