We have had Mark and team out to our place a few times over the last few years...Mark is always responsive, gets out to our place within a day or so, and best of all, he is honest and courteous. This last time Mark came out to our place within a day even though we never had a scheduled appointment because he didn't want us to go without our shower for too long. His team was on time, efficient and they even came under the quoted price. I'd highly recommend Mark!

Our main sewer was clogged leaving us unable to use the toilets, shower, sinks, etc.  I fruitlessly called plumbers we'd used in the past; no one even bothered to return calls or follow-up. I lucked into finding Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing. They answer the phone promptly, set up a time to visit your house, text confirmation and show up on time! They worked thoughtfully and relentlessly for several days  to fix our complex problem. Their persistence saved us a lot of money: we *did not* have dig up the yard.  The owner and the staff were professional, kind and thorough. My husband is nearly deaf (I wasn't home) and the plumber took the time to make sure my husband 'heard' about  the problem & solution. Their fees are fair and likely lower than anyone else. Their work is excellent , I can't praise them enough. I'm happy that I now have a reliable plumber to call when I need help.

Agree with all the great reviews of Brandon here. He's very responsive and easy to coordinate with via texts and calls. Both times he came for an appointment, he texted updates on his ETA and was always on time or even early. He replaced an old toilet really quickly and we've been really happy with it since. Will definitely be calling him back for more plumbing work and general house jobs.

Boss. Boss. Look no further. I want to echo a lot of what previous reviews were saying, but also wanted to detail my experience more in depth so you can gain a better understanding of how Boss Plumbing operates.

I will keep this as short as I can. Boss came out to install a double vanity. Not feeling satisfied by the slow drain they advocated identifying the clog by utilizing our warranty from another company. Where most plumbers would have left for the day, Warren wasn't comfortable unless the job was done right. The other company identified a corroded drain and were skeptical about replacing it.

So, I called Boss.

Without hesitation, Warren said he could handle it. This was a huge project. It required a gut. Now, these Roxborough homes require a lot of TLC and the existing concrete infrastructure made things a serious labor. No issue for Boss. They demoed the room and got to work right away.

Warren is an exceptional communicator and laid out expectations immediately. He gave fair pricing and also performed other laborious plumbing endeavors in my home free of charge, i.e., replacing a 60s era wall hung toilet which required specialty parts that were hard to come by. Additionally, he improved my water shut off valve by installing an easy to use mechanism.

In the interest of keeping things short, I want you to understand how important these things are to me and my family and I'm sure you want this same level of care. Warren is always looking out for your best interests. Really, it exists.

Warren checked in daily, made sure we were happy with progress and kept an open line of communication. His crew is professional, personable and easy to work with.

I can't say more about this company. I will be calling Boss for every plumbing/heating/remodel issue I may encounter. Stand up guys. Exceptional work. And an approach to business that is almost too good to be true. Warren almost feels like family at this point.

The job was well done and the workers we nice guys.  They did the work in one day, including digging up my sidewalk and then cementing it.  They workers showed up with masks.  They also cleaned up their boot tracks on their way out.  These guys are my plumbers now.

Thank you for a job well  done and it was really a blessing that you was so prompt, because I was starting to get a lot of water on my basement. Yesterday a tenant from my rental property in Philadelphia called complaining about a clogged kitchen sink full of water that wouldn't drain.
It was very difficult to find someone to come soon on Memorial day and the ones who could priced this urgent job pretty high.
Plumbing n things didn't have lots of reviews but I decided to take my chances. Not only they gave me a great price and offered a camera inspection, but also came over on holiday and did it fast. Needless to say, they also did a great job with the issue.
Making decisions like this without being there is quite a challenge, but I am glad I was able to find this business. It's also a family-owned business and It is my choice to support small businesses.

Called Goodman Plumbing out of Feasterville & the next morning their friendly plumber was at my door. Diagnosed the problem within seconds; repaired the damage in a timely complete fashion! Have used Goodman many times over the years; have recommended them to neighbors, friends & family. Always happy with their services.

Called this guy on a Sunday of the fourth of July, and he immediately called me back!!  Showed up on time the next day and FIXED the problem-bad leak under the sink!!!! Absolutely great service. Had a pipe freeze over the winter to our outdoor faucet. Promptly returned my call and were willing to work around my schedule to be there. Did quick work and made a distinct effort to make the smallest hole needed to fix the problem. We initially were planning on just patching the hole but, when I asked if we could have the panel installed for easy access, they were out the next day and made sure it was what I wanted prior to installing. Finally, I was having another issue with plumbing that was still under warranty with my home builder. Since getting the builder out had been a slow process, I asked him to take a look. Although he could have done he job and been paid for it, he told me truthfully that I shouldn't use him if it's still under warranty. I really appreciated their work and will recommend them to any one in the area.

This was my second time using Valdel Plumbing.
Called Thursday to ask if they could come today (Monday) to check a noise from hall bath toilet.
Steve texted me before arriving to let me know he was on his way and provided a picture of himself in the text.
He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me the cost to repair it.
He cleaned up beautifully and was very thorough in his explanation of the work performed.  He also covered his shoes and wore a mask.  A very nice and professional young man.

Was able to get out to the job I had fairly fast. Gave great advice and did a job well done.

Fixed leaking sink disposal unit on emergency basis. Responsive, on time, fast and accurate to the quote.

I cannot recommend Chris Williams enough. Chris has done many jobs for our family in both our previous home and our new home. He installed an entire master bathroom addition for us as well as other smaller jobs and repairs. Most recently Chris has helped us during a water main clog right before the holidays when we had family visiting and we're in a major pinch! If we had not hired him for the job, we would very likely have ended up with waste water overflowing in our first floor kitchen and bathroom on Christmas Eve!

He has gone above and beyond in many ways - from being available via text and cell at late hours, to taking the time to fully explain in layman's terms the details of every job he has done. He lets you know why he recommends the solution he is proposing as well as gives you options. He clearly thinks through each situation with care and does what is best for the homeowner. He and his team have always been courteous and kind, and on top of it all, his prices are very fair and reasonable. If prefer to work with someone you can trust and feel comfortable with, go with Chris!

We were looking for help with our clogged kitchen sink, had tried everything on our end and needed a professional! Kevin communicated with us in a timely, organized way, showed up on time, and stayed until the problem was totally fixed. He needed various extra tools and parts as the problem was bigger than expected, but worked through it until he knew it was right. Waited extra 10 minutes just running the kitchen sink to be sure all was fixed, and checked in with us a couple days later. He was professional, courteous, and thorough! Pricing was fair. Would highly recommend.
