Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

I reached out to Yelp on Sunday.. Mark got in contact immediately. He come out the next day on time , and got the job done in an hour. Very professional and reliable, will definitely use him and he's highly recommended!

Trustworthy and reliable.    I had a burst pipe this morning and received immediate service.  Jim had it resolved and everything back working within thirty minutes.  So happy to have finally found such an honest plumber:)

I won't ever tackle an electrical project at home.  It scares me.  But plumbing?  It's just tightening a nut or replacing a washer.  Not a problem.  My quick repair of a leaky bathroom faucet turned into a replastering of my den ceiling.  Now plumbing too is off-limits.  So when both shower faucets started leaking at the same time, I called Scott Plumbing.  

The past few plumbers we used were either non-responsive, too far out of the area, or just plain weird (Your whippet is very fat...thank you Cesar Milan.).  So I called Scott Plumbing in nearby Flourtown and they stopped by the next day, fixed the problem in an hour, and didn't overcharge us.  That, in my mind, is five star service.  Plus, he was nice and knew everything about the plumbing in our style house.   He told me that the washers were the originals from when the house was built in 1955.  I said that that was interesting, but do you think my whippet is fat?  He left posthaste.

Our toilet wasn't flushing right for awhile and we figured we probably needed a new one. Mark responded so fast, was very friendly and honest. He was affordable, did great work and got it done fast and hassle free! Thank you!!

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

Good service but very expensive for the work being done. $800 for a job that took less than 1hr is ridiculous

Very professional service I received from these guys. Kitchen faucet went bad due to blockage and they came out the next day. And the guy wore a mask which was greatly appreciated. They are now my official plumbing service.. Thx Joe..

Dave & Charles are both extremely knowledgable and went the extra distance to completely resolve my plumbing issues on their 1st visit & answered any plumbing related questions. They were very professional, courteous, and understanding of my special circumstances as a handicapped person. They are honest & their work was reasonably priced. They are both logical & perfectionists & they explained everything completely to me so i had complete confidence and trust in their plumbing abilities. Their work area is clean & were very careful in my home. They both have great personalities & treated me with dignity & respect. They are both serious about their work as master plumbers, but their occasional jokes were greatly appreciated. i give them my highest recommendation & i thank them both so much for helping me to get through this anxious situation. Our AC broke, and we simply called them around 8pm and got a return call within a few minutes. Turns out they weren't able to come for 2 days, but they were able to walk us through how to fix it ourselves over the phone (turns out the fuse blew out) and saved us a bunch of time and money. We will definitely be calling these guys when we need a bigger job done!!

Rich came out promptly at our prearranged time and within 15 minutes fixed a serious clog that two prior plumbers could not fix, one whom was reputable and recommended me going through my homeowners for a broken pipe. He saved me thousands of dollars and his fee was reasonable considering he had to go on my roof!

The previous plumber I used was not returning phone calls, so I searched a neighborhood facebook group looking for a plumber, almost every response was Turner Bros. and now I see why. (I feel bad, I forget the guy's name) was able to come out right after I called to take a look at the problem. He explained the cause of the problem in a way that was not condescending and really made me understand what was going on. We were able to set up for him to come back the next day. When they came to fix the problem, they were punctual (actually a little early, yay!), professional, and cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell they were there. The price was very affordable and both guys that were here were very upbeat and pleasant. I'll definitely be calling them for any plumbing issues in the future!!

Andrew came out to help with my drain. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional.  If you need your drain unclogged; please call them. They are fabulous!

Worst company ever!!! DO NOT CALL this company. My heater broke 2 weeks ago and they sent someone emergently on a Sunday to take a look. Great right? Wrong! They were able to get my enducer motor running again with WD-40 although they admitted that I would probably need a new one. They recorded the model number down on my receipt just in case. My heat shut down a week later and I called them to come fix it. However, apparently they had written down the wrong model number so had to come out again. Three days later, they sent a plumber who took a picture of my air conditioner (I didn't know it at the time). Two days later, I was told the model number was wrong (of course it was wrong since it was my A/C model number) and they had to come again. This time, they actually sent their heating service guy who recorded the correct number. The company called me the next day and told me the new enducer motor would not be delivered for another 4 days and then they could try to get someone out immediately to fix it. This was a total of NINE days with freezing temperatures in my home! I finally called another company who came the same day at 6 pm, ordered the part and had my motor installed by 10:30 the next morning (for $250 less than what Best Choice was quoting). Best Choice is super disorganized and clearly not knowledgeable about heating systems. Don't waste your time!!
