Buckeye Plumbing fixed our sump pump issue to bring it up to code. They were efficient, fast and respectful. I didn't have time to price compare so I have no idea if they were within a reasonable range but considering they did a good job, I'm very happy.

I have used Drainbusters 3 times in the last ten years and ever time they have done an amazing job. This time my tub was clogged, I had another company rotoworks as they were available. The quote was three times as much. They cut the price in half and couldn't fix it. Anyways Drainbusters came out today, Ian was the plumber, was on time professional fixed the problem in 25 minutes.  I strongly recommend using Drainbusters as they are honest and professional

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. The scheduling process was easy, and Michael arrived on time with a courtesy call ahead of his visit.  He was extremely professional, completed quality work and was reasonably priced. Most of all, I feel trusting of McDermott and will definitely call again should the need arise.

I really wanted to like this company. However when they replaced my hot water tank several months ago, unbeknownst to me, to make the new, larger unit fit, the tech shortened my washer drain. In doing so, the washer drain isn't tall enough anymore to properly drain, and there is a deeply curved 'trap', (that wasn't there before), that causes the water to rush back up and out of the drain. I had asked the tech at the time about all the 'left over' PVC pipe pieces, but he'd assured me it was from the old tank- when in fact it was actually my working washer drain that he'd removed and replaced with a shorter pipe, with a very curved 'trap'. He did this in order to make the new tank easier to install, he failed to reassemble the drain properly after removing it to install the tank.
The back of the washer/drain/hoses/etc. are all in a separate room than the front of the washer. It's accessed clear on the other side of the house through a tiny door next to the fridge in the kitchen. I've went in there once to change my furnace filter months ago. I noticed the concrete floor was a bit 'damp', so I put a damp-rid in the room and thought nothing more about it- bottom line, my washer has been draining into this small utility room and flooding for months! There is actually mold on one of the wall studs now! I'd noticed my new flooring warping near the furnace intake vent, but couldn't understand why. It's the only place in the house that my new flooring is warped, chipping. I know now it's from the water leaking under the furnace in the utility room and seeping under the laminate flooring!

Am I stupid for not realizing this sooner- yes, I admit I am. Is Discount Drains responsible for their tech tampering with, and ruining my washer drain- yes, yes they are! They are also responsible for the mold that occurred and the small area of warped flooring as a result of their mistake.
I have contacted them, and I was told they are sending someone out to, dispute the mold. Not a very courteous response at all! If they repair/replace the washer drain so it functions properly as it did before they ruined it, and address the mold they caused as well as replacing the affected floor boards, I will remove this post, however if they refuse to repair the washer drain that their tech ruined, and clean/repair the mold, replace flooring, I will have no choice but to litigate for damages and will continue to strongly suggest not doing business with this company! I trusted them to do the job right, and instead they caused damage to my home with their incompetence! I'm super disappointed both in their workmanship and response to my issue!

Hot water tank sprang a leak and I called several 24 hour emergency plumbing companies with no luck - leave a message, we will call you when a tech is available, the first I can get a tech there is Monday, etc., etc. (then why are you considered 24/7 service??)  Anyway, Mann Plumbing was recommended so I called them and they were out within the hour and a new hot water tank was in an hour and a half later.  Great service and very professional.

We moved to Columbus about three years ago and had less-than-optimal experiences with two larger plumbing companies.  We tried Plumbing One recently and could not have been more pleased.  Jess and associate were prompt, professional, and friendly.  They did excellent work at a fair price.  Now, I would not think of going anywhere else for my plumbing needs

I have used G&M several times since buying my first home.  They are professional, personable, and very reasonably priced.  This week my fridge water line sprung a leak - originally I was scheduled for a Friday appointment, but they had an opening so the fix got done two days early - hooray!  They are my go-to for all plumbing issues - highly recommend!

We had a tankless water heater installed and  other services such as running toilets.  Both technicians were very experienced, friendly and customer service oriented .  Eco Plumbers is ahead of most of the industry with quickly answered calls, follow up emails, texts with photo of technician and I pads that make invoices and payment very efficient.

We purchased a 60's house in Grove City and the previous owner was a DIY disaster. Ben Franklin has solved several problems for us over these first 2 years of ownership including a complete replacement of our sump pump. Several times we needed our drainage line snaked, cleaned and chunks of the pipe replaced (thank you previous owner for planting ivy that invades our drains right on top of the main drain to the street). The removed a kids toy stuck in the tub pipe. And a major toilet leak fix. I'm surprised they don't have our name and address memorized.

I always double check rates for things we have done and Ben Franklin is always reasonable, especially when you calculate in their pleasantness, knowledge, and ability to arrive so quickly without fail. They also guarantee their work, but we've never had to ask them to come back to repair anything they've done.

These guys are the best! Everything from the appointment through payment can be done on your phone. They show up on time, assess the situation and get it resolved quickly. We have an older home in Reynoldsburg and have had drain problems. We have used Hesson twice this year and both times they fixed the problem quickly and with a reasonable cost. We highly recommend Hesson Plumbing.

The business title says most everything, but I'd also add good communication and easy to work with. I was needing some work done on a property I was selling, and the company responded promptly to my inquiry on Yelp to help me gage the cost of the repair. The actual cost was slightly elevated because of increased complexity, but overall I was still satisfied on affordability and professionalism.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

Not the cheapest, but definitely the most professional plumbing company I've dealt with. The owner who came by for the estimate was extremely easy-going and friendly. He walked me through the job from beginning to end, and they were very accommodating when it came to scheduling.

Needed a gas manifold and some gas lines relocated to accommodate a basement finishing project. Called Amanda Plumbing based on reviews I've seen to date.
Tentative appointment was set and Amanda wanted their gas line guy to speak with me to understand work before scheduling. Hayden called me to understand work required and then appointment was scheduled.
Hayden and Tyler arrived on time for the job and had it knocked out in about 1.5 hours. They tested their work before wrapping up to make sure there were no leaks and that everything was safe. Price was fair for work performed.

Cruikshank Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last couple of years. I have an 80 year old six unit that has been in the family for eternity. After this time there have been the usual problems, but also the effects of time catching up. Drainpipes and supply lines after so many years eventually need to be replaced due to rust and corrosion. The latest was the kitchen sink that had a drain pipe that rusted through and got replaced. Soon after that the drain quit running  and I called and got service within hours. After snaking out the drain, which I should have had done the first time I have never seen the drain work as fast as it is now. I recommend them to everyone I know in the service area.

AMAZING! Came home to a broken valve on my hot water tank, Chris tried talking me through repairs over picture texts and on the phone but of course I had more issues and required a brand new valve. Friday night, 9pm, he came over and foxed it so quickly, so professionally and also gave me a heads up on other issues he noticed while checking out my other water stuff downstairs. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And will be calling if ever needed again! Very handsome too! :)
