Fast flow is great. From the owner on down. I need my water heaters flushed and a fairly complex non-salt based water softener installed. On top of that I my home has fairly unique plumbing. So they had to hand built and fit everything. Their work is excellent and very quick to respond.

I left an urgent message about my sewer being backed up late on Saturday night. David texted back within 20 minutes that he was in the area the next morning & could swing by. He called before coming and was done within 15 minutes. For the service, very reasonable. I'll call him again.

Even though they didn't think he would be able to solve my problem, he still came over, spoke with me answered my questions and helped me find the right professional to do the job. We are repeat customers for a reason! He is the best plumber for any project, and if he can't help you, he will give you the name of someone who can.

Lowes Installer.  Joey/John did an estimate first: walked me thru everything that would be required to install to Austin code. Took pictures. Estimate was 1of4 and all were within $150 of each other.
Installers (Chester) were professional; efficient and polite. Took only 1.5 hrs to install. Had slight problem with water pressure--Came back timely and fixed--no addtl charge. Lowes also followed up to be sure service was done to my satisfaction.

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

We had a pretty serious backup on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within a couple hours of our call. The technician was extremely professional, well kept, nice, communicative, and informative. He fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was much steeper than I anticipated, but I chalk that up to it being an emergency call on a holiday.

I've worked with hundreds of plumbers nationwide over the years and I just wanted to personally say thank you to Brittany, Larry and your team Andrea and Lloye!  I needed this project pulled off in a short amount of time and your team was amazing. Everyone was very professional and was happy to help me out when I was in a bind. They went above and beyond.

Also, I would like to personally give a big thank you to Brittany and Larry. She handled and coordinated (after hours) an emergency last night to ensure we met our deadline-she is just amazing!...and Larry has gone out of his way this week to make sure all of my plumbing repairs and inspections were completed before Monday.  It is far and few between that I come across such a professional and hard working team and they deserve to be recognized because of this. Mike with Confidence Plumbing was speedy, courteous, on time and provided great service.  We had a frozen pipe in the ceiling and he arrived quickly to take care of the situation.

I needed an additional sink installed at my business. Reggie came out and gave me a bid. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he would do and why. Because of how thorough he was, I went with his bid, which was very competitive. He worked quickly and did excellent work. The place was as clean after he finished as it was before.
