With the hurricane we just had, it was hard to get a contractor over for a non-emergency related issue.  It was also hard not to be given a 4 hr window or get a call 2 hrs into my wait  to hear we are not going to be able to come out or you could wait 3 more hours.  Mark was able to fit me in his schedule asap to fix a shower leak that turned into a full replacement of the faucet handles and the diverter, etc rather than just a little tweak.  Mark was affordable and kind (rare to find these days) and got the job done.  And.. he was on time for the job.  Thanks Mark!  I hope we can do business again.

We had a leak from a toilet and called many places to try to get it fixed. Economy was very professional and responded quickly to my request. They were able to give me an appointment time that worked with my schedule. They called prior to their arrival to confirm time within the window they had given me. When they came, they quickly identified and fixed the problem. Price was very fair and they were great to work with. Would definitely recommend and use for any future plumbing needs. We had a slow leak from a section of cast iron drain pipe that wasn't replaced when the rest of the plumbing was upgraded. Brandon was amazing. He communicated clearly every step of the way, was timely, professional, and knew exactly what to do. Completed whole job in less than 4 hours and left the house spotless. This guy is outstanding. We're very grateful.

I had a cracked trap under bathroom sink so I bought the trap and a faucet to replace the old ones. He gave me a price of 295 to replace the trap which is the U shaped part that I bought by the way. But the 295 was ok...but he then said in order to install the faucet it would be over 700 hundred dollars.  All the while never getting out of his van but instead sent his worker in to check it out. I don't know if the job was too small for him so he over priced it but he clearly wasn't interested in working that job unless I overpaid for it. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy.

They are not thorough...they do not have appropriate equipment to do a proper job...added the cost of toilet seat removal which ended up being more than the cost of having them come out for the drain clean.
Added to all this, they did a shoddy job...I will NOT recommend them!

We had an issue with a clog, Kit came out had it taken care of within a half hour, cleaned up and was very courteous throughout. The job was more involved than expected but he was very professional and the price was very reasonable.

Our first call was to resolve an emergency leak from the main line. They speedily and cleanly resolved. Next was a long-standing faucet problem - again speedy results at a good price. Finally, installed a new waterheater. Each of the above was accomplished within the established time window.

Needed to have an Instant Hot Water Dispenser and garbage disposal remote button installed. Had to drill two holes in my granite countertop to install. Rick was quick to respond with a fair quote. Made the entire process painless and explained everything in detail. Very meticulous and left the place cleaner than he found it! Would definitely recommend and plan on using again soon!

Mike Miller is outstanding!  He was recommended by a friend.  We used him because the contractor through Home Warranty didn't fix the problem but made it worse.  Mike was honest, professional and even recommend I buy a part to save money!  In the end, he found more issues but fixed them all and came back to spend a full day replaced three shutoff valves whose packing nuts were leaking with levers using copper pipes, installed a flood stop shutoff valve, installed PRV and expansion tank, replaced valve at main and installed new kitchen sink faucet.  Two weeks later the flood stop shutoff valve did its job since suddenly we had a slow leak under the hot weater heater. I called Mike who came out that day and replaced the tank that suddenly went.  Highly recommended! A professional plumber who does top notch work at reasonable prices (lower than others). Thanks Mike.

Jack (the owners son) installed a new fixtures for my bathroom and I couldn't be happier. It took him a little longer than usual b/c of unexpected problems with the pipes and he didn't overcharge me on the count of  it. Very considerate and nice. I am very happy to have a reliable plumber (they actually called me back and came when they said they would!) I highly recommend this company.

Steven Ault did a good job, a clean site, and thorough work. His apprentice (Matt, I believe his name was?) also did a great job. Even took time to explain things to me and did not seemed rushed.

Decided not to use them but appreciated their quick response. I like companies They charge $87.00 to come out. I like the companies that come out & give Free Estimates. I already paid $55 for Alliance to come out and they told me what I needed so I didn't want to pay another $87 for them to come out and get their charge for what I already needed to get repaired therefore I looked for another company who did free estimates. The woman I spoke to who works there Christine was very nice she did say they had a $60 off coupon to use and she did give me a price on a new toilet which the other company told me I needed. But when I found a company who gave me free estimates this licensed & insured company repaired all the insides of my toilet tank & it cost me half the price. My toilet works perfectly. Plus, I saved a lot of money! McGonigle Plumbing in Maple Shade, NJ ---ask for Tom.

Mike is wonderful:  dependable, personable, reliable, and competent - the type of professionalism you don't get to see much these days.  He installed a water heater and saved me thousands by advising me against digging up my finished basement and bathroom to install a french drain for which a big-name company provided me with a whopper of a quote.  He cleaned out my outside drain and checked my sump pump, charging me a minimal price for both.  I will absolutely call My Plumber again for any & all my plumbing, HVAC needs.

This is a first class professional operation. They show up like they said they would; give you a fair estimate, perform the work in a timely manner, leave the work area clean and respect your premises. Plus they give you an invoice for your files. They get my vote.

Vinko came out quick.  The job was on our old house with a copper drain that leaked at the I bend.  Quickly shored it up and now we can use our bathroom again.  The price was also very reasonable.  No unnecessary upsells. Very appreciative of the work they did.
