Best Plumbing Services in Columbus, OH
We placed an order for our 1500 gallon septic tank to be pumped. The tech, Jarrod, was excellent! Fast, friendly, professional. We talked about the system and he was very good at explaining how it worked. He answered all my questions. I know who I'm going to have do the next pumping for sure. The price was reasonable too.

Sewer Pro will be our plumbers from here on out. We had another plumbing company come out to our house earlier this week and they told us that we had a serious sewer line issue that needed to be address as soon as possible. They also quoted us an exorbitant amount for the repair.
We reached out to Sewer Pro for another quote. They looked at the video from the other company and in their professional opinion after seeing it they did not see any need for immediate repairs or the urgency the other company was stressing, but the owner offered to still come out to the house.
Tom came out today and listened to our entire story. He even inserted his own camera in our sewer line just to get a better idea of the condition of our line with his eyes. He shook his head and said that he sees nothing that indicates we need any repairs.
Tom did not charge us anything for his visit today or the quote and he saved us from being taken advantage of a predatory plumbing company in the Columbus area. We could not be more thrilled to have had Tom out at our house for a second opinion.
If you need a honest, local plumber please give Tom and Sewer Pro a call. They will treat you fair.

Wow. I was blown away by the service & honesty of Windsor Rooter/Plumbing. You know how sometimes you come across that honest, down to earth company that you'd be happy to do business with? Windsor is hands down one of those companies.
----
We needed a plumber to fix what we thought could be a root intrusion, a clogged main, or a break in our main sewer line. My wife gave me the name of two companies, that she had researched, to call and set up initial appointments. Windsor could not do the day of but I was promptly scheduled for the next day. It was a breeze to make an appointment with Windsor.
The other company, could come that day but, couldn't give me even a ball-parked time frame of when they would be there. I got just a 30 minute warning call that they were on the way. The other plumbing company quoted that the repair basically required ripping up part of our driveway to replace sewer pipe and the addition of an access pipe. This was to eliminate their diagnosis: a clog cause by an intrusive tree root into the terracotta sewer pipe.
As with any possibly large home project we always seek out additional opinions & quotes... And boy, am I glad we did!
Justin, the guy that met me for the appointment was honest & straight forward. I gave him the run down of what the company the day prior had told me and we decided that he'd run a camera down and give me his analysis of this 'let's rip up your driveway' root intrusion.
Pretty sure that we he came across the root that he said something along the lines of, 'That's it?'. After running a camera down he let me know that he would not feel ok with ripping up a driveway to fix that small intrusion. That there were much less invasive ways to handle this small amount of root in the sewer line. He did point out a spot a little further into the line from the dreaded intrusion that at some point might become disjointed at a bend in the pipe- something that the initial company didn't mention.
All in all, a root intrusion that nearly cost us a massive chunk in repair costs was handled for far less.

Do not do business with this company, we had a new HVAC system installed by them in our attic as we have no basement. Took twice as long as they told us and cost nearly $20,000. They messed up 2 different things for the condensate and I walked into the bathroom to find water pouring out of my light switch and the ceiling vent and then noticed lots of water stains on our ceiling. We called and they said they couldn't come out until next day?! My husband had to go up and open a nozzle for the water to flush out. They messed it up and it all flooded and we had to have a company come out and tear our whole ceiling down in the living room and bathroom and replace the whole ceilings and part of the walls after having loud machinery in here and open ceilings for 5 days for everything to dry out. They didn't want to own up to their mistakes or help us out at all we had to fight with their insurance company while the contractors who came to fix the mistakes were threatening a lien on our home! Nobody should have to go through that. Fast forward to now still less than a year later and my husband smelled propane in the attic when a technician was out fixing a vent and he told him. The guy supposedly tested and found no leaks. We ran through an entire tank of propane in a month and a half and I only keep house at 69 and its tiny. A tank would last us a whole year before so they came back out again and checked and low and behold found a leak IN OUR ATTIC from them not doing the job properly! I am super upset, my family could have been killed and they do not even want to compensate us the $1300 it cost to replace the tank of propane we just had filled. The customer service is terrible and they do terrible work, this is the 3rd problem we have had on a brand new system for mistakes that are their fault!! Who knows what else they have messed up on

Very poor response to calls. I have left three messages over a two week period and they do not call back. Very disappointed as they have done work for me in the past.

I would never recommend this company! I tried them once and got nothing in return but a $948 bill. They said I needed a new thermostat... it was working fine but they installed another one and when I got home the house was freezing! I had to do without heat on the coldest night of the year. So they replaced the thermostat that worked fine with one that was broke. I got charged for$190 plus labor to replace the thermostat with a broken one. The actual service was done on my parents but I live in the guest house and was working unable to stay there and make sure they didn't get taken advantage of. They called Long's out to check everything because they felt like their utilities were too high. They replace my thermostat with a broken one I had to do without heat on the coldest night of the year. When my parents showed me the bill there was nothing but codes on it and it would take a rocket scientist to figure out what in the world you were being charged for. When I call the owner and asked him to explain the charges he got very defensive. When I told him that the thermostat they put in was not needed and the new one only caused the system to shut down. I told him that my mom and dad could not read that bill and that they installed parts that were not needed. I said I am only watching over my mom and dad and he said yeah and I bet you're a thorn in their side too. I could not believe it! He was supposed to be a professional? He was mad because I intervened and called him out on the charges. It's all coded but bottom line is I would never use that company again! When I mentioned giving him a not-so-good review he called my mother and father and said you better tell your daughter not to post anything negative or I will sue her. He also said I hope she has good homeowners insurance. He was trying to intimidate them.

Tim Fannon has been nothing but trouble. He said he was licensed but now I can't find his license in the state database. He said he would be having our new water heater inspected but didn't. We spent thousands of dollars on a unit that after a month or so has already spent many a day error coding. He does not stand by his work. RUN!!!!

They didn't speak to us or answer any of our questions. They replaced our sewer line and left. The mess they left cost us thousands to repair and replace. They refused to return to finish the job. They bald face lied to us, saying they finished. They are not plumbers. They are thugs.
