After I made the mistake of trying to do it myself, I was so thankful to have Eaton Plumbing help with the mess I had made. They saved the day and my sanity! Thank you, Eaton Plumbing!!

These guys are great to work with.... I live out of town and have a rental property that has needed a few plumbing related service calls.  They have come out the same day both times and fixed with was needed and billed a fair price.  They are honest and super responsive.  I would highly recommend them.

After a cold winter night we had some pipes burst in the home as well as a shower valve break. I woke up to water flooding my home's add on room and water basically raining from the basement ceiling. We gave these guys a call and they had sent someone with just a couple of hours (which is great considering how many other people might have experienced the same things and reached out to them that day). Mike and Shawn showed up and quickly identified the issue and was able to fix the problems very quickly. They had me taken care of quickly and the best part was the low price. Would def work with these guys again.

I appreciated that they were available the same day. They let me know when they were on there way and they stuck to it. Once Mike was done unclogging both my tub and sink not only did they clean up after themselves but they explained to me why and how it was caused and what to do to prevent it again. I was also quoted on the phone the same amount I was charged so there were no hidden fees. Hoping I don't have any more issues, if this comes back up I will definitely reach back out to these guys.

After calling another plumbing company that quote me extremely high price and not be able to do the Job, I called Muse plumbing and next day my issue was taking care of, took 30 mins to fixed the issue that previously I was told that would take 2hrs. I would recommend 100%

Recommend Jim Virgin, owner of J&S Plumbing.  Had a leaking shower valve, drip drip, drip.  Jim came in assessed the situation and promptly went into repair mode.  He ended up ripping out some of the pex line to remove the valve and retighten the fitting that was leaking.  He then replaced it with copper. No more dripping!. The price he charged for 2 hrs service,and parts was more than fair. Went out of his way to reassemble the shower hardware and test the system to look for additional leaks,. Thankfully none were found

We just moved in to a new house and called The Local Plumber. Trevor, he is a wonderful guy. Helped us with out plumbing issue, and was helpful in finding some other sevices too. He truly is local. He is a neighbor and a plumber. You can't do better. I highly recommend.

When our hot water heater died after the May 2020 flooding, Wheeland Plumbing came out soon after we called to install a new one. Because of Covid-19, the tech wore a mask. He also wore booties and adhered to our request that he go directly to and from the basement and not be near us. This was a stressful time, and we are grateful to Wheeland Plumbing for providing such quick, excellent service to restore our hot water.

West Jeff was recommended to us by friends.  As a family owned company, they were very honest and straightforward to work with and their quote was 30% lower than the big name outfit we used to work with.  Nice brand name Lennox equipment, well installed, no pressure or sales gimmicks.

The installation was handled promptly and professionally by factory trained installers.

Highly recommend.

It turned out that I got the wrong storm door. Nonetheless the guy who came out was very understanding about the expense of two visits and made us a deal to get the work done with the second and right door. For this I was very appreciative. And, he did a great job on install. Five stars!

My mother in law is 80 years old and needed her water heater either repaired or replaced. They could not come out for over a week, leaving her without hot water. When they did come out she was in the hospital with pelvic fractures. A neighbor let them in, they tried repairing it, and left. Within the hour the heater was not working again. They of course could not come back right away.... They ended up replacing the hot water heater and sent the bill. We were under the impression they were to give not only a discount for senior citizens, but that the bill would be around $600. The bill was over $1100.00. When called, they came up with all kinds of things that needed replaced that we were unaware of and they charged for coming out the first time with the heater breaking down in less than an hour!  An estimate was never presented to us or her or her neighbor. You hire professionals to fix your issue, not take advantage of the elderly and or vulnerable.

Not a company I would ever hire again or recommend!

My husband and I had a leaky faucet  in our bathtub. A. Friend Plumbing was able to come next day to fix it. We weren't able to be home at the time, and gave him permission to enter. He did a fantastic job and left no mess. The only suggestion I would make is to have him leave a note describing what he did if the homeowner isn't home.

Muetzel had a much better solution for a leaking main water value and a leaking PVC furnace pipe than I.
And it's nice that they are right around the corner.
I highly recommend.

I am not sure if they do good work, or if they don't....because they refuse to return phone calls..
After an initial dialog w the owner, he was 'supposed' to call me back after locating a spare part. our job request also entailed some additional plumbing work, and I am guesstimating this to be a 3 or 4 hour effort.

I called again at 3:30 , and had to leave a message.

The ownership team at Old Hilliard Plumbing must not need net new business .

Water heater problems
Just moved into my house in Plain City.
Called Henry over at Plain City Plumbing.
He remembered installing the water heater when it was brand new. (Also he had a sticker on it)
He found several things wrong. Everything from the gas pressure was out of wack coming into my house. To the computer board. He spent some time diagnosing the problem. He then looked up the manufacture date, and found out it was still in warranty. He contacted the manufacturer and explained everything to them. He was able to get us a newer and better system for no cost. (Still had to pay for only a service call). Which is better than what a lot of the others were offering.
I was glad to hand him the check. This is the quality work you do not see any more. Please look them up, he is honest and dependable. This is the type of company people would be honored to work for.

Amazing! We had a basement flood after the insane amounts of rain last week! We thought the sump pump was working fine and that it was some other piping issue, and called Weeks. Turns out it was caused by the sump pump. Even though they had a ton of calls that day, they were out within an hour. They were extremely knowledgeable, and had it fixed in less than an hour! They didn't even rip us off! Will definitely be calling Weeks for any other plumbing issues in our he future!

My appointment to fix my hot water heater was scheduled between 2-4 with a 40 minute call ahead since I was at work and had a very full schedule.  They called me at 12:15 and said they were on the way, when actually they were already sitting in my driveway.  They quoted my home warranty company one price and when I called the office to see if they could do any type of payment arrangement they said it would be higher since they need to pull a permit.  They did not explain the permit process or tell me that they would send me the permit. My tech, Troy was verbally not happy about having to move the dryer, when I let them know in advance that it would have to be moved.  I supplied the hose to drain the old tank because again he verbally had issues with draining it.  My tech was rude and sarcastic during the entire process left and did not tell me anything about a warranty or how to adjust the temperature or anything.  I will NEVER use this company again.  The office staff was about as friendly as Troy was.  He did have a helper named Tanner, we was nice and apologized for Troy's attitude.  If I hadn't already been without hot water for 5 days and missed work to meet them at my house I would not have had them do the install and had someone else come out.

Scott and Conner were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable concerning my leak issue.   I was making sure a known leak was the only leak in my in-ground pool.
They quickly assessed and tested the plumbing and found no other leaks.  I am having the concrete skirting around the pool removed and fresh concrete poured.  The know issue is being addressed and Scott and Conner made sure no other problems exist.  They even offered to get a quote on the repair of the skimmer, which I took them up on.  
This is the way a business should run!
