Our boiler was having a problem with the igniter and was failing to work on New Year's day.  We placed a non-emergency call (outside temp was in the 40s - we could wait until the 2nd.  We got a call back on the 2nd and they had a window and sent out Joe.  They couln't have sent a nicer guy... really pleasant and polite.  He figured out the problems we were having quickly, took the time to explain and demonstrate, got the parts ordered and was back in 2 days and completed the repairs.  He ran into a few snags (old rusting pieces in our system) and had to run out to get unexpected replacement parts, but finished the job so we'd have heat that night.  I can't say enough good things about them, and will call them for any and all plumbing issues.

I needed a gas log set installed in my house and was having problems getting a hold of qualified plumbers that could do the job.  I left messages and sent emails to all of the major fireplace/chimney companies in Columbus but no one was returning my calls.  I finally called Columbus Gas Pro and left a message.  Phil immediately called me back and we set up a time for him to come look at the project.  He gave me a quote on the spot and we set up a time for installation.  I would 100% use him again in the future for any gas needs.

Last week I discovered a bad leak where our pressure tank was attached to our well system and immediately texted Josh at Ground Effects Plumbing, Houston we have a problem! and sent him a picture.  After some remote troubleshooting he worked me in that day to replace my pressure tank, tee tank package, and pressure switch.  He was professional and got the job done well.  He was able to explain the benefits of the Well-X-Trol  pressure tank in a way that I could understand and after a week I can confirm that our water pressure is clearly more consistent.  His rates were very reasonable and I really appreciate that he worked us in so quickly as it is not very much fun to live without water.  I can confidently recommend Josh for your plumbing needs.

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three.  It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. This company is honest, thorough and SOOOOO kind!! The price was beyond fair and I can't thank them enough for their assistance and generosity!! They touched my heart!

Was doing some cleaning and came across the World Class Service business card for a quote I received a couple months back. Would not recommend thier service had a broken AC that I need repair on. Had a tech come out and was advised for a multitude of services to repair our aging AC system. Tech suggested a brand new AC system that was roughly 2 to 3 thousand dollars. I decided to call around and found a local guy who was able to fix my current AC for a third of the cost the other guy quoted me. Seems like these big name companies like to add unnecessary cost to thier repairs... My suggestions is find a local tech through friends or family you'll save a lot of money and won't feel like your being fleeced.

Have not used in the past. Air went out in 90+ degree weather. Called for appointment on a Saturday and tech was out in late afternoon.  Service call was very reasonable.  Technician very Professional and knowledgable. Need a new unit and will definitely have them give us a quote. Very impressed.
