Parco Electric replaced a light fixture above our bed (in our master bedroom) and when I woke up the next morning, I noticed there were dried bug and roach parts/guts under a pillow on our bed! I realized the bug parts must have fallen from the old fixture (just above this spot). Instead of the non-English speaking workers alerting us to the mess, they covered it up with a pillow. I did not notice it before we slept on it. We will not be back to use their services. They came recommended but they were also not well equipped with basic supplies. They had me run to the hardware store 3 times because they didn't tell me everything they needed the first time. When I returned, they were standing around and not working...even though I had already gone over everything for them to do and there were still jobs where they didn't need the parts I went to purchase. They had an attitude about doing some extra work and they promised to come back to do other work (as soon as they had the right parts). They never returned or called back about the parts we thought they were going to order...in spite of me calling to inquire about them. I feel they might not have wanted to do this added work...maybe preferring to stick with the easy stuff. They did several jobs for us and it took a bit over 5 hours. They charged for 6 hours. Due to the time they stood around, while I was out buying supplies that they did not tell me about (prior to their visit or at the time we went over the jobs), I feel we should have only been changed for 5 hours. But this is a minor thing...though it added to the disappointment in their ethical and professional performance.

I've been using Smart Choice (Atlai) for electrical work on my primary residence and my rental properties for 4 or 5 years.  If I had to guess, I would say he's done about 20 or more jobs for me.  I can't say enough good things about his service.  He is reliable, fair-priced and always guarantees his work.  He's very quick to swing by and give me a quote and it's never a bait and switch.  Always reasonable, always fair.  And, on top of the great service, he's a very nice guy.  Strongly recommended.

A friend referred me to this company. They were a blessing to me! I live in Katy and need someone that was extremely professional and fast! I redid all the lighting in my home and they did a marvelous job! They came when they said they would and finished on time! Will referred to everyone i know!

Two stars because they were quick with coming out and the electrician was nice and did tell me cost up front. However, what a ripoff. Recently bought a house. Noticed the lights dimmed every time my ac kicked on while painting the spare rooms. My lights in the two bedrooms went out and the breaker box didn't show a tripped switch. I tried toggling the breakers on and off and eventually did the main one with no reset so called an electrician. He told me it's $187 for diagnostics then pushed a button for an arc circuit (didn't know about that) that reset that breaker switch and voila lights on. Cost me $202.79 and took him 30 seconds. Now, he didn't figure out why it tripped in the first place or diagnose why the lights dim every time ac kicks on. If I'm spending $200 for diagnostics and I tell you the issue you should figure out why, not just fix the problem. Definitely will use a different company for future electrical needs if this is how much a simple fix costs...didn't win over my future business.

Rob at ROA provides excellent professional services. We recently had the Tesla wall connector installed. Rob was very responsive, on time for our appointment. He was very efficient! After the installation, he cleaned out all the dust for us. Great service! We would definitely recommend ROA!

The circuit for my air conditioning unit went out the Friday evening before 100 degree heat hit Houston the very next day.  When I called Tyco's phone number Saturday morning the answering machine gave me a number to call in case of emergency.  The owner picked up the emergency line and had a truck to my house in about an hour and a half.  The electrician was very professional, quick and clean.  Considering it was a Saturday morning I believe the price was fair and well within the industry standard.

Tri Lite offered a great quote compared to other electricians when I was searching for someone to replace a light pendant, so I went with them! Matthew was my technician. He arrived on time and kept me updated when he was en route. He and his apprentice were quick and knowledgeable. They replaced my pendant within 30 minutes and even hauled the old one off with them at my request. The pendant looks great! I definitely recommend them.

Nice staff, and they do some good work, but my experience wasn't the best. The more I looked around my house, the more dents and scratches I found on my brand new furniture l that I waited months to receive. So far I've been able to replace a couple things, thankfully, but others I wasn't so fortunate with. Also, I had to completely rewire two of the wall switches they installed because they kept flickering, and one just stopped working all together.

Again, I think they're very friendly, but a bit careless when it comes to working around expensive furniture.

He came right over after contacted and submitted a bid the next day. I was happy with his price and his general knowledge. His electricians were polite and worked until the job was finished. Great experience.

My dryer had problems because it was tripping the breaker so i called Mr.Electric
Guy named David comes by, took one look at the breaker, didnt even care about the dryer and said my whole circuit need to go.
Gave me an estimate of $3,748 to replace everything. I said im not doing a 4k job on the fly
My friend referred me to someone else, guy comes over, checks all the lines and breakers one by one, and found a bad connection of the line that connects dryer, fixed it in 10 min and charged 100 dollars.
