They were fabulous and fast! They came to our aid in response to the 2021 winter storm that left our home without water. We got into the queues for a plumber late because we had breaks in lines associated with our water well so the breakage wasn't found until those were fixed.
Fast Flow called us back within minutes of leaving a message about our situation and was the first company to get to us. A team of 5 arrived to restore our water. They were patient (insurance questions), courteous and fast. They had water flowing into our house within 2 hours having replaced 76 feet of pipe!
We couldn't be more appreciative and will be using them for any plumbing needs in our future.

You might lead a charmed life and go through it without ever needing a plumber, but if you ever DO, I can't say enough great things about The Plumbinator Round Rock. Mickey and his crew have stood by us throughout several different episodes and they've been professional, honest and trustworthy and perform superior work every single time. They're great, someone you can rely on when you need help, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

If anyone has read my other reviews, you might know that I generally only like to talk about how great I am, but if I am going to take the time to review someone else, it is because they too, are great.  David is great.

David is exactly what I want from a professional. He explained everything I needed explaining. He solved my problem fast. I was out a hot water heater and would have had to wait a week to get one but David figured out a way to get me one within the hour and install it. He did and I was able to take a hot shower!

I was really happy with Kimco Plumbing. They answered their phone, showed up to the job on time, they offered me 2 solutions to my problem and had the correct parts stocked on the truck and finished the job in a timely manor. Plus their price was fair. David was the plumber that helped us, he was knowledgeable professional and skilled. I would highly recommend this company!

I am so impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail on the installation of my storm door. Extremely professional and bar none the best phone call I've made for service in MANY years. I will always recommend this company and will continue to use them for years! Polite, reliable, professional - can't beat that.

Three professional plumber's came and diagnosed our issue in a matter of minutes even though it was a big job. Our main sewer line was not only backed up but broken. These guys took care of it in a short period of time and I didn't have to be there. They were so professional and courteous I was very surprised they didn't try to rip us off like other companies. I have already lined them up for another job and have them on speed dial for any other future issues. I would give this company 10 stars

I bought a range, over-the-range microwave, and dish washer from Lowes on the day after Thanksgiving.  Fairway Plumbing did a great job installing the range and microwave.  I was immediately told that the dishwasher would likely not fit in the space I had available, and that I would need to buy a shorter and plastic rimmed dishwasher.  They measured my space and the dishwasher, and showed me it would not fit. They left without installing the dishwasher.

I checked out the details on the Lowes website, and there was a height range listed.  My space fit into that range.  I took pictures of a ruler against the space and sent them to Fairway along with the specs from the Lowes site.  I got some push back at first.  I was told that if they sent someone else out and it didn't fit that I would have to pay the trip fee.  I kept at it, and we checked out the pictures again, and she changed her mind.  They sent a guy who only installed dishwashers come out. He knew the story, and immediately turned the little feet on the dishwasher before bringing it in.  It went in without any problems.

So - that was a pain.  The first guys did a great job with the microwave.  It needed some extra work to do the installation, and they saw the problems and took care of them with no issues. I don't know how they didn't know that the dishwasher feet could be adjusted.  I'm sure they do now.  The dishwasher guy was great.  All of them were pleasant and respectful.  I'm giving Fairway 4 stars because everything did get done even though it was a painful process, and everyone was pleasant.  It's been several months, and there have been no problems.

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

We had a pretty serious backup on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within a couple hours of our call. The technician was extremely professional, well kept, nice, communicative, and informative. He fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was much steeper than I anticipated, but I chalk that up to it being an emergency call on a holiday.

Larry and his assistant came out to help us with the smell of sewer gas that was apparent in the master bathroom.  They arrived right on time, and were professional and knowledgable and took care of that problem.  We also asked them to clean out the outside drains for the master bath and they quickly took care of that.  We highly recommend Steve's Plumbing!

Massively over priced. Job worked out to be $228 per hour plus 150$ for materials and that's being generous. Would not recommend to anyone. Didn't even say thank you at the end of the job. Terrible.

None of the workers are licensed and very very rude. Never get things done in timely matter and leave their trash everywhere. A young girl that is employed chain smoked cigarettes the whole time and was very rude to me.
