Best Electricians in Columbus, OH
Extremely helpful and professional! They called back after I left a message very promptly. I called for a consultation but he was able to help me over the phone. Saved us a lot by giving us his expertise. We are very grateful for the advice! They are very honest and I would definitely use Bradley electric again if I had any other electrical concerns.

Prompt, reliable, helpful and polite values not often seen these days but Ben has them all and his attention to detail is spot on. Very pleased with the job and have already booked Ben for a future job.

We needed some electrical work done that needed to be coordinated with AEP. Jess Howard showed up on time, calling in advance, very competent. They also handled the coordination with AEP. There was some sort of problem but Jess Howard worked it out with AEP so that it all went smoothly. This place has been in business forever for good reason.

We chose Big City Electric because of their wonderful Yelp reviews, and we were definitely pleased with their work. David and Chuck were very friendly and knowledgeable, showed up when promised, did a great job on the multiple electrical concerns we had -- from changing out all of our hard-wired smoke alarms to fixing problem outlets and switches -- and cleaned up the small amount of dirt that happened while they were repairing our switches, etc. We're going to schedule another Big City Electric visit soon to have them fix a ceiling light in our foyer and install another ceiling light in one of the bedrooms. We highly recommend them!

Strickland electric is the best. I've used them for all my electric issues since buying my house in Whitehall. Yesterday Nathan came out to install a new outside outlet which he did. I then asked him to fix some other issues like adjusting my flood light and labeling my electric box which he did at a discount rate for the labeling and no charge for adjustment of my flood light. He's the best!

Damon was so nice to come out on a holiday and replace an outlet that was damaged. Super professional and knowledgeable. He was able to come out the same day- you can't ask for any better response time. Such a great person to work with. We look forward to getting more electrical projects handled by Damon in the future! Damon, we cannot thank you enough!!!!

Soooooo bad. Mistake after mistake. Left junction boxes in my ceiling, didn't demo everything, they leave everything dirty, they don't finish the job and come back over and over but schedule you out several weeks before they come back. On their finish after everything had been drywalled they realized two outlets and a switch do not work. Six months later the job is still not done. It has been a nightmare working with them. We bought a fixer upper and there is a 0% chance they are doing any additional work anywhere on my property haha.

After being very satisfied with previous electrical work by Ed at Safe Electric, we contacted them again regarding the installation of a 30 amp/240 volt electric vehicle charging plug in our garage (typically known as an electric dryer plug). We also requested they install an RV electrical box, just like the ones at the campgrounds for our RV that is parked on the side of the garage and to accommodate any RV visitors. Ed provided an estimate and also recommended the installation of a surge protector since our detached garage's electrical comes from buried electrical lines from our home's basement some distance away. The only other surge protector is on the opposite side of the house (at another basement panel). Recently, Ed and Kyle came out, crawled around in the garage's attic space, fished wire through the walls, etc, etc. The installation is VERY clean and professional. We now have the 30 amp/240 volt electric vehicle charging plug inside the garage between two of the parking spots so it can be used from either spot (wiring is ALL inside the wall). We have a full RV box on the side of the garage. It has a 30 amp/120 volt regular plug, just like the ones in the house, another 30 amp/240 volt dryer plug for small or medium size RV's (or, for an electric vehicle that won't fit in the garage) and the 50 amp/240 volt plug for the BIG RV visitors. Finally, Ed and Kyle added a surge protector in the garage wall, just below the electrical panel. GREAT JOB, Ed and Kyle! Thank you! Looks great and we are already using some of the plugs! Please see the attached five photos of the very clean installations!

i have always had great experiences with Higher Power. our first interaction was 10 years ago when we remodeled our kitchen. they did a fantastic job. my general contractor was impressed enough that he asked for their contact info to pass onto other clients. since then we have used them for various electric needs: new panel, transfer switch, and several smaller jobs. they are straightforward, honest and communicate well throughout the job.

Jim continues to be our go to electrician for any electrical needs at our residence. He is reliable, very personable and will go the extra mile to ensure our needs are met. We strongly recommend James Hartley Electric for your residential electric needs.

The appointment was on schedule and he was wearing a mask and super friendly. I have already recommend this company to two friends. He was sufficient and cleaned up after himself, he did a fantastic job!! Needed something else to be done and Riley's is doing that too, GREAT company and very professional.

I've been using R&T for the past 4 years with my very old home and they have always been great. I've had a few different techs come out and they have always been polite and informative while I ask a million questions.

At your service gave me a great deal on a new furnace and AC unit. After I've had multiple repairs on both systems by a different company.
I also had Mr. Jones (the owner) install a new hot water tank in my house. Excellent service, timely manner, quality work!
Highly recommended.

3.5 stars rounding up to 4.
Let me start by saying this was contractor #7 I contacted to do this job. The other 6 stalled somewhere between showing up to give an estimate - all the way to pulling a no show when the quote was accepted and the job was scheduled. Needless to say, I was pleased when someone finally showed up to do the work.
I was able to schedule the job within several business days of contacting them. They charge an hourly rate - and I opted to provide materials. I needed a water damaged spot in the sub-floor in the master bathroom repaired - which then required the flooring to be replaced. Of course, all the linoleum had to be removed and the toilet taken out. No small job, despite the small spot damaged. But the work was mandatory as we are working to sell the house this year.
I dealt with one person and he was quite pleasant. Communication was good with the company - reminder, notice of who was coming, etc. The worker went about his business with little bother to me. He only let me know when he was going to pick up materials and asked my input about the replacement tiles.
The one thing that disappointed me - he didn't go to the most convenient store - so he got stuck in traffic which cost him time and ME MONEY. I should have been more specific but since I mentioned the name of closest place and he went elsewhere - I thought I had conveyed the information. WRONG. Lesson learned.
The delay in traffic kept him from doing another small job I needed done. But at that point, I wanted to stop paying his hourly fee and called it quits when the job was finished.
He did a nice job of cleaning up and removing his waste materials. I would use him again for a job that warranted their pricing scale. I will either do the smaller job myself or find someone who will fix it for a fee. Recommend if you're done being stood up by all the other contractors but you will pay for the work. Definitely not a cheap proposition. And I recommend you buy the materials yourself.
