This company is the BEST. Why? HONEST PLUMBERS   They are pretty much in line with what they charge compared to other companies,  but if you really want to know what is wrong they will honestly tell you! I thought I needed to replace a bathroom faucet and had 2 other companies come out and give an estimate,  Apex came out,  took one look at the Moen faucet and said the first plumber broke the aerator by not using the correct tool, just call Moen and they'll send you a new aerator at no charge. He also looked at the drain stopper and said the previous plumber did not replace it cause you have a Moen faucet and a Delta drain  stopper.  He suggested I call the previous plumber and tell them you consider their job from 2019 incomplete and see what they say.
HONEST PLUMBERS.  THIS COMPANY HAS THEM. CALL APEX. You won't be sorry!

Buckeye plumbing arrived on time, completed toilet seal replacement quickly and efficiently. Didn't break the bank. I will contact them again for other plumbing jobs.

I had a small plumbing issue in my new house, and Drainbusters came out ASAP to help me out! Ian even recommended an easier fix than I thought it was going to be, and priced me accordingly, which I really appreciated! After researching and researching and having multiple plumbers to my house to quote what should have been an easy job, Discount Drains not only delivered superior service but also quoted me a fair price.  I had several companies come to my house to quote an easy small sink install with water lines and drain located on the other side of the wall in the basement.  After having several OVER PRICED quotes and one plumber actually show up, cut a huge hole in my wall and decided he wasn't interested, Discount Drains picked up the slack.  Austin came to my house and was dumb founded why another REPUTABLE plumber and plumbing company told me they couldn't do the job.  Three days later, Discount Drains showed up and installed the sink without any issues.  I can't tell you how professional Trevor, the plumber was!  Completed the job in a timely manor, communicated with me and installed the sink and roughed in the pluming with ease.  Can't say enough of my experience.  If you are looking for a quality company that will not price gouge you, call these guys.  TRUST ME, I called all the other guys in the Columbus, OH area!  Thanks Discount Drains.

I called Mann Plumbing on a Monday, at the recommendation of a co-worker. They were able to stop by the next day, on Tuesday 7/21/11.

I asked them to look at two problems- the kitchen sink had a leak underneath and the master bathroom sinks were dripping, plus one of them needed the drain fixed so it would move up and down.

Robbie and Mo were awesome! They were at my house for just less than an hour. The kitchen sink was fixed with some new, rubber D-rings. The bathroom sink drain was fixed with a new horizontal rod.

Robbie also called Moen and asked about new faucets and parts. Apparently Moen offers a lifetime warranty. Rather than fix the dripping sinks with new parts, Robbie was able to get Moen to send the replacement pieces. He will be stopping back to install them next week!

My total for this visit was about $120, but I was able to get a $5 discount by donating a canned good. Mann Plumbing collects canned goods for a local food pantry, which I think it awesome.

I will definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing issues! Thanks Mann Plumbing for being a great, local company!

Very thankful for Jess and her team.  She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter.  During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had.  She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items.    She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included.   She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space.  Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it.   Thank you Plumbing One, thank you Jess, and thank the rest of the crew who installed it.

My water heater needed replaced. When they came to replace it, they dropped the old water heater still filled with water down my stairs (complete accident) but damaged my carpet and walls. From that day, I have had a very unprofessional experience with their care team. I was told I would get a call to talk about how they would fix the damage, I did not. I reached out two days later. Their third party told me it would be a month from the incident before they could fix the multiple holes in my drywall. I had to call multiple times to have them find another contractor to do it in a timely manner. They told me and the carpet cleaners two different days to get the carpets cleaned, and did not return my call on that miscommunication. I am disappointed in how their care team handled the incident and would not recommend.

Basement started flooding in the middle of the night.  Wasted time dealing with a 24 hour plumbing service in Hilliard who never showed or called back!  Opted to then try Ben Franklin Plumbing...Grove City.  Called around 3:40am and Tim Lott showed up less than an hour later.  He quickly diagnosed the problem with the sump pump and almost as quickly had it changed out!  Due to his quick service, we were able to mop up all standing water out of our basement within 2 hours after he left.  Also, the price was very reasonable, in my opinion, seeing as how this was an emergency call at 4 AM on a Sunday morning!!!

By the way, the first place that we tried called back over 6 hours later to see if we still wanted service!!!  If we had waited for them our basement would have been under many inches of water by the time they would have showed up!!

I highly recommend Hesson plumbing. They completed some work at my home for leaks. They were masked and Covid sensitive. In addition, they were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I feel much better about the plumbing in my home.
In addition, they are using today's technology and apps to make the appointment and payment process easy. Their prices are also reasonable for the quality of service they perform. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs.

John was very quick to respond to my inquiry about two small plumbing jobs at my home.  He was even able to come complete them just two days after we spoke, which I appreciated.  He is very friendly and clearly very knowledgable. Price was a bit on the high side, but what plumbing service isn't? I would not hesitate to use his services again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

Honored the time slot and took care of almost everything. Return appointment was not charged due to oversight. Would highly recommend and will use again if needed. Very patient when booking or confirming work required.

Since moving to the Delaware area five years ago, I have had five experiences with Amanda Plumbing, three of which were emergency call-outs. In each case, their rep arrived quickly - most recently, within ten minutes! - was very thorough, totally professional, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Each one explained what was needed before proceeding, and showed me the completed work. In every case, I was pleasantly surprised with my bill; not cheap, but very reasonable; even more so for the after-hours call. I would recommend Amanda for all your plumbing needs.

CLB Plumbing replaced two hot water tanks in my Columbus,Oh house on May 27, 2020. On Sunday, August 16, 2020 the discharge tube from our electric tank was leaking. We called the owner and had to leave a msg. As of Tuesday, August 18 we have never heard from the owner. We
had to turn off water to house, so we called another plumbing company for emergency service call. It was pointed out that the leak was caused by poor workmanship. Due to the leak it shorted out the elements in hot water tank and now that tank needs replaced.. It cost $1,200 to replace in May.  DO NOT USE this plumber!
