Just had a stellar service experience with 2 very knowledgeable and pleasant plumbers with this company! Kyle C & Steve M were very thorough and patient in not only addressing my issues but also in educating me on preventative maintenance. From the Mr. Rooter doormat they lay at your door when they arrive to making sure you're happy with the services rendered before they leave. I was extremely pleased! Highly recommended!

Huge kudos to Nick with One Call Plumbing!  He was able to come out right away and was very helpful with the kitchen sink and tankless water heater.  I highly recommend Nick and One Call Plumbing.

Robbie and Neal saved the day, or night. We needed a plumber and Fort Mill Plumbing was able to come out right away.

Even with all the stay at home orders these guys came out to repair a water leak and got us back in good order quickly. Just so you know I have them on speed dial.

Rick was so nice and helpful. The leak problem in my yard was the city's fault. His expertise was able to diagnose the problem in 5 mins and didn't charge me a dime! I will definitely use him in the future!!

Had Aspire out for the second time today, this time to service our AC/Heat Pump (oil furnace repair and service last fall was the first). Professional, thorough, pleasant, informative - wonderful all around. Excellent service from everyone - office staff and technicians . Highly recommend them.

Called about a shower head install. I was blown away with how quick they were able to respond and get the job done. I was hesitant at first with it being a new business but I am a customer for life now. With the quality of work and how well I was treated I'll be sure to always call them first.

I called Piedmont Plumbing about my water heater, they answered my call right away, scheduled me right away, and were just as sincerely nice and competent as could be.

The plumber that arrived knew what he was doing, was super friendly, repaired all the parts that needed to be repaired, everything and was quick!  Our water heater is completely up to speed and working great now.  HIGHLY recommended - they will do you well!

We called South End as a Business without use of our Office facilities. Not only did they respond within the hour and immediately repaired the issue, their pricing was better then could ever be expected! Great Job :)

PF Plumbing is a professional, responsible, and reliable plumbing company.  They do an annual check up on my home's plumbing.  They do a thorough job at replacing or repairing items.  They always walk the customer through options and recommendations.   I recently replaced my traditional water heater with a tankless heater.  My own research revealed the tankless is more efficient.  PF Plumbing technician Daniel walked me through the comparison of my existing system and the tankless system.   He also explained all the changes in making the transition.  I look forward to seeing my monthly gas bills to see the difference.  I highly recommend PF Plumbing!

Seemed great but this really depends on the tech sent to your home. Some may not be trustworthy.

After posting a yelp review I was contacted by Maurice Noori who is the Operations manager.

In email correspondence he tells me they dont service in SC, I then send him the invoice. He calls to have me explain again what happened and says that he'll quickly make some calls and call me back.

Got an email from him almost 24 hours later saying that he looked into it, that their company always pulls permits, and that my county happened to  not need it for that job, and that everything else they did was within standard procedures. He basically denies saying they dont service in SC (even though I have the email) and basically dismisses me.

I honestly believe that he responded as though to make the other reviewers think that a reasonable resolution will take place. As a woman who lives alone who knows very little about repairing things, who is also a disabled Army Veteran, you expect not to be duped.

Outstanding guys! They thoroughly explained the problem to me and how to prevent it in the future. Fast, friendly and reliable. Will definitely use again!

I called on a Thursday after coming home from work and realizing the 2nd floor AC unit wasn't working. I gave them my contact information and was told that they would call the next day (Friday) with technician availability. Around 10AM the next day hadn't heard from anyone so I called and was told that they had been very busy and dispatch would be calling. Dispatch then called immediately after and said they would be keeping me updated throughout the day. It is now Saturday and I never heard from anyone again. I cancelled my request with Waldrop and will be contacting another company. Very disappointed.

Outrageous charges for a house call. $500 to Clear sewer line but it did not fix the problem. Avoid at all cost.

My home warranty sent this company to my house for an issue with one of my toilets. The plumber showed up on time and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. He was however extremely rude and stormed out of my house and slammed the door when I was trying to ask him questions about his pricing. His price contradicted my home warranty's price. Would not recommend.
