Mark was EARLY to my appointment and text me to let me know.  Impressive to have someone be respectful of my time!  

He took at look at my valve leak, fixed the issue with the turn of a wrench, and refused to charge me since it was just loose.  

I will call Mark from here on out for all my plumbing and maintenance work.  He gained a customer for life.

Won't be calling them again.  The work they do is good but the prices are insane!  Went I called and made the appointment. I told them what was wrong and what needed to be done.  They said $185 for snaking and $350 for hydrojetting.  When the work was done, I was charged $450... on top of that the tech said I can use a credit card for the payment and with taxes it was $463.50.  He never said there was a 3% charge ($13.50) for using a credit card.  I told him that I can pay by check to and I would have if I knew there was a charge for that!!  These guys are a scam... make sure you confirm and reconfirm the payment before an work is done.  Also, these guys don't have the proper tools... they had to go to home depot to get a snake... shouldn't a licensed plumbing company have a snake in their truck?  Never using them again!!!

This is residential not commercial! It's a 1st floor of a duplex. So $265 for removing a toilet and putting it back... WOW!!!

Warren and his team did great work on my duplex! I called him and he came out within 2 hours. He found the problem and offered a solution. I had a pipe freeze and Aqua had someone come out within days of posting the project to Yelp. The plumber replaced the pipe in under and hour and charged less than the last guy who came out. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I do need a plumber I'll call these guys again, for sure.

Great a device. Friendly and reliable. Was able to see us within in a day of our request. He made every effort to get out to us although he had a busy schedule. Reasonable price to pay for repair.

I noticed I had a leaking shutoff valve under my toilet, looked on yelp for plumbers and noticed Plumbing and Things had great reviews so i sent a quote request (this was on Friday evening) Kit actually called me back about an hour later. I described what was going on, he told me what the problem most likely was and gave me a price, I agree because it was a good price. He was able to come out the next morning, he was on time , very professional and was very nice. The problem was exactly what he said it was, he completed the job and even cleaned up the area. The price was what he said no add ons and no surprises. I definitely would recommend calling Kit and getting Plumbing and Things for any job you may have.

I called the day before requesting they remove a bathtub. The receptionist said that she was not sure they could do it because he would have to look at it first - presumably the plumber. Fast forward to today and Shawn enters my home.  After speaking with his boss Shawn said he could remove the tub for 185.00. I agreed and walked back into my office. After a few minutes I walked back into the bathroom to find Shawn struggling to pull the bathtub out of the corner. This was obviously a heavy bathtub so I assisted him. By the time we moved it out of the corner, it was obvious that Shawn wanted me to help him take it outside - rather than calling for assistance. I politely told him that I could not lift it. So, after staring at each other for a few minutes I asked what he was going to do? He said that he knew a good scraper who could pick it up. I asked, you are charging me 180.00 to move the tub out of the corner and into the center of the bathroom? He said, yes! I said, you are going to leave the tub here? He said, what do you want me to do, carry it on my back? After a few words he said, fine, I won't charge you anything and walked out.   I immediately called their office and left a message with the receptionist. The owner has not returned my call.  The tub sits in the middle of the bathroom.

So, if you hire these guys just be prepared to get your hands dirty and not complete the job. What a Horrible experience!

Our hot water tank cracked and started leaking suddenly. Mike came over the same day and was able to install new unit within 48hours. It is evident that he knows his business and does things the right and safe way. Have been looking for a reliable plumber for years! Mike is the guy.

I have used them three times, two for heating issues and once to install a gas range.  The two times in which my heater wasn't working, they were out to my house within a few hours of calling and the problem was fixed. Each was a pretty quick fix, however, it was nothing I could do myself.  What they charged was definitely reasonable and they are both super nice and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Tim Cullen provided excellent service and transparent pricing, and followed all COVID safety protocols. Couldn't have done anything better.

A pipe broke on Thursday (Thanksgiving).  Friday morning I entered a Yelp request for a quote from Bommer plumbing.  (Yelp site now says response is typically within 9 hours, although at the time I'd thought it was 4 hours).  Nothing back on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in spite of their 24 hour service claim.  Early Monday morning I receive a message saying technician can't evaluate from picture and will need to come onsite to quote.  If you accept quote, $87 charge will be waived.  I can understanding wanting more info, but how about a call or request for more detail first, before charging $87 for an estimate?

Compare this to JB Plumbing, where the owner responded within 10 minutes of my request, happened to live nearby and came over to check out the situation (no charge) and then gave me options since he didn't have needed part in hand.  One of the options was to wait and see what other plumbers responded.  If no one was available, let him know and he'd send one of his techs from Phila on Saturday.  Long story short - go with JB and skip the M-F, no holiday support Bommer.

Maybe it was just an off time or they aren't set up to respond to yelp quickly, but they should say so in their listing.

With Luan and Kapo have been my best plumbing experience so far. They are extremely professional and smart to figure out the plumbing issue and fix it in a clean way. I used them a few times till now and they are always on time, responsive and reliable. Best part is, the charges with them are very nominal. I have paid so much more in past for similar work on my properties.

I highly recommend both Luan and Kapo and wish them all the best. Use them and you will be in good hands!

The price given made no sense for the proposed work. He could have just said he didn't want the job instead of insulting me. Women and novices get a second quote.

Called Bernie for a plumbing/sewage situation that had been brewing for some time in our house.  He was incredibly responsive, returning my call within the hour.  We set up a time that worked with my busy schedule, within a day, for him to come over to assess the situation.  He was prompt, courteous, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable.  We will be using My Plumber for all future plumbing needs!

Quick and efficient. Tyler and PJ are great guys and wonderful workers! I'd call again!

Vinko came out quick.  The job was on our old house with a copper drain that leaked at the I bend.  Quickly shored it up and now we can use our bathroom again.  The price was also very reasonable.  No unnecessary upsells. Very appreciative of the work they did.
