My toilet overflowed after Taco Bell Night last Tuesday, lol! I was worried about water damage so I called these people, they did a truly respectable job! Thank you Apex Plumbing! I will definitely call next time my son clogs the toilet!

Nicked my water line while doing a project at home. They arrived within an hour of calling, were personable, professional and helpful. They wrapped up the job in under an hour and the price was very reasonable. Water back on and disaster avoided. Highly recommend.

This is my first experience with Drainbusters and I will definitely use them again.  They were timely, honest, helpful and actually saved me money.

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. Water supply pipe broke where it entered into the house. I called @0715Monday morning and had a pleasant conversation with Kristen(sp?)  She scheduled someone the same day to arrive between 3-5pm. Kept me updated when they were running late. Austen stopped by gave me a reasonable estimate and scheduled work for the next day. Everything came together like clockwork. Utilities were mapped out, city of Columbus had someone find the shutoff valve in my yard (house is app 50yrs old so it was buried and full of mud) Everything was done as planned. This is a great small company to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them. Give them a call. You won't be dissappointed.

I have used G&M several times since buying my first home.  They are professional, personable, and very reasonably priced.  This week my fridge water line sprung a leak - originally I was scheduled for a Friday appointment, but they had an opening so the fix got done two days early - hooray!  They are my go-to for all plumbing issues - highly recommend!

BELOW IS MY REVIEW FROM YESTERDAY.  IN ALL CAPS IS MY REVIEW NOW, AT 6AM TODAY - - I HAVE NO HOT WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  THINK I MAY HAVE OVERRATED THEM.  WE WILL SEE HOW THEY RESPOND

First, they were to come to my home on Friday between 4 or 5 and 7 so we made no plans.  At 6:30 we got a call that they wouldn't be coming.  Frankly, we didn't care why. The rep who was sent to my home then on Saturday, promised me that someone would be at my home between 9 and 10  - - but as he was leaving he moved it to 11.  He also, specifically, made a point of telling me that they call 30 minutes in advance of arrival and which plumber was coming to do the work because he personally wanted the job done right and this person was excellent.  That was Saturday.  On Tuesday, I took off work and by 11:30 was calling THEM to ask when the plumber was arriving.  After checking, I was told that it would be between 15 and 30 minutes depending on traffic and the reason for the delay was that they had to go back to the shop to pick something up.  I let them know that it was surprising that they'd be there in 15 - 30 minutes when no one had called me to tell me that AND that since I committed to this job on Saturday, it was surprising that they weren't ready to complete it, with all the necessary supplies on Tuesday.  I then asked who I could expect at my home and, as you may have guessed, it WASN'T the great plumber I was promised.  

At 12:30 the individual showed up and at the end of the day the gentleman that was here was fine.  He ended up putting the exhaust in a better place than where the Sales Rep had said it would go  - -this guy vented it through a crawl space while the rep had it going by a window (makes no sense, can't open the window then) AND he had to help me move a shelving unit and everything on it because, again, the Sales Rep told us something different.  The big plus is that the work looks good, the tank seems fine.  We have hot water but the job was over $4,000 and I think to tell the customer one thing and then have something completely different happen, is not the best way to run a business.  It doesn't lead to me feeling that they are trustworthy.  Again, I think the job worked out fine but this is the best rating I can give under the circumstances.

Our sump pump quit working sometime during the night. The floor on one half of our basement is damp, but thankfully, nothing is flooded. Things that were sitting on the floor are wet, but many of them are not perishable. There is a patch in the carpet that is wet, but hopefully it will dry out completely. I called our local Benjamin Franklin Plumbing service because I had done business with them before. A technician, Kelly, was here within 30 minutes of the call and replaced the pump in a very short amount of time. He said he had been up since 3 AM and had installed 16 sump pumps before 10 AM. He had to go get 12 more and then get back to work. I asked him when he would have a chance to go home. He said, Whenever people stop calling. Thanks for your help, Kelly!

I called them at 5:00pm on a Friday when I had a hot water pipe spring a leak in my basement. Within an hour if that, the guy showed up and looked at my pipe and had the parts to fix it right away. He charged me $99 for the service call and it was $189 for the pipe repair which I felt was a good deal especially considering it was at the end of the day on a Friday evening. I was impressed at how quickly he responded and how courteous he was. He wore a mask to be safe with covid concerns.

Hesson Plumbing responded quickly to my message I left and then responded to our house within the hour of returning my call. He repaired the water pipe quickly, so we could have hot water again ASAP in order for us to take showers that night. He was courteous and did great work for a reasonable price. Overall, I was very pleased with their service. We will be calling again the next tine we need a plumber. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Hesson Plumbing!

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

John & his son came to install a new water line for a new refrigerator that's being delivered soon. John was polite, clean & takes pics of all of his work. It took very little time & his charge was less than his estimate! He's also available to take electronic payment for his work, so that makes it easy as well.
    Absolutely recommend him for your next plumbing need!

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

We were in dire straits with a broken sewer line. These folks came out, assessed the problem and got it done in no time. Their plumber Nate was timely, efficient, courteous, and professional. I love having a local company take care of business. Good job Amanda Plumbing!

I called on a Wednesday asking about a new water heater.  They walked me through a series of questions and then gave me a quote, with the understanding that it could change if they found issues other than what I had described.  This was reasonable.  They arrived the next morning and got right to work.  Their guy was very polite and kept things neat.  He indicated that it would be a little more work because the water valve snapped off (it was very old), but there would not be any extra charges.  The whole swap took just under four hours, he removed the old heater without making a mess and the bill was just as quoted.  I will definitely use them again if other plumbing needs come up.

Chris has replaced all the pipes in my entire house and snakes my main drain line yearly. He is always on time, professional, and does great work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
