Extremely helpful and professional! They called back after I left a message very promptly. I called for a consultation but he was able to help me over the phone. Saved us a lot by giving us his expertise. We are very grateful for the  advice!  They are very honest and I would definitely use Bradley electric again if I had any other electrical concerns.

Seemed professional when we first met and agreed on work at a reasonable price. Had significant trouble with installing recessed lighting in our ceiling resulting in two drilled holes in the roof, covered up with caulking while also ripping drywall from the ceiling. I had contractors come in to repair some of the damage caused (not all) which was higher than the value of the work he did. I still offered to pay him something to at least cover materials when he seemed reasonable about what had happened. This has resulted in insults and possibly threats from him on how he would get his money back.

Response to owner: nice mix of truths and outright lies. I've sent over the full cost of the drywall repairs for him to see. The cost I told to him was only for the excessive damage he caused. Not even all of the damage he caused. He never told my wife about the holes in the roof she just happened to be around when they started panicking but she wasn't sure what was going on. I checked later after she told me something fishy had happened and I had to call him after he left for him to acknowledge the holes in the roof.

Jess Howard sent over the best electrician to fix multiple electric issues in our new house. They were the fourth electrical company we had come to our house. Thank you to Steve and Jason for helping getting everything working again in our house. I will definitely recommend you for any electrical work!

Bryan and Charles arrived exactly on time and did an efficient and quality job on the install. The price was exactly what was quoted. I'll be using Big City Electric again in the future

John was very honest and open with his advise for how to upgrade our outdoor business lighting so that it was most effective, and he even took a drawing of our building plan so that he could provide a detailed proposal for our lighting. I want to say a big thank you to Lyle, Eric, and Jim who performed our installation -- they walked me through everything and answered any and all questions I had. I had a very good experience with this company and the technician, Zach.  He arrived promptly, went over all of the services thoroughly and did a great job.  He was very knowledgeable.  When I needed a return visit for some additional services, they were able to get the same technician back out within a day or two.  I would definitely recommend Mr. Electric and Zach to anyone.

Our kitchen ceiling light had a short in the unit. 'At Your Service Heating, Cooling, & Home Repairs' came to our rescue.  After a referral from a friend and one telephone call, Mr. Robert Jones (sole proprietor), showed up ,on time,  and did wonderful  job replacing our ceiling light fixture.
Mr. Jones was very friendly and because of his professional work ethic, I will have him come to my home again, if I find myself in need of a competent  contractor.

It turned out that I got the wrong storm door. Nonetheless the guy who came out was very understanding about the expense of two visits and made us a deal to get the work done with the second and right door. For this I was very appreciative. And, he did a great job on install. Five stars!
