Fast and responsive. I called for a drain vent repair and they came out next day to fix it. They came at the exact time as promised. I would definitely recommend and I will certainly work with them again in the future. Thank you!

Had a main drain line clog. Caused me to not be able to use any water in the house.
Tried Roto rooter first and after two appointments cancelled because they were hours late with no eta we finally had to look elsewhere.
Called Boss Plumbing. Wish we did that first. William & DJ arrived very quickly and handled the issue in twenty minutes. Fair pricing for Philly. Everything working fine now. Highly recommend.

I was so pleased with the service I got from Aqua Plumbing. I had called a different plumber to look at my kitchen faucet which was leaking a ton of water from the base - to the point where there was a huge puddle under the sink and on the floor. This first plumber took one look at it and told me that the whole faucet would need to be replaced...but this very same plumber had installed that faucet in my house about 7 months before.
I called Aqua for a second opinion, and after looking at it thoroughly he determined that a piece of the faucet needed to be tightened, which he did, and that fixed the problem! He didn't even charge me for the service. :)

I think this company is a scam, but they might just be extremely unprofessional. Called them up early in the week for an estimate. Receptionist is pleasant, says they can send someone out on Wednesday around noon. They ask for a 50 dollar deposit that can either be refunded or applied to the job if I choose to go with them. Sounds reasonable enough, so I agree and the appointment is set up.
Two gentlemen arrive at my house between the time they sent me over text (12-3) and I show them the radiator system, boiler etc. While showing the boiler, the plumber starts talking about what could be wrong, and mentions that their general service fee is 340. I mention not being worried about that, seeing as I may need more than general service and I would wait till I get a break down of what I would be expected to pay for the service on my unit and the many other things they mentioned would probably need fixing. I never got that during my estimate though. After rambling a bit about what could be the issue, they eventually started looking at the radiators themselves.
He used his radiator key to bleed a couple of the ones he looked at. Then he mentioned getting started in which case I was confused, because I only wanted to get an estimate. I told the plumbers I only wanted an estimate today, no work to be done, seeing as I'm trying to shop around to get a decent deal and not just go with the first company I found with good reviews. Plumber sounded surprised, but then said okay and that they would update the invoice. Now I'm worried, should I not just be charged for an estimate? Why does that need to be updated?
Minutes after they leave I check my email and see that they sent me an invoice for 150 dollars. Purge multi zone baseboard heating system. This man came into my house, spent 10 minutes looking at the unit and bled a handful of radiators, and I'm suddenly charged 150 dollars? All I wanted was an estimate. I figured there had to have been some kind of miscommunication, so I call and the receptionist tells me they will have the plumber reach out to me. The plumber texts me, I said the price in which case you responded you weren't worried about that, so I took that as verbal committal. I literally wanted an estimate, and there was no break down of what that general service was for me to even remotely agree.
I try calling the phone number listed again to try to figure out why these guys were sent out with the expectation of doing more than an estimate, but they do not pick up the phone anymore when I call. I left a message but they have never called me back. So in the end, I was charged 50 dollars, with the expectation to pay another 150, for a guy to come out and bleed 3-4 of my radiators. If this is not a scam, than this is some of the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Be careful if you try to book business with this company.

We had an issue with a clog, Kit came out had it taken care of within a half hour, cleaned up and was very courteous throughout. The job was more involved than expected but he was very professional and the price was very reasonable.

Not a good experience with the technician that came over . I think his name was Fred . I wasn't home , but my husband told me that we had two leaks and that it will cost one price for the pipe to be fix in back of the bathtub and the faucets needed to be changed . The job will cost $500. Plus. I asked the plumber if he could just change the stems because I wanted my handles to stay the same and he told me he couldn't . I thanked him for his time but no thanks and he handed my husband the phone and left abruptly . When I called another plumber it was a leak from somewhere else and nothing has to be change . I will not call this company for any of my plumbing problems.

