We are owners of a property that is located 524 miles from where we live. It needed some work so I started googling. I had called a few other businesses but Apex's response time was almost immediate and with a fair price. The work was completed in a timely manner and the property has now been rented. Thanks Apex.

Buckeye plumbing arrived on time, completed toilet seal replacement quickly and efficiently. Didn't break the bank. I will contact them again for other plumbing jobs.

Water leak sensor detected flooding from my 18 year old water heater at about 11:30pm on a Wednesday night. Called Ohio Water Heaters and they had a new water heater on site and installed by 10am the following morning.

A Mann Plumbing replaced our upstairs toilet. Matt, the technician was kind and incredibly professional. The job was done in an hour's time and around $75 less than I would have paid with another company. The office was also very responsive; I received a call the same day I requested for services. We moved to Columbus about three years ago and had less-than-optimal experiences with two larger plumbing companies.  We tried Plumbing One recently and could not have been more pleased.  Jess and associate were prompt, professional, and friendly.  They did excellent work at a fair price.  Now, I would not think of going anywhere else for my plumbing needs

Tried to charge me $740 for installation of a toilet flange + wax seal ($450 for just a seal replacement. Total parts cost $30 max at a hardware store. Takes 15 min to install. Insane ripoff!   Had them out a few years for a gas line estimate. They were 4x the pice of other plumbers. Don't use this plumber for anything unless you want to pay a ridiculous price.

Michael came and fixed the wax seal around my toilet and he was so patient and polite. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I called them at 5:00pm on a Friday when I had a hot water pipe spring a leak in my basement. Within an hour if that, the guy showed up and looked at my pipe and had the parts to fix it right away. He charged me $99 for the service call and it was $189 for the pipe repair which I felt was a good deal especially considering it was at the end of the day on a Friday evening. I was impressed at how quickly he responded and how courteous he was. He wore a mask to be safe with covid concerns.

Hesson Plumbing responded quickly to my message I left and then responded to our house within the hour of returning my call. He repaired the water pipe quickly, so we could have hot water again ASAP in order for us to take showers that night. He was courteous and did great work for a reasonable price. John and his brother did a super job diagnosing and replacing an old toilet in our basement. Efficient in his work and very fair priced while being Covid proper, I am very happy with the job. We had a little glitch with the new toilet seal dripping and he came back to make it perfect. John is my new plumber on call.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

Called emergency plumbing services about sewer gases backed up in house and Doug came out to see what the cause was. While we were investigating that issue I pointed out other leaks we had been dealing with. Doug took the time to go over all my concerns with resolutions.

When we got our estimate, we felt it was more than fair and absolutely pleased with it, but it was still a bit more than we had on hand. That's where the front office of EPS came in. They were very understanding and not pushy. When we got funds together scheduling was a breeze.  ESP sent Pete and Kyle out to fix ALL my issues and they did so professionally. CLB Plumbing gave me a quick response to an issue I was having with a leak from my bathtub/shower to my kitchen below. Tech came out diagnosed the problem within twenty minutes.   He went and got the part and an hour later problem solved. Answered several questions during the process and gave some recommendations on another issue.  I highly recommend!
