It's good to see all of these great reviews for Marks company. JB Plumbing really is a diamond in the rough.I called in the evening, Mark was here the next morning. He said He'd be here at 8am, he arrived at 7:55am ( perfect ). He assessed our project, clearly explained how he could help, and even pointed out a few problems he noticed in the basement that he could fix. Mark said he would send us an estimate within the next two days, he did ( perfect ). He was in and out within 10 minutes and left me feeling confident in my choice.

2 months passed before we could get back to Mark about doing the job ( due to the holidays ). I emailed him Friday asking when he would possibly have time to fit in a 2 month old estimate and if he could. He called me back that day and said he could come out on Monday to review the project, he did. Mark told us he could do the job on Wed. or Thurs. He even honored his original proposal. I know he's a busy busy guy so, he totally didn't have to take on our project so fast.

Wed. morning, said he'd be here at 7:30, he was ( drop cloths and all ). We left him a check & a key and, went to work. he texted me when they were done the job ( polite of him). I arrived home and I must say, they did a very very clean job with my project. everything is perfect. No debris left or, sloppy connections or, mistakes. It was exactly what he said they would do. ( Perfect ).

Mark and his crew are an actual 5 star company. I don't usually or almost ever write reviews but, this one is something I'd like to co-sign  on.

1. The price was fair ( I did my research ).
2. Mark was honest with me ( I respect that )
3. They are very punctual and flexible ( great for those who work during the day)
4. clean and secure ( no sloppy glue, sloppy soldered joints, etc.... )
5. Great attitude ( Mark is always pleasant and professional. he doesn't rush a bunch of technical words at you, he explains everything clearly.)

We will definitely use them again when need be. 5 stars......

Every time I've called to make an appointment, they've come out that same day. Tom and Chris have hydrojetted our drain twice now. They are super nice and clearly know what they're doing!

Agree with all the great reviews of Brandon here. He's very responsive and easy to coordinate with via texts and calls. Both times he came for an appointment, he texted updates on his ETA and was always on time or even early. He replaced an old toilet really quickly and we've been really happy with it since. Will definitely be calling him back for more plumbing work and general house jobs.

Had a main drain line clog. Caused me to not be able to use any water in the house.

Tried Roto rooter first and after two appointments cancelled because they were hours late with no eta we finally had to look elsewhere.

Called Boss Plumbing. Wish we did that first. William & DJ arrived very quickly and handled the issue in twenty minutes. Fair pricing for Philly. Everything working fine now. Highly recommend.

Great service, communication and a knowledgeable plumber. Highly recommend Aqua- Mike was on time and very honest about my issues. He was professional, courteous and friendly.

I am giving John Snyder a 4/5 because I initially had a very frustrating and confusing miscommunication situation regarding the service/work order description and quote, and a last minute, day-of appointment cancelation by the tech. HOWEVER, John Snyder came out himself the next day and the following Monday and worked through all the confusion, took responsibility for his Tech and the resulting extra work/time. John overcame all obstacles and was professional, thorough, kept me in the loop, and was adamant about honoring the quote I was originally given, even though it would have cost way more. Overall, the work he did is fantastic and I felt he made up for the situation with his tech.

I imagine how challenging this line of work can be, and I understand that things do not always go as planned; so I appreciate all that John did to rectify the situation, his work is excellent, and I would use him again.

Our sink overflowed on Saturday night. I got a quick response and service provided the next day. He was very accommodating with the time, punctual and professional. He explained was caused the issue and gave us some tips to prevent the issue from reoccurring. Would definitely recommend.

Not a good experience with the technician that came over . I think his name was Fred . I wasn't home , but my husband told me that we had two leaks and that it will cost one price for the pipe to be fix in back of the bathtub and the faucets needed to be changed . The job will cost $500. Plus. I asked the plumber if he could just change the stems because I wanted my handles to stay the same and he told me he couldn't . I thanked him for his time but no thanks and he handed my husband the phone and left abruptly . When I called another plumber it was a leak from somewhere else and nothing has to be change . I will not call this company for any of my plumbing problems.

