I've been waiting to see the results of the work before providing any feedback and I must say I am totally pleased.
I contacted Mark about 4 months ago looking to have my sump pump repaired .
I had only installed it a year prior but it was a cheap pump from one of the large warehouse chains and it conked out.  
Mark responded to my Yelp inquiry like we were best friends.  
He was quick to answer and very up front with the pricing.
I got a few more estimates which were all in the same ballpark but I chose Mark's company to do the work.
Can I say he was nothing but courteous and professional throughout the transaction. AND...he was conscientious of the fact a big rain event was looming and came out the very next day!!!
The pump works great.  Mark was even available to me for follow-up questions and even then he was open and honest.  He didn't just make up an answer to get more money...I so appreciate that.  
I would both use this company again and recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

Great experience if you need to call a plumber. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Travis the owner was in constant contact with me, taking the time to explain what was wrong and how they were going to fix the problem and the best part of all he saved me a lot of money. After having a horrible experience with a previous plumbing company it was refreshing to do business with Economy Drain Cleaning and Plumbing, I can tell they care about their customers. I highly recommend.

Brandon came out for an emergency toilet repair. He was thorough and friendly and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone in Manayunk, Roxbourough and surrounding areas and will call him again for future projects.

Warren has been out here twice in the past week and both times he has been a tremendous help. Warren is extremely knowledge and patient with people like myself who are not plumbing experts. Warren not only was able to assist with our emergency water issue but also helped us identify many additional plumbing pitfalls that we may run into in our home. Warning: this will not be a short review. You can't boil down greatness into a couple of sentences.

I originally contacted Aqua Plumbing and Heathing to have a faucet installed outside on the front of my wall. I gathered some estimates from them and others but chose to pick Aqua based on their high ratings (well deserved) and their customer service ettiquette and super quick response times. Mike was here later that same week to look at the desired location on the front of my house, the current plumbing and the fixture I provided. He provided a fair estimate and was able to complete the work that same day in not much time at all. His attention to detail, professionalism and humor are all top-notch. He definitely went above and far beyond with providing a clean installation with a relatively simple job.

With such a great experience the first time, I decided to reach back out to have all of the plumbing from my bathroom and main drain/vent stack replaced. I also wanted to replace a leaky tee fitting that was dripping onto a black iron gas pipe directly beneath it and the gas pipe itself. This was definitely a big job in such an old house since there was cast iron, a waste/vent stack that ran outside from the bathroom and entered back through the basement to the main sewer and a lot of old school engineering involved.

No matter what challenges were thrown, unexpected leaks from bad joint connections, routing piping around windows, etc, Mike and Bobby handled everything on the fly with amazing results. Just like the previous job, the quality of the work was absolutely impeccable. Everything looks as if it came originally with the house and I can't think of anything more to improve any of the new work. It's rare that I completely trust anyone with working on my house but with Mike and crew there was never a doubt/concern in my mind. Now we have all new up to code infrastructure with room to update/repair/replace much more easily in the future. Even on post work walk through, Mike provided some recommendations to replace my water heater with a shorter model of same capacity due to how the exhaust was currently routed incorrectly. The attention to detail can not be emphasized enough!

No matter what work you're looking to have done, Aqua is the best. Period. We will be using them again for future work we have planned and recommending them others in need of plumbing work.

Very positive experience. I contacted this business via Yelp regarding an issue with the pipes in the basement being either clogged or frozen. Everyone that I interacted with at this business was helpful. Xavier and Anthony were very professional and they solved the issue right away. They were timely and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

We were having a problem with our bathroom sink and laundry sink. Kit came in and fixed the sink so quick. Then he diagnosed the laundry sink and told us how to do it ourselves. He didn't charge as the fix was so menial but i was still so grateful as he came all the way for us. We know nothing about plumbing so felt a little embarrassed but he didn't judge! Will definitely be in touch again if we have real problems. Thanks again :)

Their ads say they do plumbing, electrical and tile.  I wanted a steam shower installed.... A little electric, a little plumbing and tile!
Nope we won't do it. I checked with the boss he said. I asked him to ask the boss for a referral. He said no.

This Company advertise family owned and quality service. He finished by swearing at me and to go Google it for myself!  I returned the courtesy.

When you have this much abuse trying to buy from a Company, can you imagine the problems if they did the work improperly and needed to be fixed!

Needed to have an Instant Hot Water Dispenser and garbage disposal remote button installed. Had to drill two holes in my granite countertop to install. Rick was quick to respond with a fair quote. Made the entire process painless and explained everything in detail. Very meticulous and left the place cleaner than he found it! Would definitely recommend and plan on using again soon!

Our hot water tank cracked and started leaking suddenly. Mike came over the same day and was able to install new unit within 48hours. It is evident that he knows his business and does things the right and safe way. Have been looking for a reliable plumber for years! Mike is the guy.

ValDel Plumbing, LLC, I got a connection through Angi. They called me immediately. They told me a $65 fee for the visit and estimate. They came within an hour and gave me a quote for the Customer provide Water filter installation of $2403.24. I'm terrified and surprised about the pricing. This is an Angi SCAM. Stay away from kinds of Angi Applications and companies, Because of ridiculous pricing. Another company offered me a $1500 installation, including a water filter. This is 100% SCAM, they don't want to do the work, and for 10 minutes, they charged me $65.

I am so thankful for Bommer Plumbing & Drain Cleaning! I would definitely use them again! I would definitely recommend them!
Our sump pump broke and our basement flooded. I contacted Bommer after hours through yelp asking questions and getting quotes and they responded right back to me! They came the next next morning and installed our new sump pump. Jim was so helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you again Jim!

With Luan and Kapo have been my best plumbing experience so far. They are extremely professional and smart to figure out the plumbing issue and fix it in a clean way. I used them a few times till now and they are always on time, responsive and reliable. Best part is, the charges with them are very nominal. I have paid so much more in past for similar work on my properties.

Chris the owner is very attentive and even goes on job sites for even the small jobs. I am so impressed.  He texted me after hours to get info to fix our plumbing issues.  The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.  Our regular technician is Ray and we love him. He is always on time and does an excellent job.  We have an older house so plumbing issues seem to creep up a bit.  I am really glad we found this guys.  They are our go to plumbers!

Bernie got back right away with quote and set a time. They got in touch to say they were on their way which is always nice. Mike actually came in to make sure I didn't just need a service call before switching it out.  That type of service is VERY MUCH appreciated and rare.

Mike changed garbage disposal for me. Didn't take long. Nicest guy!  Very professional, personal and knowledgeable.

We contacted Mr. Rooter about an exterior drainage and sink hole issue that continued for 6 years after the issue had supposedly been fixed by another plumbing co. who refused to acknowledge it.

Mr. Rooter Co. was amazing. They were prompt, responsive,  and knowledgeable. They listened, assessed the situation and addressed the residual effects of the original faulty work. They uncovered the cause of the devastation. The original plumber was to replace the clay pipes with new materials They never connected the new material to the existing porch pipe. Instead they filled it with rocks and shredded tarp. The water drained into the ground and worse.
We were shown every step of the way for assurance as we were wary of plumbers at this point.
They did meticulous work, were respectful of the property, cleaned up after AND it's fixed! We are to the moon. I am so appreciative of their expert, fairly priced, and ethical service and highly recommend them.

We just moved into a new house and got in touch with Kevin when our water usage was significantly higher than it should be. He fixed a major leak from the upstairs shower, and then surveyed the remainder of the house for potential sources of excess water use. Since he left, our water usage has returned to a reasonable level.  Kevin was friendly, professional, on time and efficient.  Would highly recommend!
