Best Plumbing Services in Columbus, OH
Very fast service. Went to do laundry the other day and found water all around the hot water heater. Called Mickley plumbing around 12:30 to see if they could replace it.
To make a long story short they were here and had it replaced so fast it was hard to believe. Cost was reasonable and I was able to go do my grocery shopping by 4:00.
I am so thankful that I called them, no run around no hidden cost I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Would highly recommend.

My family and I purchased a home last summer. We knew going into it there was work to be done but what we didn't know was that the sewage lines from this home were about to collapse with several broken tiles. We called another local company who at first was very responsive but over time we kept getting excuse after excuse as to why our plumbing still wasn't fixed...finally we had had enough and called Joe's. Within a short amount of time they were doing the work the other guys talked about and getting our home back to running smoothly.
We are thankful for the honest, valuable, work they provided. Each of the people we dealt with were certain not to track dirt into our home and they couldn't have been better with our kids.
Joe's is a local, family business I am confident and happy to recommend to anyone and everyone.

I called late morning and was told they had a time available that same afternoon. They scheduled a 2 hour window and within the first 15 minutes of that time frame an employee called and said someone would be out within a half hour. Tina showed up on time. She was very confident and reassuring about our issue and has it resolved quickly. Very reasonable prices. We will be using them again. I definitely recommend them.

He refused to work on plumbing due to sewage smell. The reason i called him was to fix the sewage so it doesn't smell. He was also 2 hours late for appointment. Bad service all the way around.

Worst service ever!!! Our family has used them in the past and never had any issues. My mother had a gas leak and called Bartholomew to come out for an estimate. The FIRST sign of bad business is when they couldn't give an exact date when they could come out, they just said, In a few days. So my mother had to wait around the house until they showed up.
Well, they called and said they would come on a Friday, they never showed up or called to say they couldn't make it. When my mother called on Monday to find out why no one showed up on Friday, the young lady said they were really short handed and did not give a reason for no one calling to reschedule. That's the second sign of bad business.
Once they finally came out, they did the evaluation and said they would call her later that day with the price. Of course, no one called. When we called to find out what the cost would be, the lady rattled off the price almost immediately and said they would be out the following Wednesday. Guess what, you guessed it, no one showed up or gave a courtesy call. That's the THIRD sign of bad business.
After a couple days of not hearing from Bartholomew, we called again. This time we were told no one has been out because of the rain and they have to dig. That's funny because no one mentioned having to dig when the evaluation was done. So now they are just flat out lying to us, which is the FOURTH sign of bad business.
So now we're waiting for the rain to stop which of course it rained 7 days in a row so there was no telling when they would show up. We made another phone call to get an idea and they said they were waiting for the parts to come in they had to order them. Hmmm... Why weren't the parts ordered well before now or after the estimate was done was our question, and of course they had no answer.
Tuesday we called and they said the parts just came in and they will be out and Wednesday the next day. Well someone did come out in the morning looked around and said she will be back he had to go pick up the parts. Ummmm....Why did you come without the parts to begin with with my mother's thoughts, but okay whatever. I'll give you one guess what happened......yep, he never came back. When I found that out I called myself to see what the deal was and I was told by the owner's wife she didn't know anything about anyone coming out because she was not in the office all day but she will call the gentleman that came and have him call my mother. Wait for it.......wait for it....

I'll keep this short. This company came to my home, because that's who my landlord chose. I did not hire them (thankfully, or else this would make this situation even worse, knowing that *I* was actually *out* money).
And in all fairness, MAYBE this company is good and this is just a case of some bad apples. However, from the 2 office personnel that I spoke with, along with the 2 gentlemen that came into my home, I'm going to be VERY cautiously optimistic about this company at best.
Long story short, this company sent 2 men to do the job. One was very pleasant as in really didn't say much and/or contribute to his counterparts attitude/approach. However, the other one with a missing tooth was hostile, confrontational and just rude.
After they left, I realized that all but 1 of some controlled medication I had in my kitchen cabinet (conveniently right in the area they were working) had been stolen. That's right, folks. They sent junkies to my home, where my children are. Not only that, but one of them went to my basement, used my daughters restroom, peed all over the toilet, didn't flush and left the seat up. Really? When I called their office to report such, I was met with absolute rudeness and was told well then you'll just have to call the cops I guess. No attempt to say they would investigate their employees, no apologies, no inquiry as to what medication, which one I thought it might have been--- nothing. But the police sure asked those questions. And there may never be anything come from those thieves (I don't know that for certain, because I've never had junkies steal any medication from me before). However, at best, when their vehicles for this company come back into my town to do work, you betcha the police will watch them like a hawk.
Oh and get this- they created a leak (admittedly) and said someone else would come out to fix it another day. When I spoke with my landlord to let him know that I do NOT want anyone from that company back inside my home, my landlord said, Well they're refusing to come back anyway.
Yeah....I'll bet they are. Hard to actually face someone a second time knowing you've got junkies coming into people's homes and violating them right under their noses.
So, if you call them, and a guy with a missing tooth shows up with a skinny quiet guy-- hover over them like it's YOUR job. Because I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. Although, I can't imagine why anyone would hire them- but whatever.
I gave them 1 star, simply because I couldn't give them zero stars.

The worst, most unprofessional group of plumbers! Was told all this stuff I would need to fix the problem and told 2 to 3 people would be here the next morning, when only 1 showed up and didn't want to do the job. After several calls to see where they where finally did something. They wanted to charge over $1,000 and try to sell more products. Thankfully the problem has been resolved without their lack of help.

Worst ever. They walked off the job with my money and won't return any calls. Never call these cheats.

We called Handley to fix a leak in our pipes and he came out, said he fixed the issue, we paid him $80, and he left. Then we checked, and the pipes were still leaking. He came out three more times in attempts to fix the leak. Each time he left he said that he fixed the issue, but after laying down newspaper, we found out he had not. The leak kept changing location. Finally we got fed up with his inability to fix the leak and how disorganized he was, so we called Russell Strouse ((614) 496-6694) who was able to fix the leak in 30 minutes with no issues--he's great! I called Handley and asked for a refund, and he refused. I will never use his services again, and I recommend you don't either.

Showed up 6 hours late, said he fixed my toilet but an hour later it was worse than before. When I messaged him about it he made a racist comment about how we should be lucky we're allowed to have private bathrooms.
