I want to thank Jacob, who saved me $$ and time, and also did wonderful things for my self confidence as a craftsman.
So, I am an aspiring handyman whose ambition at times outruns my ability.
I wanted to install a recirculating pump to save water, as it used to take a long time to get hot water at our master bathroom shower and sinks. I carefully followed all directions in the water heater owner's manual and the pump, and was able to eventually install the pump so it looks like in the pictures (albeit after many grunts, groans, lots of sweating, and mild cursing). It seems the older I get the less able I am to work under my sink!
Next, I went back to the water heater to turn it on. I again followed all the instructions on the owner's manual, but the pilot light wouldn't light. I tried it several times, and had give up hope of getting it lit without replacing parts. I even looked at videos on how to replace the igniter. Not too terribly difficult, but I've been there before. I'm superb at taking things apart, but not so good at putting them back together.
I finally decided I needed professional help, and looked on Yelp. Immediately, I got a response from Jacob, who talked me thru the procedure, verifying I had done everything right. It was tough, as we had a bad connection, and he was in the middle of a job. He offered to call me right back; while waiting, I went back to my heater, but kept the lights off so I could see the inside the igniter window. This time, I was able to see the spark, and even got the pilot to light briefly, though it shut off again. Right about then, Jacob got back to me, and helped me troubleshoot.
We went through the steps together, and this time the pilot stayed lit, and when I turned the thermostat on the heater, we got the big flame and whoosh, and not it's working just fine.
Thank you Jacob. You helped me repair my water heater from miles away, avoiding a trouble call from you (and $$), and avoided me trying to replace a part that was working just fine. In today's world, where so often people are less than honest, it's refreshing to find someone like you. Thank you.

The Plumbinator fixed what Mustang plumbing couldn't.

Home Warranty of America sent out Mustang plumbing and they couldn't clear the clog.

I called the Plumbinator and within 2 hours of being on site of my home the clog was clear and they also ensured the second clean out line was clean and clear as well.

Price charged for the services was fair and reasonable. The 2 plumbers sent out by the Plumbinator were very friendly and provided great tips for products to use in having a older home with cast iron pipes.

David is a great plumber!  He is the most reasonable and fairest priced plumber I know.  As a Realtor and landlord of 20 years, I have dealt with my share of plumbers.  I have been using David for a few years now.  He has worked on my personal residence, my rent house, my wife's restaurant and I have referred him to several clients.  I would not trust him with my clients if he were not the best.  My clients have always been very happy with the results, you will be happy too if you call Make a Drain.

I was really happy with Kimco Plumbing. They answered their phone, showed up to the job on time, they offered me 2 solutions to my problem and had the correct parts stocked on the truck and finished the job in a timely manor. Plus their price was fair. David was the plumber that helped us, he was knowledgeable professional and skilled. I would highly recommend this company!

Called this past week for a backed up main drain in our basement. The person who answered our call gave us an accurate estimate for when the plumber would arrive. He called us when he was about 20-30 minutes out. When he arrived he looked at the issue, explained all the services he'd recommend along with the associated prices. He was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He took care of the backup and made appropriate recommendations for follow up. Very impressed with our emergency after hours care! Definitely recommend and would use them again!

Dennis Moore & Nicholas Mendoza did an excellent job of installing our dishwasher and motionsense faucet that we bought from Lowes. They were on time, professional and very accommodating (the A/C had gone out the day before, so the A/C guy was still here when they arrived and they had no problem nor comments about working around this).

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

We had a pretty serious backup on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within a couple hours of our call. The technician was extremely professional, well kept, nice, communicative, and informative. He fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was much steeper than I anticipated, but I chalk that up to it being an emergency call on a holiday.

Called yesterday and Gale showed up at my place today. I needed my new dual vanity sink installed with new parts and it barley breached $100 for everything. Well worth the service and convenience. Nonetheless, Gale was extremely nice and worked diligently to get the sink fully functional so I don't have to worry about a thing.

Steve's Plumbing really was a great outlet for me and this is my second review posting for anything. So you know it's not spam, which I usually have reservations.

We have used Confidence Plumbing 4 times in the past 1 1/2 years and they are consistently great.! They come when they say they're going to come and do great quality work at a reasonable price. They are super friendly and very trustworthy. These guys will lift your spirits even when you're having a plumbing emergency!! Fortunately there are people like Paul & Eddie when you really need them!!

Reggie installed a water heater in May of 2020. In December 2021, the water heater stopped heating. The pilot wouldn't stay light. I reached out to Reggie. He was unable to come take a look. I called another plumber and when they came out, they told me the water heater was not installed up to code. The clearance of the gas control valve from the door supposed to be 1, there is no pan drain, the t & p goes up hill, vent in attic was disconnected and leaking carbon monoxide into the attic. I informed Reggie of these things and his response was his warranty is for one year. I don't understand.. what does a  warranty have to do with it being improperly installed? He's supposed to be a professional plumber, shouldn't he be installing per code and safety. Thankfully no one was harmed because of his unsafe installation. I may escalate this to licensing because of his response to the issues brought to light. It should have been installed properly and I shouldn't have to pay someone else to fix these issues that I already paid Reggie for. He seems uninterested in making this right.
