My garbage disposal needed to be replaced.  Alex took out the old one and installed a new one I had already purchased. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  The job was done in no time at all.

I found Steve on a Saturday afternoon while scrolling through Yelp out of desperation when my mom had a home-related issue that needed immediate attention. Steve came through and more. He listened to my concerns and showed up within the hour to help my mom. He was polite and helpful, and even followed up with me after he left my mom's place. My mother said she will be using Steve in the future whenever she needs a handyman.

Fantastic service. Chad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and a pleasure to have him service my problem. I am very confident I will be using Moser service as my Plumber and I highly recommend them. AAA+++.

I've been looking for an honest old-fashioned plumber who does the job you want done.
Bob's knowledge of plumbing exceeds anything I could've ever expected from a plumber at his rates. The savings that I experience with Bob allowed me to get a little extra work done without going over budget and I would believe anyone would appreciate that.
If you need a plumber from simple to sophisticated this is the guy you need!

Jason is a pleasure to work with-- I had called him after getting his coupon in the money mailer bc I was afraid that I had a major problem with my toilet.  He was on time, showed me his plumbing license, and spent a lot of time with me, Answering all of my questions.  Luckily, the problem wasn't a problem after all.   He is also not the kind of plumber whose gonna charge you an arm and a leg, which I really respect and appreciate in this day and age. Now I know in the future, who to call, if and when there is a problem! He also rescues dogs and other animals, which to me, is a win win. I would recommend him to anyone.

The house doctor was my angel today. He came to repair our only toilet after it started leaking and my husband was unable to get it repaired before he had to leave for work. It ended up being a bigger job than was originally anticipated, but he was so kind, and so professional, calling me to show me every step of the way what was going on and what the problems were so I understood what the issues were and knew I wasn't being ripped off. We originally thought it was just a broken seal. Turned out it was a clog in the main line, as well as needing repair done to our flange. This guy is the real deal. I'll be calling this guy for any future plumbing needs.

I needed to get a sewer line replaced under a concrete slab, out of the four companies I called:
1st wouldn't even do it
2nd couldn't give me a price until they opened up the area
Good Plumbing came right in and knew what was wrong and what needed to be done and gave me an estimate the next day.
4th company gave me an estimate range, which was thousands over Good's estimate.

It was scheduled to take 3days, but because of some other work that was being done in the work area, at the end of the 2nd day I asked if they could finish at another time.  I felt guilty, but they worked with me even though it was a last minute request.  Once I got the other work completed, they came back, finished the work and it all looks great.

The two workers John and Chuck did a quality job and were very courteous to myself and my wife.  Everything was fixed and they even cleaned everything up, so there was no mess at the end.

I will be using them again in the future for any additional plumbing work I may have.

Great experience with Lucas this weekend.  Had a clogged main drain and called the emergency number. Got a response on a Sat morning in 20 minutes. It was fixed quickly and at a reasonable cost.

Plumbers that know their stuff, are fast and friendly, and charge a fair price. Who could ask for more?

Joe and Brian are the best. We had the new pex system installed in our house, they did it in exceptional time and did a great job. Any questions we asked they answered with no problem. I would recommend Palmerio for any of your plumbing needs.

Customer service is lacking with this company.  I spoke to an older man who gave me an estimate.  When I called the next day to get more info. and to clarify some things on the estimate he was rude to me and hung up on me.  I was prepared to hire them to do the work in my home, but I decided to go with another company, because I don't give my money to people with no customer service skills, and you shouldn't either.

Extremely rude, extremely over priced, charged for an unfixed heater, would not recommend this company, really confused as to why right out of the gate they were extremely rude on the phone even the women answering there phones to make appointments.

We had a leak in the basement. Thought we needed waterproof. First company said he thought there was a crack in the inside wall but couldn't tell till the paneling was removed. But that was his specialty and could definitely fix it. Second waterproof company's rep told us it was a crack in the foundation outside and would have to dig up all the bushes to find it. It was their specialty and would definitely fix it. The third basement specialist told us it was the well around the the window that was leaking. Again with no proof but he could guarantee that was the problem and his specialty. All theses had estimates over $3000.  I showed the water area to your tech who was working on my heater. He said I should call a plumber. I  called your office and  your plumber, Jayson arrived the next day. He found the problem, a crack in the sewer pipe. Had to cut a hole in the dining room wall to remove the cracked section and install the PVC pipe. No more leak. The cost was less than half of each of the phony proposals I received.

I lived in one of the apartments they rent out. I have NEVER seen such negligent apathy. They are absolute slumlords that have no regard for their tenants' quality of life or the status of their properties. I have called to report a problem with the house many many times and they would be so nice on the phone and act so concerned and then NEVER come fix the problem. Or, they would come look at the problem, say they'd be back and then NEVER come back. They are jokes. Also, the house has had a PLUMBING issue for about 3 months (every time it rains the drains back up and the toilet wont flush) so if that is any indication of the quality of their plumbing business, I would STAY AWAY. Don't be fooled by their fake kindness. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR THEIR BUSINESS(ES).

They call back right away, the times I have used them they arrived earlier then they advertised. Their prices work with your budget, they work fast, they don't need to guess about what the problem is and avoid the wrong fix. When they have serviced our apartment building, we have not needed to call them back for the same problem.

Customer Service with Carrie an employee at Mr. D's plumbing, very disrespectful on phone Ithat I wanted to see her and owner in person.

Carrie, Mtr. Dd representative told me to Google another company after waiting a month for Mr. D's and being told I was on a call back list.  Also stated they were only doing emergencies with hot water tanks. I had to shut off all my water and leave my home  due to plumbin egmergency.

I was recommended Mr. D's Plumbing during an emergency plumbing situation 2 weeks before Christmas, it is now almost 2 weeks after the New year and I am informed they are too busy.  Really. I have been out of my home during this process they sent out a drain cleaner team and I specifically informed the dispatch I required more service than that. I called the company after the Plumber did not come to my home to confirm they had my correct plumbing issues. That is when I was informed o was on a call back list. After following up I was then informed they were too busy.

Dispatch Tony, she was nice. I wanted to speak with the owner Mike, that never happened.

First time completing a Yelp review because I am that upset.
Mr. Ds,  Plumbing  was recommended by a family member who received their service through a  high dollar grant from City of Philadelphia.
I have insurance and paying cash out of pocket and get treated awful.

Basically I should have been informed from the beginning they were not going to service my home

If your looking for a reliable Plumber Service, Google another company before you get string along and delayed.

I was really shocked when I was told to Google another company by Mr. D's rep,  but oh well.

Google another company so you can avoid nonsense and stress.
