Slam dunk choice for plumbing help.  Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement.  Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions.  Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands.  We recommend him highly.

I called Riverview Plumbing this morning after water was pouring out of hot water heater yesterday. I sent pictures of the water heater to them and they gave a very reasonable quote. They were busy until next week but worked me in today. Scott was very nice and knowledgeable and had an apprentice with him to learn the trade which I find very commendable. He brought my water heater pipes up to code and learned a great deal about how important it is as a homeowner to flush the water heater yearly as I am on well water. Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. Called and spoke to Brittany. She was knowledgeable and quickly got me a quote in reference to my leaky spigot handle. Her technician saw the quick video of the issue and he came to my house within 30 mins and fixed it, free of charge!  He literally was like a water works ninja. I didn't even see him come by! Amen plumbing really went above and beyond and they didn't even know me. They will be my go to plumbers from now on! Top notch service.

This review is entirely based on an estimate for running a gas line that I felt at the time was frankly outrageous. First things first, the tech was professional and customer service was top notch. That said, we needed to run a gas line for a new stove. It required running a new line from the meter into the house. Without going into unnecessary details of exactly what was required we got an estimate from Go Green of about $3,300. There would be a permit, inspection, materials and labor. I figured the labor was maybe a days work for one guy. It seemed to me they were charging at least twice what that job should have cost. The tech called in and they were willing to take 10% off which took the price down to about $3,000. I passed. We got Piedmont Natural Gas out and running the line the exact same way was quoted at $991.31. It broke out as $75 for the permit, $227.48 for materials and $630 for labor (about a days worth, or less) and $57.88 for tax. The materials and permit shout be about the same in either case which means the difference is in labor. $600 versus $2,600, more than 4 times the rate. I don't know if this is indicative of their pricing and I will never find out because I won't call them again. I have a few rental properties and we have had numerous pluming issues over the years. Some companies work on building a relationship with a customer and they get the repeat business. Some companies they to get all they can with each transaction even if it costs them repeat business. I think this company falls closer to the later category. The company we usually use for our rental places is out of commission due to Covid. Maybe a missed opportunity for Go Green.

Professional and on time. We asked Providence to see if we had any pipe leaks above our master bedroom ceiling which has had constant water stains. It wound up being the roof not the pipes. We appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Will definitely work with them again.

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! Sergiy #7775 was very professional and nice.  He was very knowledgable and helpful.  Roto Rooter came out within a day of the call and arrived just when they stated they would arrive!  No complaints here!  Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough about this company.  I called them Monday morning and they were at my house within an hour that same day.  They cleared my laundry drain quickly and tested it a few times before leaving.  Their price was less than half of the quote I received from a competitor.  I will most definitely be using them again.  In addition, my son said the gentleman that came out was a super nice guy.  Very satisfied customer.  Thank you Pay Less!

Well it is the first time I called out any one that was glad to be here to help us , Joey was very  Happy person, I think he really loved his job. very knowledgeable  of what he was doing. will be using this company, and Joey again.

Professional.  On-time and will work in during schedule openings.  Reasonably price, towards higher end, but get what you pay for.  Will be a customer as long as I live in Charlotte.  There's literally no need to work with any one else.

My hot water heater broke on a Friday night. Queen City Plumbing came out and replaced it with an A.O. Smith water heater. Total bill was $3,000.
Two weeks later my basement flooded and extinguished the water heater flame and I called Queen City Plumbing for repairs. They remarked the flood water had damaged the water heater igniter system beyond repair and I had to replace the two week old water heater.
I called a second plumber. He reset a safety switch and the water heater worked fine. The charge was $49. A far cry from installing a second a $3,000 water heater.
