Called these guys yesterday (Sunday) and talked to Mark, the owner, on the phone.  He came out first thing the next morning.  Fixed our broken shower head within an hour of his arrival.  Had good ideas for options of how to help us, worked quickly, and we are up and running already!  Planning to do more plumbing and bathroom projects with these guys.  Great experience.

After struggling to schedule with several other companies, I called Economy Saturday morning and they sent Anthony out same day. He immediately fixed our drain problem--which we had been dealing with for over a month. Anthony was really wonderful and took the time to explain everything. I'm so grateful to have found these guys! My new go-to plumbers. Thank you!!

Brandon is great! He was very responsive, and was able to fit me in soon after I called him. He gave me a very reasonable set quote to replace my kitchen faucet and completed the work quickly with no problems. I also showed him around the house to other things that needed to be done and he was helpful in explaining and advising and gave me a quote for those items as well. I would highly recommend him!

My husband I don't enjoy tackling plumbing projects ourselves. When our water heater unexpectedly broke a few months back, Warren had his team come out to replace it within a day or two. We've since had them install a new faucet and fix a leaky garbage disposal as well. The guys at Boss Plumbing are friendly, reliable, and efficient with their work. Definitely recommend them!

We had a sink reinstalled and some drain pipe replaced. The guys were quick and efficient with the install. When a slight issue came about from the work they did, they were out the very next day to fix that issue with no questions asked. Vinny was especially great as he informed us of any potential future work we should consider, but wasnt pushy on us getting it done that day. He was honest and answered all of our questions and eased our concerns.

Highly recommend! We had a leaky drain issue with a DIY sink installation and I was at the end of my rope trying to figure out how to fix it. I left a voicemail on John's line and received a callback within 15mins. He was friendly and kind while asking questions to assess our situation, and luckily was able to dispatch his team within less than an hour due to a last-minute cancellation.
John's team (I think Anthony and Xavier?) were on-time, professional, and quick with their work. They wore face masks, which I appreciate during this latest wave of the pandemic. After finishing their work, they reviewed the fixes with me and patiently answered my questions.
Although this drain leak was such a minor issue, I don't have any regrets about the money I spent on for their expertise and speed. I feel much more confident about our new sink setup now that they've repaired my DIY-gone-wrong and looked over the rest of my work. Do the smart thing-- skip the DIY and call these guys instead!

We were having a problem with our bathroom sink and laundry sink. Kit came in and fixed the sink so quick. Then he diagnosed the laundry sink and told us how to do it ourselves. He didn't charge as the fix was so menial but i was still so grateful as he came all the way for us. We know nothing about plumbing so felt a little embarrassed but he didn't judge! Will definitely be in touch again if we have real problems. Thanks again :)

Called Goodman to come out after I was unable to connect my new washer due to my water valve shut off valve being frozen and my main water valve needing to be replaced so i could install my new washer. I had George come out the next day and was done within an hour. Reasonable prices and great service. Really recommend any of their work.

Rick Lucas is the best plumber in the area hands down. Rick and I have worked together for over 25 years. Quick example - today we had a plumbing underground inspection and passed without a problem. To quote the inspector verbatim he said it's nice to deal with professionals.  Probably the best compliment around. It's a pleasure to work with Rick and I will continue to use him for all our plumbing needs!

Super professional plumber. Very responsive and came over quickly. He actually quickly identified that he wasn't able to fix our issue and referred us to a colleague with special equipment (who is also responsive and prompt). He didn't even charge us for the call. I would hire Mr Miller again!

We love these guys. They've come by a few times, they're always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and even willing to teach us something. They can be a little hard to get a hold of in short notice, but John always calls back soon and he's really nice!

I highly recommend them for large and small jobs.

ValDel Plumbing, LLC, I got a connection through Angi. They called me immediately. They told me a $65 fee for the visit and estimate. They came within an hour and gave me a quote for the Customer provide Water filter installation of $2403.24. I'm terrified and surprised about the pricing. This is an Angi SCAM. Stay away from kinds of Angi Applications and companies, Because of ridiculous pricing. Another company offered me a $1500 installation, including a water filter. This is 100% SCAM, they don't want to do the work, and for 10 minutes, they charged me $65.

