Tyler and the team are great- the real deal. We hired them more than a year ago to do a large job including a new breaker box, and since I hadn't needed that type of work before, I did originally wince at the price. But they brought in a big team and got the job done quickly. They followed up, answering any questions we had and fixing a small thing that we needed done after the big job. Well, more than a year later I'm going to tell you that they stand behind their work. We had some issues due to power fluctuations in our neighborhood recently, and Bradley Electric stood by their work and helped us through the process of getting things fixed up again (ultimately it wasn't their fault but they helped us through the whole process of figuring it out and getting it fixed). They were punctual and efficient, and they know their stuff. I will also say that everyone who goes into our basement and knows what's up with electrical wiring (i.e. not me) has spontaneously commented on how gorgeous our breaker box is and how nicely it's set up. I didn't even know that was a thing (good looking breaker boxes), but apparently it looks awesome and well-organized (and is awesome and well organized). When you're hiring professionals to do something you know nothing about  and you're investing a lot of money in it (like I did), you want it to be done right. We're glad we chose Bradley.

Seemed professional when we first met and agreed on work at a reasonable price. Had significant trouble with installing recessed lighting in our ceiling resulting in two drilled holes in the roof, covered up with caulking while also ripping drywall from the ceiling. I had contractors come in to repair some of the damage caused (not all) which was higher than the value of the work he did. I still offered to pay him something to at least cover materials when he seemed reasonable about what had happened. This has resulted in insults and possibly threats from him on how he would get his money back.

Response to owner: nice mix of truths and outright lies. I've sent over the full cost of the drywall repairs for him to see. The cost I told to him was only for the excessive damage he caused. Not even all of the damage he caused. He never told my wife about the holes in the roof she just happened to be around when they started panicking but she wasn't sure what was going on. I checked later after she told me something fishy had happened and I had to call him after he left for him to acknowledge the holes in the roof.

Jess Howard sent over the best electrician to fix multiple electric issues in our new house. They were the fourth electrical company we had come to our house. Thank you to Steve and Jason for helping getting everything working again in our house. I will definitely recommend you for any electrical work!

Brian plowed through our to-do list like a champ. He fixed our bathroom GFI, troubleshooted our basement GFI which pops every time in rains, installed a new outlet behind our wall-mounted TV, troubleshooted two landscape lights, and troubleshooted a garage outlet that was not working.  He was true to his quote, showed up just a bit early, was friendly, and charged a very reasonable rate.  On top of all that, he won over the affection of our dog.  Thanks Brian & Big City Electric!

Nathan was amazing at helping us with our electrical problems.  When our electricity started having issues Nathan came right out even though it was late at night to make sure our house was safe instead of waiting until the next morning.  He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about troubleshooting and repairing our older electrical box and main power line.

Damon was so nice to come out on a holiday and replace an outlet that was damaged.  Super professional and knowledgeable.  He was able to come out the same day- you can't ask for any better response time.  Such a great person to work with.  We look forward to getting more electrical projects handled by Damon in the future!  Damon, we cannot thank you enough!!!!

Quality Electric is an honest company that fixed our electrical problems quickly and relatively cheaply. Brandon was like a detective, diagnosing and repairing what turned out to be three separate problems. The first two problems he resolved pretty quickly. The third one, no power to our 1931 detached garage, was a stumper, and he called his supervisor. I appreciated there being a more experienced electrician he could turn to.

In the end, Brandon noticed an obsolete outlet on the wall of the garage down near the floor. He figured out that water had gotten into the outlet wiring, which was still live (!) and that had caused the problem.

Fortunately, there were two wires in the metal conduit from the house to the garage, and he was able to attach our garage electrical service to the newer one. This was a much better outcome than digging a trench through the back yard from the garage to the house to run new wire and conduit. A less honest and competent company might have dug a trench to create a bigger, more expensive project.

The office staff is also very professional. Setting up the appointment, paying the invoice and having a receipt emailed was easy.

I had Ben and Eric in to do some work. They were EXCELLENT. On time, professional, quick and got the job done right.

I can't recommend Higher Power Electric enough! I had a fan light repaired, a new kitchen light installed, a new dining room light installed and a few other flush mount lights installed. They also removed a old satellite dish for me. They were quick, but thorough! The quoting and scheduling process went very smoothly. I received a reminder call the day before, as well as a call on the day of my appointment letting me know they were on their way. Everyone I dealt with were very nice and professional!

New to the area, I read the review already online for Excel and called.  My call was returned promptly, he called to let us know he would run a bit late so we felt assured, and a really no-fuss, no drama, tidy job at a fair price all made this service a gem.  I have added Excel to my contacts list and will share with confidence.  A star!

Gerry is very knowledgeable, honest, and does not waist time so he can charge you more. We called him with a restaurant hood problem he came and got it fixed for a very reasonable price. He checked another fridge that was not working and got it fixed within 20 minutes for $80 and its now been a month and fridge still works. Another company had said compressor was out and they needed $1500. Every time we call Gerry he has a solution at a reasonable price will use him again an again.

John is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to any electric needs. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend the R&T Yoder Team!

Dion was the primary technician for my service visit, and he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He did good work, offered and explained different options, went out of his way to limit impact to my drywall, made sure I got a discount I qualified for, and answered every question I had.

I asked for his business card so I can specifically request him next time I need electrical work.

Our kitchen ceiling light had a short in the unit. 'At Your Service Heating, Cooling, & Home Repairs' came to our rescue.  After a referral from a friend and one telephone call, Mr. Robert Jones (sole proprietor), showed up ,on time,  and did wonderful  job replacing our ceiling light fixture.
Mr. Jones was very friendly and because of his professional work ethic, I will have him come to my home again, if I find myself in need of a competent  contractor.

I rarely leave bad reviews but stay away from these guys. The work they did was good but now they're trying to double charge me for some of the work. Paid for part of the work the day of service and they refuse to subtract that from the invoice after being provided with receipts several times. Its been four months since the service, two months since receiving the incorrect invoice, and no response from Lee, the only person that can edit the invoices. They've even gone so far as to ignore my phone calls. Very unprofessional and difficult to work with.
