Its hard to find an honest plumber, so when I had an issue at my house, I was concerned.  Their price was fair and I got an appointment for the same day while other local plumbers had me wait for days.  Kevin was awesome, he explained the process and  was professional.  He didn't just throw out any number, he explained the procedure and had written documents which justified his assessment.  They stand behind their work 100%.  The receptionist was friendly and called back to check up the on us after the job was completed.  I felt so satisfied with their work that, i signed up my office as well.  Excellent service all around.  Thank You !!!  A++++++++++++++++

Bob's knowledge of plumbing exceeds anything I could've ever expected from a plumber at his rates. The savings that I experience with Bob allowed me to get a little extra work done without going over budget and I would believe anyone would appreciate that.

Jason is a pleasure to work with-- I had called him after getting his coupon in the money mailer bc I was afraid that I had a major problem with my toilet.  He was on time, showed me his plumbing license, and spent a lot of time with me, Answering all of my questions.  Luckily, the problem wasn't a problem after all.   He is also not the kind of plumber whose gonna charge you an arm and a leg, which I really respect and appreciate in this day and age. Now I know in the future, who to call, if and when there is a problem! He also rescues dogs and other animals, which to me, is a win win. I would recommend him to anyone.

The HOUSE DOCTOR is just that, a doctor of plumbing who FIXES the ills of your home. He is awesome!!!!! Finds the problem and works til its done. Very affordable.

I needed to get a sewer line replaced under a concrete slab, out of the four companies I called:
1st wouldn't even do it
2nd couldn't give me a price until they opened up the area
Good Plumbing came right in and knew what was wrong and what needed to be done and gave me an estimate the next day.
4th company gave me an estimate range, which was thousands over Good's estimate.

It was scheduled to take 3days, but because of some other work that was being done in the work area, at the end of the 2nd day I asked if they could finish at another time.  I felt guilty, but they worked with me even though it was a last minute request.  Once I got the other work completed, they came back, finished the work and it all looks great.

The two workers John and Chuck did a quality job and were very courteous to myself and my wife.  Everything was fixed and they even cleaned everything up, so there was no mess at the end.

I will be using them again in the future for any additional plumbing work I may have.

I've seen their red trucks all over town and decided to give them a call the morning after discovering the cold pipe to our hot water heater was leaking pretty badly. A friendly voice answered the phone at 7:30am and said they could send somebody right over. (They also said on their after-hours vmail that they'll return emergency phone calls 24/7 within 20 minutes - WOW!) Ours wasn't a true emergency since I was able to shut the water off further upstream to stop the leaking.

Alex, the tech from Lucas was on site by 8am and sized up the situation. He was very friendly, very informative, neat and quick to work. We both knew our old water heater was 21+ years old and I suspected it had finally met its demise, but Alex from Lucas Ltd assured me they don't try to sell unnecessary parts when not needed. He suggested trying to fix the leaking valve first and sweated a new valve in place and refilled the tank. Unfortunately, as I feared, the tank had indeed failed and continued to leak.

By noon he had a brand new (and larger! w00t!) tank installed and humming along perfectly. There was absolutely no sign that he was there - no mess, no footprints, no water - he left the area absolutely pristine, the heater looks like it has always been there and the new joins and valves look super clean with no bubblegum welds.

We are thrilled with our new water heater and also with Lucas Ltd and their customer service. We will definitely use them for all our future plumbing needs.

Needed a repair of my water line to hook up my new washing machine. Brian answered the call and said he would be there this afternoon at 2. He was there promptly at 2 and assessed my problem. He said he needed some additional Parts and would return in an hour. He returned promptly in an hour, fixed my problem within a half an hour.  He was very professional and cleaned up afterword. I am totally satisfied and would highly  recommend Brian. 5 stars!

Customer service is lacking with this company.  I spoke to an older man who gave me an estimate.  When I called the next day to get more info. and to clarify some things on the estimate he was rude to me and hung up on me.  I was prepared to hire them to do the work in my home, but I decided to go with another company, because I don't give my money to people with no customer service skills, and you shouldn't either.

Joe was very helpful and professional. He got in touch with us quickly and was flexible with scheduling. Once he found out what was wrong with our radiators, he got the parts needed and installed them efficiently. We highly recommend Joe!

Very efficient, very well done job. They replaced several galvanized pipes in our basement, improving the routing and overall appearance of the water lines. Previously been to our home to replace the water heater. First rate work.

Customer service responded to my comments (which I also submitted directly on their site) and have given me a refund for my Gold Plan while still honoring the plan promises.  It's great to know they that really do care and are working actively to improve.  They also ensured that the tech came out at the time we originally scheduled.  He worked quick and got the job done right, so never an issue there.  Horizon has taken steps to restore my faith, but I'm looking forward to the fall to see  their improvements in action.

Did work for us two years ago. Horrible horrible work. Guy did not know what he was doing. Said he come back to fix the problem never did. Billed us and when we called company to get them to finish the job they stopped taking our calls. Then sent us to collections. Never had us sign off in the job or give us a receipt.

After repeated calls to have Affordable finish their work by we had to resort to a lawyer to get their attention. Next time we will use someone reliable.

Our basement sink was backed up. Then the kitchen sink..they came out couldn't find anything they were here for almost 5 hrs...then they said they fixed it. It was the kitchen sink an the main...he told my landlord he pulled up wipes.LIAR THEY NEVER PULLED ANYTHING UP...what was left next to the main drain looked like a old torn wash rag..if anything...i asked them to show me whatever it was since i gotta pay double now. They never showed me anything. I knew what was on my pavement because my dad snaked the same drain an there was nothing on my pavement now i have this ripped up old rag...NO WIPES..AN CHARGED 1000...NEVER AGAIN.HORRIBLE
