My toilet overflowed after Taco Bell Night last Tuesday, lol! I was worried about water damage so I called these people, they did a truly respectable job! Thank you Apex Plumbing! I will definitely call next time my son clogs the toilet!

Called at 8 am for plugged toilet needing fixed today. I had to call them back at 3:40 pm to hear they can't make it today!

I called A Mann Plumbing for an issue that I was concerned about in my upstairs bathroom.  They came right out and assured me that it didn't seem to be anything to worry about.  I had actually stopped using that bathroom some  time ago as water had leaked through the floor and into the laundry room downstairs after showering.  He advised me to use that shower and keep an eye on the downstairs to see if there is a leak.   While here he also fixed the stopper in another bathroom wash bowl which was broken.  He was very polite and professional.

I have had a couple bad experiences with other plumbers so my daughter did some research and told me to call A Mann as they had very good ratings.   I'm so thrilled to have found such a wonderful company and will never call any other plumber.  I was so shocked when he said there would be no charge as he said he really didn't do anything!  I tried to give him a little cash but he refused.

I'm a first-time homeowner and Troy was super patient and answered all of my questions. He was very informative. I felt like he cared for my house as if it was his. I've had all sorts of people over fixing various things and he was the first one to be concerned about his boots on my newly refinished floors! So appreciative and thankful. Strongly recommend. Nathan was out to our house after calling a few days before. I told them it wasn't an emergency and even at that it was fixed in less than 48 hours.  My son's bedroom toilet wax ring needed replaced.  Nathan walked me through several scenarios that may be causing the leak and gave me his opinion of the most likely cause. He was very thorough. He was quick and neat once he began the work and I felt very comfortable with his expertise.

Our sump pump quit working sometime during the night. The floor on one half of our basement is damp, but thankfully, nothing is flooded. Things that were sitting on the floor are wet, but many of them are not perishable. There is a patch in the carpet that is wet, but hopefully it will dry out completely. I called our local Benjamin Franklin Plumbing service because I had done business with them before. A technician, Kelly, was here within 30 minutes of the call and replaced the pump in a very short amount of time. He said he had been up since 3 AM and had installed 16 sump pumps before 10 AM. He had to go get 12 more and then get back to work. I asked him when he would have a chance to go home. He said, Whenever people stop calling. Thanks for your help, Kelly!

These guys are the best! Everything from the appointment through payment can be done on your phone. They show up on time, assess the situation and get it resolved quickly. We have an older home in Reynoldsburg and have had drain problems. We have used Hesson twice this year and both times they fixed the problem quickly and with a reasonable cost. We highly recommend Hesson Plumbing.

John and dion did a wonderful and quick job when replacing our home's hot water tank. I sent him a text with a few pictures of my hot water heater. He gave me a quote and the days he was available and viola!!! new hot water heater was installed. My husband who was present during the install said they were friendly and professional. Since our hot water heater is tucked away in a small space in our laundry room John had to re-pipe and some maneuvering to get the hot water tank in place. He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for my other plumbing needs.  I thought his prices were fair! Thanks again!!!

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

Called this company on a Sunday because a pipe was leaking in our basement. They were able to come fix it within two hours. Not an awful price for a Sunday either. Very friendly as well!

Chris has replaced all the pipes in my entire house and snakes my main drain line yearly. He is always on time, professional, and does great work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
