When I submitted a request for an estimate to install an EV charging outlet, Care Electric promptly responded. They were able to come to my home within a few days. They installed and wired the outlet pretty quickly and their work looks good. The price they charged was very reasonable compared to what I've read about others paying for similar work. I'll definitely call Care Electric the next time I need an electrician.

I have hired Jess Howard Electric for several projects and have been pleased with overall service. I would hire them again.

They left over 30 holes in our plaster walls and gave us the number of a friend we could call and pay over $1,000 more to fill. We had to fight them to do over five things that were clearly written in our contract.

Power to one room had gone out. Checked the breaker in advance to make sure that was not it. Called Strickland. Nate responded within the hour and was able to get us in for same day service. Professional all the way. Was able to locate problem in an outlet that had gone bad. Really happy with the service

Soooooo bad. Mistake after mistake. Left junction boxes in my ceiling, didn't demo everything, they leave everything dirty, they don't finish the job and come back over and over but schedule you out several weeks before they come back. On their finish after everything had been drywalled they realized two outlets and a switch do not work. Six months later the job is still not done. It has been a nightmare working with them.  We bought a fixer upper and there is a 0% chance they are doing any additional work anywhere on my property haha.

After being very satisfied with previous electrical work by Ed at Safe Electric, we contacted them again regarding the installation of a 30 amp/240 volt electric vehicle charging plug in our garage (typically known as an electric dryer plug). We also requested they install an RV electrical box, just like the ones at the campgrounds for our RV that is parked on the side of the garage and to accommodate any RV visitors. Ed provided an estimate and also recommended the installation of a surge protector since our detached garage's electrical comes from buried electrical lines from our home's basement some distance away. The only other surge protector is on the opposite side of the house (at another basement panel). Recently, Ed and Kyle came out, crawled around in the garage's attic space, fished wire through the walls, etc, etc. The installation is VERY clean and professional. We now have the 30 amp/240 volt electric vehicle charging plug inside the garage between two of the parking spots so it can be used from either spot (wiring is ALL inside the wall). We have a full RV box on the side of the garage. It has a 30 amp/120 volt regular plug, just like the ones in the house, another 30 amp/240 volt dryer plug for small or medium size RV's (or, for an electric vehicle that won't fit in the garage) and the 50 amp/240 volt plug for the BIG RV visitors. Finally, Ed and Kyle added a surge protector in the garage wall, just below the electrical panel. GREAT JOB, Ed and Kyle! Thank you! Looks great and we are already using some of the plugs! We have used James for a couple of projects.  Once for a bath remodel and we had him back recently to do some misc electrical repairs and rewiring around the house.  He provides great service!  Shows up when scheduled and his work is excellent.  Will have him back in the near future for a couple more projects.

New to the area, I read the review already online for Excel and called.  My call was returned promptly, he called to let us know he would run a bit late so we felt assured, and a really no-fuss, no drama, tidy job at a fair price all made this service a gem.  I have added Excel to my contacts list and will share with confidence.  A star!

Just wanted to say how pleased we were with this company. We try to use local businesses for services and we definitely were impressed with this family owned business. They responded quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Very pleased.

Gerry is very knowledgeable, honest, and does not waist time so he can charge you more. We called him with a restaurant hood problem he came and got it fixed for a very reasonable price. He checked another fridge that was not working and got it fixed within 20 minutes for $80 and its now been a month and fridge still works. Another company had said compressor was out and they needed $1500. Every time we call Gerry he has a solution at a reasonable price will use him again an again.

He came on time, fixed all problems quickly and effectively, and was very nice. Will definitely use again!

Beware of the $75 ceiling installation special. When the electrician arrived, we were told that the total would be nearly $300 because we needed a new box for the fixture, and we were already supplying the fan! Maybe a new box would have been the best thing, but not for $300! This is an item you can get at the hardware story for $5-$10. We had to refuse the service and I installed the fan myself, and it's just fine. By comparison, we just had another company install a new garbage disposal for $285 including a brand new unit, which seems reasonable since it involved both electrical and plumbing work. Mr. Electric might have done a good job but we will never know because of the outrageous charge they were proposing. So watch out for this bait and switch, and don't be afraid to say no once they are in the house.

Our kitchen ceiling light had a short in the unit. 'At Your Service Heating, Cooling, & Home Repairs' came to our rescue.  After a referral from a friend and one telephone call, Mr. Robert Jones (sole proprietor), showed up ,on time,  and did wonderful  job replacing our ceiling light fixture.
Mr. Jones was very friendly and because of his professional work ethic, I will have him come to my home again, if I find myself in need of a competent  contractor.

Very friendly and professional technician, he did a great job installing a hanging ceiling fan and a hanging chandelier light.
