A trusted friend recommended I call Superior Plumbing and Drains LLC-Monroe about a leak in my home's waterline. I spoke to Christa who was obviously quite busy, but also patient and understanding as she assured me someone would be there tomorrow. The next morning Derek came and thoroughly assessed the situation outside with the leaking waterline and inside with other problems he saw to which he also attended. Derek's kind and trustworthy manner immediately made me less anxious about the situation, as he sensibly explained everything he thought should be done and why. He is very conscientious about his work. Then he called the office for the cost of the work that would be done. The  next day Derek laid the new PEX waterline, accompanied by Jim who brought the trencher to dig the ditch in my front yard, tearing through the thick remaining roots of the maple tree I recently had cut down and its stump ground. Both men are very knowledgeable and exacting. I'm happy to say that when they finished the water worked properly. The next day Zach came and filled the ditch, put down seed, and covered the area with straw. The employees at Superior Plumbing and Drains LLC-Monroe are easy to work with and the company's prices are reasonable.

With temperatures in single digits, late Saturday,when no other plumber would respond to an emergency..Jeff Jordan was an Angel.  My 94 year old twin aunts, experienced  an exploded pipe.  Their caregiver discovered the water spraying in the side yard.  Had no idea where the cut off valve was.  He came to cut off the valve...but could not leave them without water.   He worked until after dark and fixed the pipe.   God Bless him.

Jason and his team converted a very large fountain into a nice fire pit.  The job ended up being bigger than initially anticipated but Jason and his crew worked until everyone was satisfied and he maintained his quoted price, regardless of extra hours/product the project took.  Highly recommend

Yesterday ENECO  came from Hickory to tweak my HVAC, which he did a fantastic job on.  I really didn't expect them to come out on a Saturday and figured they would wait till Monday, but I got a call back quickly and he said he could be here shortly. The young fellow was named Adam and had been with the company for 9 years. To get to my attic access we had to walk around bins and big bags of decorations from Christmas.  I apologized for the mess and said it just needed to go in the attic when I got help.
He was so kind and gracious and offered to put all that stuff in the attic for me!  And it was a lot!   Then he gave me a few tips to make extra storage space with some of the plywood boards I had stacked up there. Adam was quite the professional during all this and I thanked him.  What an asset he is to his company,  and a blessing to me, to go above and beyond!

Hot water heater wasn't working properly and they were originally out a week or so.  Something opened up and they were there in an hour.  Took care of the issue in 15 minutes and now working great.  Scott was very professional and courteous.

Today i called Discount Rooter to see if someone could help my Mom with an kitchen drain blockage. She had one of those BIG well known Plumbing companies come out and they TRIED to clean the drain and could not do it, but charged her $385.00 and that was with a Veterans discount. They told her they would have to run a new line to the septic tank because the current line was no good, it had a root in the pipe or the pipe collapsed and by the way that's going to cost and additional $5200.00. I got wind of this and said no way, lets call someone else. I was pleasantly surprised when Discount Rooter said they could come out today. I met them at the house gave Lonnie the information, he took a look around and began working to clean the drain. It was not long until he was able to clear the drain and also corrected another issue that the BIG Plumbing company had left, at way less than 10% of what the other company wanted to charge.  Needless to say my Mom was very happy and she now has a new plumber to call with any problems. Lonnie was honest and fair and I would definitely recommend him in the future.

Ritchie Plumbing is one of the best. I had a major plumbing job needed to be done, and I called Ritchie Plumbing along with a few others for quotes. John came out and was professional, explained what needed to be done, and had a reasonable quote. He was quick with responses during the whole process, extremely easy to work with, and super friendly. When I had questions, he took the time to explain the answer. John went over and above to make sure the plumbing was done right and timely. I can not recommend the team enough! If you have a plumbing job (no matter small or large), don't go with the big corporate companies, stick with a local and well reputable company like Ritchie Plumbing!

I am a rental property owner.  I received a couple quotes from local plumbers to replace a hot water heater nearing it's service life.  One highly reviewed plumber that I used before, and Eco Home Solutions.  Eco Home Solutions was far more responsive and cheaper, but the level of complete communication and professionalism made the choice easy.  
My elderly tenants made for some challenges coordinating with scheduling, but Eco Home Solutions completed the project with satisfaction and compassion working with, and around my tenants.  
I will call them when needed in the future. And I am confident to recommend them to you.

What seemed an easy job replacing the toilet tank parts turned into a broken supply line and a flooded tight crawl space! I called eight other plumbers and even the ones that said they could do emergencies could not help us for a week or two!! A local plumber recommended Cliff's Plumbing! They drove 55 minutes to get to me! And responded right away! They fixed the broken pipe and added a new shut off valve in an hour! We are so grateful for there commitment to helping someone in an emergency situation! I highly recommend this plumbing service!!

Mike came on a Friday night call. Fixed (temporarily) our plumbing problem but, stated he had no reverse on his truck and proceeded to knock down 2 sections of our neighbors fence. He talked and left the neighbor his card but has never called him back of paid Jim the $250 he owes. The neighbor has left many messages with his wife and Mike to no avail and we called begging him to pay the neighbor as he said he would but no one ever called back! Do not hire this man!!!!!!!

Great & timely service; however, I find them to be expensive & not completely transparent w pricing.

If I wasnt in a jam, & if they didnt prevent a mess, I would be more vocal about the costs involved.

We bought an older home and soon found out we needed to replace our sewage system. Called all plumbers in the Rock Hill phone book, but only 3 returned my call. Two came out and gave estimates and one gave an estimate over the phone. Thomas with 1st Choice gave me the best estimate and my neighbor gave 1st Choice a good recommendation.  My yard has old established azaleas and Thomas worked hard to place my new system around existing plants and trees.
Thomas' coordination with the city was outstanding, plus he seemed to have a great working relationship with the city employees.  Thomas was able to get the city to agree with him as to where the sewerage tie-in needed to be so as little damage as possible would be done to my landscaping.  My neighbor, an engineer by trade, said he watched the men from 1st Choice work and he commented that they did an outstanding job. No payment was due until all work was completed including reseeding my yard.  I
highly recommended Thomas and 1st Choice.

I mean seriously less than  a four minute drive $75.00  

Boom  we were charged a whopping $101.65 for Matt to tell us it wasn't their job!
Wow it stated the charge was for the plumbing  job how is it a fckn plumbing job when the man never actually touched anything and was here a total of 2.1 minutes????

And and entire life time loss of respect  and dignity