Pleasant experience with this company it was a shower repair leaking faucet reasonable and fairly priced.

I meant to write this review years ago, but recently realized that I never did. If I could give Mike 10 stars, I would. He is professional, knowledgeable, competitively priced, trustworthy, and a genuinely kind person. He has done a few larger projects for us over the years (old house plumbing issues!), and when he could not help (we needed our main external sewer pipe replaced, which involved ground excavation in our front yard), he directed us to someone else fantastic. Mike has taken the time more than once to answer my random questions by text message, which I appreciate SO much. We will never use anyone else!

He's simply honest. His work is always well done, he calls back later to make sure you're happy with it, he answers all questions in a way I can understand and never asks to speak to my husband or dad. They arrive on time, communicate well and their prices are fair. If you call for something he thinks you can do yourself, he'll flat out tell you how to trouble shoot it and to call back if you actually need him. Honest and hard working. Recommend him to all my neighbors as they move in. He's everyone's go to plumber on my block!

Very professional and fast from the office to the plumber. Jerry came out to replace my busted garbage disposal the same day I called, worked quickly and didn't leave any mess behind. 5 stars, will use again and recommend.

Our sump pump broke and our basement flooded. I contacted Bommer after hours through yelp asking questions and getting quotes and they responded right back to me! They came the next next morning and installed our new sump pump. Jim was so helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you again Jim!

Our kitchen sink stopped draining, and despite my best efforts with the drain snake it just wouldn't budge.  Time to call in professionals.  Luan and Kapo responded to a request for quotes within minutes, and arrived when they said they would just about down to the minute.  My simple unclogging of the kitchen pipes turned out to be a larger problem that involved replacing a section of pipe and doing some heavy duty augering.  They went out to the nearest store for supplies - mind you, this is now 9 PM on Saturday night - came back, and worked until almost midnight to fix the original problem and the subsequent other problems they found.  They explained what the root cause of the issue was, answered my questions about it (without upselling of any kind), and made sure the problem was good and fixed before they left.  The work came in at a higher price than quoted because....well, it turned out to be a lot more work, but the price I wound up paying was more than fair.  If you need work done you could definitely do a lot worse.

Chris the owner is very attentive and even goes on job sites for even the small jobs. I am so impressed.  He texted me after hours to get info to fix our plumbing issues.  The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.  Our regular technician is Ray and we love him. He is always on time and does an excellent job.  We have an older house so plumbing issues seem to creep up a bit.  I am really glad we found this guys.  They are our go to plumbers!

Damn. Sorry that the other two people had such bad experience with this guy. My experience was actually terrific!
My hot water heater on my rented home went bust over the weekend, on a friends advice I was told to try My Plumber. He came out within 2 hours, told me what I already knew, that it was dead dead dead. Came on Monday with a replacement hot water heater that was way under what I expected to pay.

I recently encountered an issue with my basement floor drain which was overflowing due to a clogged main sewer line. I contacted Roto-Rooter to address the problem and they recommended replacing the curb trap, which was estimated to cost around $10,000. Needless to say, this was quite alarming.

Fortunately, I reached out to Mr. Rooter and Kevin Hare came to assess the situation. Kevin was extremely professional and diligent, using a camera to guide the snake cable and locate the blockage in my sewer line. He was able to successfully clear the blockage using water jetting and snake cable techniques, and he fixed the issue for around $1,200. I was extremely grateful for his hard work and expertise, and I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of plumbing assistance. Thank you, Kevin and Mr. Rooter, for your excellent service!

We just moved into a new house and got in touch with Kevin when our water usage was significantly higher than it should be. He fixed a major leak from the upstairs shower, and then surveyed the remainder of the house for potential sources of excess water use. Since he left, our water usage has returned to a reasonable level.  Kevin was friendly, professional, on time and efficient.  Would highly recommend!
