Ryan remodeled my kitchen and did a wonderful job. I had him knock down a wall to open it to the dining room too. It changed the entire first floor. He is a perfectionist. I love it.

These guys know what they're doing and they're fair. They're probably not the lowest priced around, but they stand by their work and promptly fix any issues (for no extra charge) that may come up from a mistake made by a new guy working for them. It's nice to find a contractor I feel I can trust.

My wife and I decided to replace our mini-split prior to the brutal heatwave that encompassed this summer. Chris came out and gave us what I would consider a reasonable estimate, however compared to the other HVAC services in the area, it fell within range, they showed up when they said they would and did not try to oversell me. Our house is 200 yrs old and presented some unforeseen challenges however Chris was professional and worked efficiently. Next time I require service to either the mini split or other system in my home they will be the first number I call.

I've been using Russell Bros for almost 15 years and thoroughly recommend them! They are punctual, honest, reliable and do a great job! Carol in the office is very helpful with scheduling and will call you to remind you of your appointment, you can also get reminders for annual services etc. The plumbers are very knowledgeable, helpful and tidy workmen. You couldn't ask for more! Very happy, long term customer!

I had an AMAZING experience dealing with WM Archer & Son!
I had a pipe break in my garage over the winter and we had it capped by the first plumber that came up in google just to get us to the spring. We were not pleased with that *other plumber* so chose to find someone else to complete the job in the spring. I found WM Archer through great yelp reviews and gave it a try.
The woman who booked my appointment was so super friendly and we made some fun small talk, we laughed. She had a quick appointment available for me for the next day (as it was not an emergency) and I wasnt even available that quick! I then requested an appointment for two days later. It was a nice small 3 hour window at a convenient time for me that I was given for waiting for the plumber's arrival.
The day of the service, I was pleased to have a confirmation call shortly before my 12p-3p window. John told me that Andy would be there shortly. Yay! It was nice to have that confirmation cause ya know sometimes you're like, I hope they remembered they're supposed to come today. Also, I have dogs, so it was good that I could prepare them a few minutes before I knew he was coming. (Although, sorry Andy, I didnt prepare good enough and they were jumping on you haha)
Andy came and was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I dont know anything about plumbing so he was cooperative with figuring out the situation without me being able to answer many questions.
Upon fixing the leak I KNEW about in the garage, there was a secondary leak that was discovered in another area of the garage which must have happened over the winter AFTER the first pipe and water shut off (the pipe is in an area where the water will sit even if you bleed the water out). Andy was once again patient at the fact that he now had another job to do after he finished the one I originally called him for! And he just continued on to take care of that problem too!!
Andy suggested ways that we can prevent this from happening again and also gave options for a stronger system than what we have now. I did not feel pressure to move forward with that, but am taking it into serious consideration to do some preventative maintenance to avoid a future emergency.
I was so pleased with the experience that I asked Andy to quote out a new water main valve and also a wash basin for the washing machine for our next project when I have the time to schedule the job.
I can't compare pricing because I did not quote around but I feel that the price was right for the job and the service. It did not break the bank.
Shortly after Andy left, I received a phone call from John asking if I was pleased with the service and if I had any questions or concerns. I did not, and was very very thankful for that call and the professionalism.
Obviously, I would recommend WM Archer & Son!!!!!!!

I have NEVER hired anyone to do any work without seeing good reviews from at least two different sources. Until today, out of desperation, when I called this company and Eric (bless him) was able to come the same day to install a dishwasher that the scheduled installer left sitting in the middle of my kitchen (a rant for another day). My 150-yr old home has been in a state of renovation for 10 years so I've had more service people than I can remember. I tend to stick with good people when I find them because it takes up lots of time doing research first.
Eric told me when he could come, called 30 minutes out and showed up on time. He and helper introduced themselves, worked quickly and efficiently, and I paid a fair price (a little less than the price of the installer who didn't do the job and slightly more than the Amazon installation that I couldn't get scheduled soon enough). He gives a warranty for his work, communicates well and is pleasant and professional. My only suggestion (tiny complaint) is that it took over an hour to get an unexpected part. I realize that the small guys can't always have a well-stocked truck like bigger businesses, but I wonder if paying slightly more for small parts at the local hardware store might be worth it given how much a business owner's time is worth? Just a thought. Overall, I highly recommend them. I'm happy to support a new small businessman in my neighborhood!

Mike is the 3rd plumber I have had for a problem with my kitchen sink. He finally fixed the problem and at a reasonable fee, much lower than the other two. Prior to coming out he messaged me through Yelp and gave me good advice which saved me even more money. He suggested I contact the manufacturer of the problem faucet (since it was not that old) prior to buying a new one and sure enough the manufacturer (Moen) sent a replacement. He installed this faucet and also made some adjustments to our water pressure. He is prompt, clean, and very courteous. Very easy to talk to, very down to earth. Don't hesitate to call him!

Thought I had a venting problem in my drain pipes for my washing machine. wayer would back up in the washer after the final spin cycle. Dan removed the old pvc and installed new pipe with a secondary vent and check valve. When he found that the washer still wasn't draining properly he surmised that there was a partial blockage in the drain line.
He removed the clean out trap cover and removed the clog. Unfortunately waste water got on our finished basement carpet when the blockage was removed. I realize these things happen and happy that the problem is resolved. Thanks Dan for a great job.

I have dealt with Mr. Bennett on three occasions now. Each time he has been very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. His rates are also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again.

Allied replaced my furnace, A/C, hot water heater, etc. in 2015. This spring when I first began using my A/C, I noticed the fan was not spinning on the A/C unit. I called Allied, because still under warranty. They took a week to come out, and determined the fan motor was dead after only 2 years. The parts were still under warranty, but had to pay for the labor? Motor was eventually replaced, along with capacitor. I asked the technician if this was unusual after only 2 years, and he said yes, but he has been replacing quite a few motors for same unit I have. A few weeks later when the weather began to heat up, fan went out. I checked the outside fuse box for A/C, and this time it was only the fuse. It happened again when temperature reached 90. I contacted Allied again, they sent someone out. Technician worked on unit, said it's fixed. This has happened now 4 separate occasions since April. I told service manager this A/C unit has to be a lemon, and want a replacement. Service manager continues sending a technician, they fix it, and as of today 7/19/17 A/C continues to blow fuse. This week we are in the middle of a heat wave. A/C went was out again today when I came home from work, and temperature inside is 80 degrees. I have 2 young children, and I wife with MS.
