I had a 50 gallon electric water heater replaced. It was a swap of the same model on warranty since the 3 year old tank was leaking. They came to take a free look, then left to go get a replacement tank after 30 minutes. They returned back, 1.5 hours later, claiming they had to go to two places to find the correct tank. The tanks were swapped in 30 minutes. I was charged $1,016.00! This was just for labor as the tank was a free warranty replacement!

Apparently, I was unknowingly paying them hundreds of dollars per hour while they drove across town, to two places, to pick up the water heater. Based on my math, I was charged $406.40 per hour for this water heater to be picked up and then swapped. I was not given any specific breakdown of the cost. This pricing is absolutely astronomical and I will make sure everyone I know avoids this company going forward. I do NOT recommend Apex Plumbing Pros.

Buckeye plumbing arrived on time, completed toilet seal replacement quickly and efficiently. Didn't break the bank. I will contact them again for other plumbing jobs.

I had a small plumbing issue in my new house, and Drainbusters came out ASAP to help me out! Ian even recommended an easier fix than I thought it was going to be, and priced me accordingly, which I really appreciated! They gave me a service time window, and were remarkably prompt meeting that! These guys will be my go to plumbers as long as I'm living within the service area! Thank you!

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. I called A Mann Plumbing for an issue that I was concerned about in my upstairs bathroom.  They came right out and assured me that it didn't seem to be anything to worry about.  I had actually stopped using that bathroom some  time ago as water had leaked through the floor and into the laundry room downstairs after showering.  He advised me to use that shower and keep an eye on the downstairs to see if there is a leak.   While here he also fixed the stopper in another bathroom wash bowl which was broken.  He was very polite and professional.

I have had a couple bad experiences with other plumbers so my daughter did some research and told me to call A Mann as they had very good ratings.   I'm so thrilled to have found such a wonderful company and will never call any other plumber.  I was so shocked when he said there would be no charge as he said he really didn't do anything!  I tried to give him a little cash but he refused.

I would highly recommend A Mann Plumbing.

I called John (the owner) up and told him that I was trying to save money and that a buddy of mine would install a flood overflow valve in basement instead of using John ( Plumbing One). Big Mistake on my part!!!! Long story short my buddy drop 2 flood valve into my drain and I called John and he told me that he would come down himself to take care of it. 1st off mine you he's the owner and taking his time out to come down and take care of a problem that I cause which John was nice enough to volunteer to help out. John came down and fix all of my plumbing problems with the help of Paul which he called later on because he needed a certain tool that he didn't have in hand. Bottom line John have me as a client forever with his honesty and sincerely wanted to take care of his clients. John is a true owner he's passionate,very knowledgeable,personable, have pride in his work and works with integrity. He's a rare find. I've gone thru so many plumbing company and not once have I stay loyal. This is my 2nd time using Plumbing One and will be until I need plumbing service. I trust them and feel very confident with their work. I am telling everyone I know about John & my experience with what he did. Thank you so much John for taking your time to meet with me on after hours. I will be calling you guys soon for my sewage pipe service. I am going on Yelp,Google,four square,etc.....to post my positive feedback for Plumbing One. Business like this should be heard loud and clear....!!!!

Suddenly water had backed up into my bathtub and I called G&M because I thought the roots had grown back.  Unfortunately, that wasn't the case and instead part of my pipes had collapsed due to age.  With the house being 60 years old, it was to be suspected.

G&M was able to handle the situation.  They transitioned from working inside my house to doing the outside work. They took care of getting the inspection from the city (don't want to hit the gas line!) to fixing the pipe to making sure everything was clean and back in order.  

Everyone I spoke with at G&M to handle this problem was professional and courteous.

Worker was courteous, but labor was way to expensive.  Charged $185 to change a cartridge on a sink faucet.  Charged over $600 in labor for what should have been 2 hours work. Changed cartridge to stop dripping sink and changed pressure switch on well pump.

pipes froze over night and they came out the very next morning right on time, the scheduler was very personable. tech was kind and knowledgeable and solved my problem very quickly! will definitely use the next time i have a problem!!

I highly recommend Hesson plumbing. They completed some work at my home for leaks. They were masked and Covid sensitive. In addition, they were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I feel much better about the plumbing in my home.
In addition, they are using today's technology and apps to make the appointment and payment process easy. Their prices are also reasonable for the quality of service they perform. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs.

John was very professional and courteous. He came on such short notice and got the job done. He gave me helpful tips and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely call him again when we need such services.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

Wow! We had Ryan out today to fix a kitchen leak that went down into our basemen. Ryan was fantastic! We were so happy with such a quick response and such a professional and friendly visit. I will recommend this company to everyone that I know.

Quick, honest and solid work.  

We had a faucet and some valves replaced after a leak.  They came out quickly, at a fair price and performed the work just perfectly.  

I would recommend them in the future for sure!

Cruikshank Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last couple of years. I have an 80 year old six unit that has been in the family for eternity. After this time there have been the usual problems, but also the effects of time catching up. Drainpipes and supply lines after so many years eventually need to be replaced due to rust and corrosion. The latest was the kitchen sink that had a drain pipe that rusted through and got replaced. Soon after that the drain quit running  and I called and got service within hours. After snaking out the drain, which I should have had done the first time I have never seen the drain work as fast as it is now. I recommend them to everyone I know in the service area.

Chris was awesome! He came out same day for a service call ($75 or waived if you get the job done) to my hot water tank. I explained the issue over the phone and he knew what I was talking about right away. He called me to asked if he could come early, which I was elated about.

He looked at it and immediately knew it was giving off an error code. He took the time to do some research, made some calls, found the part, and took the time to explain what was wrong, what it would cost, and what this repair was like in comparison to other things going wrong with the tank. Of all the things to go wrong, this issue was the least costly, but Chris was honest with me, letting me know he couldn't guarantee, with the age of the tank, that something else might not go wrong with it and once it leaks, it has to be replaced.

I asked him what he would do and he told me with this, he would do the repair and let it ride, but if it was anything else he'd replace the tank. Having just gotten burned by trying that method with my garage door, I was worried to just repair it and Chris took the time to inspect the tank and give me a honest opinion of it's current state and told me he felt confident in the repair and the tank would likely last a few more years, which was great news. When i asked him to quote me a new one, his quote was $400 less than another company who came out a few months ago for another issue that involved a mouse nest.

He got the part overnighted for me so I wouldn't have to go long without hot water and he came over the next day and had it up and running in less than an hour.

He even checked out a toilet filler that was acting weird for me and gave me good advice on replacing it with the same thing and not getting a fancy filler because they have more problems.

I would recommend Chris for any plumbing need for honestly and reasonably priced, fast service.
