I am a very satisfied customer of Houston Electric Company.  I wanted to upgrade my kitchen with new LED undercounter lights and replace all my recessed lights with new LED ones that dim. The installers were professional, competent, careful and kind - a great combination for excellent customer service.

Adding our name to the growing list of VERY happy customers of Mil-Spec Electric.  Brett showed up right on time and gave me the price on the spot.  They were going to have cut a hole in my ceiling to do some of the work I wanted, but his guys took a little extra time and found a way to do it without cutting a hole.  It didn't cost extra and it saved me the extra time and expense.  All the work was done neatly and the price was the most reasonable of the three estimates I received.  I'd rate the experience an A+.

Will quickly determined the ongoing electrical problem in our home that 2 previous electricians didn't catch. He was in and out in 10 minutes and came within his quoted time window. Very professional and well mannered. Definitely recommend

I had been looking for an electrician to install my generator transfer kit. The majority of the companies I talked to seemed un interested and seem to want to upsell me or give an outrageous price. West End Electric is one of the most reliable, efficient, fair and friendly businesses of any kind I have ever interacted with. From their friendly phone-answerer/owner Wrenn, to Ruben, the electrician who always comes right away to diagnose and fix whatever we need, they are the best. They have crawled all over our circa 1981 home in the west end of Galveston and upgraded almost every electrical part.  Everything works without a problem after they're there.  Their prices are very fair, and transparent, too. I recommend them without any hesitation.

We had 5 recessed lights, a tv wall outlet, and bar lighting.  Very prompt, and professional service from the estimate all the way to the install.  Cleaned up as they continued through the jobs. Technicians were very knowledgeable of what they were doing.  Very happy with the work they did, would definitely use them again.  Very reasonable rates too!!!

These guys are responsive, kind, communicate well (i.e. explain what they are doing and why), and are cost effective.  We had some electrical issues after a nearby lightning strike and they had us all fixed up within hours of the incident.  Highly recommend this company!!

Emeryk, the technician, knew his job found the problem and quickly got the job done without trying to drive up the cost. I was even able to get another job done during the same visit. Affordable Services Houston has been a joy to work with. The skills that the crew we had work on our house were unmatched. The vision that they had in reviving a house that had been in serious need of updating came out beautifully!! My friends thought I had the house torn down and rebuilt. That's how different my home looks now!!

I remodel my house and Empire electric did an excellent job rewiring the house, recommending and installing all my LED lights and getting house back in code after previous owners freelanced multiple additions. Highly recommended for all residential electrical needs.

Glen is the real deal! He came out in the early morning today and replaced two breaker circuits in less than an hour. Super reliable and friendly. Definitely give him a call if you have any electrical problems.

I have used Apex for many years and am a loyal customer. Leave a message and someone will call you back.  Very knowledgable, dependable and reasonably priced. He has done many small jobs for me,  and even replaced my whole electrical box.

Right touch electrical is amazing. They made our house safe again after a lightning strike(and remodel that mest up our wiring). they treated our home like their own, making sure everything is safe for our family. All of the gentlemen who worked on our house were amazing (Jonathan, Adam and sadly I don't remember the third mans name, sorry) . The were very patient and upfront when discussing the problems we had with electrical. They did a ton of much needed work and fixed our house. Thank you thank you thank you Right Touch Electrical fo making our home safe again. Also the cost to evaluate and fix the entire house was the same price that another company quoted for just evaluating our house.

Just moved to Conroe and needed some minor work done at our home.  Dryer outlet needed to be changed and ceiling fan rewired. Mr Electric was the closest business only 2 min drive from our house.  We called and scheduled an appointment for next day.  The electrician arrived an hour late but was super friendly and apologetic.  We got a quote, paid a deposit and scheduled the work for following day at 930am.  The next morning no one showed or called, so we called business at 11am. They said they forgot to put appointment in book and will send the electrician around noon.  130pm we called again and still was a no show. So we rescheduled again for next day first thing at 8am.   We waited and waited and finally the same friendly electrician arrived to complete job at 10 am (2 hours late).  The review would be one star if not for the friendly electrician.  Every time we called the business they seemed not to know what was going on and continued to say he was on his way and to give him 30-45 mins in case traffic. ‍ We will not be using them again and would not recommend unless you have a whole day to waste.

I was very happy with the Service Pro, Clint B.. As he was very informative and explained in lay man terms. He pointed out problem areas that needed to be corrected in a timely manner. I was very happy with all work performed.
