The technician has no knowledge of repairs at all. They only tell you to replace the whole thing because it's old. They can't even specify what the problem is. I asked the guy what was wrong with my water heater, he said 3 different parts and didn't guarantee my water heater working after replacing any of them. Not able to fix anything at all only replace the whole thing. Do not call them for repairs, you will end up buying a whole new unit for no reason at all.

Nicked my water line while doing a project at home. They arrived within an hour of calling, were personable, professional and helpful. They wrapped up the job in under an hour and the price was very reasonable. Water back on and disaster avoided. Highly recommend.

I've had a variety of drain issues since buying my home a few years ago, and when I found water from the washing machine coming up from the drain, I expected the worst.  However, calling Drainbusters led to a faster than expected response.  Ian was great.  He explained how he would assess the issue, as well as the proposed solution.  He fixed it in less than half an hour.  The service was outstanding.

We had a failing heat pump water heater that needed replacement. Ohio Water Heaters is one of the companies we contacted for an opinion and quote, and we ended up going with them when we found out they had great familiarity with this type of water heater. I am not a water heater expert (ha), but it is my understanding that the heat pump is a more recent addition, relatively speaking, to water heater technology, so it was nice to find folks who were comfortable and well versed with them. They were also great to work with. To my complete awe, only one person showed up and both hauled the heavy old one up the stairs and out, and then took the heavy new one right back down. Very impressive. The work was great, and they handled disposal of the old one (heat pump water heaters can't be put out on the curb like traditional ones).

Scheduling and communication was excellent, and they showed up in the window we had been provided, with a call ahead of time that they were on the way.

And, we're very happy with the new water heater so far, which is working well!

The scheduling process was easy, and Michael arrived on time with a courtesy call ahead of his visit.  He was extremely professional, completed quality work and was reasonably priced. Most of all, I feel trusting of McDermott and will definitely call again should the need arise.

They were willing to send a tech out to try to figure out our sewer smell. First tech (Gage) was supposed to be there between 9am-1pm. He finally shows up at 1:15pm and tells me it can't be the venting so I will need to cut a hole in your drywall but I don't have power tools. So he told me another technician would come within the hour. I waited almost 2 more hours before the last tech (Emily) came. Emily was super helpful (and cut the hole without using power tools so that was frustrating). She went up into the attic and determined the problem was our venting - the very thing i asked about to the first technician and was told it couldn't be. The whole thing cost $200 and when I messaged the company about my discontentment with my wait times (I missed a whole day of work), all of a sudden they stopped responding to my messages although before the job they were very quick to respond. Emily was great but everyone else was less than helpful. She is the only reason this isn't a 1 star.

Don't call a boy to do A Mann's job! Great slogan, but even better service.  I've had A Mann do several projects in my house and they are always professional and do the job right the first time.  They might not be the cheapest, but they do great work and have a very friendly crew.  I have no hesitation recommending A Mann.....and be sure to ask for Brent.

We moved to Columbus about three years ago and had less-than-optimal experiences with two larger plumbing companies.  We tried Plumbing One recently and could not have been more pleased.  Jess and associate were prompt, professional, and friendly.  They did excellent work at a fair price.  Now, I would not think of going anywhere else for my plumbing needs

Great experience! We have been burned the past 2 or 3 contractor/home renovations and were not holding our breath on finding a company to handle a plumbing issue that came up with the shower drain clogging. We called and set up a same day appointment with G&M. Eric came out to take and look and had excellent customer service, super friendly, and took the time to explain what caused the issue and further recommend a more permanent fix. He got us up and running for literally a fraction of the cost of what we were quoted from a well known Roto company in town. I would recommend them as I believe they have honest prices and honest employees. Thank you Eric!

We called Eco Plumbers this morning at 7:30 am as soon as we realized that we had no hot water!  Adam was over by 10am! Before he arrived, I was sent his info and picture to let me know who and exactly when he was coming. This was highly surprising and welcoming.  
  He was a true gentleman and very knowledgeable with understanding and honesty. I let him know what I needed replaced and he accommodated me with choices and price ranges on his handy I-pad.
   Very prompt service with no pressure. I was totally relieved with the same day replacement of the water heater and new sump pump that I wanted along with a new outside faucet that I had been wanting. While I was at it, I ordered the main drain to be cleaned.  All things I was planning on doing.

Poor service and delivery. They had to come out TWICE to do some simple plumbing and did NOT even hook up the drain to a tub. They came out a second time because they didn't measure before they did the drain, so when the tub was put in place, the drain did NOT even line up. Over charged for sloppy service. I would NOT recommend them! I received a call from a manager in hopes of removing my review. I told them what happened and they did not care enough to even try to fix the problem. They just flat out do not care. Again, should NOT recommend!

I highly recommend Hesson plumbing. They completed some work at my home for leaks. They were masked and Covid sensitive. In addition, they were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I feel much better about the plumbing in my home.
In addition, they are using today's technology and apps to make the appointment and payment process easy. Their prices are also reasonable for the quality of service they perform. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs.

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

John was very professional and courteous. He came on such short notice and got the job done. He gave me helpful tips and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely call him again when we need such services.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

It appears that the problem was fixed.  It would have helped to know they were charging $268 per hour ahead of time... we told them the main drain was causing a backup in the basement.  Why should I pay for the tech to try two smaller snake drains before he finally brought in the larger snake drain in?  It seemed like padding the bill and then trying to sell additional things... I suppose it is normal to have to clean up the mess left afterwards; which was worse then when he started.  But at least it was fixed?

We were in dire straits with a broken sewer line. These folks came out, assessed the problem and got it done in no time. Their plumber Nate was timely, efficient, courteous, and professional. I love having a local company take care of business. Good job Amanda Plumbing!

Cruikshank Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last couple of years. I have an 80 year old six unit that has been in the family for eternity. After this time there have been the usual problems, but also the effects of time catching up. Drainpipes and supply lines after so many years eventually need to be replaced due to rust and corrosion. The latest was the kitchen sink that had a drain pipe that rusted through and got replaced. Soon after that the drain quit running  and I called and got service within hours. After snaking out the drain, which I should have had done the first time I have never seen the drain work as fast as it is now. I recommend them to everyone I know in the service area.

Quick response, showed up on time and seemed to do good work. The only reason I had to take a couple of stars off the review was lack of response after the service call.  I paid in full at the time of service and was promised a receipt via email. After 3 weeks and no response, I made four requests (via email and voice mail) for the receipt before I gave up. That doesn't leave me very optimistic about any response in case there are issues with the work. Fortunately it was a relatively small job but I'd be pretty hesitant about hiring him for larger work.
