Bradley Electric was one of 4 electrician groups we had to come out to give us an estimate on changing our electical service to a 200 amp service. We had just purchased and moved into an old home which had been piece-meal remodeled over the years. They also gave us an estimate on connecting smoke alarms (wiring in all smokes versus using devices that communicate remotely that only require 1 to be wired in - this was their idea).
They were the only group to offer the idea of wireless connected smoke detectors - the other groups we asked either had never heard of those or only provided us quotes for the wiring in (which were very costly because of the way our home had been remodeled in the past).
They were the best estimate - and frankly, I trusted Tyler the most of all the folks who came out to provide us with an estimate. He was easy to talk to, discussed different ideas, and talked to me several times after we received the estimate to clarify questions I had.
They were flexible setting up the date for our service change. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We had ripped out some drywalling to expose a BIG MESS of wires that needed clean-up. This was an add-on to the prior estimate - and they included this in their day of work, and came back on a 2nd day to finish that part up.
I'm very pleased with their work. All the guys who worked at our house seemed to know what they were doing, were happy to answer questions and go the extra mile. I will definitely call Bradley Electric when we have additional electrical needs.

Brian plowed through our to-do list like a champ. He fixed our bathroom GFI, troubleshooted our basement GFI which pops every time in rains, installed a new outlet behind our wall-mounted TV, troubleshooted two landscape lights, and troubleshooted a garage outlet that was not working. Eric came in, listened carefully to my list of issues and concerns, and then proceeded to work quickly and independently. I wasn't sure if it was possible to get the whole list completed in one visit, but he had no problem getting through it. He also answered questions and explained some things to me that I was confused about. The price was great. I will definitely go back to Quality Electric the next time I need electric work!

i have always had great experiences with Higher Power. our first interaction was 10 years ago when we remodeled our kitchen. they did a fantastic job. my general contractor was impressed enough that he asked for their contact info to pass onto other clients. since then we have used them for various electric needs: new panel, transfer switch, and several smaller jobs. they are straightforward, honest and communicate well throughout the job.

Quite possibly the nicest people I have ever met. Our heat went out on Wednesday and we made the mistake of calling another repairman first. After waiting a few days for a response we finally called Riley Electrical Services. We only wish we would have called them first. They were at our house within an hour of our call and set to work fixing the mistakes that the other repairman made. We ended up needing a new furnace and they helped us make a decision that we felt comfortable with, that also didn't break our bank. While we were waiting for our replacement furnace we were called twice in the morning just so he could check up on how we were holding up with no heat. He came today and installed our furnace and we couldn't be happier. If you need any work done, don't call anyone else (trust us!) call Riley Electrical Services, you won't be disappointed!

Our initial encounter with Mr. Electric was when we lost power after some self-installations of new outlets - it ended up being a tripped breaker and we were unaware that we had a main breaker on the outside of our condo building. Long story short, they came and charged $158 to literally switch our breaker (they gave us a $50 coupon and we figured if we were doing our own outlet exchanges and that was the least that happened, we would take it and vow to never do electrical work again).
Our second encounter occurred when we lost power in the middle night to half our home and switching the breaker didn't work. We were excited they were open 24 hours a day (per their website which we later found out is not true), so we set up an appointment. They replaced our breaker which they informed us was corroded. Four months later, we're having the same problem. I call to set up an appointment and they informed us that our work was not under warranty because our busbar had corrosion and that was stated on our invoice. We were NEVER informed of any exclusion of the warranty on their services. I asked for a technician to come out and evaluate the breaker and ensure it was not an issue with something that was just fixed four months ago. The technician came out but refused to look at anything without charging the $158 diagnostic fee. I asked for a manager to come out which the technician said would occur the next day at 10 am. After three calls and a technician arriving at 1:30pm, I was informed the manager was in a meeting in Cleveland (we're in Columbus) after being told a manager would come to remedy the situation since we did not agree with paying the diagnostic fee for a service that was just rendered four months ago.
Luckily, the technician, Ivan was great; he communicated with his manager and they agreed to replace our breaker even though there was a problem with our condo's main panel. I appreciated the fact that even though another issue could have caused the breaker's problem, they replaced it.
The issue with this company isn't the services, it's with the professionalism and integrity. We were charged $110 after coupon for an electrician to switch our breaker. I rarely leave bad reviews but stay away from these guys. The work they did was good but now they're trying to double charge me for some of the work. Paid for part of the work the day of service and they refuse to subtract that from the invoice after being provided with receipts several times. Its been four months since the service, two months since receiving the incorrect invoice, and no response from Lee, the only person that can edit the invoices. They've even gone so far as to ignore my phone calls. Very unprofessional and difficult to work with.
