It went well and they were very responsive. They are a professional company with the owner being well informed of all projects and keeping things moving smoothly. Had a few cliches but it all worked out and I have continued to use them and will do so again and again.

Walid was helpful, responsive, reasonably priced and did a good job. I would recommend calling him for an electrical problem.

Interaction was also very pleasant. Being on the backfoot in repair situations for someone who tends to prefer to get his own hands dirty is never a...comfortable experience, but I never felt like I was 1) taken for a ride or 2) talked down to for my layman knowledge in this respective area of home repair and upkeep.

After being very satisfied with previous electrical work by Ed at Safe Electric, we contacted them again regarding the installation of a 30 amp/240 volt electric vehicle charging plug in our garage (typically known as an electric dryer plug). We also requested they install an RV electrical box, just like the ones at the campgrounds for our RV that is parked on the side of the garage and to accommodate any RV visitors. Ed provided an estimate and also recommended the installation of a surge protector since our detached garage's electrical comes from buried electrical lines from our home's basement some distance away. The only other surge protector is on the opposite side of the house (at another basement panel). Recently, Ed and Kyle came out, crawled around in the garage's attic space, fished wire through the walls, etc, etc. The installation is VERY clean and professional. We now have the 30 amp/240 volt electric vehicle charging plug inside the garage between two of the parking spots so it can be used from either spot (wiring is ALL inside the wall). We have a full RV box on the side of the garage. It has a 30 amp/120 volt regular plug, just like the ones in the house, another 30 amp/240 volt dryer plug for small or medium size RV's (or, for an electric vehicle that won't fit in the garage) and the 50 amp/240 volt plug for the BIG RV visitors. Finally, Ed and Kyle added a surge protector in the garage wall, just below the electrical panel. GREAT JOB, Ed and Kyle! Thank you! Looks great and we are already using some of the plugs! What an exceptional business to work with!! From the first moment I looked up Higher Power Electric, they were so easy to work with the schedule an initial consultation within the week. John was very honest and open with his advise for how to upgrade our outdoor business lighting so that it was most effective, and he even took a drawing of our building plan so that he could provide a detailed proposal for our lighting. I want to say a big thank you to Lyle, Eric, and Jim who performed our installation -- they walked me through everything and answered any and all questions I had. Thank you also to Patrick and Vickie for being so pleasant and helpful!! Our business has a hectic schedule, and they did everything they could to accommodate us, for which I am eternally grateful. I contacted Jim to install two ceiling fans. He was able to install them on a Saturday morning and was done within 4 hours. Jim was very professional and efficient. I will definitely hire him again for any electrical issue. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. Highly recommended!!

Just wanted to say how pleased we were with this company. We try to use local businesses for services and we definitely were impressed with this family owned business. They responded quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Very pleased.

Quite possibly the nicest people I have ever met.  Our heat went out on Wednesday and we made the mistake of calling another repairman first.  After waiting a few days for a response we finally called Riley Electrical Services.  We only wish we would have called them first. They were at our house within an hour of our call and set to work fixing the mistakes that the other repairman made.  We ended up needing a new furnace and they helped us make a decision that we felt comfortable with, that also didn't break our bank. While we were waiting for our replacement furnace we were called twice in the morning just so he could check up on how we were holding up with no heat.  He came today and installed our furnace and we couldn't be happier. If you need any work done, don't call anyone else (trust us!) call Riley Electrical Services, you won't be disappointed!

Very poor customer service. They lied about pricing to get into my home then charged me for services they just didn't provide. I would never let anyone from this horrible business into my home.

I have a 4 way circuit that isn't working in my home, I am at my wits end with it. I called Mr. Electric and was told someone would be coming out to my house between 5-7 pm that day. I waited around with no calls notifying me that they would be running lat. finally at 6:15 I called and was told they were running late but that they would be calling me. I called back at 8:30 and was told that they had tried to call me and when I said I had not received any calls the guy on the phone proceeded to argue with me about getting a call, then it became well your voicemail is full. Funny I do t have any warnings that it's full... needless to say I did not take him up on his offer to reschedule me for the next night. I don't have another night to sit around and wait. If I could give 0 stars I would!

At your service gave me a great deal on a new furnace and AC unit. After I've had multiple repairs on both systems by a different company.
I also had Mr. Jones (the owner) install a new hot water tank in my house. Excellent service, timely manner, quality work!

I can't say enough good things about the tech, Chris George, that came to do some plumbing at our house. There ended up being a problem and he came back and made it right. Great guy!
