Thank you Mark!  I had an emergency and he accommodated by work schedule by coming the very next day at 6:15am (and arrived early!) to replace our faucet that continued to leak. And even better, he was done in 20 minutes!

These guys are impressive. We called late morning on a Saturday and they had someone over in a few hours. They are professional, knowledgeable, and have a common sense approach to complex problems. They do a great job of explaining their assessment and executing their solution. I highly recommend their services.

Brandon came out for an emergency toilet repair. He was thorough and friendly and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone in Manayunk, Roxbourough and surrounding areas and will call him again for future projects.

I cannot say enough about these guys - Warren (the owner) and DJ.  From my initial call asking for service on my hot water tank to the completed installation of the new tank.  These guys went above a d beyond as the identified several other issues that are par for the course in my charming older home.  From a bird in the duct to a blocked sewer line...they did it all.  They are polite, courteous, and highly skilled in the art of both explaining and showing the customer the issue(s).  A 90 minute job turned into 5 hours.  Boss Plumbing & Heating are now the official team for Hotel Hansberry!!!  The pricing is fair and this ole gal could not have asked for better service or communication of the issues as well as suggestions to go-forward services.  Kudos to Warren for taking time to teach whenever a training opportunity came up while DJ was working.

Was able to get a same day appointment for a second opinion after the gas company told us we had a leak with our heater line.

Aqua responded to my Yelp message and I was able to schedule an appointment for later in the day. They called saying they were running late and then the technician called to follow-up, giving an estimate of the time he would arrive.

Once he arrived (I believe it was Bobby), he was socially distant, wore a mask and was professional. We told him our situation and that we wanted a second opinion. He was honest and told us that our first opinion was correct in his assessment. He did point out some other things that may be the cause of our sewer smell and said he would be glad to come out again if the smell continued.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Aqua again - great company and service!

John is amazing!!  Our pipes backed up flooding our basement not allowing showers or the use of the bathrooms this happened after hours during the Covid19 situation.  We called multiple plumbers finally getting one and when they never showed up we called John he was out in 30 mins and fixed our issue, he came with all the PPE to make us comfortable, did his job quickly and proficiently I would highly recommended him to anyone.

Kit and his team are wonderful to work with. We needed a new water heater to be installed within a difficult, small location within our house, and we were debating whether or not we could use a tankless water heater. Prior to the appointment, Kit texted with me back and forth over my options and answered all of my questions, and in the end we realized a traditional water heater made the most sense. Kit and his team then arrived right on time for the appointment (I feel like that is a rarity with many contractors these days), and he was incredibly respectful and communicative. He noticed that I didn't have shoes on in our house and we had a shoe rack with shoes lined up on it, and so he asked if we normally don't wear shoes in our house and offered to take his shoes off. I was so shocked and grateful since I've never had a contractor be that considerate before! Not only did he do a great job removing our old water heater and installing a new one, but he also cleaned up afterwards and put everything back the way it was. He truly was a pleasure to work with, and I'm grateful to have a plumber whom we know we can trust to communicate as needed throughout the process and can do great, professional work. Thanks again!

What can I say about this company.  They came out to correct work on two different jobs that two different WELL KNOWN plumbers did at my elderly mother's home.

Their fast and courteous  and STAR QUALITY SERVICE  is  A1 in her book.  Bill is very knowledgeable in his craft.  We will DEFINITELY be using them again.  GOD BLESS GOODMAN PLUMBING!!!!! A WORK OF ART!!!

This is 3rd time we used Rick.  Always responsive and communicates.  First rate work and our projects are not easy  Meticulous and very reasonable rates.

Mike Miller is outstanding!  He was recommended by a friend.  We used him because the contractor through Home Warranty didn't fix the problem but made it worse.  Mike was honest, professional and even recommend I buy a part to save money!  In the end, he found more issues but fixed them all and came back to spend a full day replaced three shutoff valves whose packing nuts were leaking with levers using copper pipes, installed a flood stop shutoff valve, installed PRV and expansion tank, replaced valve at main and installed new kitchen sink faucet.  Two weeks later the flood stop shutoff valve did its job since suddenly we had a slow leak under the hot weater heater. I called Mike who came out that day and replaced the tank that suddenly went.  Highly recommended! A professional plumber who does top notch work at reasonable prices (lower than others). Thanks Mike.

We use John Neill for our 2 mixed-use buildings in Fishtown and for our plumbing at home. They are friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and great to work with. I highly recommend them.

I had a handyman fix something and it was leaking upon completion.  They came back to fix and said it was not what they fixed but something else.  I asked them to leave before they broke what was already working.  I had enough!...so I knew from past experience, Valdel was good so I called them.  Came out almost immediately,  fixed and provided me a receipt that I submitted to handyman and asked them to pay because it was their damage that I had paid them for to do!?  I am getting my money back.  Not in my hand yet but said it was coming soon.  Thanks Valdel!

Great service so far. Called them out tonight on emergency hot water heater flood. Came out within an hour and it was after 9:30pm. Keith was awesome and explained everything to me. They will be out first thing tomorrow to replace and get us back up and running. Thank you Keith.

They were quick to respond to messages and their quote was $50 to $100 less than anywhere else. They let me know when they were delayed by the weather and when they came they were efficient and courteous. Would definitely hire again.

The price given made no sense for the proposed work. He could have just said he didn't want the job instead of insulting me. Women and novices get a second quote.

I tried to fix a plumbing issue in my old-fashioned South Philadelphia bathroom myself and ran into some snags.  Bernie and Mike responded same day and fixed it for a very reasonable price.  I'd definitely use them again!

We contacted Mr. Rooter about an exterior drainage and sink hole issue that continued for 6 years after the issue had supposedly been fixed by another plumbing co. who refused to acknowledge it.

Mr. Rooter Co. was amazing. They were prompt, responsive,  and knowledgeable. They listened, assessed the situation and addressed the residual effects of the original faulty work. They uncovered the cause of the devastation. The original plumber was to replace the clay pipes with new materials They never connected the new material to the existing porch pipe. Instead they filled it with rocks and shredded tarp. The water drained into the ground and worse.
We were shown every step of the way for assurance as we were wary of plumbers at this point.
They did meticulous work, were respectful of the property, cleaned up after AND it's fixed! We are to the moon. I am so appreciative of their expert, fairly priced, and ethical service and highly recommend them.

Never got the courtesy of a response. Not quite getting why Yelp recommended them if that's how they behave. Best to move on from plumbers like this one.
