Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

I reached out to Yelp on Sunday.. Mark got in contact immediately. He come out the next day on time , and got the job done in an hour. Very professional and reliable, will definitely use him and he's highly recommended!

I won't ever tackle an electrical project at home.  It scares me.  But plumbing?  It's just tightening a nut or replacing a washer.  Not a problem.  My quick repair of a leaky bathroom faucet turned into a replastering of my den ceiling.  Now plumbing too is off-limits.  So when both shower faucets started leaking at the same time, I called Scott Plumbing.  

The past few plumbers we used were either non-responsive, too far out of the area, or just plain weird (Your whippet is very fat...thank you Cesar Milan.).  So I called Scott Plumbing in nearby Flourtown and they stopped by the next day, fixed the problem in an hour, and didn't overcharge us.  That, in my mind, is five star service.  Plus, he was nice and knew everything about the plumbing in our style house.   He told me that the washers were the originals from when the house was built in 1955.  I said that that was interesting, but do you think my whippet is fat?  He left posthaste.

Had another great experience with his company. Had a broken pipe causing a leak. Called them immediately. They were able to send someone out ASAP. Even followed up to make sure he got there. Problems was fixed immediately.  Great service and fair pricing. Highly recommend them, especially in an emergency.

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

I was referred to Zoom by my plumber after my laundry drain line clogged up. I had them come out twice. Both times the technicians were polite, gave me the price upfront ($230-ish), and then got to work. Neither one seemed particularly confident answering my questions. The first time the guy was very thorough, snaked it twice for me, and took the time to run the washer to make sure the drain was open, and then tried to sell me on some drain cleaner solutions. I had no issues for 4 months. The second guy was less experienced, very friendly, but only ran the water vs. a load. I only got one cycle that didn't overflow and so I utilized their 30 day warranty (they come back for free). This time the manager came out and actually analyzed my issue. The plumbing wasn't up to code, the way the pipes were laid wasn't intelligent, and I needed to get my plumber out to install a utility sink. He apologized that neither technician noticed these issues. You would hope that guys who stare at drains all day would have knowledge of codes or at least notice when something seemed off. Wish I could've gotten that last $230 back.

Joseph's is amazing. This is the second time we've used their services and they are extremely fast, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our hot water heater broke yesterday and I called Joseph's at 8:15pm expecting to leave a message and have someone call me back today. But he picked up, listened to our issue and had his team here this morning bc it was important that our hot water was working. They are our go-to plumber and I couldn't recommend them enough.

I left a message late last night at Andy's Plumbing & Heating because I noticed a wet spot on my kitchen ceiling.  Since my kitchen is directly below the bathroom, I figured that there was a leak.  

John and Freddie called me around a quarter to 9 and arrived less than 20 minutes later.  They quickly identified the toilet sealant as the culprit and resealed it in about 20 minutes.  They didn't mind me watching and asking questions while they did the job, so I could learn about these things myself.  In addition to their responsiveness, professionalism, and reasonable price, they gave me a 2 year warranty in case the toilet leaks again.  They cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly.  I paid with a check so I'm not sure if they accept credit cards.

I would use Andy's Plumbing & Heating again!

Rich came out promptly at our prearranged time and within 15 minutes fixed a serious clog that two prior plumbers could not fix, one whom was reputable and recommended me going through my homeowners for a broken pipe. He saved me thousands of dollars and his fee was reasonable considering he had to go on my roof!

Krzyzanowski Plumbing is the best!  They worked with our schedule, quickly evaluated the job and gave us a fair quote.  Then they came out and promptly completed the job professionally and cleanly without any surprises.  A very positive experience that we could not have hoped to go more smoothly.  Thanks!

We've had Vin out to help with several different issues in our home. He's always been very responsive, on time, and does the job right the first time. He doesn't mind explaining what he's doing, which is a nice change from other service people I've encountered in the past. Very trustworthy! I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

Had a problem with my heater when I got home. It was not working and it's cold. Called Turner Bros a little after 9pm. Brian told me that he would be right over and he was. Brian was great. He quickly determined the problem. He did a great job explaining the problem to me. He had to run back to his shop to get a part. He said 20 minutes and was right on time again. It was a quick fix and he gave me a great price. I was really happy to see that some people still know how to run a good business. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and accommodating. Top-quality work. So, I highly recommend them. Would have given 5 stars except they overcharged for labor time. The worker was here 40 minutes and charged 2 hours. When I called to complain, they took off half an hour so I still was overcharged.

I contacted Zoom Drain for an emergent plumbing issue thru thumbtack and read that they offered a $0 on-site estimate. Not only was my issue not fixed/diagnosed but we paid $140 for the service call.

This company took a $1,000 deposit from us and said they had to order a part. Well, that part never came in and they never contacted us again. Trying to get a hold of someone that knows what's going on is very difficult. We are still trying to get our money back and now have to pay attorney fees as well. Be careful when using this company.
