Nicked my water line while doing a project at home. They arrived within an hour of calling, were personable, professional and helpful. They wrapped up the job in under an hour and the price was very reasonable. Water back on and disaster avoided. Highly recommend.

We had a clogged main drain.   Two plumbers gave us huge estimates that involved extensive work.   Ian from Drainbusters came and was able to open the drain.   The charge was less than $200.   We have used them for additional work.   They are great.

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. Wow. Amazing service and excellent work. Impressed by Michael's communication and willingness to work with us to complete time-sensitive repairs required by the City of Columbus.

We got tips on how to work with the City and received assurance they would work with us to make sure any code issues were addressed if any inspections turned up any other issues.

Water supply pipe broke where it entered into the house. I called @0715Monday morning and had a pleasant conversation with Kristen(sp?)  She scheduled someone the same day to arrive between 3-5pm. Kept me updated when they were running late. Austen stopped by gave me a reasonable estimate and scheduled work for the next day. Everything came together like clockwork. Utilities were mapped out, city of Columbus had someone find the shutoff valve in my yard (house is app 50yrs old so it was buried and full of mud) Everything was done as planned. This is a great small company to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them. Give them a call. You won't be dissappointed.

Hot water tank sprang a leak and I called several 24 hour emergency plumbing companies with no luck - leave a message, we will call you when a tech is available, the first I can get a tech there is Monday, etc., etc. (then why are you considered 24/7 service??)  Anyway, Mann Plumbing was recommended so I called them and they were out within the hour and a new hot water tank was in an hour and a half later.  Great service and very professional.

John, the owner of Plumbing One, is fantastic.  He was extremely professional, compassionate, and responsive while fixing a long-standing issue in my multiple unit condo building.  He was able to clear build-up from a common line and was very respectful of my money while doing it - he didn't recommend costly or unnecessary procedures and personally took care of the problem at my request.  I highly recommend his services.  It helps that is a personable and nice guy!

Every one of their staff is super friendly, responsive, and communicative.  There were several things that had to be done and they did it in a efficient manner.  I am very pleased with the results!

Cannot get them to email me a receipt for more than $ 500 spent three sayd ago.  They said that they are paperless, hence, no paper receipts. The toilet problem wasn't completely fixed, although it is better than it was. Plus they try to hard upsell you on monthly maintenance plan.  

There are lots of plumbers- use someone else.

We have used this company many times without any issues. Great communication and work. They have always charged a reasonable rate for labor and materials. They are so good I worry they will get to busy and response time will suffer.

Great service. Basically provided a consult via phone (and text pictures) to ensure they knew the problem before arriving, and that they would show up with the correct parts. They dispatched a technician only a few hours after I called, despite it not being an emergency. Technician was masked up, professional, and resolved the problem quickly. Highly recommended.

John and dion did a wonderful and quick job when replacing our home's hot water tank. I sent him a text with a few pictures of my hot water heater. He gave me a quote and the days he was available and viola!!! new hot water heater was installed. My husband who was present during the install said they were friendly and professional. Since our hot water heater is tucked away in a small space in our laundry room John had to re-pipe and some maneuvering to get the hot water tank in place. He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for my other plumbing needs.  I thought his prices were fair! Thanks again!!!

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

This place isn't even worth one star.  Don't call them unless you would like an EMERGENCY in your home.

We recently moved into a new house and had plumbing issues, with this last one being an emergency so I sent several requests to plumbing companies after hours. I was very grateful to Amanda Plumbing reaching out around 830am to get us scheduled for the next day. I also appreciated the up front pricing costs. The two gentlemen who came to the house were very nice and kept us updated about the process. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely fast service for our hot water tank going out. The staff was professional and they were in and out in a little over an hour. I will definitely use again.

Chris has replaced all the pipes in my entire house and snakes my main drain line yearly. He is always on time, professional, and does great work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
