Arrived right on time, wore masks, took time to diagnose and locate the issue, provided quote. I will use them again. Proper communication, quick appointment time.  Overall great service

Otis and his crew were the only ones out if six local electricians to call me back. They not only were able to get me in the next day, but they arrived ahead of schedule. Otis kept me updated on the price during the process and always thoroughly explained what the issues were. We will 100% call him again and thoroughly recommend him and his crew!

Pete did a great job installing 2 outlets in my garage. He gave me an accurate quote and knew exactly what he was doing. He even came the same day! He was on time, professional, and his price was very reasonable. I am most definitely going to use his services in the future.

Eric came out promptly to provide an estimate and determined we can go with a different solution for the problem. He was extremely friendly, prompt and informative. Recommended based on honesty alone. Much appreciated, Eric!

I was very fortunate to have same day service with Jack.  He had repaired and replaced a lighting fixture in our master bedroom closet.  Prior to coming to the house, he had made a recommendation for the best fixture when he purchased at Lowes.

No job is too big or small for him.  Very personable, showed up promptly within the time window and very efficient in his work.  Well done!  I will be using him for all my future electrical needs.

Arron's has been pone of the best electrical service I have hired.  Collin showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I actual added work to the original project and he completed it in the same day, which was HUGE for me and my travel schedule.  Collin was professional and when above what I expected. I will certainly hire them again if I need electrical work

Prior to the day of upgrade the business was 5 stars. Upgrade day they moved to a 3 - lack of communication between their employees and contacting Center Point. - CP came to the home at 3 to turn on the lights but Mr E wasn't done yet. So CP left. Mr E supposedly called CP at 5pm to finish the work, and told us CP could be out by 7pm. Long story short, CP never got the call Mr E left the house at 5pm with a family of 8 sitting outside in 100 temps/humidity and mosquitoes- with 2 family members having special medical conditions. CP stated they could be out by 7am the following day.- not good! Now I got involved and called the Mr Electric company and asked for a hotel compensation for the medical kids, they agreed. 1/2 the family stayed the night in a reasonable hotel of $70+ tax (remember Houston) and followed up by emailing the receipt to their recommended email, and I have yet to receive payment. - so I drop to a 3 star. Now a month later, my electric box is popping breakers. I reached out via the website as calling is a hassle, but I will tomorrow during business hours. Mr. Electric could respond to email inquiries via the internet form on their page. They want to sell their services, but once you use them they could care less about keeping their customers. I am not happy with their business, and I have reached out via website, now I have moved on via Facebook. This matter has become personal to the fact that their work could lead to a home fire and as of now if the investigation proves the fire was electrical this Mr. Electric in Katy will be sued. But that is why they get 1.5 stars, I really should give .5

Very good electrician. Quick reply and really easy to get a hold of. Most of his business is related to doing installs for Tesla home charging, and he's the first electrician that shows up on the Tesla website as well. Also had the best pricing out of numerous quotes. Showed up exactly on time and did a very quick and professional install. Took care scheduling city inspection as well. Would definitely recommend.

Kevin and Mercedes have both been to our home on two occasions to install a slew of lighting around our home. After Harvey came through and left a little over two and a half feet of water in our home, almost no part of our home was left untouched when it had to be redone and we also had a chance to do some upgrades as well and they were very helpful with both.

Before they came in, they had also done some great work for us 3 years. They had installed some recessed lighting in our kitchen and living room, and we had never had problem with the work.

Before starting the job, we had researched the look and items we wanted installed, but as we walked the job with Kevin on the initial consultation, we were grateful to have his honest opinions and considerations when it came to styles and price that would work best in that room, whether it was more or less expensive than what we were asking for.

So in the first trip out they did lighting above and below our cabinets, recessed lighting in our closets, bathrooms, secondary bedrooms, and hallways. Installed pendants over the kitchen bar and 3 sconces in the master bath. They also switched out all our switches for more updated ones and put dimmers in some rooms. In my laundry room, Kevin had to move the electrical in one wall to make room for a pocket door an install a new lighting switch on another wall.

The next time, unfortunately one of our upper cabinet lights was not working anymore, as well as a recessed light in the bathroom, so Kevin took care of it no problem.

The rest of the job entailed us changing our mind on the lights over the bar, and so Kevin had to switch them out with another set. Also, hang the pendant over the breakfast room table, the recessed lights in our master bedroom, and install a bluetooth component to a bathroom fan and new switch for the fan.

We still have more work for him to do, but you know how construction goes. But if you need a team for electrical that is reliable and does excellent work, and you can trust what they suggest, this is your team.

Service was great. From the initial online request for an appointment which was answered immediately to the actual service call.  I was called promptly 20 minutes before the allotted time frame. Technicians Ron and Bishop arrived early. They explained the whole process and all services throughly. The service was done in the amount of time they told me it would take. Very friendly and respectful. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I was initially very disappointed. I had to reschedule 3 to 4 times because the contractors were hours late or just never showed up. Each time excuses were made about being short handed. When they finally did show up they quoted me a price for a service it turns out I didn't even need after all because it wouldn't have solved my problem according to the 2nd opinion I got. Mr. Johnny, the owner, of Lighthouse called and listened to my concerns regarding the service I received from Lighthouse.  He's a fair person, and did what it took to make it up to me.  I appreciated that thoroughly.

We hired David to put a dog door in our metal door. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job on the installation. We will definitely use him for future projects.

Electrician Luis B. was very very professional, courtesy, and extremely well knowledge in the ALL of the issues I was experiencing . He quoted me a very very fair price for a tune-up I will need in the future. My service was extremely exceptional and I will be calling them again. The only recommendation I have is that they list a ball park figure of the price of a job as an estimate on their website.  

FYI another service with the initials JM came to my house a while back and quoted me an outrageous price for what ever reason. So please check with Mr. Electric before giving in to their price.

Called them after the freeze and the appointment wa 7 days later.  Finally nine days later they sent me a text wanting to know if I still needed service. Did not even answer them!  A local plumbing company came out the same day and fixed the split valve. (S & B PLMBING ON Bournewood, Sugar Land).  Stay away from these guys even if it is a Tom Tynan recommended company.   After reading other reviews I guess I was lucky they did not come out!!!f