Rick Lucas is the best plumber in the area hands down. Rick and I have worked together for over 25 years. Quick example - today we had a plumbing underground inspection and passed without a problem. To quote the inspector verbatim he said it's nice to deal with professionals. Probably the best compliment around. It's a pleasure to work with Rick and I will continue to use him for all our plumbing needs!

I meant to write this review years ago, but recently realized that I never did. If I could give Mike 10 stars, I would. He is professional, knowledgeable, competitively priced, trustworthy, and a genuinely kind person. He has done a few larger projects for us over the years (old house plumbing issues!), and when he could not help (we needed our main external sewer pipe replaced, which involved ground excavation in our front yard), he directed us to someone else fantastic. Mike has taken the time more than once to answer my random questions by text message, which I appreciate SO much. We will never use anyone else!

I would give Valdel Plumbing a 4-star rating. They were the first one responding my message. I had a sewage blockage outside my house. The technician came about 5 hours after I made the service request and did a good job. It took him about 30 min to clear the clog. The only thing that holds me to give me 5-Star rating is that charge was a little bit too high. It's a simple and straightforward clog and took them 30 min to get the work down, the cost was OVER $500, which made me feel a little ripped off.

Was able to get out to the job I had fairly fast. Gave great advice and did a job well done.

Fixed: leaking faucet, installed a new vanity and sink, installed a new outdoor spigot. Quoted quickly over the phone, came quickly did great work for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I want to thank Chris Williams for what he did for my wife and I today. We were watching water seep into our house from a pipe outside. I called several plumbers and everyone told me they could not help because they were booked solid. When I spoke to the nice young lady at Williams Precision Plumbing (sorry, I didn't remember her name), she told me they too were booked solid. However, she sounded truly sorry to tell me that, so I felt comfortable asking her if she could recommend someone who might be able to help. She agreed. Within a minute or so, Chris Williams got on the phone and calmly asked me to explain what was going on. After listening to my explanation, he suggested that I text him some pictures of the outdoor pipe I was speaking about, which I did. Within 5 minutes, he told me that the reason the shutting off of the main water valve in the house didn't help, was because this was an irrigation pipe. He told me to trace the pipe back into the house and find another valve that would control the irrigation system. He did all of this, while calmly apologizing that he couldn't come by right away because they were involved in a major job where an inspector was present. I followed Chris' advice and within 5 minutes was able to identify the correct shutoff valve and the water finally stopped running. In an age where many will not go out of their way to offer help unless they are directly profiting from their assistance, Chris offered help because he is a true professional and a very decent guy. You can rest assured, the next time we need a plumber, Chris will be the first person I call.

I was working on changing out some old outdated fixtures in my bath and realized I wasn't experienced as I thought to change out some of the piping. So I called these guys since they were local. At first I was skeptical but at the end of the day I may have paid more then I wanted but all in all it was fair price and amount of quality work they did and even spotted a mistake I made and fixed it. Doing this saved me probably so much more money and stress. I highly recommend these guys. Gave a clear description on what to do and expect. I'd call them again for sure. Thanks Bernie

We contacted Mr. Rooter about an exterior drainage and sink hole issue that continued for 6 years after the issue had supposedly been fixed by another plumbing co. who refused to acknowledge it.
Mr. Rooter Co. was amazing. They were prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable. They listened, assessed the situation and addressed the residual effects of the original faulty work. They uncovered the cause of the devastation. The original plumber was to replace the clay pipes with new materials They never connected the new material to the existing porch pipe. Instead they filled it with rocks and shredded tarp. The water drained into the ground and worse.
We were shown every step of the way for assurance as we were wary of plumbers at this point.
They did meticulous work, were respectful of the property, cleaned up after AND it's fixed! We are to the moon. I am so appreciative of their expert, fairly priced, and ethical service and highly recommend them.

Never got the courtesy of a response. Not quite getting why Yelp recommended them if that's how they behave. Best to move on from plumbers like this one.
