My experience with Pro Install Services has been very positive. Pro Install Services replaced 3 toilets and installed a vanity top in my home.
First off, in our current Covid situation Ryan always respected my health by constantly wearing a mask while in my home. Also he did an excellent job in explaining to me the scope of the work being done; he kept me in the loop on any issues (which there were a couple) that occurred and made the necessary adjustments in an expedient professional manner. He made aware of all pricing for each job prior to any work being done.
Lastly the work was done in a neat, quick, and professional manner. Without hesitation, I would strongly recommend Pro Install Services for home installation and remediation work!

Adam Mechanical installed a whole new HVAC and water heater system in our home. Their work is great, their followup is terrific, and we're saving money with our new efficiencies.

Prior to discovering Plumbing Solutions, I had brought in several different plumbers to take a look at the leak in my shower. Each plumber seemed to tell me something different on what needed to be done, and frankly made it seem like fixing it was going to be a long drawn out, difficult process. I was left feeling unsure and nervous about what to do until I found Plumbing Solutions. From the minute this plumber walked through the door, his friendly, confident manner made me feel comfortable right away. He went right to work, examining the faucet. He immediately explained what the problem was and how he could fix it. Then he showed me the pricing guide, letting me know exactly what the best course of action would be and how much it would cost, so there were no surprises. After he answered all of my questions, I agreed to let him do the work, which he did carefully and professionally, and in a reasonable amount of time. In the end, my bathroom shower actually looked new and beautiful with no more leaks! I was very happy with the outcome, and highly recommend Plumbing Solutions!

I love the idea of booking online and the promise of having a plumber show up. However, that did not happen. No one showed up after booking a timeslot. When I called about the missed appointment, I left a voicemail that went unanswered.
I simply can't recommend a company that doesn't offer the service they claim to offer.

We have used Russell Brothers for years. Occasionally we have tried other plumbing services (Horizon), but we keep coming back to Russell Brothers. If you want professional plumbers who know how to service new and old homes. Then Russell Bothers fits the bill.

After the review this was taken care of. The construction permit was filed and approved by the township. The guy that came to my house I believe was an owner and he expressed this was an oversight and apologized.

In the aftermath of ida, we needed someone to look at our hot water heater. The company (not Queen B) who installed us told us they would only replace it.
My mom received a recommendation for Queen B. She spoke to Brenda, the owner, she was very empathetic. She sent her team within hours of her call.
The two men came, both wore foot coverings. They were able to get the hot water heater working.
We were thankful they came quickly and fixed our issue without taking advantage of me. Definitely will use again.

I have NEVER hired anyone to do any work without seeing good reviews from at least two different sources. Until today, out of desperation, when I called this company and Eric (bless him) was able to come the same day to install a dishwasher that the scheduled installer left sitting in the middle of my kitchen (a rant for another day). My 150-yr old home has been in a state of renovation for 10 years so I've had more service people than I can remember. I tend to stick with good people when I find them because it takes up lots of time doing research first.
Eric told me when he could come, called 30 minutes out and showed up on time. He and helper introduced themselves, worked quickly and efficiently, and I paid a fair price (a little less than the price of the installer who didn't do the job and slightly more than the Amazon installation that I couldn't get scheduled soon enough). He gives a warranty for his work, communicates well and is pleasant and professional. My only suggestion (tiny complaint) is that it took over an hour to get an unexpected part. I realize that the small guys can't always have a well-stocked truck like bigger businesses, but I wonder if paying slightly more for small parts at the local hardware store might be worth it given how much a business owner's time is worth? Just a thought. Overall, I highly recommend them. I'm happy to support a new small businessman in my neighborhood!

All the positive reviews are true. I've used County Line Plumbing for the past several years. Mike is prompt, dependable, does excellent work and just as importantly, his pricing is reasonable for the work performed Before I found Mike I had used other plumbing contractors who did lousy work and charged exorbitant prices. When you find a good tradesman like Mike & County Line Plumbing, you feel like you've hit the jackpot.

I called early in AM for broken hot water heater. He came to check out old heater then called back with estimate and had job totally completed by 1PM!!! Price was fair and workmanship fabulous. All staff was pleasant and made sure not to leave a mess.
I have always used them and continually happy with all jobs.

I saw the good reviews and scheduled an appointment *2 weeks* in advance on my day off. He never showed. When I finally called, his excuse was that he had an emgergency job that morning. That's fine but what happened to calling your customers and letting them know your running late or not showing up at all. This guy has no office, he answers on his cell phone and appointments mean nothing. AVOID.

I have dealt with Mr. Bennett on three occasions now. Each time he has been very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. His rates are also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again.

I selected AlliedExperts based on the high number of their installation in my area of the Central NJ. I did read quite high number of negative reviews on them, their sales rep Nick G. did tell me bunch of lies I was highly suspicious of, but I sill clenched my teeth and hoped for the best. How WRONG was!!??
Their workers on the day of the install arrived almost 2 hrs late, stating they had to pick up some supplies somewhere. It made me feel: hmm, this is $15k project, the materials used here are about $2500 and they do not need even the full day to install everything, how wisely I am spending my money?
We should start pounding on NJ Clean Energy Program board and demand to weed our scammers like AlliedExperts. Their Home Performance With ENERGY STAR program it's nothing but huge waste of resources. NJCEP doesn't even follow up and gathers data how effective their program might be! For sure it's a great idea, but any brilliant idea poorly executed remains a FAIL. My house energy data supports this. I have not noticed much of a difference after their install. The only difference noteworthy is, I am stuck with the $10k loan for the next 10 years.
AlliedEx used my current Nest thermostat and didn't bother to leave the intended one with me, can you on the next project, right? They also took my well-functioning two year old water heater and trashed it without any warning. I had to spend over $600 to purchase a new one for my other location. Our contract nowhere included such a clause.
I am feeling scammed and taken advantage off. I am concerned for others who may be future customers of Allied and will be similarly disappointed.
