I had my garbage disposal installed by 365 Maintenance this past week. The installer, Chris, first made an appointment with me for Wednesday, which he cancelled at the last minute due to inclement weather. He rescheduled an appointment for Saturday. He came promptly on time. Chris spent 20 minutes installing my garbage disposal, but I did not realize that it was done improperly until I ran my dishwasher. He forgot to remove the dishwasher plug from the garbage disposal, leading to a leak in the dishwasher and the flooding of my kitchen. When I called to inform him of this, he came the next day to fix it. They are over-priced and amateurs. I should have just gone with Home Depot, who was offering to do the install for less than half what 365 Maintenance charged me.

Unfortunately nowadays some businesses will intentionally post 5 star reviews or even hire someone do it.  Case in point, these couple of reviews here are posted by people living California when the business is in Houston, TX.... hmmm, go figure.  And they barely got any other reviews here too.  BIG RED FLAG.

They showed up on time and completely investigated my problem. They ate Covid aware easy to work with.

Done business with Capital Care Plumbing for years.  Last two times I was very unhappy and felt they had ripped me off.  Was overcharged for kitchen faucet installation.  Since they had been my plumber for so long I called for an estimate and could not believe how much they were going to charge for the three items I needed repaired.  Turned to Katy Plumbing who took care of all my needs at a fraction of the cost. As the previous reviewer stated she too felt over charged.  Don't mind someone making a living but hate being ripped off.  These guys need to review their pricing.

Our water heater had a leak. Called them as soon as they opened and they had someone come by and repair it within the hour. Russell and John were both great!

Great customer service fast call back. Will use Orn Plumbing again. Fixed my water leak at a reasonable price.

They are a hometown Plumber but I'm sure does a lot of work outside of the community!  During the freeze they were so busy, yet right on time and did an amazing job!  Would recommend them to anyone for sure and it is showing to be true as his business is growing by leaps and bounds!

I called this plumbing company to unclog my main drain line. this company send a plumber in the same day and clear my drain with jetting Machine the plumber that came to my house give me all The option before he started the job. It took him about 45 minutes to clear my line. I am recommend this plumbing company and I will use them in the future thank you for your fast response

J & C plumbing sent two of their plumbers out to fix a clogged drain between my home and the sewer system.  They ran a cutter down the line and got it fixed for a reasonable price.  Very polite and easy folks to work with.  Recommended.

Ben and Tom did an excellent job installing a new tankless hot water heater for us. They are absolutely the best plumbing company around. Trustworthy (my priority), punctual, and professional!

Terrible company with unprofessional unqualified employees. They sent out a child with no experience. He came out and ran a snake for 5 minutes then spent the next 30 minutes writing notes, then told us that the hold is to long for him and left. No update nothing, I personally had to call his company 3 times only for them to tell me he was off already and he would not be back for 2 days and I would have to wait for an update

I hired Eli's Plumbing to replumb the pipes in my house and bring them up to code. Originally I was quoted 2-3 weeks total. Once I gave a sizable deposit it appeared as though I was no longer a priority. After about 2 1/2 months I still was not even half way through the project. I finally was told I passed inspection and I could put the walls up. Now I can't find a record of the inspection and I have a major leak in the plumbing. I also needed to hire another plumber to connect the gas line in my house since I almost died from carbon monoxide poisoning. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I also have not heard from them in any capacity since they caused all these problems.

I watched one of their truck drivers drive recklessly here in our community today. Another car changed lanes in front of him, and he started driving down the road aggressively and tried to cut that car off, nearly crashing into her... if she hadn't hit her brakes, he would've slammed directly in to her. Then he got on his phone and was texting (or doing something on his phone) while driving. I noticed the John Hamm Plumbing decal (with phone numbers) on the side of his truck and thought that wasn't a good way to represent a company. I wouldn't want to give anyone that careless (or with that much aggression) my business. The license plate on this truck was FXX8111

That is right KRAZY plumbing!!! totally KRAZY unprofessional..... I usually don't have the time  to write reviews but I feel like I need  to take the time to warn other customers. I have more than one week waiting for Mr. Brandon Valenzuela to come and finish what he started. Yeap that is right after $75 for diagnosis, bunch unanswered phone calls and text messages still don't know the status of the fix.
