Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

I reached out to Yelp on Sunday.. Mark got in contact immediately. He come out the next day on time , and got the job done in an hour. Very professional and reliable, will definitely use him and he's highly recommended!

Great fast reliable service.  We had a drain pipe severely clog on a Saturday afternoon.  We called Jim and he was at our front door with in 15 minutes.  He fixed the problem and charged a fair price.  I will be calling him back with any future plumbing issues.

I won't ever tackle an electrical project at home.  It scares me.  But plumbing?  It's just tightening a nut or replacing a washer.  Not a problem.  My quick repair of a leaky bathroom faucet turned into a replastering of my den ceiling.  Now plumbing too is off-limits.  So when both shower faucets started leaking at the same time, I called Scott Plumbing.  

The past few plumbers we used were either non-responsive, too far out of the area, or just plain weird (Your whippet is very fat...thank you Cesar Milan.).  So I called Scott Plumbing in nearby Flourtown and they stopped by the next day, fixed the problem in an hour, and didn't overcharge us.  That, in my mind, is five star service.  Plus, he was nice and knew everything about the plumbing in our style house.   He told me that the washers were the originals from when the house was built in 1955.  I said that that was interesting, but do you think my whippet is fat?  He left posthaste.

Utility sink was leaking in my basement.  I was given the number to McGoldrick and I definitely do not regret calling them.  The lady on the phone said they would have someone out the next day.  I asked them to give me a half hour's notice since I would need that time to drive home from work.  Sure enough the next morning the same lady calls me when the plumber is half an hour away from my house.  Mark was very nice and fixed the problem right away.  I will certainly call McGoldrick for any plumbing issues in the future.

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

This is the second time I've called Zoom to clean out my storm and sewer drains. Steve Martino is always on time, polite, knowledgable and just pleasant to deal with. Wouldn't choose anyone else for this service.

Very professional service I received from these guys. Kitchen faucet went bad due to blockage and they came out the next day. And the guy wore a mask which was greatly appreciated. They are now my official plumbing service.. Thx Joe..

Dave & Charles are both extremely knowledgable and went the extra distance to completely resolve my plumbing issues on their 1st visit & answered any plumbing related questions. They were very professional, courteous, and understanding of my special circumstances as a handicapped person. They are honest & their work was reasonably priced. They are both logical & perfectionists & they explained everything completely to me so i had complete confidence and trust in their plumbing abilities. Their work area is clean & were very careful in my home. They both have great personalities & treated me with dignity & respect. They are both serious about their work as master plumbers, but their occasional jokes were greatly appreciated. i give them my highest recommendation & i thank them both so much for helping me to get through this anxious situation. I would love to give them a rating based on their actual work, but unfortunately their customer service is horrible. I left 2 messages, 2 days in a row, with their answering service and never received a phone call back to schedule my service. They must not need my business. Moving on to someone else. Oh well.

Rich came out promptly at our prearranged time and within 15 minutes fixed a serious clog that two prior plumbers could not fix, one whom was reputable and recommended me going through my homeowners for a broken pipe. He saved me thousands of dollars and his fee was reasonable considering he had to go on my roof!

Krzyzanowski Plumbing is the best!  They worked with our schedule, quickly evaluated the job and gave us a fair quote.  Then they came out and promptly completed the job professionally and cleanly without any surprises.  A very positive experience that we could not have hoped to go more smoothly.  Thanks!

I had just totally redone my guest bathroom for a significant amount with high-end features.  After a few days, we noticed that the toilet was not flushing properly and water was spouting from the shower drain.  I called Narberth plumbing because I had used Joe Carr for 25 years, and he was quick, fair and experienced.  It seems Joe had retired and when I called Narberth Plubbing, the new owner, Vince, came over.  He removed the toilet and informed me that he would need to take out several feet of my new white marble flooring and a large part a very expensive Spanish wall tile.  He estimated a cost of $2,000 to $3,000 plus the needed repairs.  I called my renovator and he told me to call Zoom plumbing and have my house drains blown out.  I did that, and everything works just fine.

Nothing worse than a crooked or incompetent tradesman.  This is not the plumber that it used to be when Joe Carr was doing the work.

Brian was punctual, friendly and fixed promptly the plumbing issues with our basin and drains. Would strongly recommend.

Hired them to come out while our basement was flooding. Super responsive, super nice. Called a second time several months later, set up an appointment, and they never showed. Never heard from them again, either. This would be a 1 star review if we hadn't had the one good experience. Bad business practice.

Although my issue wasn't completely resolved, Zoom Drain was on time, professional and even provided options and cost for each. The tech was able to put a camera and a jet in my drain. That cleared out some of the clog I had which allowed my toilet to flush. Overall a good company and would use them in the future if needed.

Absolutely not the BEST CHOICE you can make. They were contracted for an EMERGENCY repair for a clogged trap. After not being put on their schedule and 2 reschedules it is now 3 weeks later with no service for an EMERGENCY.
Guess I'll use my basement as an indoor swimming pool.
