We had a backup in our sewer line, and another plumbing company was pushing us to replace our whole line, which would have cost lots of money and torn up our whole yard. We got referred to PS, and Don came over. He had his guys video the line, and they found that while the line needed to be cleaned out, it was intact and didn't need to be replaced. He recommended that we install a cleanout and do a thorough cleaning of the line. We went ahead, and we also decided to ask him to change out some old leaky plumbing. They did all of the work, at the price advertised, didn't try to upsell or nickel and dime us on minor things. Don, as well as the crew that came over with him, were all very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I strongly recommend this company for any work you need done.

The most important things to me when selecting a service provider are that I have confidence in their expertise and that I have complete trust in their recommendation about what needs to be done. I don't want to be wondering whether they are, for example, telling me I need a new water heater or HVAC system when in truth the existing one can easily be repaired for a much lower charge. Chris Tucker was the technician I dealt with, and he was extremely knowledgeable, patiently explained how my HVAC system worked, did not talk down to me as a woman, arrived on time, and was respectful of my home (wore paper booties over his shoes). I now have a new HVAC and plumbing person, and could not be happier.

Great experience! Quick prompt service. Just recently had a baby and there was a drain issue while we were at the hospital. Made an appointment but had to reschedule and they were more than accommodating. Servicemen were very qualified/knowledgeable and professional. Told us what the issue was and how to possibly resolve future issues. Highly recommend!

I have had an issue with hot water heater that another company was unable to resolve after 4 visits and replacing as many parts as they could. called this company and they came out asap. Guy figured it out on 1st try and gave me a much more reasonable solution than the replace the whole thing option I'd heard from the others.

All the positive reviews are true. I've used County Line Plumbing for the past several years.      Mike is prompt, dependable, does excellent work and just as importantly, his pricing is reasonable for the work performed  Before I found Mike I had used other plumbing contractors who did lousy work and charged exorbitant prices.  When you find a good tradesman like Mike & County Line Plumbing, you feel like you've hit the jackpot.

Dan was one of a few plumbers I contacted for quotes to have gas valves installed for the dryer, stove, and to replace the connection to the hose out in front of my parent's home. He came out quickly to assess the work, provided me with an estimate via email, and we scheduled quickly. On the day of service he was on time and I was pleased with his professionalism, the work he completed, and his patience answering the 1000 questions I had for him. I have no complaints.
