As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, I group plumbers with auto mechanics... ripe territory to get services I don't need for outrageous prices. Having recently purchased my first home, I went with this company bc a trusted friend referred me to them. I have been pleasantly surprised at their quality work at reasonable prices. They came to my rescue at a moments notice after I thought paying a handy guy to install my kitchen faucet for $40 would be a deal. Don't do that! Lesson learned. Thank you for fixing my mess! Customer for life.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

We'd been out of town. We didn't have hot water. After checking the hot water heaters I called Cooper. They had someone here I. Less than 30 mins. Solved our problem and we were very happy to have hot water again so quickly.

Our plumber showed up about 20 minutes after the appointed time, which isn't too bad these days because the extra COVID precautions. He wore a mask, gloves, booties and kept social distance. Since this was a swap out of a garbage disposal, he got right to work spreading out a drop cloth to keep the floor clean. After about 45 mins he called me over to check out the completed job. Fast, efficient, clean and friendly. Charged me the exact upfront pricing we had agreed to, no extras (they do charge a 2.5% fee for credit card transactions).

We will definitely call Alex and his crew again for our future plumbing needs.

Johnny is awesome. I first tried calling some other Rooters that had large quantity of reviews. Each time I could tell I called into call centers. I wanted to work with a company where I'm talking directly with the technician, not any middle people. I went with SJ Rooter & Plumbing. Johnny did a full inspection for free before even giving me a quote. He identified the problem and repaired my clogged drain all the way down to the street. Amazing service.

They came to fix two toilets that were leaking couple weeks ago, came on time within the scheduled time frame. I like that they covered their shoes when coming to the house. Very professional and reasonable price! Thank you!

Well this was my 3rd experience with David Hicks plumbing. This time I had a whole House repiping going from galvanize steel to a heavy plastic type pipe.

The job was not at all easy but the guys Niles and Ian work so well together. hung in there remained positive ran into many snags but survived it, It was a huge job.   Thanks guys! I wish I could give you 10 stars!

As far as the lady who posted that they never came out and she's been doing business with them for over 40 years was a miscommunication error or a fake review.

Are you kidding me??? We set up an appointment almost a week in advance. No show, no call... When I called them they told me that someone didn't show up for work and they were running about 2 hours behind (thanks for the call!) Approx 3 hours later we called THEM again and they said we're workin on it... Approx 6 hours later when I called them yet again, no one answered the phone. No one ever showed up or called!!!

We own a small business in League City and this is absolutely NOT how we do business. In fact, they were the opposite of how we operate - unprofessional, discourteous, unreliable, worthless... It cost us over $300 in our own business to sit around all day and be strung along! It's a good thing our house wasn't flooding, huh???

In summation, if you call Lanco Plumbing for anything, you better be ready for disappointment, regret, and a costly day off! Thanks for nothing....

They came out to fix my clogged sink and leaking toilet the same day! Excellent service.

The guy that came out was very cocky and after tearing out our old toilet said he was going to have to re-run special plumbing or we were going to have to return our toilet, yet he tore open and destroyed the box before he looked at it all and then proceeded to tell us that Lowes wouldn't take our toilet back without a box.  What a jerk!

I had them come to my house two days in a row!  Both of my toilets wouldn't flush.  The first day the guy came out, messed around in both bathrooms for about 20 minutes, came to me and said he fixed them.  It was my mistake for not checking before he left, but instead said okay and paid the $155.  I went to use the bathroom about an hour later, and it was still not working!!!!  The next day another guy comes out, apologizes for the first guy and after careful inspection (sarcasm intended) he says he needs to run a snake camera down the pipe to see if there is any obstruction, at a cost of $325!  I have no experience with this type of thing and I need my toilets to work, so I said fine.....do it.  So what happens?  He runs the snake, says he doesn't find anything, but recommends I change out the flushing mechanism in the tank of both toilets.  Well, being a plumber you would think..........his van is in my driveway, he's going to go ahead and finish the job right?  WRONG!  He says, I'll have them send a guy out tomorrow to fix it!  What the hell?  So I have to have a guy come 3 days in a row now?  

I said forget it, I called a friend of a friend that does plumbing work to come out and see what's wrong.  And what does he find?  That the line is blocked!!!!!  $325 and the guy from Nicks Plumbing either didn't do the job he said he did, or did it lousy!  I would strongly recommend using someone else!   It's bad enough he missed this huge blunder (which they refuse to reimburse any amount of) but it's even worse he didn't want to fix it that same day but send someone else out the next day!
