Called last night for help replacing bathroom sink fixtures which I had bought at Lowes and also tighten up a kitchen sink faucet.  One Call Plumbing stated that they could help me the very next morning at 8:00 o'clock!  The plumber came after double checking by phone that I would be available at the stated time.  He quoted me a competitive price and when approved, he started immediately to work on the project.  After removing the old fixture and installing the new fixture, he saw that the Lowe's Delta product had stripped threads.  So he had to remove the new fixtures and as I went back to Lowes for a replacement, he worked on the kitchen sink.  Now realize that this plumber had to remove fixtures twice to install correctly new fixtures.  No complaints by him.  Immediate response from One Call Plumbing, no increase installation pricing for what was not their fault and everything was left cleaner than when the gentleman arrived.  We now know who we will call upon needing such services again.

Robby has taken care of crazy plumbing issues at my rentals for many years.  He's a sweetheart who is always polite, professional, and thorough.  I highly recommend him.

Even with all the stay at home orders these guys came out to repair a water leak and got us back in good order quickly. Just so you know I have them on speed dial.

Aspire is a very professional company. From quote to completion,  they did the job quickly, without great mess or upset to our living space, and the job works and looks great. Additionally it is rare to find a company with such decent, caring people.  I really felt like they treated us as if this was their own home and own family they were working for. It's hard to find a company that does the job and cares about the people. Aspire did both well.

Called about a shower head install. I was blown away with how quick they were able to respond and get the job done. I was hesitant at first with it being a new business but I am a customer for life now. With the quality of work and how well I was treated I'll be sure to always call them first.

I called Piedmont Plumbing about my water heater, they answered my call right away, scheduled me right away, and were just as sincerely nice and competent as could be.

The plumber that arrived knew what he was doing, was super friendly, repaired all the parts that needed to be repaired, everything and was quick!  Our water heater is completely up to speed and working great now.  HIGHLY recommended - they will do you well!

We had a problem with a blocked  sewage line from a commercial building. We called South End Plumbing because the were our next-door neighbor in our industrial park. We thought it might be related to an area that was sinking around the sewer clean out. I had an one of my employees dig down to the cleanout/sewer junction to expose the problem and save some time/money. The South end employee that arrived at our facility said we needed to snake the blocked sewer. He quoted $325 to attempt to snake the pipe. We agreed to the $325. He made a 15 minute attempt to snake the sewer, and the said he was unable to clear the blockage. He then said he would try to Water Jet the blockage for an additional $200.
I agreed. He went next door get the Water Jet, and after about 30 minutes he said the pipe was clear, but that the pipe was broken about 10 feet down from the clean out. He said it was going to cost between $2500 and $3,000 to fix the pipe, and said that my insurance would likely cover the expense. I paid the $525 and declined any further work.
I became suspicious at this point, as I know a good bit about plumbing. I called another local plumbing contractor to consult on the job. That contractor dug a bit deeper around the cleanout junction and exposed the broken sewer pipe. He cut out the broken section, exposing that the $200 Water Jet job had only opened a 2' hole in the clogged 8 sewer pipe.
He repaired the broken pipe, and made an improvement in the cleanout configuration that would help prevent future clogging/damage. He charged me $800 for the whole job, which I considered fair for 2 men and a mini excavator for about 3 hours.
Later that day (about 2:00 PM), I called South End and asked to speak to the owner. I was told that he was in a meeting and would call me back shortly. I waited until 4:30, and the called again and asked for Robert Dulin, the owner. I was told again that he was unavailable. I asked who was next in command. I was transferred to Miranda, John's assistant. I explained that I was unhappy with the work performed and wanted to discuss a partial refund. I also brought up the $2,500-$3,000 estimate for unnecessary work. Miranda was very nice, and heard me out, She said she would talk to Robert about our situation.
 The next day, I waited until about 2:00 again to call Robert. Again, he was unavailable. Maggie, their receptionist was very nice. She said I could speak with John who had apparently talked with Miranda and/or Robert about our issue. John was difficult, and basically said they did what they could and that the deal was done. He said that because my budget was small, that's all they could do. I replied that $525 for one employee, next door to their facility for less than 2 hours, and with very small equipment, was excessive. He didn't want to hear that his employee had done a poor job, or that they were trying to make $2,500 worth of work where none was needed.
 In conclusion, It seems to me that South End only wants to do big jobs with a nice juicy Insurance Company payouts. Their employee was either incompetent or dishonest. I tend to lean towards the latter. John seemed to have had the discussion that we had many times.
It seems that he shields Robert from dissatisfied customers. I have tried to call Robert several times since,  but no one answers the phone now. Caller ID? I think so.
 Run, don't walk, away from this outfit.

This company communicates very well with its customers (typically once an hour prior to them arriving at your home to complete a job.)They do however need to address their scheduling issues. I understand that plumbers will sometimes run into more difficult jobs than they may have originally anticipated, but they should work on a better system to resolve scheduling and appointment issues. This is especially the case when a customer takes time off from their job or have other obligations to tend to.

I have been without heat for 10 days and I am still waiting for the technician to call me surrounding a part that was supposedly order on 12/9/2019.

Matt with Michael & Son came to my rescue with a severally clogged drain in the town home we had recently purchased. The first person assigned to our call was unable to come so Matt came.  It was getting late on a Saturday evening but Matt worked hard to resolve our problem for a couple hours before it was determined he would need a camera. He left but returned first thing Sunday morning when he was able to see what was going on and then get the clog removed.  Matt was awesome and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing these services.

Outstanding guys! They thoroughly explained the problem to me and how to prevent it in the future. Fast, friendly and reliable. Will definitely use again!

Today is Nov. 19 and it's 7:44 PM. I have been waiting for Waldron all day to do the maintenance on the Over $9000 unit I purchased from them. I have had multiple calls telling me they were coming. At 4:00 PM the call I had said they would call me in 30 minutes to tell me they would be here. I called at 6:00 and was told they were busy and had a lot of customers with no heat. They were the ones that set Nov. 19 for my maintenance which I pay a good bit for. At 6:21 PM I had another call telling me they were going to do me a favor and come in the morning between 7:00 and 10:00. It is their policy to not set a time because they can't live up to the time therefore since I've waited all day I was getting this special favor. The problem is I have a Dr. apt. At 10:00. I said are you telling me no one is going to show up now, I have waited all day. She said if I wanted to stay up till midnight someone would come. Hey gang, it's 7:52 now, what's your bet?
Very poor way to treat a customer, don't think I will renew and who knows if or when this pre paid maintenance will take place. Very poor business dealings with a good customer so beware.

Outrageous charges for a house call. $500 to Clear sewer line but it did not fix the problem. Avoid at all cost.

My home warranty sent this company to my house for an issue with one of my toilets. The plumber showed up on time and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. He was however extremely rude and stormed out of my house and slammed the door when I was trying to ask him questions about his pricing. His price contradicted my home warranty's price. Would not recommend.
