My toilet overflowed after Taco Bell Night last Tuesday, lol! I was worried about water damage so I called these people, they did a truly respectable job! Thank you Apex Plumbing! I will definitely call next time my son clogs the toilet!

Originally the appt was scheduled for Friday @ 9:30.  At 11am I called to see when they would be here.  They called back at 3pm and said that their techs got caught up with jobs that took longer than expected.  They rescheduled for the following Monday.  They showed up on time and had the work completed very quickly with no problems.  Because of the missed appt they took $50 off the work .

I called to get a quote on a service and got a call back the very same day and scheduled the work for the next day. The price came in lower than expected and Sam was only at the house for 30 min. Exceeded my expectations for a plumbing service. Called another local provider and was told the service window was pushed out 2 weeks.

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. 4 words. Honest and great work.  Michael, the owner, and one other gentleman came out and replaced water meter for my irrigation system.  They did a great job.  While they were here I asked them to replaced toilet flapper valve and adjusted shower handle.   They did it with smiles and only did what was necessary. Didn't try to sale stuff or want to replace any unnecessary things.  Honest and good work.  Guys, this is the plumber you want.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. The customer service was excellent! I can never say that anymore sadly but this place was absolutely fantastic! They have me as a lifelong customer now. I'm a first-time homeowner and Troy was super patient and answered all of my questions. He was very informative. I felt like he cared for my house as if it was his. I've had all sorts of people over fixing various things and he was the first one to be concerned about his boots on my newly refinished floors! So appreciative and thankful. Strongly recommend. After putting up with several indoor AND outdoor leaky faucet issues, I saw a Groupon for a outdoor water hose faucet replacement and bought the deal. I was contacted the same day to set up a time. Pearl, one of Eco's plumbers, came out to
Do the job. This involved replacing the faucet on the outside of the house with a new unit. After turning the water off from the inside, and going into the crawlspace to replace a part that led from a copper water pipe to the outside, he replaced the deteriorated crap with new parts. The crawlspace was a nightmare because moisture had crept into the foundation over a period of years, due to a backed up underground drain (somewhere between the Northeast corner of the roof to an underground drain pipe to the street). The whole basement is a study in mold production and hoarding habits. Embarrassing. Insulation literally peeled off the block foundation when Pearl tried to gently fold it down out of the way. A moldy mess. Pearl was unfazed and non-judgmental. He knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently & politely. It's part of the job to encourage upgrades in parts, which he did, but he wasn't pushy. Interestingly, it so happened that the exterior part was defective. The inner workings weren't inside the part! I discovered this a week later when trying to use the hose on the outside of the house. I decided to give everybody the benefit of the doubt. I called Eco and explained that the leak had not been stopped with the service for which I'd paid. Immediately and unquestioningly, they scheduled a return visit. Pearl replaced the defective part and everything is perfect now. The response time and professionalism of this company made me feel like there was hope for some of the other projects on the inside of the house that we'd ignored/prayed wouldn't get worse (yes, we're THAT stupid). Pearl came inside to look at a few issues. What I liked about his assessment was that obviously the best thing to do would be to create a mysterious explosion and eliminate the house altogether, but since this would be extreme, and HGTV hasn't begged us to put our house on one of their remodel programs, he understood that at least for now, I was interested in what it would take to keep the bathtub from coming through the floor onto the kitchen table below. It was clear we're not in a position to put $20,000 into the whole bathroom. Pearl totally got this, and sent an estimate that addressed a fix that would allow us to get through these lean times without continuing to live as though our lives are a continuous scene from The Sorcerer's Apprentice. I trust this guy to understand and appreciate that some folks would LOVE to take advantage of everything that Eco can do, but can't necessarily do it immediately. Pearl explained what he could do, what could and couldn't be warranted, and sent two estimates right then and there. As soon as possible I will call to have the work done. Two other plumbing people came in during the last 8 weeks and I wasn't impressed. One couldn't figure out the source of the water problem, and one wanted to replace everything in the bathroom and do a custom tile job throughout the upstairs like something out of 'Terminal,' that film where Tom Hanks' character creates a Mosaic masterpiece in an airport lavatory.
Anyhow, Eco did a great job in general and I'd recommend them.

