If I could give 10 stars I would!  After dealing with a handful of problems with our recently purchased rehabbed house, our sewer line backed up and we started getting water in our basement.  We found JB Plumbing on YELP and saw their great reviews.  Following our phone call, Mark (owner) came over the very next MORNING to give us a free estimate on the work that needed to be done.  He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and an all around great guy who recommended we have the whole line replaced instead of just the band-aid approach that other plumbers had recommended.  He honored his original quote despite the job becoming larger and more costly than originally anticipated.  The work was completed efficiently and more importantly it was done right and to code.

A month later, everything is still working perfectly and we trust JB Plumbing so much, we're asking Mark for recommendations of other service providers.  Even more than his talented work, it is so refreshing that we finally found a genuine, honest and ethical person to work with.  If only they did everything, there would be a lot of happy people out there.

Highly recommended. We had a bad clog in an outdoor sewage/storm drain (old house in downtown Philly) and it backed up and overflowed. I called them at 9:00 and Manuel was here within an hour. He was persistent and professional and the clog put up quite a fight, but he got the job done in less then two hours. Manuel kept me apprised of progress along the way. Very happy with their work.

Agree with all the great reviews of Brandon here. He's very responsive and easy to coordinate with via texts and calls. Both times he came for an appointment, he texted updates on his ETA and was always on time or even early. He replaced an old toilet really quickly and we've been really happy with it since. Will definitely be calling him back for more plumbing work and general house jobs.

I called Boss Plumbing & Heating about issues I was having with the sewer line in my rental property. Warren should up and was able to take care of the problem. He did an excellent job at a very fair price and he also gave me recommendations on how to avoid having that problem in the future. I will definitely recommend Boss Plumbing & Heating to all my friends and family.

Had a leaking shower faucet, and other plumbers we contacted didn't seem to prioritize our call. John, however, responded quickly and scheduled us quickly. He was also on time to repair the issue for a reasonable price, and walked us through the issues. Highly recommend.

Wouldn't choose anyone else for my plumbing needs. Kit was professional and maintained constant communication throughout the entire process. Had issues with my bathroom toilet and tub for years that I thought would not get resolved after going through multiple people for help. Kit was the one who figured it out, and I couldn't be more grateful to him for it and I know who I'll be contacting in the future.

I've had Goodman do three jobs for me in the past several years -- two water heater replacements (in different properties) and the installation of an outside tap. In all cases they've been terrific. They arrive when they say they will, do a good job, charge a fair price, and never tack on extra expenses at the last minute. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and serious about doing the job right. I keep calling them back because so far I haven't had any problems at all.

Called this guy on a Sunday of the fourth of July, and he immediately called me back!!  Showed up on time the next day and FIXED the problem-bad leak under the sink!!!! Not only is he dependable but he's honest and an EXCELLENT plumber.  Price was more than reasonable.  I will use him forever and  highly recommend him!!!!!!!

I have used them three times, two for heating issues and once to install a gas range.  The two times in which my heater wasn't working, they were out to my house within a few hours of calling and the problem was fixed. Each was a pretty quick fix, however, it was nothing I could do myself.  What they charged was definitely reasonable and they are both super nice and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Billy was amazing.  I called on a Sunday and he was here within less than an hour.  He tore through the task like it was nothing and then done.  Fast, efficient and absolutely professional.  I would recommend Billy and Valdel plumbing to anyone.

A pipe broke on Thursday (Thanksgiving).  Friday morning I entered a Yelp request for a quote from Bommer plumbing.  (Yelp site now says response is typically within 9 hours, although at the time I'd thought it was 4 hours).  Nothing back on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in spite of their 24 hour service claim.  Early Monday morning I receive a message saying technician can't evaluate from picture and will need to come onsite to quote.  If you accept quote, $87 charge will be waived.  I can understanding wanting more info, but how about a call or request for more detail first, before charging $87 for an estimate?

Compare this to JB Plumbing, where the owner responded within 10 minutes of my request, happened to live nearby and came over to check out the situation (no charge) and then gave me options since he didn't have needed part in hand.  One of the options was to wait and see what other plumbers responded.  If no one was available, let him know and he'd send one of his techs from Phila on Saturday.  Long story short - go with JB and skip the M-F, no holiday support Bommer.

Maybe it was just an off time or they aren't set up to respond to yelp quickly, but they should say so in their listing.

Had a possible drain repair.Luan came on time and confirmed there was no leak from any pipes but rather it was a caulking issue.

Chris the owner is very attentive and even goes on job sites for even the small jobs. I am so impressed.  He texted me after hours to get info to fix our plumbing issues.  The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.  Our regular technician is Ray and we love him. He is always on time and does an excellent job.  We have an older house so plumbing issues seem to creep up a bit.  I am really glad we found this guys.  They are our go to plumbers!

This guy is awesome and does no take advantage.

I had a clogged drain on my roof deck and he was here within a couple of days. I had two quotes that were RIDICULOUS from plumbers who were clearly trying to take advantage. One quote was $450 to snake my drain! (stay away from roto rooter under all circumstances). The technicians were curious and professional, fixed the problem and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I will only use them from here on out.

This is a first class professional operation. They show up like they said they would; give you a fair estimate, perform the work in a timely manner, leave the work area clean and respect your premises. Plus they give you an invoice for your files. They get my vote.

Had such a great experience with Kevin and Vinko Plumbing. Had a leak in the line that supplies water to my fridge, causing flooding and obvious anxiety! I called Kevin and he was very quick to respond. Even offering same day appointment. I have had nightmare experiences with plumbers in the past, so Vinko was a breath of fresh air. He showed up in time and fixed the problem with ease. He explained everything to me and helped me understand how to avoid this from happening in the future. I absolutely recommend and will be using again!
