My experience with Pro Install Services has been very positive. Pro Install Services replaced 3 toilets and installed a vanity top in my home.

First off, in our current Covid situation Ryan always respected my health by constantly wearing a mask while in my home.  Also he did an excellent job in explaining to me the scope of the work being done; he kept me in the loop on any issues (which there were a couple) that occurred and made the necessary adjustments in an expedient professional manner. He made aware of all pricing for each job prior to any work being done.  

Lastly the work was done in a neat, quick, and  professional manner. Without hesitation, I would strongly recommend Pro Install Services for home installation and remediation work!

Was able to come the same day we called to check out the furnace. Informed us there was no issue with the furnace. So relieved. We still have heat and the issue hasn't resurfaced so far. Absolutely recommend him. Honest and reliable.

Just finished a big gas line installation for us (adding a garage heater, converting an electric dryer set-up to gas, and doing a prep to convert our old electric HW heater to gas in the near future)--the crew was prompt, worked very quickly and cleaned up after they were done. This was the best experience I've ever had with someone coming to where I live for emergency service.  On Saturday evening I noticed a leak coming through the 14 foot high ceiling in the kitchen of my condo. I couldn't find the source but thought it was coming in from outdoors because it had rained a lot that day. Next day it was still dripping and I didn't thing I could get anyone between it being Sunday and coronavirus.  I called, got a very friendly person answering who said he could have someone there in an hour.  An hour later, Chris the plumber drove up and we did some looking around where I thought the problem was coming from. Couldn't find anything wrong so he asked about a source I hadn't considered, an upstairs neighbor's bathroom which I didn't think was over the kitchen.  We went up and sure enough she said she had a leak in the pipe from her toilet.  He fixed it and came down to wait to make sure it was the cause. While we waited about a half hour he answered a lot of questions about central air that I had. He knew an impressive amount  about the subject. When he was ready to leave I asked how much I owed him. Nothing because it wasn't a big job.  Whooo, Came on a Sunday at dinnertime, did great detective work to find the problem, filled us in on a lot of information about central air, and didn't want money for it????  Unreal.  I gave him money anyway but I come from New York and never heard of such a thing. I'm switching my central air maintenance contract to Veteran. It was the most impressive house call I've ever had. Thanks!!

I'm a little late in writing this review since the last work they did for me was over a year ago but since I just joined Yelp, I figure better late than never. I have used Russell Bros for several years now. The first time was when my regular plumber, let me down and left me abandoned with a broken / frozen pipe in my attic. Dennis managed to crawl over the fiberglass insulation and squeeze into a very small area to fix the pipe. I then hired him to replace my entire heater and with his help, I selected a super efficient Weil - McLean gas burner that is extremely high-tech. Dennis did a great job installing the system and my gas bill is now over 50% lower than it used to be.
Most importantly, they do the job when they say they will and they do it right. I have also found their pricing to be extremely fair. I highly recommend.

Shay and Ryan came out fairly fast after calling, good communication over the phone, did fast work on a valve repair/replacement, and charged a fair price (including taking a coupon). Shay also gave excellent advice on future plumbing-related home projects.

Did a rapid and solid job on installing our residential HVAC replacement, and was responsive to questions after the installation was complete. They were not the cheapest, but I selected them because I was willing to pay more for a Trane system installed by a certified operator.
Replacement of our existing system took one day. when the new system glitched they came out in a few hours to put it right.

Excellent work....highly skilled..on time..explained all work procedures..would call again if needed..We highly recommended this service.

Mike is the 3rd plumber I have had for a problem with my kitchen sink. He finally fixed the problem and at a reasonable fee, much lower than the other two. Prior to coming out he messaged me through Yelp and gave me good advice which saved me even more money. He suggested I contact the manufacturer of the problem faucet (since it was not that old) prior to buying a new one and sure enough the manufacturer (Moen) sent a replacement. He installed this faucet and also made some adjustments to our water pressure. He is prompt, clean, and very courteous. Very easy to talk to, very down to earth. Don't hesitate to call him!

I called early in AM for broken hot water heater.  He came to check out old heater then called back with estimate and had job totally completed by 1PM!!! Price was fair and workmanship fabulous.  All staff was pleasant and made sure not to leave a mess.
I have always used them and continually happy with all jobs.

Thought I had a venting problem in my drain pipes for my washing machine. wayer would back up in the washer after the final spin cycle. Dan removed the old pvc and installed new pipe with a secondary vent and check valve. When he found that the washer still wasn't draining properly he surmised that there was a partial blockage in the drain line.
He removed the clean out trap cover and removed the clog. Unfortunately waste water got on our finished basement carpet when the blockage was removed. I realize these things happen and happy that the problem is resolved. Thanks Dan for a great job.

I've had a bad experience with Bennett's Plumbing. I hired Richie Bennett to do a digging job in order to run a drain line from the street onto a lot which I own. I gave him a $1400 check which he cashed the same day. The work is not done.  It was never started.

  The job had a deadline.  The contract  states a completion date of May 25th 2011. It was imperitive that the job be completed before the city poured the new sidewalk. It is now a few weeks past the deadline. The sidewalks have been poured, therefore it is too late to do the work with out destroying the new cement.  

 I believe the plumber began with good intention but for whatever reason, the job was never done and Bennett has communicated nothing to me. I briefly spoke to his wife who said he intended to return my money.  He does not return my phone calls and he still has not returned my money although he did know where to pick it up.

P.S. I found this business at 2207 E. Boston St., not at the address displayed on the yelp listing.

I had a tankless water heater installed approximately 8 years ago. It broke 18 days ago. It took the company 5 days to come out (ok, we had a storm so they were understandably backed up). Then when they came out they stated I was still under warranty but that a part needed to be ordered (this was on a Monday). I called back on the Thursday requesting to know the status of the part. Never received a call back. I continued to call the following week and was told that the part was not in. I questioned why it would take so long for a part to come in and was told because of the pandemic. I continued to call throughout the week but would always get their answering service (even though I was calling during business hours) and was told someone would call me back, which they never did. Finally 3 days ago, this past Thursday, I asked to speak with a supervisor after I lost it on the phone with the answering service. Supervisor again told me the part had not been delivered yet. I then went off on her and miraculously the part arrived and she sent someone over that day to install. But then the technician realized that they were going to need to order two more parts after that part that I waited for 10 days to come didn't fix the problem. I called Friday morning asking to speak to a supervisor and was told someone would call me by the end of the day. That never happened. I called Friday at 330pm  to again request to speak to a supervisor and I did not receive a call back. Finally Saturday morning I called and did receive a call back from a technician who told me the part has not arrived but that it should be in by Monday. I am a RN who cares for people who are suffering from this awful virus. Not to mention also caring for those with other infections and I can't bath properly in my own home. I am disgusted with this company and would caution any one else from using them. I unfortunately can't use another plumber because this would cause my warranty to be void, so I am stuck with them.
