Very professional service and quick response. Scott was willing to come out on a Sunday afternoon to fix a frozen pipe. 10 minutes after I called Riverview Plumbing the frozen pipe must've thawed because the water came back on in the house. By the time I called Riverview to cancel the service call, Scott was already pulling into my drive. That means they made it to my house 30 minutes after I called him the first time. Dominos isn't even that fast!

Scott didn't charge me a single penny for showing up and not having to do any work. He still did a walk around the outside of the house and found where the problem area was on the pipe. He gave me a few tips on how to prevent this from happening again and with a handshake he was off.

Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. Called and spoke to Brittany. She was knowledgeable and quickly got me a quote in reference to my leaky spigot handle. Her technician saw the quick video of the issue and he came to my house within 30 mins and fixed it, free of charge!  He literally was like a water works ninja. I didn't even see him come by! Amen plumbing really went above and beyond and they didn't even know me. They will be my go to plumbers from now on! Top notch service.

I was extremely disappointed and will NOT use them again and will definitely tell others to stay away. First, they refused to install another bathroom sink because it was not a brand new sink that we wanted to have you install. Next, they also provided an outrageously high quote to install a brand new toilet partly because we have an older home and may need a flange. Now I am out $63 for their service charge and they did absolutely nothing in the 10 to 15 minutes they were at my home.

Bearden's Plumbing Service is very professional! Brian, from Bearden's was recommended to me from another plumbing company. He called before he arrived and arrived on time. I received an accurate quote as he was honest about the work and didn't overcharge for anything that did not need to be fixed.

These guys are the best.  On time and they back up their work.  Our faucet in our 1961 house broke and they fixed it and credited us time towards the job for a past job.  Would definitely use them and recommend them to anyone.

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! We had an emergency plumbing situation last week and these guys were amazing. I called at 4:45pm and our plumber Aiden arrived within 45 minutes. He followed the CDC guidelines since we're still in the middle of Covid 19 pandemic, he was professional, and fixed the broken pipe quickly. We really appreciate all of his hard work!!!

I can't say enough about this company.  I called them Monday morning and they were at my house within an hour that same day.  They cleared my laundry drain quickly and tested it a few times before leaving.  Their price was less than half of the quote I received from a competitor.  I will most definitely be using them again.  In addition, my son said the gentleman that came out was a super nice guy.  Very satisfied customer.  Thank you Pay Less!

Terrible!!! They were called for a sewage backup in my house. They busted our sewage pipe inside our house. Did $10,000 worth of damage and not a apology, not a offer to pay for the damage. Also gave us a quote for $4,200 for $800 worth of work.

Professional.  On-time and will work in during schedule openings.  Reasonably price, towards higher end, but get what you pay for.  Will be a customer as long as I live in Charlotte.  There's literally no need to work with any one else.

I called and made an appointment, prior to appointment I received a call asking if I would mind changing from Friday to Monday. Since my plumbing problem was not urgent I agreed.
Well monday came and at nood when I not received call I called them and the lady I talked too didn't seem to know about my service request but said she would contact plumber. I didn't hear from plumber and they simply were a no show. I would not suggest use of this service
