Mark did a really good job at my house that I've been wanting to have done.  I needed several valves replaced including the entrance to the house.  He gave me a price that was a little lower than other quotes so that was nice.  Plumbers are really expensive anyway so a little help was welcome.  He communicated with me online which made scheduling easy.  He was able to do the job quickly around my schedule.  Overall, Mark made the experience easy and convenient.

Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing came out twice to help us with a leak. They came out quickly and were able to locate and fix the leak. Very nice and communicative. We will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing issues.

Top notch customer service right here!  I had a leak spring up on my main pipe feeding the entire house.  Called this company and Brandon had asked to send pictures so he could estimate a quote.  At this point, I had two other quotes who were priced very high.  Brandon came back extremely reasonable, but wasn't able to get out to my house until after the weekend, on Monday.  I explained I had that it was an emergency and I am not sure I could wait that long.  When he heard me say that I shut off the water to the entire house, he said he'll call right back, and next thing I know, a guy (Eric) was on his way.  Couldn't be more happier with that right there.

Eric came on by, took a quick look, ran out and guy a couple of parts.  He fixed the issue within 10 minutes.  Extremely professional, quick, and explained everything to me of what he did.  

This is the first time I used this company, but certainly not the last.  Do yourself a favor.  If you're reading this review, call them up and get an estimate.  That's the least you could do.

Where do I begin?!!! I received a call from my agent informing me that water is bubbling from my sidewalk and the streets are flooded. My water line had a crack in it! I live 2 hours away. Frantically, I was searching for a Great Plumber that can get this issue resolved as soon as possible. This is how I met Warren from Boss Plumbing. Warren, the owner himself, answered my call after 8pm on a Wednesday evening. He calmly explained my options and we agreed to meet the next day. He showed up on time and throughly explained worst case and best case scenario. He accepted check, credit, etc. The following day, he went to Philadelphia City Hall and got the permits to begin work the following Monday. He sent me videos, pictures and explained every step of the way. His work is fast and impeccable. Thank you Warren. If you want a reliable, knowledgeable and fair plumber, Warren is the Boss. Lastly, he is a 3rd generation plumber in his family so he has a wealth of knowledge with new school approaches.

We had a sink reinstalled and some drain pipe replaced. The guys were quick and efficient with the install. When a slight issue came about from the work they did, they were out the very next day to fix that issue with no questions asked. Vinny was especially great as he informed us of any potential future work we should consider, but wasnt pushy on us getting it done that day. He was honest and answered all of our questions and eased our concerns.

John is awesome!  He is personable, honest, trustworthy, and a master at his craft.  He did some work for us recently and we will definitely use his company in the future for our plumbing needs.  Finally, we have found our plumber!

You can 100% trust this company. Fair prices, fair service and the owner is there to help, not to gouge you like other companies that told me I had to replace my disposal. Feel free to call other companies like I did, but this one is best.

My father had his heater fixed last Tuesday. Because of the unseasonably warm temperatures there was no need  to have the heat on for a couple of days.  When he turned his heat on the weekend it was not working.  He called them on Monday and they said they could not have anyone come out until Tuesday between 9-12, he called after 12 to inquire because it was past the time they said they would be there and was told they would be there between then and 4.  Two young men (different from the original person who fixed it on Tuesday) showed up to fix his heat. The technicians seemed to be inexperienced and were very rude to my 80 year old father, so he asked them to leave. I don't know about anyone looking at this review, but when I pay for something to be done,  I expect customer service to be superior no matter what.  So, I called about 30 minutes ago (today, Jan 14, 2020) and talked to a young lady about the situation that my father paid over $500 for a repair that was not done and she said she would have someone else call me back.  I received a phone call by a woman who she said her name was Adrian, explained the same thing I previously explained told them about the situation.  They were rude, unprofessional and unwilling to do repair what was clearly NOT fixed to begin with. If an 80 year old man who  can barely walk is a threat to you because he's talking to you, then you need to find another line of work..period.  

Because I'm posting this a month and a half later... I thought I had posted it.  I don't remember her name but o e of the ladies that I spoke to actually I mention that the lady who I spoke with on the phone actually hung up on me as well.  

The only good thing I can say is that the man that ended up calling me back because of my complaint, was a bit more professional, but they still did not repair what they had supposedly fixed in the first place.  I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, even if they paid me to do so!!

Highly recommended!  I needed a plumber to fix something I tried doing myself (water supply line for an ice maker) but I screwed it up and needed a pro.  In the meantime a bucket was catching the drips.

Earlier in the day I had a plumber come from one of the bigger companies whose trucks I have seen in our area for years, come give an estimate.  He took a look, said he had to go call the boss, then came back with an absurdly high estimate.

