We specialize in - stucco repairs, fixing and repairing cracks, power washing, wood replacements, Re-tape and texture patio ceilings, roof coatings, pool deck repairs etc. please Also check us out on ANGIES LIST. Anyone can apply paint to a home, but the preparation such as cleaning of the home and proper materials used for the repairs & Un watered or diluted paint is the key to a paint job that will last, but a good paint job must also be a clean paint job with no mess and everything covered in plastic as to take care of the homeowner property and goods, these are the things we strive for so that are customers are happy with all aspects of the job, you will also notice by the photos listed on the page that we do not just patch the big cracks or some of the cracks, we patch all of the cracks on the stucco walls then take the time to make sure the texture of the places that has been patch match the original stucco and have been blended out so that there is no traces of the repairs, remember anyone can apply paint but the prep is what determines wether or not it last. I am the owner of the business and I have been painting and in construction since my youth my father and his brothers / grandfather before me was in the trade and working with them is were I learned how to paint and remodel and my business that I run is based off of having high work ethics and moral principles.

We highly recommend this business. From start to finish, it was a first-class experience. The crew painted the exterior and interior of our house, Prep work was meticulous, attention paid to every detail, and the quality of the finished work was outstanding. The crew arrived every day at the time they said they would, did everything they said they would do, including extensive patching and preparing, and everything was cleaned up when the job was done. The price was reasonable, and well worth the quality of work.
Great work, great communication and they stand behind their work. I asked them to come by and fix something and it was done in less than 24 hours. I was very impressed. Thank you.
We've had Alex and his crew paint two of our homes so far (right before we moved and where we live now). His prices are the most reasonable, especially when you factor in quality of material- he blows competitors out of the water! His crew does an excellent job. Alex McMillan just painted the outside of my house and 4 others on my block. Wow! They did a great job. My house had a lot of peeling paint and holes. Everything was filled, scraped it looks great. The guys that did the work were nice and everything was cleaned up well. He doesn't even want to get paid until the job is finished! Alex also responds to phone calls and texts if you have questions. I definitely plan on using him for the inside of my house next. I recommend him.

Alex and his crew did an incredible job. They repaired our stucco fence, and painted the house. They look brand new! Alex is honest, responsive, and reasonable; he is very good to work with. They just finished my house yesterday and it looks amazing! He was very helpful in the process and advised on issues we had with our garage doors, front door, etc. He was super patient with our HOA approval process which took longer than expected. The workers were kind and respectful of our property--even nice to my dog :) The whole process took 3 days. Super happy with the end result. I would use them again!

I'm rarely impressed with service these days, but Alex and his crew from Alex McMillan Painting sure surpassed my expectations. Alex and his team are extremely polite, professional, prompt and the quality of their work is unmatched. Alex and his crew showed up when they said they would without any follow-up on my part. They completed roof repairs and a complete exterior painting with NO DEPOSIT. Alex did not collect any money until I approved the completed work. They also used quality paint that won't turn chalky. He also didn't try to up-sell or sell me unnecessary services. If anything should go wrong, I'm not worried because Alex' integrity is also unmatched. Alex, thank you to you and your crew. I'm beyond happy with the results.

Alex was really great to work with. Always on time, reasonably priced (even worked with my slightly constrained budget), and a pleasure to work with. His guys were professional and courteous, in and out in 5 days (2,000 sqft interior and exterior). All this and the quality of work was spectacular. Will definitely keep him on my short list.
I never really post reviews, but Alex's team did an amazing job painting my interior. Alex got back to me right away when I contacted him for an estimate...I feel like getting people to call you back and follow through is half the battle here in AZ. Emmanuel and his crew were very professional and had amazing attention to detail. He is unprofessional and extremely rude person, I call him to have a quote and he returns my call after 5 days, after I say I live in Val Vista lakes And my home is 3000 sf he tell me the cost will be around 6,000 and the after I say something he starts to say bye bye and hangout

Alex and his crew were outstanding! They completely exceeded my expectations. They painted the exterior of my house and all the fencing around it. They certainly went the extra mile, re-calking around all the windows, carefully covering all the patio furniture and even completing an oil treatment on our knotty alder wood front doors. Alex was thorough, polite, and did everything he said he would. His crew was hard working and professional. Alex said repeatedly that he didn't want to be paid until we were completely satisfied with the work in every way. This is an exceptional company. They completely deserve a 5 star rating!

I sought someone who did extensive prep work. Another review indicated Alex's firm would fit the bill. Before painting, he (his crew) pulled back dirt, cleaned the slab, and coated it with an epoxy sealant to limit corrosion. He water sealed the stucco to 2-3 feat above the ground. He fixed the stucco cracks, filling them with a more elastic material. While power washing, he stripped off most of the wood pain for a better bond for the new paint. He caulked joints that the builder did not fully fill. He fixed drywall seam cracks in the patio. Of course, he painted. I am very pleased with the quality of the job for the prepping that will help the underlying materials last.
Hired Alex to paint my Scottsdale home bought four months ago so I wanted every room plus closets painted (ceilings, walls, mouldings, and doors). I received a quote at a fair price and an estimate of four days. His crew were completely professional, cleaned up after themselves, and left absolutely no mess. Every day Alex stopped by to review progress and review for any needed touch-ups. They finished on time, on schedule, on quote including re-staining my front door for free (to make the entrance look better) and re-painting a section of a bedroom wall after an electrical repair-no charge.
Very pleased with this work and recommend HIGHLY Five Stars

Had Alex McMillan paint the outside of my house. He gave me the most detailed quote and spent a lot of time looking at my house before he figured out the quote. He is very detail oriented and explained everything he would do. Very big on customer service and making sure you are satisfied with the work. I was very happy with the end result. He is not going to be the low bid but if you value quality and knowing the job will be performed to high expectations then he is the one to pick.
