They know what they are doing.  Knowledgeable and professional.  Their truck and people are clean and get the job done.  Used them for work at a 100 year old house and for commercial property, many companies only do residential or commercial, being able to do both tells me they have a broad skill set.

I have used the men of Brownie Electric three times in the last six months (all for different unrelated issues) and my daughter has used them several times as well.  This time was a surprise and Wendell Brown was able to come out within a few hours.  Wonderful service.  On time.  Personable.  Skilled.  They are in my book of who to call.  Previously Avery Brown has come out.  Great company!

We had Brian from Kelly Electrical at our house today.  He arrived in the time frame given to us and the first thing he did was to put a drop cloth on our floor.

He worked in a timely manner and did a great job for us.  He is a professional!!!

Dave is prompt and arrived within the time frame he promised.  He is very knowledgeable on the Insinkerator products and completed the work quickly and the area was left immaculate.  He also pointed out that one of my parts was recalled last year and provided me with the information for a replacement.  Thanks again for your help!

Elliott changed out a dining room light, ceiling fan and a wifi smart dimmer.  His prices were fair and he explained everything to me before and during.  He was very pleasant and made sure to clean up before he left.

I needed 5 ceiling fans installed in my house to help cope with the unbearable heat (No central A/C ack) and DMS came out for a free estimate.  After calling around a few other companies their price was the best by far and so I scheduled an appointment for that week.

What can I say? They came in and put the fans & switches where I wanted them and cleaned up any mess that was made.  Very friendly and courteous people.  They even helped me move any furniture that was in the way.  I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're on a tight budget.

I had an appointment for diagnostics for my 2 year old hot water heater. The service individual took a few pics and walked outside to take a phone call and   did not come for 15 minutes. I was then informed, my 15 minute appointment was done. I never received any diagnostics on the unit and was charged 122$ for the appointment. I had to call 2 times to find out the status. I was then placed on hold and told the manager was in a meeting. Waste of time and money.... I was then told due to the brand of my unit it could not be serviced by them. That could have been confirmed before they came.

McCall's roughed-in the plumbing for a new bathroom on the 2nd floor of my rowhouse. Tyrone McCall was very polite and accommodating. I was very happy with their work. While the job created a good amount of dust and dirt (anyone who has ever had to cut through plaster & lathe, and brick knows how messy that can be)  Tyrone and his crew left the house just as it was before they showed up to do the work.
