UPDATE: Owner reached out to make it right and was sincere in trying to find an amicable solution. As a result, one star was added. I'll note that all other reviews are 5-star, so my experience may be an outlier.

Insanity. Set up a day to replace two leaky valves in my basement. Scheduling was easy and professional. Gentleman arrived, took a look, then initially quoted me over $800 to replace the valves. I estimated $50 for parts, two hours work. No thanks. Quickly got another phone quote for less than half that amount.

Our New Go-To Plumber!!: We had a small leak from a second floor bathroom that several contractors said could be fixed with caulking. After trying (and paying for) those fixes, we decided to look for someone with more experience. We found Ken (a Master Plumber) on Yelp and couldn't be happier with the experience. He scheduled us quickly, confirmed our appointments 24 hours in advance, arrived early, and diagnosed the problem within minutes - the small leak was from a pipe under the sink (not water leaking through gaps in the caulk, as other plumbers said.)

Later that week, he and an assistant arrived, covered the area in plastic, replaced the very old pipes, cleaned up, and now our problem is resolved! Wish that we had reached out to him sooner. His rate was reasonable for his level of experience and top-notch service.

I'm glad to have met Bruce to do the plumbing for my whole house including gas. He was very conscientious about details and checked the code for options as needed to help me save when possible. he is well versed in all the parts one needs and how they will connect to different types of fixtures.

Not sure what to say about them co-workers said they were good and fair; but they never returned my phone calls. Luckily it was not an emergency.

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

My tankless hot water heater broke and I reached out to local companies to get quotes. Wells Brothers was the first one to return my call and were extremely pleasant on the phone. I was given a very reasonable rate - the second lowest - and only decided on another option because I could get hot water restored sooner elsewhere. I would have went with them if that hadn't been the case, even though they were only a tiny bit more expensive. (You could tell they were genuine people and that goes a long way.)

Will definitely consider working with these guys in the future. They're worth a call if you need some work done!

We had some issues in one of our plumbing lines and I was expecting to shell out hundreds. Called Povio on one of my colleague's reference and he showed up in half hour since he was working in that area. The problem was easily solved and he ended up charging me nothing. Classact! I would call him again in future without hesitation. An honest plumber is rarity.

I have trusted Accurate Plumbing & Drain Cleaning for several major projects. They revamped my basement laundry system with a new pump and subsequently installed a new gas line. For both projects their work was excellent, finished on time and with not one problem afterwards. I highly recommend them.

Bruce gets it.  I used to be a plumber and was working a relatively simple job but running into issues.  I reached out to Bruce's Plumbing & Heating because I was ready to give up and hand it over to the professionals.  Bruce called me back (in less than 5minutes) and walked me through the fix...I'd rather gain a customer than a one-time job.  Thanks Bruce!! Great work! Professional, on time, courteous, knowledgeable. Would recommend!  Came in to do some work on a shower. Made sure I knew what I was Getting into, did the job when he would, how he would, in the time he said it would. Pricing is very reasonable.

Well, what should have been a simple water heater repair, at worst a replacement, became a $3800 charge!!!!! WHAT??!! Took advantage of a woman and a semi-emergency (not really). Would not give straight answers regarding cost for water heater, but just kept giving package price, and of course threw in the if you buy the service plan you'll save a few hundred. Didn't even explain what the service plan covered. When pressed for the 5th and 6th time, the installers said they thought the water heater cost $1200, total price for just water heater and install was $3100. So you're telling me that you are charging $1900 to INSTALL the damn water heater?? The extra $800 was for another minor repair of a leaking valve that was discovered while they were there, unrelated to the water heater. Really?? $800??? Tried to upsell water heater, tried to sell a spiffy sensor with all the bells and whistles, said she needed a new liner to put the water heater in. And they know they have you since it was an emergency call (not really an emergency). But to get a second opinion or quote is a hassle when you need hot water. Will NEVER use these people again and will continue to warn others through social media and word of mouth. This is what real scam artists look like and act like!! Shameful!!
