We had JB plumbing install our new hot water heater and remove our old one. On the day of installation the installers were here prompt and extremely professional. The process was headache free from the start of the quote to the installation.

We had a second floor shower leak down to the floor below. They found the leak fairly quickly and fixed it. The price was fair and they were honest and pleasant to interact with. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them.

We had a slow leak from a section of cast iron drain pipe that wasn't replaced when the rest of the plumbing was upgraded. Brandon was amazing. He communicated clearly every step of the way, was timely, professional, and knew exactly what to do. Completed whole job in less than 4 hours and left the house spotless. This guy is outstanding. Yesterday a tenant from my rental property in Philadelphia called complaining about a clogged kitchen sink full of water that wouldn't drain.
It was very difficult to find someone to come soon on Memorial day and the ones who could priced this urgent job pretty high.
Plumbing n things didn't have lots of reviews but I decided to take my chances. Not only they gave me a great price and offered a camera inspection, but also came over on holiday and did it fast. Needless to say, they also did a great job with the issue.
Making decisions like this without being there is quite a challenge, but I am glad I was able to find this business. It's also a family-owned business and It is my choice to support small businesses.

Had the joy of waking up to a broken water heater and 2 inches of water in my (thankfully unfinished) basement.  I called Goodman at 8:15 a.m., and they had two guys here by around 10 a.m.  They quoted me a fair price for replacing the water heater (with a good quality one and warranty, etc.), taking out the old one, adding necessary connections, etc.  They were done with everything before noon.  They did a fair job of getting out the worst of the pooled water too.  Although these kinds of emergency repairs are no fun, at least I was able to get it fixed and have hot water back on the same day.  Will definitely use Goodman again for plumbing needs.

Pleasant experience with this company it was a shower repair leaking faucet reasonable and fairly priced.

After receiving a call from the water department about my $300 outstanding bill I knew it had to be from the toilet in our powder room. I had called a different local plumber from the yellow pages 2 weeks prior and never got a return call. So I tried again, this time via yelp and selected Miller Plumbing. They are local and had positive reviews. He was very responsive and fit me in that same day as he had another call in the neighborhood. He was on time, and diagnosed and solved the problem immediately and explained why, although the toilet is getting older, there was no need to replace it. He also took care of a local neighbor who called him when I told them he was visiting me that day. Miller Plumbing is now the only call I will make.

John Jr. came out with a helper the same day as I called. They replaced a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. They did a good job, tested for leaks, wore masks, and cleaned up.  Thank you!

Technician arrived on time and did a great job installing the new toilet within an hour . He cleaned up and dispose the old toilet for me.  He followed COVID protocol and never take his mask off the whole time.

A pipe broke on Thursday (Thanksgiving).  Friday morning I entered a Yelp request for a quote from Bommer plumbing.  (Yelp site now says response is typically within 9 hours, although at the time I'd thought it was 4 hours).  Nothing back on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in spite of their 24 hour service claim.  Early Monday morning I receive a message saying technician can't evaluate from picture and will need to come onsite to quote.  If you accept quote, $87 charge will be waived.  I can understanding wanting more info, but how about a call or request for more detail first, before charging $87 for an estimate?

Compare this to JB Plumbing, where the owner responded within 10 minutes of my request, happened to live nearby and came over to check out the situation (no charge) and then gave me options since he didn't have needed part in hand.  One of the options was to wait and see what other plumbers responded.  If no one was available, let him know and he'd send one of his techs from Phila on Saturday.  Long story short - go with JB and skip the M-F, no holiday support Bommer.

Maybe it was just an off time or they aren't set up to respond to yelp quickly, but they should say so in their listing.

I needed a toilet replaced and these gentleman came out in an hour and provided great service for a great value. Will definitely request their services for future plumbing issues.

I cannot recommend Chris Williams enough. Chris has done many jobs for our family in both our previous home and our new home. He installed an entire master bathroom addition for us as well as other smaller jobs and repairs. Most recently Chris has helped us during a water main clog right before the holidays when we had family visiting and we're in a major pinch! If we had not hired him for the job, we would very likely have ended up with waste water overflowing in our first floor kitchen and bathroom on Christmas Eve!

He has gone above and beyond in many ways - from being available via text and cell at late hours, to taking the time to fully explain in layman's terms the details of every job he has done. He lets you know why he recommends the solution he is proposing as well as gives you options. He clearly thinks through each situation with care and does what is best for the homeowner. He and his team have always been courteous and kind, and on top of it all, his prices are very fair and reasonable. If prefer to work with someone you can trust and feel comfortable with, go with Chris!

We had a problem with the spigot on our rooftop deck and called My Plumber. Mike showed up in 30 minutes and diagnosed our problem. The spigot was not working at all, but the spigot on our outside patio was working. Mike stayed with us and helped us solve the problem within 15 minutes. We had accidentally turned off the knob in the basement three years ago and it cut off the flow to the spigot on the roof. Mike didn't charge us for the visit and he was a great guy to talk to about our plumbing issues. We highly recommend him for your plumbing service.

We had a clogged drain pipe outside and the rain was getting into our basement. After multiple plumbers said they couldn't handle that type of work, we got Mr. Rooter on the schedule ASAP. Lenny came first thing in the morning and completely fixed the issue. He said he's seen it all and assured me he could get the job done, and he did. Extremely reasonable prices compared to some of the other quotes we were given. Lenny rocks!

Kevin was fantastic -- he fixed a couple sinks that had been perennial problems in our home. Don't know why we waited to fix these, but he came by, inspected them, helped us pick a replacement, and got everything installed really fast. Super nice, very communicative -- we'll definitely use his service again (and sooner this time!)
