This was my first experience with JB Plumbing and heating...and I found them through Yelp. This is another business that lives up to the great reputation they have here.

Mark came out to the house for the estimate in a very timely manner, was friendly and forthright, and followed up via email with an estimate. He was easy to schedule an appointment with and sent fantastic workers to the house to do the job. They were really nice, neat, and worked efficiently. Great guys. My house looked exactly the same when they left as when they came...no dirty handprints everywhere, etc..  

For me, the job was cleaning out a bath drain and replacing a garbage disposal..the disposal was a tricky job because they also had to correct a few things that were done incorrectly by a previous owner. The bill was exactly the same as the estimate and they did fantastic work...so far, all is solid. The owner even followed-up with a phone call to make sure that I was happy with the work and all went well....what a great touch!

If I had any issues again, I would call these guys again in a heartbeat. My experience was very positive.

Economy saved the day! 2 days before selling our house we had an issue with a drain pipe. Anthony came out the day of our request and we cannot say enough good things about him. He took the time to figure out what the issue truly was, tried various ways to fix it and didn't stop until he completely solved the issue. He even stayed beyond working hours to make sure he completely and successfully finished the job. We really lucked out with finding Economy and we would recommend them any day! Thank you, Anthony!!

I needed someone to assemble my 12 ft Christmas Tree. It weighs nearly 200 pounds and needed to be carted from the basement to the first floor. Within 3 hours of my posting I had an appointment with A-1 Handyman and Home Plumbing. Brandon and his uncle arrived this morning ahead of schedule and within 45 minutes had the tree together and did not break a sweat. Brandon was great. He is polite and respectful and obviously someone who takes pride in his work. He was careful to leave the house as clean as when he arrived. I will keep his number handy for other home repairs that may be needed.
I should also add that he typically does not like to work in my area because of the parking. He likes taking care of Yelp customers so he did agree to complete the job.

Warren has come in emergencies and non emergencies. He's honest reliable and affordable.

I needed a new toilet installed;  They were quick, reliable, efficient and affordable.  Will defintely use them again for future plumbing needs.

John and his crew are the very best!! John literally saved my house.  I did not know my pipes had corroded under ground. John was the only plumber who took out the toilet and looked underground with his camera ..and found the problem. I had to get extensive work done. John was very understanding of my situation and gave me a very fair price. He is an excellent compassionate human being and treats others the way we should all treat each other. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable professional. Zach and Anthony are pros as well.  Courteous and prompt. John Snyder is my plumber for life! Call him!! See for yourself! Yesterday a tenant from my rental property in Philadelphia called complaining about a clogged kitchen sink full of water that wouldn't drain.
It was very difficult to find someone to come soon on Memorial day and the ones who could priced this urgent job pretty high.
Plumbing n things didn't have lots of reviews but I decided to take my chances. Not only they gave me a great price and offered a camera inspection, but also came over on holiday and did it fast. Needless to say, they also did a great job with the issue.
Making decisions like this without being there is quite a challenge, but I am glad I was able to find this business. It's also a family-owned business and It is my choice to support small businesses.

Initially, we hired Goodman Plumbing to replace the kitchen faucet.  Then, we hired them to replace our old leaking shower.   Prior to moving forward with Goodman, we received many estimates from others, including a big box store.  The price was fair and Billy really seemed forthright, letting me know what the process would look like.  We decided to also have Goodman install our new bathroom vanity.  The shower is now complete.  The tile person Goodman works with is a true perfectionist. I am amazed at how beautiful the shower is now. Both the kitchen faucet and vanity are great as well.   wish I'd taken before and after pictures.  We will call Goodman Plumbing from now on any time we have a plumbing install or repair.

This is 3rd time we used Rick.  Always responsive and communicates.  First rate work and our projects are not easy  Meticulous and very reasonable rates.

I would def use him again! He did great work, was flexible with scheduling and went above and beyond. My bathroom was leaking and I called in the plumber my home warranty recommend and after weeks of them not being able to fix it I called mike. Not only did he fix the problem he educated me on what was wrong and helped me get my money back from the home warranty company who was trying to pull a fast one. I will def be calling him for any work I need done in the future

After packing all day to prepare to move, and a few hours before a scheduled showing of our property, we had a leaky pipe we tried to fix on our own go completely haywire, spraying water all over the closet and floor. We turned the water off and called a few plumbers to see who could help. John Neill had a full schedule for the day, but promised we would be he first appointment the next day. To my delight, his team finished earlier than expected, and John called me to ask if they could come by right away! They arrived within a few minutes, assessed the problem, made a special trip to get parts and fixed our issue in about 20 minutes. I was so grateful, not only to get to take a shower, but to have the problem corrected in time for the house to be shown!
These guys were especially accommodating, polite, efficient and thorough. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Right before the holidays, the pipe under my mom and dad's kitchen sink burst.  They called Valdel Plumbing after hours on Friday, December 20th. Since they could use the water from the bathroom faucet, it was not an emergency, and Steve was at their home early Monday morning.  He was friendly, patient and efficient, answering questions, diagnosing the problem, and preparing a quote. He got right to work, and efficiently completed the repairs so the kitchen sink was useable.  He found additional problems/potential problems and gave my parents the option to address it then or wait, and broke the pricing down for each option. My parents chose to get it all done then.  Steve said he would be back
on Thursday 12/26. He showed up when he said he would, and completed the job.  He was friendly both days even though the only access to their plumbing is a very old, very dark, cramped and low crawl-space that has to be accessed through a small panel in the side of the house. The fee was reasonable and my parents felt it was fair. I recommended Valdel to them after reading online reviews so I'm appreciative they were not gouged. Thank you, Steve!  Well done!

Was able to get out to the job I had fairly fast. Gave great advice and did a job well done.

We had a clog in our main drain. Awesome and professional service! Will hire again for future plumbing service.

I came home to an actively flooding basement and called My Plumber after the water dept did not send anyone for 2 hours. I was given completely free, very valuable, level headed advice. There was absolutely nothing in it for him, but he knew I was panicked and did me such a service with his advice, reminding me of electrocution precautions and how to deal with the PWD. It ended up that my neighbors hot water heater burst and I did not need any emergency work, but the next time I need a plumber I know who I'll be calling.

We contacted Mr. Rooter about the bathroom being clogged up for the whole house.  They were responsive and came out the next day.  They texted us a picture of the technician along with the name which is a nice touch so we know exactly who's coming and what they look like.

The technician was able to found the issue which was an old pipe that partly collapsed which caused the backup.  They use the camera to show us that the storm line was clear and the issue is only on the sanitary line.

The average rating was because we thought there's nothing else except to replace the broken area.  We have a sewage line warranty so we call that company to have them start the replacement process.  They send out a second plumbing company to confirm the issue but this company was able to clear the line partly to provide some relief while they get the permit for the replacement.  I felt Mr. Rooter's technician should have been able to do this in their visit to help the home owner so I'm a bit disappointed given all the outstanding reviews they have.

Update 2/15: the other company was able to clear the sewage line and they report it was fine and doesn't need replacing.  I'm glad we have a warranty and didn't spend several thousands replacing something not needed.

We were looking for help with our clogged kitchen sink, had tried everything on our end and needed a professional! Kevin communicated with us in a timely, organized way, showed up on time, and stayed until the problem was totally fixed. He needed various extra tools and parts as the problem was bigger than expected, but worked through it until he knew it was right. Waited extra 10 minutes just running the kitchen sink to be sure all was fixed, and checked in with us a couple days later. He was professional, courteous, and thorough! Pricing was fair. Would highly recommend.
