They came to our house as scheduled and did the job very professional. Gave me much useful information about water heater. At the end We had some problem about one of the valves, they stayed and fixed it up and then left the house. I enjoyed and satisfied.

I used this company in 2013 and am so grateful I held onto the receipt.  They are very honest and take their time to explain what is what and answer any questions until your completely satisfied.
I highly recommend them and will be using them again should I have a need.

David is a rockstar! Courteous, prompt, and great value for his service...what more could you want? He replaced my toilet in less than an hour and kept me informed through the whole process. I didn't have to do a thing. Don't let the low number of reviews distract you. David is a veteran and master plumber that has worked for years and only recently started using Yelp for his own business.

I will not look elsewhere in the future for any plumbing needs!

NON RESPONSIVE! My hot water heater went out.  It was under warranty and the manufacturer recommended this plumber.  I called and explained the situation and had a case number from the manufacturer.  The woman who answered, Carrie, wouldn't even set up appt without an authorization code.  She wouldn't take the serial number the manufacturer gave me, repeatedly interrupting me. I offered to get the manufacturer on the line and she said that was my issue.  RUDE.  Found out from the manufacturer that an authorization code is given to the plumber once the plumber determines the damage and the manufacturer AUTHORIZES repairs - thus, an authorization code.
The plumber came out and said the pictures the manufacturer needed he couldn't get unless he damaged the unit.  
I called the manufacturer - then called Carrie- another rude woman answered - and she said she didn't want to talk to the manufacturer - but he was on the line and said it was ok to damage the unit to get the pictures.  She said the plumber would come back out either this afternoon or the next morning.  She will call me back in 5 minutes.  I called 6 hours later and was told he would have to come out in the morning. NON RESPONSIVE.   I called at 8:30am the next morning for ETA and was told they weren't coming because they didn't  want to work on the unit even though the manufacturer authorized it.  NON COMMUNICATIVE.  Why did I have to chase them?

I called another authorized plumber, he came, got the pictures the manufacturer needed and fixed the unit.  He said the answer HOT WATER GUYs gave me was a cop out because they probably didn't have the expertise.  I could of lived with that answer.  NOT HONEST?

Reached out on a Sunday night and they came out on Monday. Fast friendly honest service that is hard to find these days. We will definitely call again for our next project!

I've been hesitating to write a bad review of this company.  They came to perform the call quickly in response and did spent the whole afternoon almost 5-6 hours to try to trouble shoot what was the problem causing the house partial area without electricity.  But unfortunately with no success.  Paul on the phone before he took the job told me usually problem could be diagnosed within two hours and he charges by hours. So he was very nice capping his charge to his promise at two hours for the troubleshoot on the invoice; however, he lied because he was unable to pinpoint the root cause.  He told me he was able to narrow down the trouble to the wall area where some connection problem was inside the wall.  His solution and suggestion was to tear down the wall so that he could continue the troubleshoot and fix the problem.  However, this was not the case.  I consulted a second opinion from previous owner before deciding to tear down the wall in one of the rooms, and found out there was a switch inside closet.  Simply reset resolved the electricity disconnect problem.  I felt really sorry that I didn't know there was a switch box that can reset when Paul came.  I did asked Paul several times that if it was possible there was a second breaker or something elsewhere because I had doubts.  
I don't like is the lies from Paul.  He could have just been honest and told me that he was unable to figure out the problem and quit instead of telling me the wrong solution.  Paul even insisted me to pay his troubleshoot bill first before he can continue the job to resolve the problem. Now I refuse to pay his $285 bill for the troubleshoot he did with a wrong diagnosis which might cost me a lot more unnecessarily.  Paul even suggested me to replace all plugs/outlets because he said those were not wired correctly which will cost me thousands.  The house is very old built in 70s.  I am sure those were per old requirements, but I don't think those were all connected wrong.
Also Paul told me the connection to the outside breaker box needs to be replaced by the electrical company because it was not per code.  So I called Centerpoint, but the guy told me everything is fine per code.  
I chose this company because of all previous 5 star reviews on the website.  Now I realize this company has weakness and limitations and users should know about it.  
Choosing to publish this bad experience I have had so that all others can think carefully based on the job types or problems you have.

Installed three chandeliers and a outdoor fan in my home. They completed the job exactly how we needed in a timely manner.

We reached out on Wednesday around noon to install an EV charger outlet and he was at our house within the hour. He gave us the best pricing and was at our house 8am sharp to do the job on Friday. He is extremely responsive, showed up on time, and completed the job in an hour. It is hard to come by reliable and honest people these days. We will definitely be using him again. And the charger works great!

Our company is new to the area and we were looking for a go to Electrical company that could service our needs now and the future.  Beekman scheduled a walk through and got us on the schedule the same day.  Work completed and very happy with their service and professionalism.  Will use them again in the future.

We have used Harmony several times and had great service.  I'm confused about one review clamming they charged her $148 an hour.  That is not their hourly rate, or has not been for us.

All  of the electricians we have had were courteous, professional, clean and respectful of our house.

I asked the electrician to take a look at some lines on the outside of house.  He advised me to contact CenterPoint to fix them for free.

When dealing with any contractor or service provider make sure you have an understanding of the rate and the expected time it will take to finish the job.  I would not wait an hour for anyone to show up.  I would reschedule the appointment or cancel and call another electrician.

I needed help fixing a broken toilet flange. Not the cheapest but definitely fast and reliable. I'd pay extra for that!
