Best Plumbing Services in Columbus, OH

We are owners of a property that is located 524 miles from where we live. It needed some work so I started googling. I had called a few other businesses but Apex's response time was almost immediate and with a fair price. The work was completed in a timely manner and the property has now been rented. Thanks Apex.

Called Drainbusters for a clogged kitchen sink. Amazing, perfect experience from start to finish. The woman I spoke to over the phone was very friendly. Called around 9:30am, and they came at 12:30pm.

Ian was the guy who worked on our sink. He was super friendly, informative, and professional. After asking just a few questions, he identified the likely problem (clog in main pipe), got his tools, and got to work. He explained everything he was doing while he did it. Within 10 minutes, the clog was fixed and my sink was draining like new!

They charged $130 for the service, which is on the lower end of estimates I've read online (saw $120 to $185 on Google).

Water leak sensor detected flooding from my 18 year old water heater at about 11:30pm on a Wednesday night. Called Ohio Water Heaters and they had a new water heater on site and installed by 10am the following morning.

Great service from family run biz. Other plumbers I called (EcoPlumbers) used a 3rd party answering service during normal biz hours, I was going to have to wait half a day to even find out if they have any availability for the day! Discount Drains immediately provided scheduling times and the technician even text me to see if he could arrive earlier. Jared was prompt, courteous and very knowledgable. Saved me money on the repair over other Plumbing services such as Waterworks. Discount Drain sent me a text to confirm and had the technicians photo and bio included. Impressive level of service.

Our water heater died so we went searching for a company to take a look at it. Mann plumbing came out on a weekend to take a look at it. Well it was gone for good so it needed replaced. Our water heater is in a utility closet off our garage so it has limited space. It also needed to be a power vent model. The new versions were all too big for the space we had available, Mann plumbing took time to call around to different suppliers to see what they could get that would fit. They found one that they thought would work and was able to get it the next day. It was a tight fit but they re worked all the pipes so that it would fit. They did a great job, worked fast and was resonable priced. They are my go to for anything plumbing.

First time using Plumbing One. had a leaking copper pipe in the basement and the outdoor spiket was leaking. Jacob fixed both items pretty quickly. Price was good. I would definitely use Plumbing One again.

We had water hammer, I thought, or at least loudly banging pipes.  Started happening after we had a new high-efficiency washer installed, so I blamed that.  But it turned out to be more of an underlying issue that the new washer (and the way they installed it) brought to the surface.

These folks were super helpful on the phone, and easy to schedule when I wanted them to come.  Not a rush, so it took about a week.  They probably could have come sooner but we were busy and it wasn't an emergency.  Plumber showed up on time, laidback, friendly, knowledgeable, patient with our dogs and cats.  He ended up securing a bunch of our pipes.  60 year old house, so many had come loose or had one screw, and the washer installers had messed with things a bit at that end.  No noise now.  

Price was reasonable.  Glad it turned out to be a relatively easy fix.  Definitely keeping them in mind for next time.

We have used Eco Plumbers several times now and have never been disappointed. Their service is excellent --- they wore masks during the COVID era --- (unlike some other repair folks that we've had recently), and they get the job done. They may be more expensive than some others, but they are always available and do professional quality work.

The work got done, but at a substantial cost. My house is a 1958 ranch. I needed to replace the shut off valves (likely original issue) to the washer-one was intermittently leaking.  All costs were explained to me prior to the work being started. The plumbing technician (note, not a licensed plumber) deftly took care of the matter after recommending that he replace both the cold and hot valves at the same time. I estimate it took him less than 30 minutes, including the time it took him to retrieve the parts from his truck. Cost me $430. My other issue was a leaking soaker tub. That took 2+ hours for about the same amount. Note that this is a large company looking to expand into the Columbus market. Whatever happened to mom and pop repair people? I'd prefer that their expansion go someplace else. The work was done to my satisfaction; the technician was pleasant, on time and hard working...the final cost was about a mortgage payment.

Called for emergency on a Saturday. They promised to be out within the hour. They showed up in about 20 minutes. Very professional! I was a mess and they were super nice and helpful!

John was very professional, arrived on time - and confirmed appointment time the day prior. Project went smoothly, exactly as he described at our initial consult and price was exactly as estimated. Very happy to have found a reliable plumber - it is clear after meeting John that he is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

Called emergency plumbing services about sewer gases backed up in house and Doug came out to see what the cause was. While we were investigating that issue I pointed out other leaks we had been dealing with. Doug took the time to go over all my concerns with resolutions.

When we got our estimate, we felt it was more than fair and absolutely pleased with it, but it was still a bit more than we had on hand. That's where the front office of EPS came in. They were very understanding and not pushy. When we got funds together scheduling was a breeze.  ESP sent Pete and Kyle out to fix ALL my issues and they did so professionally. Joe came out to replace some cheap plastic shut off valves and a few other items. While doing so he pointed out a small leak under a sink due to someone's DIY project which was not to code. Joe took pictures so he could have some of the other plumbers give him suggestions how to address it. I appreciated that he didn't just guess on a fix. He will be wrapping up the project tomorrow as he was short on parts due to me adding some additional items.

Joe called me to let me know when he would be arriving but ended up being over an hour late. When I asked him he said an older woman was sitting on the roadside with a flat tire so he stopped to change it for her. Needless to say, I was impressed. In addition to being a good plumber, it appears he's also a good person.

Good companies tend to hire good people. I'd definitely use Amanda Plumbing in the future.

I called on a Wednesday asking about a new water heater.  They walked me through a series of questions and then gave me a quote, with the understanding that it could change if they found issues other than what I had described.  This was reasonable.  They arrived the next morning and got right to work.  Their guy was very polite and kept things neat.  He indicated that it would be a little more work because the water valve snapped off (it was very old), but there would not be any extra charges.  The whole swap took just under four hours, he removed the old heater without making a mess and the bill was just as quoted.  I will definitely use them again if other plumbing needs come up.

Chris has replaced all the pipes in my entire house and snakes my main drain line yearly. He is always on time, professional, and does great work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
