Mr. Rooter came out and re-did my pipes in my house after they broke. Though it took some time the job is complete and to my satisfaction.

A really good company! Quality work and priced by the book! Guy Informed me well and I signed to have the work done and it was done very well! I owned a Construction outfit in NC and this company really impressed me! They are now my go to Professional Plumbing Company! Did I mention their not only Licensed but they have performance bonds and general liability insurance in place! That's something that can't be said for a few outfits in the Spartanburg area. Thanks guys for being so punctual, informative, and affordable. Special thanks to Journeyman plumber who did a fantastic job! Company is reliable employing good hands, so give them a try.

Robby has taken care of crazy plumbing issues at my rentals for many years.  He's a sweetheart who is always polite, professional, and thorough.  I highly recommend him.

Even with all the stay at home orders these guys came out to repair a water leak and got us back in good order quickly. Just so you know I have them on speed dial.

Called about a shower head install. I was blown away with how quick they were able to respond and get the job done. I was hesitant at first with it being a new business but I am a customer for life now. With the quality of work and how well I was treated I'll be sure to always call them first.

I called Piedmont Plumbing about my water heater, they answered my call right away, scheduled me right away, and were just as sincerely nice and competent as could be.

The plumber that arrived knew what he was doing, was super friendly, repaired all the parts that needed to be repaired, everything and was quick!  Our water heater is completely up to speed and working great now.  HIGHLY recommended - they will do you well!

Absolutely unreliable, a job that should take 2 weeks at the most, is turning into 5 weeks! You are dealing with multiple people that play the hot potato game and the only answer they have (if they ever pick up the phone or answer a text) is tomorrow, and tomorrow is tomorrow again, I had to call every day to find out if somebody was going to show up, what a joke!
One star because they came to do the estimate and that was quick, after I paid them 75% they were absent.
I do not recommend this company at all!
Until this day I'm still waiting...

At first I was pleased with the installation of my water heater until the supervisor came out and found a few things that the installer failed to do properly. After several re-schedules he finally came and did a few things and said that was it.  Afterwards the city inspector came out to give his OK and he found several things wrong and needed attention.  Again PF Plumbing installer needed to come back and address the issues he found.  I was given the wrong date (which he never came) and the girl from the office kept calling with updates on when John could come out to fix the problem which the city inspector found.  Today she has called on the hour all afternoon giving me an update on why John was not showing up.  My son talked to her this time (as I was irritated with this put-off) and informed her that we did not wish to be scheduled for a week out (meaning next week) and that we had waited long enough for this issue to be resolved.  We told her to forget rescheduling us and take us off the list.   They can deal with the city inspector themselves!!!!

I have been without heat for 10 days and I am still waiting for the technician to call me surrounding a part that was supposedly order on 12/9/2019.

I had Michael An Son replace my water heater,jody, the technician that came out explain to me exactly what was going on with my water heater. He gave me estimates on the different gallons of water heater and cost ,now I had a Nother technician from a different company come out that basically wanted to tear up one of my walls, stating that my water level was off total rip off, Michael an Son was  able to explain everything to me and gave me an option of payments that they offer. I was very happy with the work jody did .

I had water backing up in my bathroom sink downstairs, we used Liquid Plumber to clear the drain and had already dugout the drain in the back yard and my son had used our hand held snake but after that we heard water gurgling in the pipes so I called Drain Express. Ryan started checking out problem, I suggested  using the motorized snake but had to leave for about twenty minutes, when I returned he had finished and had already put his equipment in his truck. I was surprised! He charged $350, I complained about the price and he said that's for just coming out and with the pandemic everything is more plus the price of gas to run the trucks. I still have water gurgling in my pipes and I'm wondering if he really did use his electric snake in my drains. My son also covered the drain in the back yard and I'm still wondering what Ryan did become I still have the same problem.

I am very unhappy with my experience but Toby the plumbing manager won't call me back - he said he would look into my concerns but has not responded to any of my follow-up.

Outrageous charges for a house call. $500 to Clear sewer line but it did not fix the problem. Avoid at all cost.

My home warranty sent this company to my house for an issue with one of my toilets. The plumber showed up on time and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. He was however extremely rude and stormed out of my house and slammed the door when I was trying to ask him questions about his pricing. His price contradicted my home warranty's price. Would not recommend.