Using Yelp I found Rick Lucas plumbing locally and called.  Rick answered the call, said he could be there within 1-2 hours, would call first.  He called back as promised and arrived shortly thereafter.

Rick took a look at what was needed.  He also determined that some additional copper piping adjacent to what I messed up needed to be repaired as it was corroded, and verbally gave me a price.

Rick not only replaced all the necessary piping including the additional areas that he recommended, he also added the necessary fittings and connections and shutoff valve and flexible steel supply hose and completed the connection to our new refrigerator.  Rick worked non-stop, and is professional, courteous and friendly, and cleaned up afterwards.

Best of all his price was 33% less than the first place that came.  (Plus I returned the parts I previously bought to Home Depot and Lowes so saved even more).

I am very pleased that I had Rick Lucas Plumbing do this job at our home, and wouldn't hesitate to call him the next time I need a plumber.

We hired Mike to replace a toilet and sink in our half bath. His quote was competitive, and we really appreciated that he took the time to recommend new fixtures that would work well for our bathroom -- fixtures which were reasonable in price and easy to find at Lowes. He was able to do the work in our tight timeline, cleaned up after himself and was friendly and respectful while in our home. A few days after install, we noticed a slight leak in the new toilet which turned out to be a manufacturing defect. Mike was at our house ten minutes after we called him about it, and went out of his way to fix the issue even though it was in no way his fault. We are so glad to have found Miller Plumbing and will use this company for all our future plumbIng needs. Can't recommend Mike highly enough.

I have used them three times, two for heating issues and once to install a gas range.  The two times in which my heater wasn't working, they were out to my house within a few hours of calling and the problem was fixed. Each was a pretty quick fix, however, it was nothing I could do myself.  What they charged was definitely reasonable and they are both super nice and very responsive. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience as a first time customer with Valdel. From the answering service on the weekend to the call back from Christine who was extremely sweet and caring to my situation (death in the family/attending funeral services out of state) working around my limited availability when scheduling my service call. Ariel was also nice. When my tech Steve arrived, he was professional, friendly and even sincere as he expressed his condolences for my loss. Steve quickly assessed what needed to be fixed and even explained everything to me before he did it and as he was working. Steve is a fine young man and was even kind enough to offer me a coupon for being a first time customer. Once the repair was made, another issued was discovered that we weren't expecting nor aware of. This latest issue will be very expensive to repair. Steve was able to talk to his manager about offering me a lower fee for my repair that day because it didn't entirely resolve all issues. Steve and Joe went above and beyond to work with me and come to a reasonable solution that was agreeable to all parties. I highly recommend Valdel Plumbing and it's staff and services.

With Luan and Kapo have been my best plumbing experience so far. They are extremely professional and smart to figure out the plumbing issue and fix it in a clean way. I used them a few times till now and they are always on time, responsive and reliable. Best part is, the charges with them are very nominal. I have paid so much more in past for similar work on my properties.

I highly recommend both Luan and Kapo and wish them all the best. Use them and you will be in good hands!

I cannot recommend Chris Williams enough. Chris has done many jobs for our family in both our previous home and our new home. He installed an entire master bathroom addition for us as well as other smaller jobs and repairs. Most recently Chris has helped us during a water main clog right before the holidays when we had family visiting and we're in a major pinch! If we had not hired him for the job, we would very likely have ended up with waste water overflowing in our first floor kitchen and bathroom on Christmas Eve!

He has gone above and beyond in many ways - from being available via text and cell at late hours, to taking the time to fully explain in layman's terms the details of every job he has done. He lets you know why he recommends the solution he is proposing as well as gives you options. He clearly thinks through each situation with care and does what is best for the homeowner. He and his team have always been courteous and kind, and on top of it all, his prices are very fair and reasonable. If prefer to work with someone you can trust and feel comfortable with, go with Chris!

Bernie got back right away with quote and set a time. They got in touch to say they were on their way which is always nice. Mike actually came in to make sure I didn't just need a service call before switching it out.  That type of service is VERY MUCH appreciated and rare.

Mike changed garbage disposal for me. Didn't take long. Nicest guy!  Very professional, personal and knowledgeable.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Glenslide fixed my clogged drains! They were very professional and came to my house on the same day I called. Kevin (the service technician) was great! If you want professional service then I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Glenside!

Used Yelp to find a plumber and I'm glad I gave this company a chance although the ratings were low.

Kevin responded quickly and came out within a day- which was much needed.

Very responsive and quoted me a great price.
Kevin was the worker who came out and he was friendly and explained exactly what needed to be replaced and showed me the finished product after.

I would recommend this business and would be using them again.
