Jason came and replaced a 2003 water heater with a new one in a recently purchased condo. He did an amazing job and extremely professional. Jason also recommended a small change to the pipes to allow me to turn off the water when I travel out of town often. I really appreciate the flexibility, professionalism and help Jason and team had with me. Would highly recommend them!

The team, led by Brett, was great.  They kept me in the loop about what they were doing and the cost was reasonable.  I now have a plumber I trust to call for emergencies and other home improvements.  I would recommend All Hours Plumbing to everyone in Charlotte.

I denoted a problem with a slow leak from the tank to the bowl.  Of several responses , Option One was the only company that could come out same day.  Moreover, they offered free estimates.

Upon working on the problem, Randy saw a second faulty part that may well have caused a leak from the bowl to the floor.  Had I attempted a do-it-yourself on the first problem, I  might well have suffered floor damage in a couple of months.

I would have preferred an itemized invoice,
separating parts and labor, but, bottom line, I paid exactly what Randy quoted me.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Quick turnaround service. Had a slow drain that needed some help. Scott snaked the drain bust also quickly recognized our home's cast iron piping could be root of bigger issues. Scott was thorough and walked through options regarding cast iron pipe replacement. Appreciated his expertise and professionalism.

Chad was professional, affordable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. He did his homework on the project prior to quoting me his rate. My project had layers to it and he communicated effectively. He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Even charging me less once he completed the work. I highly recommend!

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

They capped the 1/2 water line in our basement and rebuilt our upstairs shower faucet, all for a reasonable price.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

Air conditioning did not work, quick and flexible response . Quote was defected part , needed to replaced under warranty, however a 2 person job that would be 4-5 hours. $2,500 quote and said they would rather go high than low. Asked for a deposit. Once part  came in they came out. 1 person and 1 1/2 hours later. Had to call to get a $250 discount. So $2,250for 1 1/2 hours work. They did add 12 pounds of Freon.

Came out quickly to repair a broken water line, which was the only positive.

Negatives:

1. Lost the lock key to my crawl space so I have to buy a new lock.

2.  Did not even attempt to fix landscaping they removed.  They removed lighting, a plant, and a small rock wall and left it scattered in the yard.  

Extremely disappointed with their aftercare for the price I paid for them to come out.

A friend of mine used North Meck Plumming.  I didn't just because they could not get out here as early because we had been without water for 2 weeks. They completely restored his landscaping as close to the original as possible.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
