Happy is the best adjective to describe my experience with Zip To Zip Plumbing. I'm new to homeownership, and already experience my first problem, a leaky pipe. Of course, as a novice, my first reaction was to panic. The thought of having to be super vulnerable and trust someone to be honest about my plumbing issue filled me with anxiety. When you're a woman, you most times look like an easy mark to people when it comes to car and housing issues.

Having said that, I'm so glad to have found Zip To Zip Plumbing. From my very first inquiry on Yelp for a plumber, they reached out immediately. They weren't my first choice for a quote because my first thought was to choose people who have the most stars and reviews, but they were patient with me while I came to my good sense. So when I was left waiting over a day just to hear a quote, meanwhile I still had a leaky pipe, they answered my request for help immediately. And I mean immediately! As in at 10:30pm they told me they'd be at my house the next morning.

And guess what?!? The very next morning two men were there, ON TIME!! These two men were so nice, and honest (I'm embarrassed to say that I forgot their names).  All of the issues the other plumbers quoted me high prices for, they looked at and said it wasn't necessary at the moment. I wasn't having any issues with the other stuff, and since my house was old, the old plumbing was to be expected. They simply told me to hold off on a major plumbing replacement and just get the small, and might I add, very reasonably price, pipe repaired, and in the future when/if I get a major leak from the old stuff, then get the whole plumbing redone. After all, I might be able to get several more years out of the old plumbing.

They even went as far as to tell me what I should expect to pay for an entire plumbing overhaul in my tiny house, and that if someone quotes higher than that, they're ripping me off. It was nice because what they quoted as the price for a complete re-plumbing of my house was the same price as one of the quotes I received for the minimal and unnecessary work to repair this leak.

As for the work itself... EXCELLENT! No more leak! At the end of the day, that's what I needed and they delivered. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend giving them a try. I know I'll be using them again!!

Luan and his team helped me fix my leaking outdoor faucet. They are very responsive, reliable, and honest. Kapo and his colleague did a great job for a fair price. Highly recommended for your plumbing needs!

Zip to Zip is great.
They unclogged my kitchen pipes and showed up early.

Don't waste your money on Lye and Crystal Heat.
All of those liquid plumbers are garbage too.
I spent about $50 on those shits before finally calling a plumber.

Initially had a booked appointment with another contractor thru Home Advisor/Angi but he never showed up. So I went to Yelp and started a frenzied search here because it was after 3pm on a Saturday and I really didn't want to have to wait until Monday to get a new hot water heater.

Several plumbers responded but Luan was not only one of the first but immediately offered a quote and immediate availability. I texted him my address and some photos. Luan and Kapo were at my house by 5pm new water heater in tow. Flawless process, reasonable price (1,200 for new unit, installation and removal of old unit) and I was able to pay through Venmo. Kapo actually pointed out some other pipes that will eventually need replacement and I would be more than happy to use them again.

I contacted Zip to Zip on a Sunday thru Yelp about a plumbing problem that I had, of which a prior plumber called himself fixing. Needless to say, my leak got worse. Reached out to Zip to Zip for an estimate and sent them photos of my leaking bathroom sink and Kapo came out the next day and fixed my sink. After speaking with Kapo and seeing his work, I'm convinced that the prior plumber was in over his head. I've added Zip to Zip to my list of approved and dependable Contractors.  Not only are they dependable, but they communicate well and arrive on time. Now that's service for you! Thank you soooo much Kapo for saving the day for us!

I contacted Zip To Zip for a quote for some plumbing issues I was having. Luan gave me a very reasonable estimate and he and Kapo came out the very next day. They obtained additional parts that were needed quickly and took care of everything for me. They took great care to keep everything neat and cleaned up after themselves. They are honest and easy to work with! I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs!

Our garbage disposal broke so I sent out inquiries via Yelp. Within minutes, Zip to Zip called and scheduled an appointment to come the next morning. They arrived exactly when they said they would down to the minute. They did a great job replacing the garbage disposal and the price was very fair. If I have any more plumbing needs I will definitely hire them again!

During a late afternoon last week I noticed a leak under our sink. When I held the drain pipe to tighten the trap, the pipe broke in-two between the trap and the sink. Later that day, within minutes following my request Zip To Zip Plumbing contacted me, and an hour after that their plumber arrived on time and quickly fixed the drain. His work looks good.

As in my prior review, we hired Luan from Zip to Zip to replace a faucet, and were very happy.  We just hired him again to fix a leaking shower, and again are really pleased with his work.  He was able to come promptly, showed up when promised, and fixed the problem with much less hassle than I expected - he found a way to replace the leaking shower parts without breaking the tile, which I thought would be necessary because there is no back panel.  And the cost was fair.  So I think he knows what he is doing, and he aims to do the best job possible in the most straightforward way without creating extra work and charges.  We will continue to use his services when we need a plumber.

