We had Ryan from RJD install our dishwasher and I couldn't be happier with the install. He seems to be a bit of a perfectionist and that is exactly what you want in a contractor.

These guys know what they're doing and they're fair. They're probably not the lowest priced around, but they stand by their work and promptly fix any issues (for no extra charge) that may come up from a mistake made by a new guy working for them. It's nice to find a contractor I feel I can trust.

Just finished a big gas line installation for us (adding a garage heater, converting an electric dryer set-up to gas, and doing a prep to convert our old electric HW heater to gas in the near future)--the crew was prompt, worked very quickly and cleaned up after they were done. Very little disruption to our household. Very pleased with their pricing and their willingness to break a complicated job into tiers to make things more affordable. Thanks!

Chris initially came out to take an estimate for the project. He explained the solution well and offered an alternative. Provided tips in case I wanted to attempt a DIY which I ended up opting not to. Kelly and Bob were out the next week to complete the job.

I've been using Russell Bros for almost 15 years and thoroughly recommend them! They are punctual, honest, reliable and do a great job! Carol in the office is very helpful with scheduling and will call you to remind you of your appointment, you can also get reminders for annual services etc. The plumbers are very knowledgeable, helpful and tidy workmen. You couldn't ask for more! Very happy, long term customer!

I just moved to the area in Old Bridge and first time I called for service. Plumber was at my location less than 10 minutes and charged me over $500. I am US Marine Corps Veteran I think it's a truly disgrace that companies like this are still in business, eventually this all catches up to Sharks like these that take advantage of people. This type of charges are unacceptable. If they have the nerve to do that to me I imagine how many elderly and other people they take advantage of. Will definitely report to BBB.

I hired Queen B because just like myself I'm a woman and I go by Queen G. It's a bit biased but I wanted to support the woman's business in HVAC. I went through several companies before making a decision. They responded through chat and after talking for awhile I called her office. I spoke directly to the Queen and we set up a date and time. The day before my scheduled appointment she called me from her cellphone. She wanted to know if I had any earlier availability and I said absolutely. She told me her technician's would be out between 1-3. Two gentlemen should up and got to working on my ac unit. After a few hours they knew what the problem was they told me how much it'll cost. I gave him they ok, they put the part on and got it up and running. I thanked them for coming out sooner then expected because it's suppose to reach close to 100 degrees this weekend and I didn't want to be roasting in a hot house without ac. Thanks Queen B

Had a problem with an exhaust joint on our water heater.  During his visit, Mike pointed out some corrosion and leakage we should keep our eye on.  After talking it over, we decided to replace the water heater completely.  Mike was able to do the job THAT DAY, and had us taken care of in under
3 1/2 hours.  Masked the entire time, Mike worked quietly and professionally,  went over the operation of the heater with me, and alerted me to the rebate offered by PECO for the model we bought.  We've relied on County Line Plumbing and Heating for over ten years with no disappointments.  Highly recommend.

I saw the good reviews and scheduled an appointment *2 weeks* in advance on my day off. He never showed. When I finally called, his excuse was that he had an emgergency job that morning. That's fine but what happened to calling your customers and letting them know your running late or not showing up at all. This guy has no office, he answers on his cell phone and appointments mean nothing.  AVOID.

I have dealt with Mr. Bennett on three occasions now. Each time he has been very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. His rates are also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again.

I have been having heating issues with my brand new system since the middle of December. I made my first call January 1st and since then I have gone through multiple visits, emails, phone calls. It is now February 3rd and I still do not have working heat throughout my home. Each time I call back, they act like it is my first calling and they look into scheduling me for a tech to take a look.

This week they had a visit scheduled and never showed or called. Stay away from this company, they are only interested in selling the install, but never following up on the warranty. I am going on 1 year with this new system, yet never had a chance to see the system operate properly. I now have to call another company to fix their mess and hope to have heat before winter is over.
