We recently moved from out of state to a rehabbed house that left us nothing but four walls.  For the past month, we have been pulling our hair out trying to find people to hook up phone lines, hire landscapers, install dryer vents, etc...Nothing has been easy.  When we discovered our 3rd floor bathroom had dismal water pressure, we called Mark to come take a look and possibly install a booster.  Due to my husband's and my hectic work schedule, we actually have never met Mark and all our communication has been by phone.  He was incredibly professional and came out to the house almost immediately.  Mark informed us that we would not need a booster after all, and resolved our water pressure problem with a relatively simple fix and saved us $3,000.  He did not even request payment for his time.  Working with Mark has been the easiest of all our new home struggles and we would highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services.  He has has our business for every job that we will ever need.

The floor drain in my basement floor backed up and caused some flooding in my basement. Called Travas, left a message and he got back to me quickly and had Anthony at my house within 90 minutes. All this on a Sunday morning and on Father's Day!! Anthony was great was here for almost two hours and explained everything he was doing and was very thorough. The charge for his services were extremely reasonable and fair. They will be my plumbing go to from now on

Brandon is great! He was very responsive, and was able to fit me in soon after I called him. He gave me a very reasonable set quote to replace my kitchen faucet and completed the work quickly with no problems. I also showed him around the house to other things that needed to be done and he was helpful in explaining and advising and gave me a quote for those items as well. I would highly recommend him!

Warning: this will not be a short review. You can't boil down greatness into a couple of sentences.

I originally contacted Aqua Plumbing and Heathing to have a faucet installed outside on the front of my wall. I gathered some estimates from them and others but chose to pick Aqua based on their high ratings (well deserved) and their customer service ettiquette and super quick response times. Mike was here later that same week to look at the desired location on the front of my house, the current plumbing and the fixture I provided. He provided a fair estimate and was able to complete the work that same day in not much time at all. His attention to detail, professionalism and humor are all top-notch. He definitely went above and far beyond with providing a clean installation with a relatively simple job.

With such a great experience the first time, I decided to reach back out to have all of the plumbing from my bathroom and main drain/vent stack replaced. I also wanted to replace a leaky tee fitting that was dripping onto a black iron gas pipe directly beneath it and the gas pipe itself. This was definitely a big job in such an old house since there was cast iron, a waste/vent stack that ran outside from the bathroom and entered back through the basement to the main sewer and a lot of old school engineering involved.

No matter what challenges were thrown, unexpected leaks from bad joint connections, routing piping around windows, etc, Mike and Bobby handled everything on the fly with amazing results. Just like the previous job, the quality of the work was absolutely impeccable. Everything looks as if it came originally with the house and I can't think of anything more to improve any of the new work. It's rare that I completely trust anyone with working on my house but with Mike and crew there was never a doubt/concern in my mind. Now we have all new up to code infrastructure with room to update/repair/replace much more easily in the future. Even on post work walk through, Mike provided some recommendations to replace my water heater with a shorter model of same capacity due to how the exhaust was currently routed incorrectly. The attention to detail can not be emphasized enough!

No matter what work you're looking to have done, Aqua is the best. Period. We will be using them again for future work we have planned and recommending them others in need of plumbing work.

I woke up one morning with a flooded basement and called several plumbing companies.  I had a plumber tell me it was my main line drain that was clogged.  John not only responded to my yelp request at 7am but called me! Anthony and Zach from JSnyder were the techs and they were both so knowledgeable and respectful of my home. They came right in looked at the water and found the source. I am a first time home buyer this year and this was the first large homeowner wow. The guys arrived around 12:30 and were done by 2! According to my mother the pricing was fair and that was all I ask..Quality, Trusting and Fair.

Our sink overflowed on Saturday night. I got a quick response and service provided the next day. He was very accommodating with the time, punctual and professional. He explained was caused the issue and gave us some tips to prevent the issue from reoccurring. Would definitely recommend.

I've had Goodman do three jobs for me in the past several years -- two water heater replacements (in different properties) and the installation of an outside tap. In all cases they've been terrific. They arrive when they say they will, do a good job, charge a fair price, and never tack on extra expenses at the last minute. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and serious about doing the job right. I keep calling them back because so far I haven't had any problems at all.

Rick answered my yelp message in about 10 minutes.  I called around 9am and he was at my house to fix the problem around noon.  Would definitely recommend for impeccable service.

Mike is professional and friendly. You can tell he is passionate about his work and always takes great care to do the job right. I had a leaky toilet that needed to be resealed but he went above and beyond, replacing a section of pipe to support the new seal, replaced the rusted bolts, and more. An all around good guy and hard worker. Would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Wonderful, knowledgeable, trustworthy service! We had an issue with the stems on our bath/shower, and got an estimate from another company who said there was no way to fix the issue without completely replacing the faucet, at a high cost. We contacted John Neill for a second opinion, and after explaining the supposed problem over the phone, we were quoted a max price for the same fix that was $100 less than the other company. They said they'd come out ready to do the job, but would see if there was an easier, less expensive fix they could do first. After looking at the system and the problem, they were able to replace our stems only, saving us hundreds while fixing the problem and saving us from another future problem at the same time. They know the systems that are used in OLD Philly homes well, and will give you the best, honest solution.

Got us on the schedule right away, worked clean and efficiently and was reasonably priced. Would use again.

Decided not to use them but appreciated their quick response. I like companies They charge $87.00 to come out. I like the companies that come out & give Free Estimates. I already paid $55 for Alliance to come out and they told me what I needed so I didn't want to pay another $87 for them to come out and get their charge for what I already needed to get repaired therefore I looked for another company who did free estimates. The woman I spoke to who works there Christine was very nice she did say they had a $60 off coupon to use and she did give me a price on a new toilet which the other company told me I needed. But when I found a company who gave me free estimates this licensed & insured company repaired all the insides of my toilet tank & it cost me half the price. My toilet works perfectly. So we had a drain issue out in the front of our house and Mike was the best. When i called he calmed me down and explained how simple it was to fix. They came out literally within the hour i called. He and his coworker unclogged the drain in like 10 minutes and  cleaned the sidewalk for us! Amazing service if i could give ten stars i would! Vinko came out quick.  The job was on our old house with a copper drain that leaked at the I bend.  Quickly shored it up and now we can use our bathroom again.  The price was also very reasonable.  No unnecessary upsells. Very appreciative of the work they did.
