Ryan remodeled my kitchen and did a wonderful job.  I had him knock down a wall to open it to the dining room too.  It changed the entire first floor.  He is a perfectionist.  I love it.

My heat broke last night and I did not discover it until about 8:45. Upon getting recommendations from a Facebook group I belong to I called Adam mechanical. It was late at night on the coldest day we'd had all year and I could tell they had been busy that day. Seth called me back in less than ten minutes and he arrived close to ten pm. Even though he knew he would not be able to do anything that night he came anyway because I was nervous about the burn smell and he wanted me to have peace of mind. As late as it was Seth took his time explaining and going over my options and did not rush me at all. I was extremely impressed because I know it had to have been a long day for him and i knew he probably had a family to get home too. Even though he was at my house late he called me first thing in the morning with prices, recommendations and the time the tech would be there. I then got follow up emails stating the tech was on his way and a call when he was done since I was not home. I honestly do not know if the price was competitive because it was an emergency situation and I was not going to spend time shopping around. I don't even care if the price may have been a little higher because I can truthfully say it was one of the best, if not the absolute best customer service experiences I have ever had so that is worth a lot in my opinion. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone

We had a backup in our sewer line, and another plumbing company was pushing us to replace our whole line, which would have cost lots of money and torn up our whole yard. We got referred to PS, and Don came over. He had his guys video the line, and they found that while the line needed to be cleaned out, it was intact and didn't need to be replaced. He recommended that we install a cleanout and do a thorough cleaning of the line. We went ahead, and we also decided to ask him to change out some old leaky plumbing. They did all of the work, at the price advertised, didn't try to upsell or nickel and dime us on minor things. Don, as well as the crew that came over with him, were all very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I strongly recommend this company for any work you need done.

Chris helped us out by installing a Aquasana house water filtration system in our basement. Before the purchase and install, he walked me through the system and the pros/cons. After deciding to purchase the system through him, I highly recommend his services! He's responsive, professional, mindful, punctual and quick.

I've used Russell Brothers for several years, but this year in getting my home ready to sell, there was an extremely difficult problem with a main drain. Dennis spent hours assessing my situation (the others I'd contacted for pricing had not), and he came up with a solution that worked perfectly. He and Bob Meulenberg and all the other workers who were here for the weeks it took to complete were conscientious, clean, and kind;  my job was priority and they were here every day until it was completed. Everything is working properly, and I have a brand new bathroom, and they were able to save my beautiful fireplace. I highly recommend them.

Had a leak from an upstairs bathroom.  Archer was there quickly and fixed everything.  So polite and respectful, too.  They explained what went wrong, fixed the problem with minimal hassle and cleaned up perfectly.  They are not inexpensive.  But, they lived up to their word, knew what they were doing and left us feeling confident.  In that respect, worth every dollar.  I would hire them back.

We recently worked with Queen B when looking for someone specializing in high velocity AC systems to come do a routine service check. Tiffany was so friendly and knowledgeable while booking the appointment, and then Tony and Jaime, the technicians, were not only courteous and friendly, but they got the job done quickly, and took the time to answer additional questions, and give some other advice on how to improve efficiency and air flow. Thank you Queen B team!

I have NEVER hired anyone to do any work without seeing good reviews from at least two different sources. Until today, out of desperation, when I called this company and Eric (bless him) was able to come the same day to install a dishwasher that the scheduled installer left sitting in the middle of my kitchen (a rant for another day). My 150-yr old home has been in a state of renovation for 10 years so I've had more service people than I can remember. I tend to stick with good people when I find them because it takes up lots of time doing research first.

Eric told me when he could come, called 30 minutes out and showed up on time.  He and helper introduced themselves, worked quickly and efficiently, and I paid a fair price (a little less than the price of the installer who didn't do the job and slightly more than the Amazon installation that I couldn't get scheduled soon enough). He gives a warranty for his work, communicates well and is pleasant and professional.  My only suggestion (tiny complaint) is that it took over an hour to get an unexpected part. I realize that the small guys can't always have a well-stocked truck like bigger businesses, but I wonder if paying slightly more for small parts at the local hardware store might be worth it given how much a business owner's time is worth?  Just a thought. Overall, I highly recommend them. I'm happy to support a new small businessman in my neighborhood!

Had to fix a few plumbing problems at the house a few months ago and being new to the area though I'd use Yelp to find a reliable plumber and it came through with flying colors with County Line.

The guy came by within a 2 hours of calling and found the problem, gave us a very fair quote, and finished the work quickly and efficiently. He was honest and straight forward with his work and explained what he did which is great even if you don't know what anything means, it's a good thing.

I will definitely call him again for any future plumbing issues.

I saw the good reviews and scheduled an appointment *2 weeks* in advance on my day off. He never showed. When I finally called, his excuse was that he had an emgergency job that morning. That's fine but what happened to calling your customers and letting them know your running late or not showing up at all. This guy has no office, he answers on his cell phone and appointments mean nothing.  AVOID.

I have dealt with Mr. Bennett on three occasions now. Each time he has been very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. His rates are also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again.

I would not recommend Allied Energy. In late October,2014, I had new energy efficient boiler, Air Conditioner and hot water heater installed by Allied Energy. During the installation of the air conditioner, ceiling sheetrock began to cave in.  I was told that their people would come and fix it and paint the ceiling three days later. Noone showed. When I called to find out what happened, I found out that the CFO in a meeting decided that it was not cost effective to have their people do it. Unfortunately, noone had informed me consumer of the change in plans. Then I was told to get a written estimate and fax it to them for payment. A couple of weeks went by (by now mid December) so I called to find out what the hold up. I asked to speak to the CFO - he said the check would be in the mail. It was but one wonders if I hadn't followed up so fervently whether that would have been the case.

I purchased the service plan for maintenance on all the equipment. For four years in a row, they came without the right size filter. This year, I asked the guy to get one and he called his supervisor who said it was ok.
Then, when the guy gets here to service the air conditioner he asks me for white vinegar to which I replied DON'T THEY SUPPLY YOU WITH THE NECESSARY TOOLS? He said that they use so much of it, it's easier this way (and way cheaper for that CFO who still has his lunch money from kindergarten). The service guy was excellent and actually tried to do his job (which no one else had done in the prior years but I didn't know because that is not my area of expertise. Evidently, the air conditioner has been shutting off and turning on rapidly as too much freon or whatever is it had been loaded into the system (which had to have been done on installation as I had noticed it shutting on and off and thought that was part of the efficiency - Silly me).

The next day I called to get them to come and fix the problem as the service guy told me to not use the air conditioner (The temperature for the next 4 days is going to be mid to upper 80's). The lady in service said she hadn't gotten the paper work and she would call me when she got it to set up an appointment 2 weeks in the future. I explained the situation and I got the distinct feeling that she didn't care as that was my problem. Imagine my chagrin with a badly installed pricey air conditioning system that had been overtaxed for 3 years (and would most probably wear out sooner due to the stress caused by their faulty installation.

This is just my air conditioning problems. I will write a separate YELP to explain my heating problems.
