It went well and they were very responsive. They are a professional company with the owner being well informed of all projects and keeping things moving smoothly. Had a few cliches but it all worked out and I have continued to use them and will do so again and again.

Walaid tried to help with my issue over the phone, and via FaceTime before he came out and had to charge me. He was very prompt & professional. He took his time and found the root of my issue, and checked several different ways before he finally gave me a direct answer. If your looking for a good dependable electrician he's your go to..

I have hired Jess Howard Electric for several projects and have been pleased with overall service. I would hire them again.

Bryan and Eric did a good job with an old house and some older wiring.  They showed up early and cleaned up better than most contractors do.  Would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

Here's my situation:
My water heater kept going out. Couldn't figure it out. Water heater guy comes out, they replaced all the electronic components in it. Still happening. Can't figure it out - until the guy says it may be at the electrical box, which we don't do.

So I call Strickland - and I'm in no rush - it's a manual process to get the water heater on but tolerable - his response was it's getting cold, I'm not about to let you have cold water.

We set a time, he arrived, he went to work and diagnosed the problem, had it solved, and i've been happy. The change required a little more rework (yay moderately old house) and he came back and knocked that out.

Insanely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I mean, ideally, I'll never need to call them again ( - unless I replace that breaker box) but if I have any more electrical issues? They're top of my list.

Damon was so nice to come out on a holiday and replace an outlet that was damaged.  Super professional and knowledgeable.  He was able to come out the same day- you can't ask for any better response time.  Such a great person to work with.  We look forward to getting more electrical projects handled by Damon in the future!  Damon, we cannot thank you enough!!!!

Competent and responsive, I've used Quality Electric for both jobs at my house that required an electrician. They updated all 2-prong outlets to 3, installed a couple of ceiling fans, a dining room light, and got all the plugs in my kitchen up to code ready for new appliance installation.

I've made so many phone calls to local contractors, and this company beats them all with customer satisfaction, by far. Realistic estimates, great work, and they show up when they say they will!

I had Ben and Eric in to do some work. They were EXCELLENT. On time, professional, quick and got the job done right.

What an exceptional business to work with!! From the first moment I looked up Higher Power Electric, they were so easy to work with the schedule an initial consultation within the week. John was very honest and open with his advise for how to upgrade our outdoor business lighting so that it was most effective, and he even took a drawing of our building plan so that he could provide a detailed proposal for our lighting. I want to say a big thank you to Lyle, Eric, and Jim who performed our installation -- they walked me through everything and answered any and all questions I had. Thank you also to Patrick and Vickie for being so pleasant and helpful!! Our business has a hectic schedule, and they did everything they could to accommodate us, for which I am eternally grateful. Long story short, if you're looking for an honest company that provides exceptional work, look no further!

We have used James for a couple of projects.  Once for a bath remodel and we had him back recently to do some misc electrical repairs and rewiring around the house.  He provides great service!  Shows up when scheduled and his work is excellent.  Will have him back in the near future for a couple more projects.

New to the area, I read the review already online for Excel and called.  My call was returned promptly, he called to let us know he would run a bit late so we felt assured, and a really no-fuss, no drama, tidy job at a fair price all made this service a gem.  I have added Excel to my contacts list and will share with confidence.  A star!

Just wanted to say how pleased we were with this company. We try to use local businesses for services and we definitely were impressed with this family owned business. They responded quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Very pleased.

Quite possibly the nicest people I have ever met.  Our heat went out on Wednesday and we made the mistake of calling another repairman first.  After waiting a few days for a response we finally called Riley Electrical Services.  We only wish we would have called them first. They were at our house within an hour of our call and set to work fixing the mistakes that the other repairman made.  We ended up needing a new furnace and they helped us make a decision that we felt comfortable with, that also didn't break our bank. While we were waiting for our replacement furnace we were called twice in the morning just so he could check up on how we were holding up with no heat.  He came today and installed our furnace and we couldn't be happier. If you need any work done, don't call anyone else (trust us!) call Riley Electrical Services, you won't be disappointed!

I don't recommend this company, the electrician doesn't take notes and then provides a quote which does not match the request.  

I am very disappointed with this company.  They got there $$$$ for the quote. It is best to avoid this company.

I can't say anything negative about this company. Eric who installed our three ceiling fans arrived with face mask and shoe coverings as requested. He was very polite, courteous, and highly professional. He ran into an issue with one of the fans due to a manufacturing defect. While I ran to Lowe's  to get a replacement part, Eric continued to work on the other two fans. After returning from Lowe's he installed it very quickly. He was very patient, and I really appreciate him giving me time to travel to Lowe's. His ability to problem solve on the fly is exceptional. Therefore, I highly recommend Mr. Electric. Ask for Eric specifically. You can't go wrong with him.

don't waste your time. owner shows up unannounce. got him from home warranty company. slow, slow, and slow. Too busy trying to get more work from you instead of fixing the issues. touching stuff around the house. creepy

Lydia is always so helpful and friendly! So nice to hear hear cheerful voice when i call them. Wonderful owner too!
