Look no further than this company! Our septic system was improperly installed when we built our home and within a few years had completely failed. Rick from Ericson came to our rescue. Over the years he has slowly corrected all of our problems. He is very good at finding the source of the problem and fixing it for the least amount of money possible. You can't put a price on his knowledge and years of experience. How we wish he had installed our system initially! He is an invaluable resource to us. He always responds to our questions and is someone you can count on in an emergency - and we've had a few of those. He has trained us on the proper care and maintenance of our system, something we wish our original installer would have shared with us. He is honest and professional and courteous. You can trust him.

They were contracted to install a new water line to a home I purchased. After getting into home, noticed water was leaking from line entry into the basement. They came out about 4 times in the course of the summer and fall to try to patch. They eventually stopped answering phone calls. I reported to BBB and they said they would be out in January to try and fix again and never showed or responded. Over a year later and water is still leaking into my basement with every rainfall.

Overall all had a positive experience they came right away on time and fixed our issues.

Scheduled an appointment, was confirmed, then 2 weeks later they call and say they do not handle my service type during the time requested.

How is it that I could not be contacted earlier?
I had to take off work to make the appointment during that time.

I was told I would need an entire toilet rebuild and quoted just under $400. Turns out, I needed an $8 rubber gasket which solved the problem immediately. Absolutely unbelievable.