My kitchen sink started back up Sunday evening.  My husband took off the pipes, cleaned it out and snaked the wall pipe.  It didn't work.  We tried the homemade baking soda, vinegar and hot water, it didn't do the trick.  Starting Monday morning, I got on the phone and called 4 different handyman services, plumbers.  Make more calls on Tuesday, no one can come the same day.  I finally got a few calls back out of the many calls made, one showed up, quoted a ridiculous amount for snaking a pipe, another show up, snaked the pipe and it didn't work.  I read Amber O's review on this company and called Wednesday afternoon, 3 hours later Jeff was the service person that snaked the pipe, got it working in less than half an hour.  Jeff was also helpful in telling me where to get the pipe cleaner for routine cleaning to avoid backing up.  This company is responsive when others failed to be available.  The price is a lot better than what I was quoted from Eco Plumbing, highly rated here.  Roto Rooter would not quote a job until they show up which I ended up canceling the appointment.  Got my kitchen back!  Thank you! Took me 3 days to find them but I will definitely store their contact for future jobs.

So, I accidentally dropped a tube of face wash down the toilet on Monday night. After various attempts of retrieving the tube, I resorted to Yelp for a plumber. I found Hesson Plumbing and enjoyed the reviews. Although I saw that he was available 24/7, I didn't feel that it was necessary to call in an emergency at 11 PM over face wash in the clogged toilet so I decided to wait until the morning. I called at 7 AM and reached voicemail. David (the owner) called back within 15 minutes and got me on the schedule between 11 AM - 1 PM. Prior to his arrival, I received a couple reminder texts and emails about my appointment which I thought was nice. He and Nick showed up promptly at 11 AM and were out at 11:10 AM. David was very friendly and knowledgeable. The cost for those ten minutes of service was $150 which I feel is kind of high, but he advised that it was his minimum service charge fee. After they left, I noticed that the tool they used to push the face wash through the drain left a couple metal scratches at the bottom of our toilet. I would definitely recommend Hesson plumbing again and would consider using them again. My only concern would be the cost. If a 10 minute service call is $150, I can't imagine what something a little more serious would cost.

One additional note and it's silly, but I really liked the quote on the back of David and Nick's long sleeve shirts - Stop Stressin, Call Hesson. Cute!

John was very professional, arrived on time - and confirmed appointment time the day prior. Project went smoothly, exactly as he described at our initial consult and price was exactly as estimated. Very happy to have found a reliable plumber - it is clear after meeting John that he is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

Called this company on a Sunday because a pipe was leaking in our basement. They were able to come fix it within two hours. Not an awful price for a Sunday either. Very friendly as well!

We are new to the Columbus area and are doing a lot of  work on our new home. I had an immediate need for a plumber to reset a toilet and sink after we installed hardwood floors. They were able to get out within a couple of days. The guys were very professional and did the work in a timely manner. In addition another company quoted me over $650 for the same jobs they did for less than $200.
I have since had them out for other things. They are my go to company for any plumbing needs.
Highly recommend.

Cruikshank Plumbing deceptive sales practice: lower estimate by omitting part of work through use of technical terms, pad your bill w/o explanation after work have started.

Chris from CLB Plumbing did a fantastic job in adding a shower kit to my old claw foot tub. When I moved in to this home, I knew I didn't want to get rid of the tub - but, I also knew I could never begin to install a complicated shower kit like this by myself.

Chris showed up a little bit early, talked me through the details of my kit installation (needed some adjusting due to the awkward location of my tub), and got right to work. He had a true eye for detail and was incredibly thorough - even cleaned up afterward.

Before, my bathroom and tub looked horrible - and now, it's gorgeous! I've attached a picture to show what outstanding work CLB Plumbing can do. The price was more than fair, the customer service was top notch, and he even snaked the tub drain for me! Would recommend to anybody in the Columbus area and would use again in a heartbeat. 5 STARS!!!