Our kitchen sink stopped draining, and despite my best efforts with the drain snake it just wouldn't budge.  Time to call in professionals.  Luan and Kapo responded to a request for quotes within minutes, and arrived when they said they would just about down to the minute.  My simple unclogging of the kitchen pipes turned out to be a larger problem that involved replacing a section of pipe and doing some heavy duty augering.  They went out to the nearest store for supplies - mind you, this is now 9 PM on Saturday night - came back, and worked until almost midnight to fix the original problem and the subsequent other problems they found.  They explained what the root cause of the issue was, answered my questions about it (without upselling of any kind), and made sure the problem was good and fixed before they left.  The work came in at a higher price than quoted because....well, it turned out to be a lot more work, but the price I wound up paying was more than fair.  If you need work done you could definitely do a lot worse.

Was the first to respond and came to my home in 30 mins! Reasonable cost and also mentioned the 50/50 chance of the whole pipe breaking... We were able to fix just the broken part! Very nice guys! I will call them if we need anything in the future!

OMG- they were a life saver!!! My master shower has been slowly clogging over the years but last night, it was totally clogged. I contacted Zip to Zip this morning and they were out in less than an hour!! And then he cleared it in 10 minutes and was so reasonably priced. I cannot say enough about this business. With Luan and Kapo have been my best plumbing experience so far. They are extremely professional and smart to figure out the plumbing issue and fix it in a clean way. I used them a few times till now and they are always on time, responsive and reliable. Best part is, the charges with them are very nominal. I have paid so much more in past for similar work on my properties.

We had a bathroom sink issue on a Sunday, 8/21/22. Basically I attempted to change my mother in laws 60 year old faucet and ran into numerous problems. I searched Yelp and found Zip to Zip plumbing. Luan and Kapo contacted me immediately, quoted me a very reasonable price for a last minute call on the weekend and we're here in an hour! The job was done quickly and professionally. There was an unforeseen issue that was handled without extra cost to me! It is so difficult nowadays to find anyone reliable anymore but I am thankful I found Zip to Zip plumbing. I requested a quote to repair a pipe and faucet to our backyard hose line. Luan from zip to zip replied within the hour. He was kind enough to call to discuss our issue and provided a free quote. He and his team came out for repair the following day. They were extremely cordial, professional and got the job done in less than 1 hour. They also came within the expected time frame. Finding reliable plumbers in todays industry can be difficult but zip by zip made our experience seamless. They also quoted and stuck by their quote, which was less than half of the quotes I received from other companies from yelp. I highly recommend his services!

Leo showed up with mask and installed the garbage disposal at my place. He had to modify the drain pipe to fit the thick insulated garbage disposal in place. He cleaned up the space when the work was done. He didn't mind going to Home Depot when he found out the cord was missing (I didn't know that I had to buy the cord as well...).

Fixed leaking sink disposal unit on emergency basis. Responsive, on time, fast and accurate to the quote.

They were quick to respond to messages and their quote was $50 to $100 less than anywhere else. They let me know when they were delayed by the weather and when they came they were efficient and courteous. Would definitely hire again.

Had a possible drain repair.Luan came on time and confirmed there was no leak from any pipes but rather it was a caulking issue.

Amazing experiences twice with Luan. They are fast to respond, come out to do the job ASAP, and are reliable.

My sole toilet stopped working on a late Saturday night. They were the only  one to respond at all to the request that night and quickly to boot. Had  me send a photo first to give me an estimate and told me they could be there within the hour. I okayed the estimate and they were out. Another 35 minutes later, all fixed, back in place, parts fully replaced- works perfectly now.  Another contractor I spoke to the next day who had called me back acknowledged that I got a great price for that midnight weekend repair response. I can endorse them totally.

Had flooding in my basement from a cracked drain pipe. They were able to come out the same day to give me an estimate and corrected the issue on the next day.

Fixed: leaking faucet, installed a new vanity and sink, installed a new outdoor spigot. Quoted quickly over the phone, came quickly did great work for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Garbage disposal unit conked out. I bought one from myself but would rather a pro install it as unit I purchased needed minor electrical. I put a request for a quote out on Yelp, Luan responded almost immediately and was at my door within a couple of hours, on a weekend. It took him about an hour, cleaned up the scene and made sure to remind me about to register the unit's warranty. Pricing was very reasonable. I didn't have a go-to plumber before, I do now.

Awesome service at a reasonable price.  Showed up on time and fixed problem at price quoted over the phone.

I requested a quote for plumbing work, and they responded immediately and agreed to come out the following day. The following day arrived, and they contacted me saying they would be unable to come out during the agreed upon time, so we rescheduled for the following morning. They never arrived the following morning. I messaged them asking if they were still coming out, and received no response. I cannot speak on the actual quality of their work, but I can say in my experience, they are not reliable.

Leo came out the same day, only an hour to two after I called. He gave me the lowest quote, and actually told me how much it was going  to be to snake the toilet. The other companies I called could not give me a quote to snake a toilet, and told me they may have to remove the toilet, it could go upwards of $700, they needed my card information before they could tell me when they could come out, etc. this company made it very easy, and my toilet was easily snaked the same day in less than ten minutes. Amazing!!
