Ryan remodeled my kitchen and did a wonderful job.  I had him knock down a wall to open it to the dining room too.  It changed the entire first floor.  He is a perfectionist.  I love it.

Don't know where all these good reviews are coming from.  Quoting from another yelper Daniel H because his review was spot on:

They came out person was very nice and respectful their price is beyond expensive they suck you in with a cheap service call and charge you a crazy amount for any service.

Our experience: We had a small  kitchen faucet leak that was surely fixable. Unfortunately my naive spouse authorized having a new faucet put in for $934. Same model faucet available at home depot for $150 retail. Sorry but I think $784 dollars for the hour the technician spent at my house was just a little excessive!!!!

I had a leaking shower called and they came over the same day.kyle was fantastic as he didn't have the part in his truck but went and get it and returned quickly fixed our problem and was both professional and friendly.I would highly recommend this company and Kyle

We had a leak with our second floor tub/shower that two other plumbers were unable to find or fix. I loved being able to schedule an appointment with Veteran online and Kelly was great! She found the problem and was able to fix it within the same week! I also really appreciated the text and email updates that Veteran sent throughout the process. I would absolutely use them again!

We have used Russell Brothers for years. Occasionally we have tried other plumbing services (Horizon), but we keep coming back to Russell Brothers. If you want professional plumbers who know how to service new and old homes. Then Russell Bothers fits the bill.

We bought a garbage disposal that we thought would be an easy install but after several failed attempts and getting ghosted by plumbers, we almost gave up. Then an Archer truck drove by and I gave them a call! They couldn't have been kinder and more accommodating in sending someone out quickly for an estimate who was able to complete the work on the same day. Fast, efficient, intelligent and hard working. I hope we don't have to call you anytime soon but we certainly will again. Thank you!

We recently worked with Queen B when looking for someone specializing in high velocity AC systems to come do a routine service check. Tiffany was so friendly and knowledgeable while booking the appointment, and then Tony and Jaime, the technicians, were not only courteous and friendly, but they got the job done quickly, and took the time to answer additional questions, and give some other advice on how to improve efficiency and air flow. I have NEVER hired anyone to do any work without seeing good reviews from at least two different sources. Until today, out of desperation, when I called this company and Eric (bless him) was able to come the same day to install a dishwasher that the scheduled installer left sitting in the middle of my kitchen (a rant for another day). My 150-yr old home has been in a state of renovation for 10 years so I've had more service people than I can remember. I tend to stick with good people when I find them because it takes up lots of time doing research first.

Eric told me when he could come, called 30 minutes out and showed up on time.  He and helper introduced themselves, worked quickly and efficiently, and I paid a fair price (a little less than the price of the installer who didn't do the job and slightly more than the Amazon installation that I couldn't get scheduled soon enough). He gives a warranty for his work, communicates well and is pleasant and professional.  My only suggestion (tiny complaint) is that it took over an hour to get an unexpected part. I realize that the small guys can't always have a well-stocked truck like bigger businesses, but I wonder if paying slightly more for small parts at the local hardware store might be worth it given how much a business owner's time is worth?  Just a thought. Overall, I highly recommend them. I'm happy to support a new small businessman in my neighborhood!

A week before our wedding our water heater busted. With guests on their way and not knowing who to call we went on to Angie's list and began calling. From my first call County line was the most helpful. The estimate on the phone was exactly what I paid. The quality and professionalism was superb. The water heater was replaced in a timely fashion and needless to say my wife and I were thrilled. We now make one call whenever we have any plumbing or heating concerns or issues. Happy to do business with County line and highly recommend.

I called early in AM for broken hot water heater.  He came to check out old heater then called back with estimate and had job totally completed by 1PM!!! Price was fair and workmanship fabulous.  All staff was pleasant and made sure not to leave a mess.
I have always used them and continually happy with all jobs.

Dan was one of a few plumbers I contacted for quotes to have gas valves installed for the dryer, stove, and to replace the connection to the hose out in front of my parent's home. He came out quickly to assess the work, provided me with an estimate via email, and we scheduled quickly. On the day of service he was on time and I was pleased with his professionalism, the work he completed, and his patience answering the 1000 questions I had for him. I have no complaints.

I have dealt with Mr. Bennett on three occasions now. Each time he has been very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. His rates are also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again.

Please don't use this company. We bought our unit 6 years ago and it broke and they won't honor our 10 year warranty because we didn't buy a service contract so they voided the manufacturers warranty. Never heard of anything like this in my life. We have no heat going into the coldest part of winter.
