I have been extremely impressed with everyone at Ron Steele Plumbing.  In preparing my home to sell and working through an inspection report, they were thorough, fully explained options and finished work in a timely manner.  I wouldn't call anyone else!

Would recommend to anyone! We had a great experience working with MKB Plumbing to replace our old hot water heater. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and respectful. They came out for a free estimate, stuck with the estimate, and were able to schedule us within a week after the quote, sooner if it had worked for my schedule. Mike does great, efficient, and high quality work, and he stands by his labor. PLUS his price was 1/3 that of the big name Charlotte area plumbing giant with annoying radio ads. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality plumber in the Charlotte area.

Excellent work quality. Fixed my water main and shower in one day. Incredible pricing, I will definitely call for any future plumbing issues.

Walked him through how to fix my water heater over the phone. It is very cold so I am sure he was very busy but still spent about 20 mins on the phone helping me and now I have warm water again!!

Poor customer service, had a water leak under sink, contacted Price brothers after hours Friday, did not make an emergency out of it out of respect for there workers over the Easter weekend. My home is brand new and they did the plumbing install, 2-weeks living in it. I received a text from an employee Price Brothers send me the address and neighbor will send someone out Monday try not to that sink not my grammar copied and pasted from my message. I replied We will be home around 4:30 Monday, thanks. address was included, removed for privacy.
Continuing, had a young lady call me around 8:00 am Monday and advised they would have someone come out Tuesday. I replied that would not work, needed to be today. She advised would take care of. The manager called me back and worked to my schedule, great customer service.

We recently bought a home and had a home inspection done. A toilet needed the insides replaced as the water level wasn't enough and didn't flush well. It continually ran. The previous homeowner contacted North Meck Plumbing. They charged over $200 to replace the inside parts, tightened down another toilet and said all three were fine. We closed on the house and that night the toilet ran most of the night & still didn't flush right. After calling the previous owner, we got in touch with the plumbing company and set up a service call. They came out and argued this could have happened since they did the work. Really? This is what they were suppose to fix. Then they admitted the insides were not replaced and said the other 2 toilets were about to break too. Thought they looked at the other 2 & said they were fine. So after another $400 they say they are good. I feel like they took advantage of the previous owner and way overcharged us. I would not recommend this company! We should have just bought new toilets.

After another plumber's incompetence and lack of professionalism left us without hot water for 2 weeks, we hired Fatman.

The plumber came out and replaced our eater heater within a few hours.

Labor charge to replace a 50 gal electric water heater was around $700. This does NOT include the cost of the replacement tank.

The service was friendly, and professional.  We'd use this company again.

We needed to have a new toilet installed.  Peyton responded to our request quickly.  Cost for the work was reasonable. He was prompt, pleasant, neat,  did a good job with the installation, and answered all questions that we had.  In addition, he helped us with a leaky faucet.

Excellent service!  We returned home to find our water heater leaking (very slightly).  I called McCoy that night and they were here the next day.  I had improperly described the issue which caused him to bring the wrong part.  But he happened to have the part I needed on his truck and quickly repaired the issue.  

On top of that we remembered our kitchen sink had a strange issue.  I mentioned it and he quickly repaired that as well!  We couldn't be happier!

Happy with the result, great service, and price.

The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The bright before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

I had an awesome experience !!! Not only did Danny show up on time, but he was in and out in less than 20 mins. He checked a few times to make sure that everything was working properly before he left... not to mention the cost was very affordable!! Thanks guys

Had Checkered Flag plumbing come out to fix a leek by the water meter. They did the job in less then an hour and also put my grass back as if it wasn't even dug up. Would highly recommend them for plumbing service.

Four stars because we ended up not having to have plumber come to our home.  They were pleasantly nice and prompt in response.  If we end up needing a hoe service call Forrest will be the one!  If all goes as thought I will  be back giving star #5!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Alex was super nice and very professional. It's obvious that he knows his job and knows it well. I will definitely keep your number on file and call if I have any other plumbing needs.

We recently found Joel, who has since helped us with several plumbing projects.  He was unbelievably fast and very knowledgeable in all the areas we asked him to work on, including tankless hot water heater, installing shower diverter and drain in renovated bathroom and replacing a broken exterior faucet.  It's hard to find a good plumber, even harder to find one you can trust, that can take care of your plumbing issues and charge a very fair price.

Our main water line broke, resulting in a super high water bill. After consulting several plumbers, Ken and his Pro Plumb Plumbing team were the most responsive, and the most affordable!

Less then half of the next lowest estimate!

But, don't let that fool you - It is NOT representative in the QUALITY of their work! He was AWESOME!

Ken and his team were RESPONSIVE, TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and EXCELLENT!!  He even threw down grass seed when finished.

I will DEFINITELY be using Ken and his services again, and will be referring him to ANYONE in need of quality, professional and affordable plumbing service.

We just received service today from Michael Gardner, through Total Protect. He arrived 1 hour late then did only 33% of the job we needed done. We had called Total Protect to have a plumber come & fix our 3 toilets. He came & repaired only 1 toilet , stating that that's what he was contracted to do. We then called theTotal Protect to explain the problem & they said that they would issue another claim  number to authorize Mr. Gardner to do the other 2 toilets if he had time. We were not to be charged an additional fee. He spoke with Total Protect in our presence stating to the Service Company that he did not have time & then said to us that he did have time but that he would not be paid for the other 2 toilets. He talked out of one side of his mouth to us & the other to the service company. This will cost us another fee now to have a real professional complete the job he didn't do. We are extremely dissatisfied!!
We felt like we were taken advantage of Michael Gardner. He came into our home with a grumpy attitude to begin with. ( What a difference a couple of years makes in customer reviews).

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.
