Have used this company several times for plumbing and roofing. Extremely fast response, exemplary service, very fair pricing and great quality of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. My mom is in her mid 90's and lives alone with no family within hours of her.  Bill Goodknight has gotten someone to her emergency in hours.

I am very happy with this place.  I needed a leak in my basement pipe fixed and also needed some pipe re-ran because we recently installed a water softener and filtration unit.  When I called the rep that took the call was very friendly.  They were able to get plumbing technician out to our house in a matter of days.  The technician, Dave, was very friendly and very knowledgeable.  He completed the job quickly and exceeded my expectations.  The price for the service was very reasonable and I am glad I found this place, I will certainly use them again at some point.  Everyone needs to have a good plumber on speed dial!

Finally! I have been trying to find a plumber forever and I am happy I was referred to Cliff by another contractor. Done Right Plumbing is awesome. High recomendation.
I have been working with him on projects from unclogging drains to my sump pump waste pipe. He is very honest and reasonable with pricing.

We called Mike shop about our water leaks issue. He came and checked what's the problem is. He was pretty honest and told us what we need to do. His 1st visit made us feel that his very knowledge about what his doing and saying. Definitely recommend him and call him again.

I've been more than pleased with this company since another septic company dismantled my aerator and left it lying on the ground. They are ALWAYS on time, conscientious, knowledgeable and informative. All of the guys who have been here were professional & helpful. They have been responsive to the couple of small problems I had with them. I'm in a township and FC Dept of Public Health requires a maintenance contract to assure that septic is in good working order. E. C. Babbert is worth every penny.

Great Customer service from the time the answered the phone until completion. They gave me a call ahead when they were getting close. They had very reasonable prices. I had a faucet installed in my kitchen today 4/13/19 The technician Aaron, was very polite and knowledgeable. They offer a free plumbing analysis, which the technician looked over all exposed plumbing and pointed out a couple of areas of concern; nothing major. He cleaned up after his task was complete. I was in need of Water Shut Off for my house. I received the service of Utility and Septic Solutions. Ty went above and beyond, he's amazing. He helped us by calling the City of Columbus and making sure that they installed the mainline shut off outside my house. I 100% recommend this company. This the second time I've used their services and once again, I'm a very happy customer!  I spoke to Jason and Brandon on the phone & they were both incredibly helpful. Today is Thursday - water was pouring out from under my kitchen sink and the earliest appointment I could get was on Monday.  I was told that they would squeeze me in sooner if they found time in the schedule.  With a big, busy family, I was dreading a weekend without access to my kitchen sink, but they managed to get someone out here the same day, which was over-the-top customer service.  Rick was my plumber and he certainly knew his stuff.  He was fast, efficient and the cost was extremely reasonable. Rick was also very good at explaining the problem and told me how we could prevent it in the future. I consider them my forever plumbing company and will call them for all future plumbing problems. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Con artists

Supervisor talks down to customers, considers customers ignorant and has an attitude like you would not believe.  Not interested in customer service at all

You are better off calling a 24 hr repair shop and pay extra because they will rip you off here; at least you will get fast service elsewhere

Don Limes does business like a true gentleman. He's conscientious, good on his word and stands by his work. He installed two frost-resistant faucets for us. One ended up leaking so he came back out, took both of the spigots off and replaced them with a better quality spigot for no additional charge.
He spent an hour and a half on his knees in our bathtub on one occasion repairing that spigot after our son had accidentally broke off. He used a dental mirror to survey the damage inside the wall and was able to repair it without tearing out the tile wall.

I made an appointment to have my gas stove connected. The appointment was supposed to be at 10 AM. No body showed up, and I did not receive a phone call informing me that the plumber would be delayed. I called the company at 12 PM, 2 PM, and 3 PM to inquire about when the plumber would show up. Each time the receptionist told me someone would be calling me with an ETA. I never received a call. I called them one last time at 4 PM and the call went straight to VM. Terrible customer service, I highly recommend using another company.

don't waste your time. owner shows up unannounce. got him from home warranty company. slow, slow, and slow. Too busy trying to get more work from you instead of fixing the issues. touching stuff around the house. creepy

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable.  Plumbers called 30 minutes before arrival and arrived on time to fix a clogged sink.  Very helpful guys and really know what they are doing.  Would definitely recommend and use again.  My service was in Grove City called Monday evening for service and they arrived promptly Tuesday morning.  Can't ask for anything better. Definite 5 stars.

Waterworks quoted a water pipe repair job stating it would take a full day and advised that if it took less time there would be no refund. Assuming that they were correct about the time estimate, we agreed and signed the quote.

They completed the job in two hours - not eight hours. Two men - one stood and watched the other work. They intentionally attempted to overcharged the repair job. Their customer service person agreed that the quote was incorrect and agreed to a $500 refund, which they made.

Now due to their attempt to overcharge and the refund, we are on their do not service list.

Do not use The Water Works. The company is unscrupulous and dishonest.

charged us to snake the main line, broke the sewer line, wanted to charge for more work, we agreed, then they were no call no show.  lost money and ended up with broken pipe.  Promised several times they would be out and finish work that day, when they never showed we called and called and they never answered or returned calls.  Other reviews say no contractor license, wish we had saw that before.