A pipe broke on Thursday (Thanksgiving).  Friday morning I entered a Yelp request for a quote from Bommer plumbing.  (Yelp site now says response is typically within 9 hours, although at the time I'd thought it was 4 hours).  Nothing back on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in spite of their 24 hour service claim.  Early Monday morning I receive a message saying technician can't evaluate from picture and will need to come onsite to quote.  If you accept quote, $87 charge will be waived.  I can understanding wanting more info, but how about a call or request for more detail first, before charging $87 for an estimate?

Compare this to JB Plumbing, where the owner responded within 10 minutes of my request, happened to live nearby and came over to check out the situation (no charge) and then gave me options since he didn't have needed part in hand.  One of the options was to wait and see what other plumbers responded.  If no one was available, let him know and he'd send one of his techs from Phila on Saturday.  Long story short - go with JB and skip the M-F, no holiday support Bommer.

Maybe it was just an off time or they aren't set up to respond to yelp quickly, but they should say so in their listing.

I requested a quote to repair a pipe and faucet to our backyard hose line. Luan from zip to zip replied within the hour. He was kind enough to call to discuss our issue and provided a free quote. He and his team came out for repair the following day. They were extremely cordial, professional and got the job done in less than 1 hour. They also came within the expected time frame. Finding reliable plumbers in todays industry can be difficult but zip by zip made our experience seamless. They also quoted and stuck by their quote, which was less than half of the quotes I received from other companies from yelp. I highly recommend his services!

Had a leak in my mobile.  Called the office and the girl said she would get someone right out

A couple hours passed.  Nobody.  I called back and asked if someone was coming.  The girl asked if someone called, I said no and she said Guess not.

Nice.  I cant speak for craftsmanship or pricing, but if you need sonething right away go elsewhere.  Peoples lives are effected and that dont care attitude made me write this review.  Ironically, the fix was easy.

honestly, I have to wonder if the people who have written bad reviews are dealing with another company.  I have dealt with them on four occasions over 6 years.  On one HUGE job where they had to dig under a basement-less kitchen, their quote came in $2700 cheaper than the next best quote.  some plumbers even refused the work... you might say: cheaper aint always better.  On all four jobs they have thoroughly explained the issue and resolved it.  all 4 jobs were done to perfection... on two of the four occasions, the job was minor.  once they wouldnt take a dollar.  and the second time, after trying to help me out over the phone and text (no charge), they came out within 20 minutes, fixed my issue, and charged me way less than what they could have (and what i offered)

i would say the only somewhat negative experience is that one time they couldnt make it out same day and recommended another plumber, who i didnt think was great. not horrible, but not great. (so maybe thats what happend with the person that left a bad review here?)

... the two main guys are Bernie and Michael i think - both good guys.  reasonable, communicative and based on my handful of experiences: they are honest and do good work

My husband and I are recent Mr. Rooter customers our service technician was Scott McFarley This review is more for Scott than his company, Scott went over and beyond the duties he was sent to our home to  perform. Once Scott performed the request for which he came  evaluating and giving us an estimate for a sump pump which was reasonable compared to some of the other estimates that we'd received. Scott left our home and continued his investigation of our basement flooding problem. Through Scott's diligence and dedication to his job Scott found another solution to our water problem and saved my husband and I three thousand dollars!!!! Thank you Scott your are the MVP.

I had a few leaky pipes in my basement which resulted in flooding as well as a clogged toilet. I called Kevin at 9am on Monday morning and by 2pm he was at my house checking out the basement for me. What I thought was a leaking pipe in my basement turned out to be a whole other issue that Kevin was able to take care of for me. After a quick inspection and an estimate, Kevin was at my house bright and early on Wednesday morning. His prices were reasonable, he was prompt, quick and quiet. Now thanks to Kevin there is no more leaking in my basement and my toilet is fixed. I am 100% satisfied and will recommend Kevin and Vinko plumbing for any plumbing or heating services in the future!
