I needed help with two things - problems with a hot water heater and a broken fill valve in one of the toilets. I received a very prompt reply from Apex and was able to get an appointment within a day.

The plumber arrived on time. His name is Dusty and he reviewed the two problems. He provided clear information regarding his assessment and potential options. Because I had similar problems with the hot water heater several months back and got a similar recommendation from a plumber from a different company, I chose to go with Dusty's recommendation for getting a new heater.

Dusty came back with all the materials he needed and worked for several hours straight. He was conscientious and professional. I was very happy with his work and would request him in the future.

And all those problems with not having hot water, a mother board that gave confusing error messages, and a fill valve that jumped up into the air every time the toilet was flushed are now fixed. I have hot water in every shower and in all faucets - the first time since moving here about a year ago. Although it cost more than I had anticipated, it was well worth the money.

Buckeye Plumbing was able to schedule me same day, and were prompt and professional in their work. Price was reasible, and most importantly, the work they did completely resolved the issues. While I hope to not need the services of a plumber in the near future, I would use Buckeye Plumbing again without hesitation, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable plumbing company.

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. This is the second time I've used Discount Drains for my plumbing needs. Taylor installed an air admittance valve for our bathroom plumbing that was not properly tied to the vent. Also, Trevor was in and out in 30 minutes after replacing the check valve on our sump pump. Each time the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with our home warranty company. Above all, they were honest, and able to solve our problems. I don't imagine ever needing to use another plumbing company!

Truly awesome and outstanding service.  Water heater expansion tank blew a hole on Sunday afternoon and things were not going well.  Called A Mann first thing on Monday morning and was very fortunate that they had an opening that morning.  They were extremely informative on the initial call and pretty sure they knew what was required 4the repair. The service technician called to let me know he was about 15 minutes out.  He showed up on time and was extremely careful with covid and very knowledgeable of the situation.  He checked out the expansion tank and the water heater and confirmed the initial resolution I was given over the phone.  Work was completed promptly and the cost was very reasonable.  They could have told me I needed a new water heater as well,  but they were honest and said that it should still last me 3 to 4 more years and just replaced the expansion tank.  Couldn't have asked for a better overall experience! When I need my new water heater there's no question I'll be calling them again.

Plumbing One has very knowledgeable plumbers and are affordable.  I will use them again.

Responsive within 3 days but really no researching the cause of the problem. The rep had his kit to replace both the heating element and the thermostat before he even looked at the water tank.
Ohh he also had a $250 invoice ready. Did fix the problem at least.

Excellent service.  Gave a call and e-mail when they were on their way, included a picture of the plumber coming to give the service.  Gave an estimate of work and how long it would take.  Spot on with each.

Our sump pump quit working sometime during the night. The floor on one half of our basement is damp, but thankfully, nothing is flooded. Things that were sitting on the floor are wet, but many of them are not perishable. There is a patch in the carpet that is wet, but hopefully it will dry out completely. I called our local Benjamin Franklin Plumbing service because I had done business with them before. A technician, Kelly, was here within 30 minutes of the call and replaced the pump in a very short amount of time. He said he had been up since 3 AM and had installed 16 sump pumps before 10 AM. He had to go get 12 more and then get back to work. I asked him when he would have a chance to go home. He said, Whenever people stop calling. Thanks for your help, Kelly!

I called them at 5:00pm on a Friday when I had a hot water pipe spring a leak in my basement. Within an hour if that, the guy showed up and looked at my pipe and had the parts to fix it right away. He charged me $99 for the service call and it was $189 for the pipe repair which I felt was a good deal especially considering it was at the end of the day on a Friday evening. I was impressed at how quickly he responded and how courteous he was. He wore a mask to be safe with covid concerns.

Hesson Plumbing responded quickly to my message I left and then responded to our house within the hour of returning my call. He repaired the water pipe quickly, so we could have hot water again ASAP in order for us to take showers that night. He was courteous and did great work for a reasonable price. John and his brother did a super job diagnosing and replacing an old toilet in our basement. Efficient in his work and very fair priced while being Covid proper, I am very happy with the job. We had a little glitch with the new toilet seal dripping and he came back to make it perfect. John is my new plumber on call.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

I wish I could say enough good things about Emergency Plumbing Service. The drain in our basement overflowed due to a blockage and I had them come to my house. It was the first time something like this would happen to me and I was a bit panicked and agitated. They didn't lose their cool and gave me a first class phone and in person experience. Not only did they get the basement which was about 5 inches deep in water completely drained but they also got my water heater to start working again. They saved me thousands of dollars and I don't know what I would have done without them. Chris and Jen you are both fantastic and so are your employees!

Made an emergency call on a Sunday do to our septic backing up. Answered the call and had a technician out within 30-45 mins. He did a great job diagnosing the issue, since it turned out to be a problem with our septic pump and aerator we had to have a septic company out to fix it. He gave us the right direction to go next and really appreciated his help and honesty.

We have used this company for 20 years. This is a company that is honest and trustworthy.
We had a company come to check out our cast iron pipes. That company told us our pipes were rotted and they needed to excavate my kitchen, foyer, family room and dining room floors in order to replace the  pipes . Cost $26,000 . Not to mention the fact that we would need to fully replace  entire rooms of floors.
Cruikshank came out and ran the camera from clean out into house and out to street. Also ran from master bathroom to clean out. There is nothing wrong with our pipes. The plumber showed us the video, was nothing like  the one that Atlas Butler showed us.
I would recommend Cruikshank anytime!

I think this guy is just having friends write reviews for him because my experience was nothing like those listed. I chose him over a big company like Roto Rooter because I thought his prices might be better and I'd get better service.

He came on a Friday to tighten up 2 rocking toilets and fix a small leak in our sink. He said he tightened the toilets, only one was actually fixed because after he left we noticed that the other still rocks when sitting on it. Chris informed us that he needed to order a part for the sink that would be in by Monday and he could return and fix it then, estimating the entire job to cost $250 which seems like a lot for tightening toilets (took him 15 minutes) and a leaky sink.

But we were still willing to pay it. Monday came around and no calls, no show. I called and left a message with no response. Today is Tuesday and again I left a message with no returned call and he did not show up today. I assume that he has just given up on our job and won't be returning. I'm hoping that he doesn't expect to be paid for tightening up the one toilet and never returning because that's not happening.

Do yourself a favor and call someone who shows up.
