We needed a plumber to fix our pipes that were leaking after the recent record cold weather. Anthony with Fast Flow Plumbing and Drain was fast and very professional. The work even came with a guarantee! Fast Flow did an excellent job! We highly recommend them to anyone. They were absolutely awesome! Thank you!

I contacted The Plumbinator of Round Rock over the phone and asked if I could get an estimate for some water hammer issue I was having. She was completely informed from me that I have high water pressure and would need a pressure relief valve installed.
The lady on the phone scheduled an appointment and NEVER mentioned there would be a service fee. To my shock I got an invoice the next day. I called to ask why I got an invoice and was NEVER told there would be a $50.00 service fee.
The lady was rude when I was asking about why I was not told up front about any service fees. In fact, I asked why she did not tell me and her reply was, I would have told you if you would have asked. I tried to explain that I think it is her responsibility to inform
me and not me ask her. At this point, I got hung up on. I would have politely declined and went on a search for other companies had she done her job and informed me about a service fee. This is worse than a hidden fee. This is a NEVER told fee.

Very professional and fair. I called over 5 different plumbers before I came across Make it Drain, 3 of which I had come to the house and I had to ask to leave due to unprofessionalism and ridiculous prices. I even had one from AAA Auger tell me the price would be double what Make it Drain charged me and when I pushed back and inquired why they said the labor and that it would take well over an hour...guess how long it took Make it Drain? 1 hour 15 minutes INCLUDING a trip to lowes and back.
Thank u Make it Drain for being a great company I'd be happy to do business with again!

Kimco Plumbing did great work today. They took care of the leak I was having under my Kitchen sink and they also figured out the other issues with my plumbing. They came up with a clear and concise plan of action to take care of everything that was going on. Jason, Sam, and Levi were all great and I would highly recommended hiring them for all of your plumbing needs.

Joey did a fast and excellent job of installing my new gas dryer.
I liked that Joey did the unboxing of the dryer so he could examine it carefully for any observable flaws or issues. I was also relieved he brought the correct accessories for the installation - because I'd bought the wrong ones! The young man who drove the truck was personable and easy-going to be with while Joey finished his great work.
When an earlier appointment was cancelled, they called and asked if they could come to my house early. I readily said yes and they arrived in minutes because they were not far away (good scheduling probably located their installations by areas of town).
I'd waited 3 weeks for my gas dryer (very rare to have these days) to be shipped from out of state by Lowe's. Waiting a week more for the installation didn't bother me a bit!

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there. The house was built in the 60s. It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted. Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him. He's professional and was wonderful work with. He's my new plumber!!

We had a pretty serious backup on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within a couple hours of our call. The technician was extremely professional, well kept, nice, communicative, and informative. He fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was much steeper than I anticipated, but I chalk that up to it being an emergency call on a holiday.

I have used Steve's for any years spending thousands of dollars with them, but no more. They first sent out one plumber that was taking a great deal of time, understandable due to the nature of the issue. However a prior plumber they sent, who no longer works there, did my entire home in 3 hours. After 3 hours he said he was tired and went home. I explained to the main office this was an immediate need so 2 days later they sent out 3 plumbers and rather than charging me the agreed rate of $155 per hour, charged nearly $400 per hour and took 6 and a half hours. When I received the bill I contacted Steve directly thinking he would be reasonable since I was a long time client, boy was I wrong. It was a very unpleasant experience. Needless to say we wont be using them again. I suggest you pass on this company.

I am so glad my wife and I connected with Paul at Confidence plumbing. For the quick review I give 5 stars for quality, communication, and integrity.
As for the details, this review is based on a pretty major job -- our service line from the house to the sewer line at the street needed to be replaced. I had an idea this might be the case, as the issues we were experiencing pointed to a major problem with the line. At the time when water was backing up into the house, my wife was the only one at home. When she called Confidence, the person answering the phone was able to help her avert a major problem by asking her to check other bathrooms, which she had not already done. She was able to get somebody out (Paul) that day to analyze the problem and give us an estimate. I honestly had sticker shock at the estimate, but after a series of searches and some calls, I found the price very reasonable for such a major job. He could have even charged more, as it was an emergency for us and Paul was willing to get a crew started right away. Usually there might be a fee with that type of response with some of the other companies. Also worth noting is that even though the angle of the line to the street was at an agle, increasing the length of the dig and materials needed, Paul stood by his original estimate and completed the job on time and without an increase in our price. Communication was first rate throughout the process as well, and he let me know what would happen every step of the way and even showed me how badly my line was collapsed and damaged in many different places. The new line also has a very cool added feature near the house that will make any future access much easier, as well as an additional access point at the street. Great quality work by an honest and fair person -- we're big fans. (never thought I'd say that about a plumbing company -- but i was never in such a stinky jam before)
NEW EXPERIENCE THREE YEARS LATER 7/2012:
This is a follow up to the glowing review that I wrote in feb. 2009. The job they did, repairing the sewer line, required a permit and a final inspection to close out the permit. They failed to schedule a final inspection, so when a different contractor went to the city to open up a new permit for different work, they could not because of the expired one from Confidence Plumbing. I thought it would be easy to get Paul to finish the job, but after two weeks, many conversations but no action from Nina at their office we had to hire someone else. Hopefully my yard will not need to be retrenched to hold a final inspection.

Reggie installed a water heater in May of 2020. In December 2021, the water heater stopped heating. The pilot wouldn't stay light. I reached out to Reggie. He was unable to come take a look. I called another plumber and when they came out, they told me the water heater was not installed up to code. The clearance of the gas control valve from the door supposed to be 1, there is no pan drain, the t & p goes up hill, vent in attic was disconnected and leaking carbon monoxide into the attic. I informed Reggie of these things and his response was his warranty is for one year. I don't understand.. what does a warranty have to do with it being improperly installed? He's supposed to be a professional plumber, shouldn't he be installing per code and safety. Thankfully no one was harmed because of his unsafe installation. I may escalate this to licensing because of his response to the issues brought to light. It should have been installed properly and I shouldn't have to pay someone else to fix these issues that I already paid Reggie for. He seems uninterested in making this right.
