These guys are wonderful. They know what they are doing and are not out to rip people off, like some electricians are. They have done both small and large jobs on our house and we were very happy with both. Answered all of our questions very thoroughly and gave us a fair estimate on everything. In February 2016 we had Big City out to hang a chandelier in our grand entry and perform some other minor electrical maintenance (ie one of our porch lights did not work).  The team was extremely polite, thorough and professional.  The team arrived right on time and was able to hang the chandelier, fix the porch light and even provide a quote for some additional work within 30 minutes.  We are fairly new to the Columbus area, and plan on using Big City for all of our future electrical needs.

Nathan was amazing at helping us with our electrical problems.  When our electricity started having issues Nathan came right out even though it was late at night to make sure our house was safe instead of waiting until the next morning.  He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about troubleshooting and repairing our older electrical box and main power line.

Damon was so nice to come out on a holiday and replace an outlet that was damaged.  Super professional and knowledgeable.  He was able to come out the same day- you can't ask for any better response time.  Such a great person to work with.  We look forward to getting more electrical projects handled by Damon in the future!  Damon, we cannot thank you enough!!!!

Quality Electric is a wonderful company.  I am a Property Manager overseeing several condominium communities.  I have reached out to Quality for various electrical needs and the work was done on time and at a great price.

After being very satisfied with previous electrical work by Ed at Safe Electric, we contacted them again regarding the installation of a 30 amp/240 volt electric vehicle charging plug in our garage (typically known as an electric dryer plug). We also requested they install an RV electrical box, just like the ones at the campgrounds for our RV that is parked on the side of the garage and to accommodate any RV visitors. Ed provided an estimate and also recommended the installation of a surge protector since our detached garage's electrical comes from buried electrical lines from our home's basement some distance away. The only other surge protector is on the opposite side of the house (at another basement panel). Recently, Ed and Kyle came out, crawled around in the garage's attic space, fished wire through the walls, etc, etc. The installation is VERY clean and professional. We now have the 30 amp/240 volt electric vehicle charging plug inside the garage between two of the parking spots so it can be used from either spot (wiring is ALL inside the wall). We have a full RV box on the side of the garage. It has a 30 amp/120 volt regular plug, just like the ones in the house, another 30 amp/240 volt dryer plug for small or medium size RV's (or, for an electric vehicle that won't fit in the garage) and the 50 amp/240 volt plug for the BIG RV visitors. Finally, Ed and Kyle added a surge protector in the garage wall, just below the electrical panel. GREAT JOB, Ed and Kyle! Thank you! Looks great and we are already using some of the plugs! I can't recommend Higher Power Electric enough! I had a fan light repaired, a new kitchen light installed, a new dining room light installed and a few other flush mount lights installed. They also removed a old satellite dish for me. They were quick, but thorough! The quoting and scheduling process went very smoothly. I received a reminder call the day before, as well as a call on the day of my appointment letting me know they were on their way. Everyone I dealt with were very nice and professional!

We have used James for a couple of projects.  Once for a bath remodel and we had him back recently to do some misc electrical repairs and rewiring around the house.  He provides great service!  Shows up when scheduled and his work is excellent.  Will have him back in the near future for a couple more projects.

Glen installed 2 new porch lights I had purchased from Lowe's. They look and work great!

Immediately came out and fixed our issue. Very professional, helpful, and nice guy! Would highly recommend him.

Gerry is very knowledgeable, honest, and does not waist time so he can charge you more. We called him with a restaurant hood problem he came and got it fixed for a very reasonable price. He checked another fridge that was not working and got it fixed within 20 minutes for $80 and its now been a month and fridge still works. Another company had said compressor was out and they needed $1500. Every time we call Gerry he has a solution at a reasonable price will use him again an again.

Estimator seemed unsure how their tool to estimate worked and never did his follow up commitments without a customer follow up contact.

Technician showed up when promised to give me a quote to replace 3 existing light Fixtures. The quoted price was way too high. I had to look elsewhere and got the same work, plus some, for about 1/3 of the price.

At your service gave me a great deal on a new furnace and AC unit. After I've had multiple repairs on both systems by a different company.
I also had Mr. Jones (the owner) install a new hot water tank in my house. Excellent service, timely manner, quality work!
Highly recommended.
