I can't say enough good things about my consumer experience with JB plumbing & Heating.  Our heating went out on last Thursaday night.  I called numerous plumbers and HVAC businesses, all wanting to charge outrageous prices.  I even had to pay one business with a huge fancy ad and a bunch of bull $100 dollars for a quick 5 minute diagnosis and a 7,000 quote. Our home was too cold to stay in so we had to bunk with relatives.  It was also a holiday weekkend (MLK), which made it virtually impossible to get someone out.  Upon our arrival home, we had the pleasure of having a busted, frozen and clogged pipe awaiting us.  After numerous phone calls, I found Mark (JB Plumbing & Heating) on Yelp.  I spoke to Mark and told him about my dire emergency.  He had a tech out within 15 minutes, who made an honest assessment.  Mark had a crew out 7:30 am, the next morning.  They arrived with the broiler, and fixed our broken pipe.  Mark also recommended a drain cleaning company, and the entire job was completed that same day.  Mark's employees were also very professional and courteous.  My home is now warm and cozy.  I wrote such a lengthy review, because as a woman seeking home repair services, sometimes we are not treated with the same respect or honesty that men are.  I will definitely use JB Pluming and Heating again, and will highly recommend him to others.

Highly recommend! We had a big plumbing issue where we couldn't use any of our toilets in our house. So we called these guys and they had really fair prices. They had good communication throughout and finished the job well. They know what they're doing. Loved working with these guys. All really down to earth and easy to work with.

We had them come out for another job to jet our pipes. That works much better than having someone snake the pipes. Would definitely work with them again in the future

Agree with all the great reviews of Brandon here. He's very responsive and easy to coordinate with via texts and calls. Both times he came for an appointment, he texted updates on his ETA and was always on time or even early. He replaced an old toilet really quickly and we've been really happy with it since. Will definitely be calling him back for more plumbing work and general house jobs.

Had a main drain line clog. Caused me to not be able to use any water in the house.

Tried Roto rooter first and after two appointments cancelled because they were hours late with no eta we finally had to look elsewhere.

Called Boss Plumbing. Wish we did that first. William & DJ arrived very quickly and handled the issue in twenty minutes. Fair pricing for Philly. Everything working fine now. Highly recommend.

This company responded to my request on the same day I called. Billy and Richy arrived on time and introduced themselves. I received a fair price quote to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. The leak was fixed, and Information was given how it happened and how to prevent future issues.
They were both polite and professional. This is a company I would definitely hire again.

We called John Synder Plumbing based on his yelp reviews. Of coarse there's always a few sour eggs in the reviews, but we over look those who just don't get it. John responded very quickly and had his team out to the house the very next day. Our case was not an emergency so there was no need for immediate response. We had some blockage issues and John himself was able to assess and had an estimate right away. They arrived at the scheduled time and quickly got our problems resolved. He had to dig up the main line outside the home and install a clean out. Big job! They explained everything they were going to do and it went very smooth. The yard doesn't even look like it was touched. I already have recommended him to some neighbors who were inquiring about his work. They were clean, efficient and extremely courteous. I am a very satisfied customer! Good honest working guys is a rarity these days, so I was happy to have found them and to recommend them too. It's my second time using them. First time Kit fixed garbage disposal that I thought needed to be replaced at a fraction of the cost. That's when he earned my trust. This time I called for a faucet installation and I needed someone who know what he's doing. I was worried that gold finish  could be scratched during installation. It turned out even better then expected. Completely happy with service.

It's been very delightful to work with Goodman Plumbing over the years. Today, they sent a technician to come back to fix our garden pipe that had problems from the winter. Since it was a call back, they did not charge anything for the repair. The technician, Sean, was super friendly and fixed everything. He also taught us how to prevent any future breaks by draining the pipe in the basement next winter, something we hadn't known. Sean is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely keep using them whenever we have any plumbing problems in the future.

We found Rick Lucas Plumbing on Yelp and they did a great job with our service call!

We were having some issues with our plumbing and so we got in touch in order to get a repair quote. Rick was extremely fast with getting back to us, it took around 10 minutes to hear from him which is really great. For most area providers it takes a few hours at least.

We then scheduled the job and it went very well. They gave us a heads up via text when they were on their way and showed up right on time. They were considerate about their presence and didn't cause a big disruption to our work or kids schooling schedule, which is a big deal now that a lot of people are stuck at home due to Covid-19. I also appreciated that they let me know what specific repairs they were going to do prior to doing them, just so we knew what to expect. Once they got started with the work, the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

I'm definitely a fan now and will use them in the future if the need arises.

Super professional plumber. Very responsive and came over quickly. He actually quickly identified that he wasn't able to fix our issue and referred us to a colleague with special equipment (who is also responsive and prompt). He didn't even charge us for the call. I would hire Mr Miller again!

We use John Neill for our 2 mixed-use buildings in Fishtown and for our plumbing at home. They are friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and great to work with. I highly recommend them.

I requested a quote to repair a pipe and faucet to our backyard hose line. Luan from zip to zip replied within the hour. He was kind enough to call to discuss our issue and provided a free quote. He and his team came out for repair the following day. They were extremely cordial, professional and got the job done in less than 1 hour. They also came within the expected time frame. Finding reliable plumbers in todays industry can be difficult but zip by zip made our experience seamless. They also quoted and stuck by their quote, which was less than half of the quotes I received from other companies from yelp. I highly recommend his services!

The price given made no sense for the proposed work. He could have just said he didn't want the job instead of insulting me. Women and novices get a second quote.

Absolutely great work from Mike! We had a clogged kitchen sink. He not only managed to come the same day we called but explained everything he did including how to prevent it from happening. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a honest and professional plumber.

My husband and I are recent Mr. Rooter customers our service technician was Scott McFarley This review is more for Scott than his company, Scott went over and beyond the duties he was sent to our home to  perform. Once Scott performed the request for which he came  evaluating and giving us an estimate for a sump pump which was reasonable compared to some of the other estimates that we'd received. Scott left our home and continued his investigation of our basement flooding problem. Through Scott's diligence and dedication to his job Scott found another solution to our water problem and saved my husband and I three thousand dollars!!!! Thank you Scott your are the MVP.

Vinko came out quick.  The job was on our old house with a copper drain that leaked at the I bend.  Quickly shored it up and now we can use our bathroom again.  The price was also very reasonable.  No unnecessary upsells. Very appreciative of the work they did.
