Have used this company several times for plumbing and roofing. Extremely fast response, exemplary service, very fair pricing and great quality of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. My mom is in her mid 90's and lives alone with no family within hours of her.  Bill Goodknight has gotten someone to her emergency in hours.

I am very happy with this place.  I needed a leak in my basement pipe fixed and also needed some pipe re-ran because we recently installed a water softener and filtration unit.  When I called the rep that took the call was very friendly.  They were able to get plumbing technician out to our house in a matter of days.  The technician, Dave, was very friendly and very knowledgeable.  He completed the job quickly and exceeded my expectations.  The price for the service was very reasonable and I am glad I found this place, I will certainly use them again at some point.  Everyone needs to have a good plumber on speed dial!

Had an ongoing leak in our basement from a botched home repair done in years past. Mike rolled up to the house right on time and estimated the repair within minutes. He even looked at an upstairs shower we were having problems with and advised me on how I might repair it. Turns out I couldn't fix it but that's another story.
Mike dealt with me in an honest manner and did impressive work. Would highly recommend, and would use his services again. Especially to fix our upstairs shower.

In the past year or so I've had several plumbing emergencies --ok, they were more like inconveniences but they felt like disasters to me. I have always received prompt and expert service when calling J&J.
The issues were also repaired quickly as well.
They are honest and knowledgable. I trust them and will continue to use them in the future.

I've been more than pleased with this company since another septic company dismantled my aerator and left it lying on the ground. They are ALWAYS on time, conscientious, knowledgeable and informative. All of the guys who have been here were professional & helpful. They have been responsive to the couple of small problems I had with them. I'm in a township and FC Dept of Public Health requires a maintenance contract to assure that septic is in good working order. E. C. Babbert is worth every penny.

Great Customer service from the time the answered the phone until completion. They gave me a call ahead when they were getting close. They had very reasonable prices. I had a faucet installed in my kitchen today 4/13/19 The technician Aaron, was very polite and knowledgeable. They offer a free plumbing analysis, which the technician looked over all exposed plumbing and pointed out a couple of areas of concern; nothing major. He cleaned up after his task was complete. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber

Two year old water heater went cold over the weekend. Called a plumber referred to us by a neighbor who was nice enough to let us know they didn't usually service our brand (AO Smith).  Found Bozman on AO Smith website, and were delighted with service.  They checked to see if the WH was still under warranty (it was), arrived on time the same day and had it fixed in 30 minutes.  Our service tech Chad was great, and the cost very reasonable.  Highly recommend.

We used Fritz Baumann when we chose to have gas brought into our house both Blair who provided the quote and the workers were great.  Even the Columbia Gas tech mentioned that they did a good job.  Would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

To quote my mom. I'm in love!  Limes Plumbing - 3 guys-Started at eight am and finished at Eleven-thirty.  Great guys, took care of every plumbing issue! not over estimate of quoted work.  I can do laundry with no problem, simple turn-on faucet out side, can turn on shower without yanking my elbow out of socket, repaired my bathroom faucet handles, other bathroom faucet handles, unstuck garbage disposal.  Woo-ee!  A+

They had great customer service and they were extremely reliable. Very fast and friendly got the job done when other couldn't! I dealt with Mike he is very good a what he does and it shows. I give them two thumbs up and would recommend them over anybody great customer service!

don't waste your time. owner shows up unannounce. got him from home warranty company. slow, slow, and slow. Too busy trying to get more work from you instead of fixing the issues. touching stuff around the house. creepy

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable.  Plumbers called 30 minutes before arrival and arrived on time to fix a clogged sink.  Very helpful guys and really know what they are doing.  Would definitely recommend and use again.  My service was in Grove City called Monday evening for service and they arrived promptly Tuesday morning.  Can't ask for anything better. Definite 5 stars.

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced, so I called Waterworks. Lowe's had quoted me $100 when I was there to buy the faucet, so I figured Waterworks would be similarly priced. They wouldn't give me a quote over the phone, however. So they came this morning and without looking under my sink or anything, he said it would be $238.00. I was shocked. Because I've been without my kitchen faucet for two days, I bit the bullet and paid it, but I was disgusted. After they left (45 minute job), I called the company and left a message to speak with a manager. The vice-president of the company returned my call within a few hours. I told him I just wanted to let him know how horrible I feel it is that they charge such a ridiculous amount for a very routine faucet replacement - I understand if it was a complicated job and they ran into problems, OF COURSE charge more, but $240 for an easy job? And why couldn't they have told me that over the phone? Or better yet, how about an hourly rate up front? He said they can't quote a price without seeing it, so I of course told him the guy didn't even look when I was quoted that price. He said I didn't have to pay it; I could have said no and sent them away. I told him I'm fully aware of that, but that I'm sure they know that when we have someone there to fix it, they have us. He said, and I QUOTE: Wendy, are you ever happy about anything? Because you sound like someone who's never happy. !!!!!!! There were many more rude comments on his part that I won't go into, but he was in no way helpful or polite or apologetic or any such thing. Anyway, I've turned this into a long enough post, but please know that Waterworks charges 140% more than Lowe's to install a faucet, their VP was VERY rude on the phone, and I'm CERTAIN that you can get a better value for your money!!

I read the other reviews on their page, they may be good at plumbing, but not at showing up. I was quoted a two hour window two days in a row, the first day I waited 4 hours and had to leave, they contacted me and offered a discount of the inconvenience and quoted a two hour window for the next day, again, a no show. Unless you have a lot of time to wait around, wouldn't recommend these guys.
