Great family owned plumbing company. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs. They did a great job at my home for a new bathroom and washroom. Polite and professional

It's hard to find a good plumber. I have been using enviro safe for over ten years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They even repair and paint the drywall when it has to be opened up.
They know my system and always manage to solve the problems that come with a large older house.
I know the technicians by name and trust them implicitly.

Called for plumbing repairs two weeks ago. Left a detailed message. No response. No stars.

Rip Off Plumber. I hired Joseph's(my regular plumber was too busy) to replace a corroded iron return pipe to the laundry room radiator. $2100. The radiator always produced very good heat because of the short run from boiler to the laundry room. After Joseph's repair, there is barely any heat coming off of it.
They installed a small pex line which didn't match the size of the iron pipe it was attached to. This restricts the flow of the circulation.
Their workman were very unprofessional. They tore the insulation off and left it in the crawl space and they left standing water in the basement. They also failed to connect another pipe in the crawl space that was detached during the repair.
I complained and they returned to reconnect the pipe and dispose of the insulation. I had already taken care of the water.
Joseph's did return again when I explained I wasn't getting much heat out of the radiator. All he did was deny.
I had my usual plumber, Rumpf, come out. He agreed that the wrong size line had been installed. Not only was it the wrong size but it was the wrong type. Joseph's installed pex line for water not pex line for heating.
I'm waiting for his estimate to install the correct pex line.

These guys are the absolute best! My heater broke and they came out and had it replaced in a day during a terrible snow storm. They are so friendly and very informative of what's going on. So professional and I highly recommend them for heating and plumbing.

Mitchell at Star Plumbing is the best. He is always available to discuss any situation. Paul is one of his plumbers that has been with him for a while and is very good at what he does and very courteous.I would recommend him for any plumbing job and will use him again.

I recently took on the rehab of a long-vacant property near me. East Falls had to do a complete re-plumbing of the 3 story house, including a new boiler and replacement of some (very heavy!) radiators. I have to say it was completed with minimal of complications on my part. The work was done in the time frame he suggested and when there was a problem in one of the older lines he was back to make the needed adjustments to correct the problem. Very professional and easy to work with.

We've used Attilio plumbing several times over the years for various work, most recently to replace a leaking garbage disposal. As always, they were prompt - arriving within an hour after I called; courteous, professional and did a great job for a very reasonable price. Jeff was awesome. Very happy I came across them, definitely recommended!

Used Thompson to troubleshoot a heating issue with my radiator as well as inspect the old boiler in the basement in my house in Fairmount. Vince the owner answered each time I called and was very helpful over the phone. John showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. He was able to fix my radiator and provide an honest assessment of my heating system. He's got 30 years of experience, is very knowledgeable, and took time to explain the entire heating system to me. Both guys get an A in customer service, & the job cost exactly as what was quoted over the phone. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future.

We just had a gas leak (existing old lines) and of course called McLoughlin. They came out on a Sunday and confirmed the leak. The next day they sent two plumbers who located two small leaks (had to put compressed air through the lines in order to find them). Once found they replaced the leaking lines and our house is once again safe!

Jim(the owner) is a dishonest person, with no integrity. His plumber came out and used the standard pricing guide (designed by Jim) to give me a quote. Jim was unaware I received a price already from one of his guys, and came to my location upon his request. I thought he just wanted to size up the job before they started but he quoted me again! This time he was almost double what I was originally quoted by his company! I said, I was already quoted $800 by you guys a few days ago? He then said Ok that should work.????? What was he trying to do here? He was trying to take me to the bank. He is extremely passive aggressive too. Since then his price has again gone up, and when my wife asked for an explanation he de-graded her and hung up the phone. He was an hour late for our appointment and when I confronted him about it and told him I didn't have much time because I was already late for work, he didn't even acknowledge what I said. Jim, the owner is extremely dishonest. It's unfortunate because I had small jobs done by his guys in the past and they do a good job, but I can't do business with owners like this. Beware of Victor James Plumbing owner, Jim. It's safe to say that eventually word will get out about him.

They were recommended by a neighbor. Replaced my 40 gallon gas Bradford White water heater. Work looks good, upgraded chimney from a 3 inch to 4 inch line; ended up costing $1250 for the job. Was a little surprised to find the empty cardboard carton from the new water heater in my recycling, but broke the box down and hauled it out. Nice job, nothing to rave about.

I had this company hook up a gas dryer in my new house because the gas line to the dryer was a little over two feet too short. The job ended up taking about 40 minutes and I was charged $400 (at the owners direction, I was told) when every other company I'd talked to had quoted me around $100-150. To top it off, since it was a Saturday there was no one in the office to answer why I was being charged so much. I've been calling basically every day for over a week to get some answers and I've consistently been told by numerous people The boss knows you're trying to reach him, he'll get back to you tomorrow. Well, it's been over five weeks with me calling and nobody has gotten back to me with any information about why this job was so much more expensive than anyone else told me it would be.
EDIT: I'd also been told over the course of the five weeks of calling that I would be (and a few times had been) refunded various amounts. No refund ever came through. I finally had someone call me back from the company to talk to me about the cost of the job and now they're saying I won't be refunded anything.
I say either go with another plumber or, if you'd like the same experience in a much shorter time frame, drink a bunch of poison.
