I recently moved to an old condo that needed a lot of professional plumbing work and Sirius plumbing took care of everything from replacing vanities and shower heads, unclogging tub drains, and installing a water purifier.  They also completely redid the old pipes under the kitchen sink that were not up to code and were causing water leaks.   Alfonso is friendly, professional master plumber, and he pays great attention to detail. While he may not be the least expensive, the quality of his work made it well worth every penny.  I will definitely call Sirius Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

I could not be happier with their service! They made efforts to see me the same day I called even though I was not having an emergency, they were very thorough with their inspection and job, and very faired priced. Very honest and experienced, I wouldn't doubt to recommend their services!

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

We woke up to water leaking through the kitchen ceiling.  I called Cooper Plumbing and they were able to come out within a few hours.  They arrived right when they said they would and Jeremiah and his associate were fantastic!  They were very courteous, walked me through every step of what they were doing and once the problem was identified explained what the cause was and how they were going to repair it.  Their prices were very reasonable and they made sure to let me know upfront what everything was going to cost.  They also installed a new shut off valve outside and we could not be happier with the work they did, their professionalism and how friendly they were.  I would highly recommend them!

Actively messaged back and fourth about an appointment.  They never showed up leaving my 95 yr old blind father in law in a pinch.

We had a leak in the master bathroom. They were on time  and did a good job. Price was reasoned too.

After having to replace our hot water heater in our 63 year old house, we had lost all pressure to the guest bath tub.  I called GIDP on Sunday (only ones that answered), and set an appointment for this morning.

They were there on time, called me to explain what happened and that our supply line wasn't up to code, gave me a quote and were done within 2 hours.  Pricing was where it should be and communication was quick and professional.

Hopefully we don't have any more plumbing issues, but if we do, I'm calling Get It Done.

I do not recommend David Hicks Plumbing.  I am had a very poor experience with them.  It began with my being red-tagged and needing a plumber to pull a permit and bring a project up to code.  I called Hicks Plumbing a Thursday afternoon and was told I should hear from someone that afternoon.  I called back on Friday when no called on Thursday and again explained my situation and was told someone should be by that afternoon.  No one came or called.  I left several messages but no one return my called.  I called another plumbing company and got on their waiting list.  David Hicks final called on Monday and since I  hadn't heard from the other company I went them.  The plumber who came out quoted a high price for the simply repairs and charged my $175 to pull a permit. Unprompted, he told me the permit price was so high because of the shutting down of the red-light cameras in the city but when I asked if I would receive a receipt for the permit he came clean and said the $175 charge was what David Hicks charges.  I should have known then that I couldn't trust these guys and should have said forget it but I just wanted to get my project wrapped up.    I was quoted a very high price for simple repairs and had to pay half of the project up front.  We scheduled the repair for 10am because of my needing to cut off water to my complex (although the plumber wanted to start at 8am but explained that we could do that due to the condo rules).  Here I am at 12:12 and the plumber from David Hicks still hasn't shown up...I have called him twice and he was on another job and now is picking up materials for my job.  He knows that my window to have the repair completed is 10 to 1 due to the water shut off information that was shared with the other owners in the complex.  The lack of professionalism to schedule his jobs properly, gouging, and general lack of communication are significant reasons that I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.   I would cancel the job but feel trapped since I gave them a deposit for the permit...just hate being taken advantage of and feeling powerless.  Worst experience with a service company EVER!!!

They used a lock box code to get key and enter home then left the house unlocked with the key in the door for two days.

Owner called and said they left 20 minutes prior to me finding door unlocked on 5/11, but the invoice they sent said the work was completed in 2 trips on 5/10.  

Wouldn't recommend based on that alone.  

As others have stated below, they did the work in as many separate trips as possible to maximize charges.  Even blamed the rain.

Wanted to be paid before even sending a bill or invoice.  Wanted to read aloud the charges and take payment over the phone.  Who does that?

I had to replace my water heater, great customer service the techs were very polite and professional. I hope everything goes well after the replacement and I don't have to call them again. But overall the co. Is very profesional and my heater is looking good

Aldo was next door doing an estimate. i asked him to come and look at the work we needed. he estimated it and i ok'd the estimate. next morning, i got a call from Dracy, who did an outstanding job on our work. he was professional, knew his work quite well, fast, and cleaned up very nicely. after he was finished, he and i checked everything together. very happy.

they will be our plumbers of choice.

Failed to finished job as agreed, repair failed 3 times ,after repair held did not come back to cover exposed plumbing. Called office was told would be put on schedule that day no show no call.

Very professional and received exceptional service. We live in the Houston Heights and we called Nick's Plumbing when we discovered a leak coming through the kitchen ceiling. We live in a 1960's home so it was important to us to call a professional who carried the insurance coverage to do the work as well as pick an experienced plumber. Nick's were prompt to our service call request. The leak was caused due to old piping and hot water sitting in the line over several years finally causing a small hole. Nick's crew was very informative and they replaced the pipe with a new Pex pipe seam to seam. The price was very reasonable and we liked them so much we had them come back to professionally clean the drains. Also very reasonably priced. Their crew was not pushy and always professional. I believe you get what you pay for. I will definitely be recommending Nick's to friends and use Nick's with all of my Plumbing needs!
