I am a very satisfied customer of Houston Electric Company.  I wanted to upgrade my kitchen with new LED undercounter lights and replace all my recessed lights with new LED ones that dim. The installers were professional, competent, careful and kind - a great combination for excellent customer service.

Brett and his crew show up at the scheduled time, and diligently work on the project.  I find the workers to be professional as well as personable.  The largest project I have given Mil-Spec at my home was to change out my 40-yr old electrical box while the smallest was to change out a faulty light switch.  Oh, the price was right!

Had a great experience with WillPower Electrical Services. They came and fixed a light fixture that was flickering. Will was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything. Would highly recommend!

The Right Choice Electrical team has assisted us with several electrical projects. Always a great experience. Most recently, they updated recessed lighting trims to LEDs and installed new recessed lighting in our home. Rudy knew exactly what we needed to achieve the desired lighting. The team was punctual, extremely professional and did a supberb job. Highly recommend for any electrical project!

We had 5 recessed lights, a tv wall outlet, and bar lighting.  Very prompt, and professional service from the estimate all the way to the install.  Cleaned up as they continued through the jobs. Technicians were very knowledgeable of what they were doing.  Very happy with the work they did, would definitely use them again.  Very reasonable rates too!!!

These guys are responsive, kind, communicate well (i.e. explain what they are doing and why), and are cost effective.  We had some electrical issues after a nearby lightning strike and they had us all fixed up within hours of the incident.  Highly recommend this company!!

Kudos to Sugar Land Electric

I just can not tell you how impressed I am with Sugar Land Electric. I was first introduced to them about a year ago when my wife and I needed an electrical inspection for foster care. Dave who turned out to be the owner of the company and master electrician, came out to do our inspection and while he was here I decided to ask him to do a couple last minute projects. He happily obliged and installed a dedicated outlet and breaker for my compressor and welder. Then he installed a gfci outlet on an exterior wall so I could install landscape lighting. Finally, he installed a timer switch and cleaned up the wiring for my front porch lighting so that they all would come on at the same time with one switch.

A few months later I decided to call On SLE again about installing some extra lighting in my garage. Once again Dave stopped by to discuss my project and provided several great ideas. While he was happy to do the work for me, also suggested that I was more than capable of handling the project myself and described in detail how to do it properly. Like he said, I was able to buy the materials and do the work myself in an afternoon. I now have plenty of light and a few bucks still in my pocket.

This month we we decided to install a hot tub. The hot tub company gave me a quote to have their electrician install the power and I immediately called on SLE to validate the price. Yet again Dave called me and said he would swing by to take a look. He called me later that day and gave me a quote that was a little cheaper than the original quote, but we also discussed future expansion and he suggested while we were at that we consider installing a sub panel with additional capability just Incase we ever installed a pool, outdoor kitchen or some other structure requiring power. So for a few bucks more I was now prepared for just about any future project I could think of. The next day the SLE dig crew showed up and got to work. They trenched the yard laid the cable, replaced the dirt/sod and cleaned up. The following day when the tub was to be delivered another electrician showed up and worked with the hot tub crew to get the tub cabled up and powered on. Everything went off with out a hitch and with out me being there.

All of this leads up today when I decide to move the tub to a different location and realized the power cable was now to short. I made a quick call to SLE asking to be put on their schedule for next week. To my surprise they just had a guy finish a job near by and was able to send him to me right away. I had an electrician at my house within 45 min! Talk about service, or luck, or maybe a little of both, but I am continually impressed by these guys. Dave and his crew are top notch and the only electricians I will use from now on.

Affordable Services Houston has been a joy to work with. The skills that the crew we had work on our house were unmatched. The vision that they had in reviving a house that had been in serious need of updating came out beautifully!! The staff was very personable and I would recommend them for all of your remodeling and renovation needs! I have referred several of my friends and associates to them and they deserve every last referral. Kudos to the ASH family for a job beyond well done!! Jay and Chandra were masterful at keeping the costs down and when we're ready to add to what has already been done, I will go back to ASH time and again! They completely reimagined my master bedroom and expanded my shower stall to fit someone like me who had had a stroke!! Totally different space now. My friends thought I had the house torn down and rebuilt. That's how different my home looks now!!

I remodel my house and Empire electric did an excellent job rewiring the house, recommending and installing all my LED lights and getting house back in code after previous owners freelanced multiple additions. Highly recommended for all residential electrical needs.

Got a quote via email for a small job. Gave the green light and set a date for the project and then that was it. Wasted a whole morning waiting for him to show up. Never called, never showed, never heard anything from him.

Not sure what happened. Ended up going with someone else to complete the work.

I have used Apex for many years and am a loyal customer. Leave a message and someone will call you back.  Very knowledgable, dependable and reasonably priced. He has done many small jobs for me,  and even replaced my whole electrical box.

The customer service is fantastic. The electricians are professional and give you options rather than trying to hard sell services. They were timely, even early, and notified me when they were 30 minutes out. They have a lifetime customer in me.

They did a great job installing our exhaust fan in the master bath as well as a new light fixture in our pantry.  We were worried that he wiring was bad in the pantry but they were able to save it and did the job flawlessly.

I was asked to be available on my appointment day from 8 am to early evening. I called the day before to see if they could narrow down the time and was told no. 4:00 pm they let me know they can't make it. That is BS.
