I had a 50 gallon electric water heater replaced. It was a swap of the same model on warranty since the 3 year old tank was leaking. They came to take a free look, then left to go get a replacement tank after 30 minutes. They returned back, 1.5 hours later, claiming they had to go to two places to find the correct tank. The tanks were swapped in 30 minutes. I was charged $1,016.00! This was just for labor as the tank was a free warranty replacement!

Apparently, I was unknowingly paying them hundreds of dollars per hour while they drove across town, to two places, to pick up the water heater. Based on my math, I was charged $406.40 per hour for this water heater to be picked up and then swapped. I was not given any specific breakdown of the cost. This pricing is absolutely astronomical and I will make sure everyone I know avoids this company going forward. I do NOT recommend Apex Plumbing Pros.

Called at 8 am for plugged toilet needing fixed today. I had to call them back at 3:40 pm to hear they can't make it today!

I have used Drainbusters 3 times in the last ten years and ever time they have done an amazing job. This time my tub was clogged, I had another company rotoworks as they were available. The quote was three times as much. They cut the price in half and couldn't fix it. Anyways Drainbusters came out today, Ian was the plumber, was on time professional fixed the problem in 25 minutes.  I strongly recommend using Drainbusters as they are honest and professional

We had a failing heat pump water heater that needed replacement. Ohio Water Heaters is one of the companies we contacted for an opinion and quote, and we ended up going with them when we found out they had great familiarity with this type of water heater. I am not a water heater expert (ha), but it is my understanding that the heat pump is a more recent addition, relatively speaking, to water heater technology, so it was nice to find folks who were comfortable and well versed with them. They were also great to work with. To my complete awe, only one person showed up and both hauled the heavy old one up the stairs and out, and then took the heavy new one right back down. Very impressive. The work was great, and they handled disposal of the old one (heat pump water heaters can't be put out on the curb like traditional ones).

Scheduling and communication was excellent, and they showed up in the window we had been provided, with a call ahead of time that they were on the way.

And, we're very happy with the new water heater so far, which is working well!

Replaced gas water heater, great price, super knowledgeable. Mike clearly knows his product and answered all sorts of questions. Highly recommended unless you want to pay more and get less somewhere else.

I would've given them a higher rating for replacing my garbage disposal but I've now had to call them back twice due to leaks around it. They have come quickly back out however so I guess that's worth something.

Very pleased with the work that was done.  Courteous and professional service.  Requested service for a leaking showerhead in the master bathroom.  I purchased parts myself to repair, but the screw holding the handle had corroded and I stripped it to a point where there was nothing to grab onto.  Frustrated I finally decided to seek professional help and I got it with A. Mann Plumbing.  Nick came out to my house about 10 minutes before the schedule appointment and was in and out within 30 minutes. He was able to get the shower faucet handle off and still keep it in tact.  He was also able to find a replacement screw in his truck to put the handle back on.

I was thrilled that he was more than willing to use the parts I had purchased and install them himself.  I was able to save money by not having to purchase a new handle since he did a great job of removing it and I didn't have to buy new parts to fix the leak.  So much thanks to A. Mann Plumbing for that.

I also appreciate they were able to give me a scheduled appointment time.  I had an appointment scheduled with another company, but they were only able to provide me a 5 hour window.  A. Mann even called me the day before to ask if I wanted to move my appointment up to then, but I wouldn't have been able to make it home in time.  

A. Mann Plumbing is the way to go!

Then acted like he didn't speak to use about the problem with water leak first excuse was he couldn't find his employee and his work truck since Thursday of last week said that he would me here the following Monday at 10AM
No show again called him acted like he didn't know what we were talking about .
Said he`s behind since her had to fire his employee .

Great experience! We have been burned the past 2 or 3 contractor/home renovations and were not holding our breath on finding a company to handle a plumbing issue that came up with the shower drain clogging. We called and set up a same day appointment with G&M. Eric came out to take and look and had excellent customer service, super friendly, and took the time to explain what caused the issue and further recommend a more permanent fix. He got us up and running for literally a fraction of the cost of what we were quoted from a well known Roto company in town. I would recommend them as I believe they have honest prices and honest employees. Thank you Eric!

Nathan came out today (the same day I called) he was nice, informed, very knowledgeable, calm, trustworthy (he had great energy and was easy to talk to).  The process was easy and informative, I didn't feel any type of pressure.  Bonnie (I'm pretty sure I remember that right) was wonderful to work with as well, polite and sweet.  They were both proud of their 5 star rating and I am happy to add on another 5 star review.  

This team has it down!  Great job, Eco Plumbers!  Keep up the good work!!!! We will be calling you again when I get the replacement faucet for my kitchen sink.

We have used this company many times without any issues. Great communication and work. They have always charged a reasonable rate for labor and materials. They are so good I worry they will get to busy and response time will suffer.

Really wanted to use this company to do the rough in for a second bathroom in my house. The guy that came out seemed nice and knew what he was doing and the price the quoted me was great. The only issue is they didn't quote me a cost to do it with a permit and I really needed that for when I plan on selling the house here in a year or two. I attempted to reach out to them multiple time to get the additional price but they would not respond to my requests.

John was very professional, arrived on time - and confirmed appointment time the day prior. Project went smoothly, exactly as he described at our initial consult and price was exactly as estimated. Very happy to have found a reliable plumber - it is clear after meeting John that he is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

I want to like them, but each time we've contacted them for service their plumbers fail to show anywhere near to on time.  And woman who answers their phones is extremely rude!

Quickly came out and fixed my problem for a reasonable price. Will definitely be my plumbing repair resource in the area!

Very grateful that Chris from CLB was able to come out on an emergency call on a Friday night. Fixed our problem, was very friendly and seemed trustworthy.
