I am very pleased with the efforts of Eaton Plumbing. They were quick to respond to my needs and handled everything very professionally. Max was honest in his assessment and I feel his prices were fair. We will be using them again for future plumbing needs.

They did all the plumbing in our house.   Standard stuff...what's superior is their Service.  Mark, the service Manager is the best out there.  He really knows his stuff and if you have an issue, he'll resolve it quicker than anybody.  The man is a plumbing Genius!

Giving them 4 only because I didn't actually hire them, sadly. One of the plumbers came over and gave me a quote. I got a great feeling and knew he knew what he was talking about. I've dealt with plenty of contractors before. However, my husband wanted to get a few quotes and went with the 'cheapest' guy. Turned out, I really wish I had worked with them and had water with enough and appropriate pressure for my laundry sink!

Michael just left my house after working hard to clear roots out of my line.  I'd had RotoRooter and Waterworks out previously who only busted through the first part of the clog, called it sludge and charged me more for that than All Lines Gas & Plumbing did for clearing my entire line
all the way out to the main city line.  

He explained everything to me he was doing in layman's terms so I would understand exactly what he was doing.  He even replaced a trap for me that he noticed needed it unrelated to this repair.

Great and friendly service at what I consider a very fair price.  I highly recommend them.

I scheduled Muse Pluming to fix a leaking toilet & kitchen faucet.
The bottom of our toilet was leaking.  Rob, their plumber had to remove the toilet, add an extension pipe up from the basement then reset the toilet.  This was a major project!  He did a great job, kept the mess to a minimum and totally cleaned up after himself.  
Kitchen faucet was leaking around the base which I figured would have to replace.  Rob suggested just replacing the cartridge in the faucet instead of replacing it.  It took him just all of 15 minutes to do just that.  Works like new!  He saved me over $75 in just the faucet alone.
I will definitely hire them again for any plumbing issues.

Recommend Jim Virgin, owner of J&S Plumbing.  Had a leaking shower valve, drip drip, drip.  Jim came in assessed the situation and promptly went into repair mode.  He ended up ripping out some of the pex line to remove the valve and retighten the fitting that was leaking.  He then replaced it with copper. No more dripping!. The price he charged for 2 hrs service,and parts was more than fair. Went out of his way to reassemble the shower hardware and test the system to look for additional leaks,. Thankfully none were found

Trevor is just one of the best!! We had some serious pipe damage between Christmas and New Year's and we'd worked with him in the past for some other plumbing jobs, so we messaged him and his response was nearly immediate. He's fast, reliable, on time always, and FAIR with his pricing. He got our plumbing woes fixed in what honestly felt like no time, and he helped us understand not only how we got to where we were in the first place, but how what he did would prevent it from occurring again. I cannot recommend him and this awesome local business enough!! When in doubt, go local, call the local plumber; you won't regret a second.

Saved $1500 on a new furnace over the quote of two larger companies who advertise heavily. Great service and quick install.

I rarely leave bad reviews but stay away from these guys. The work they did was good but now they're trying to double charge me for some of the work. Paid for part of the work the day of service and they refuse to subtract that from the invoice after being provided with receipts several times. Its been four months since the service, two months since receiving the incorrect invoice, and no response from Lee, the only person that can edit the invoices. They've even gone so far as to ignore my phone calls. Very unprofessional and difficult to work with.

We received an estimate to replace three toilets; the old ones would run water unexpectedly. Ave was our plumber... he installed three toilets, fixed a shower diverter, open three slow drains. On the same-day, our garbage disposal stopped working. He gave me a fair estimate and then replaced my garbage disposal on the spot. He cleaned up after himself, kept me updated on his progress, showed me a few kept tips about my faucet in the powder room. I am over-the-moon with his service. And I'm happy with everything! My husband is a DIYer but couldn't figure out where he went wrong fixing a problem with my shower (no hot water). When he called A. Friend Plumbing and described the issue, David had a hunch about what it was and came out same-day to verify. Yep, he was right! He gave us clear instructions on how to replace a specific part, showed us online what it looked like, and told us which stores carried it. He charged us nothing for the consultation (what?!?!) and my husband fixed it in a short amount of time. Thanks to David, we saved a pile of money and my husband was able to finish the job he started. Thank you, David!

We've used Muetzel many times in the past. They're our first phone call for larger plumbing issues. This was a big job, major blockage, and the team was professional and communicated with me every step of the way. This was a two day job and it was determined that they weren't going to be able to complete the job. Extra services were going to be required, possibly excavation requiring the city's involvement. I was very pleased that they refunded our money for day #2 of services since they were unable to resolve our issue. I'd recommend Muetzel over many of the larger companies.

Very quick service and a clean job at the end.  Worth the hourly rate cause Adam did the job very fast.  Nice to have a local company that has earned my repeat business the next time I need it.

Water heater problems
Just moved into my house in Plain City.
Called Henry over at Plain City Plumbing.
He remembered installing the water heater when it was brand new. (Also he had a sticker on it)
He found several things wrong. Everything from the gas pressure was out of wack coming into my house. To the computer board. He spent some time diagnosing the problem. He then looked up the manufacture date, and found out it was still in warranty. He contacted the manufacturer and explained everything to them. He was able to get us a newer and better system for no cost. (Still had to pay for only a service call). Which is better than what a lot of the others were offering.
I was glad to hand him the check. This is the quality work you do not see any more. Please look them up, he is honest and dependable. This is the type of company people would be honored to work for.

We called to have them replace a sump pump that wasn't working. They had a tech come out to replace it, on May 28.  We thought everything was ok until my husband went downstairs, 2+ weeks ago and recovered our basement flooded from all of the rain we had during that time. Has incurred thousands of dollars due to, and I quote the owner of the business, he installed the wrong pump. the tech come back out, replaced the pump with the appropitiate pump. The techs response was you have too much water!

We are now in week 3 of this nightmare and have learned the damage includes our water heater.

this was our family room, that had over 25 years of furniture, my deceased parents items, etc.

On top of the original thousands of dollars in damage.

Called to get someone out to look at a leak in our basement. They came quickly but came out with absolutely no diagnostic equipment. They looked around and said well we need to get our rotor rooter type camera thing out here... the guy set us up with an appointment for the next day and they never showed up! We called and they just said oh sorry must of got lost somewhere. It was written down on our receipt for $85 for the 20 minute diagnostic visit. They couldn't reschedule for several days which is a long time when you are without water! Ended up going with ECCO instead and had a much better experience. Don't use Calhoun unless you want to get ripped off!

My tenant scheduled an appointment with them as I own the property and am 2000 miles away. I called the day of the inspection to ask some questions and see what they were going to do and how they would contact me with a report. Felt satisfied that they would do a good job and felt comfortable giving them my billing info (credit card number).

They showed up, inspected the attact, and then told my tenant they needed some more specialized equipment to find the leak. They never returned to the condo and never returned my phone call to see what happened. Now, I still have a leak somewhere and this company wasted both me and my tenant's time and is possibly allowing more water damage to my condo.

COMPLETELY unprofessional. Cannot understand how people run businessess these days treating customers like this. PLEASE, if you are the manager, contact me. I'll revise my review if you make good on what you promised. At present, NOT a company I would EVER recommend to anyone.
