Awesome.  Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house.  His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job.  He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote!  Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.

Took some years to find a plumber in my area where I didn't have to always leave a message and someone actually answered the phone. I consider that a plus from the start. Had to reschedule once (work conflict) but they were very happy to reschedule. They called me before arriving to make sure I was home, which I liked so I knew roughly when to expect him. The service was prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. I am extremely satisfied and have already started thinking about my new kitchen sink and using Riverview Plumbing. Great customer service, highly recommend!

I had Chris come over to install a garbage disposal today.   He brought an associate as well.  Together, both were professional, clean, worked swiftly and most importantly, made sure we were happy with the completion.  From a personal experience, I would recommend him/associate for those seeking service.

We had setup an appointment for an estimate on a job involving replacing a toilet and a possible floor repair.  They were available early for the appointment (they called and asked if early was alright).  Their price was fair and the job was completed that afternoon. My HVAC  was on the fritz.  They were able to come out the same day.  Scheduling was a breeze, and communication was maintained until Garrison was able to navigate to my location.  A picture was via text message so I knew who would be arriving.  Garrison was extra knowledgeable, and was able to troubleshoot, and fix the problem faster than I expected.  My home is super cold now!  Yay!  We are ready for summer!

They replaced 2 master bath faucets for us.  Work was done quickly and effectively.  The guys were friendly and even took time to replace an unrelated drain cap that was broken.  I would recommend!

You will not find better people to work with in Charlotte.  Were at my house in less than 30 minutes. Very fairly priced.

We had a major underground leak in our front yard caused by a tree root that had grown through the main pipe, and because of this needed a total line replacement from the street to the house. We called several plumbers, with one (Benjamin Franklin) even trying to charge us over $6100! Called Queen City Plumbing and they said they would do the entire job for $2500! They were done in a matter of hours, cleaned up after themselves, and even went as far as to lay down new grass seed over the trench they dug. We are very happy with the service, the upfront and honest dealings, and will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs that arise.
